I read the mixed reviews but had to see and experience for myselfI came midday on a Saturday and it was quiet so they were able to take me for. 30 min massagePlace was conveniently close to my home and I found. The spa to be well kept and cleanCozy little atmosphere and Lucy really was an Olympian masseuse!!!!!I will definitely come back!

We stopped in for a couples massage during our vacation. Everyone was so friendly as soon as we entered. The room for our massage was so relaxing. Calming ambient music and dim lighting drowned out the outside world. They made us feel extremely comfortable and we left SO relaxed. Highly recommend stopping by! We will come back next time we’re in town!

I came from New York and did full body massage and hot stone for first time and I didnt realize how tense I was. I feel like a feather so light and relaxed. I recommend this place to everyone. The experience is amazing 👏.

I get massages here every week and I feel so happy with every massage therapist at this location. They make me very happy and treat me like family. They are very accommodating and very friendly and always willing to take my appointment and work with my schedule. Ask for Lucy or Helen.

My brother was in town from NYC and wanted to try out a Pompano Beach massage salon. We chose Pompano Beach Spa for its proximity to my home and it was a great find. Amy and Lucy are very friendly and took really good care of us. Would definitely recommend them! :)

Reasonably priced and terrific service. My masseuse trained in china had the strongest hands. She stretched me and hit all of the areas I needed work. Would recommend!

Absolutely unprofessional. The woman was straddling me and using her legs to knead my back. She was massaging near private places inappropriately. She left the room multiple times. When I sat up to ask to be done, her phone was in between my legs with a game up on her phone. I needed to leave less than 20 minutes into my 60 minute appointment.DO NOT GO. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

The worse massage I have ever had. On top of the worse massage, the lady stepped out three different times. It was so bad I stopped 30mins in and found that the lady was playing a game on her phone throughout the massage. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. Do not spend your money.

Worst experience ever. My husband bought me a certificate for my 40th birthday. I went to use it but it was a stressful experience due to not being open on time, rooms not being ready, relocated two time. The associate didn’t seem eager to do my service so I left. I gave my husband the certificate and told him to use it. He went in today and presented the certificate and got a massage. Upon leaving, he was locked in the room until he paid $100 because they “lost” the certificate and then charges another $50 to exit the door. Unbelievable customer service. This place is a DUMP! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I am so disgusted and disturbed. My husband scheduled a massage for me at this spa for Mother’s Day @ 12:30 yesterday .I called them 30 minutes beforehand to say that I may be 5 minutes late.They lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional. She said very rudely “there’s no 12:30 appointment here for you “. I asked if she was sure because my husband sent me the information. The lady then said, “oh we sent a message this morning and got no response so we canceled the appointment “. The she tells me that you have to confirm to keep the appointment because it’s Mothers Day and it’s busy, but with a horrible attitude. She then said if you really want to come, come at 2:30. First of all it was how she was speaking to me, not what she said.I called my husband and asked him about this message he missed…. There was NO message from this spa. No txt message nor email.When he called to find out what was going on, he told the lady he never received any message and he wants to know why the appointment was canceled. She then proceeded to laugh at him!! She giggles, then laughs!! He was totally upset because he had a special day planned for me and this place ruined it with their rudeness and unprofessionalism.I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!

The ladies were extremely kind, make sure you were comfortable with everything, and extremely good with the massages. Great experience!!

Affordable massage in Pompano and great hands! my husband also did the Ashiatsu since he has back issues, I want to try that as well as the hot stone massage. I will be back and watching their Instagram for specials.

I have been coming to Pompano Beach Spa for almost two years, and their staff are very professional, but my favorite is Lucy; she is very knowledgeable and has a special touch. Their facility is spotless and has great music. I highly recommend it.

I came here because of all the great reviews. It was the worst massage experience! Walked in & Lucy was wearing a sequin hot pants & lace top, I thought I might’ve come to the wrong kind of massage.She gave me a towel that barely covered me, when massaging the phone rang she answered, then someone came in the shop & she went to see to them, meantime the door to my room was open & I had nothing covering me. When she came back I said it was not professional & not relaxing she told me I can leave & she won’t charge, Which I did. But I had booked a 90 mins massage. I spent 15 mins there including the interruptions.

I truly needed this massage! Me and my bf came here for a couple’s massage and it was amazing. I had Judy who is so great. She gave me a Thai massage and I really enjoyed it. She stretched me out a lot. I wish I would have gotten the two hour massage because she said there are more moves that she could have done. This was such a nice way to relax for my 31st bday. I def would recommend.

The fatigue brought by work can cost 70 US dollars to do Ashiatsu massage here. The whole person is much more relaxed and comfortable. They are very professional.

Got an appointment for a last minute massage. The women here were incredibly sweet. We called to let them know we were running late and they accommodated us. The massages were high pressured and perfect for the knots in my back and shoulders. Prices were decent for this area. Would go back and recommend.

After 2 weeks of packing and relocating to South Florida needless to say my shoulders were in knots and needed a hammer-:) Decided to try this spa and was able to get an appointment within the hour. Lucy did not disappoint! My first time having a Ashiatsu massage and it was incredible. Didnt like having to pay the $5 fee to use a card but I was told up front of the cost and I didnt have cash on hand.Very clean place and most importantly the Therapist allows you to have a peaceful massage without all the talking thats typical of most places!! Cant wait to return...

Ive been to this place quite a few times now and its just been excellent every time. The atmosphere is nice and inviting.. The masseuse is incredible. She knows just the right amount of pressure to use. I had a neck problem that months of physical therapy and chiropractors couldnt solve. She somehow found some knots in my back and worked them out and now I feel good as new.

I think this is the best couple massage in Florida. You can make a reservation by phone and enjoy a cash discount. My boyfriend and I often make reservations. I havent been disappointed again!

She has a very genuine smile and nice personality.....the hour was actually 60 minutes and there was none of that stupid arguing over tip that lots of places do.....a very good experience. Got one of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had from Lucy. I got a nasty knot in my back from lifting weights. I like alot of pressure and strength in my massages. She applied both. Will be back.

It was perfect start to finish. I came a little early so I was able to take a nap and relax before my service. My body is in heaven l. I will most definitely be returning 10/10

This place was not very inviting. They only want you to pay in cash, prior to any services taking place, and if you dont have cash, they walk you around to an ATM machine to get cash out. If you want to pay with a credit card, there is a $10.00 surcharge. I asked if they offered a foot massage and she said no and kept referring to the full body massage. The massage therapist took two phone calls during my 60-minute massage plus talked to me throughout the entire massage. It was not relaxing at all. After the massage was over, she left the room so I could change. Upon opening the door to exit the room, the massage therapist was standing outside my door asking me if I was going to tip her. I planned on tipping at the reception desk but she kept following behind me asking me if I was going to give her a tip. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that I just left. I will not be back.

She gave me a Thai massage, and I really like it. She made me stretch a lot and my body was very relaxed.

They all offer excellent massages with different pressures to soothe your mood for the day. I personally like to massage hard on my shoulders and neck and they both really work on these issues.

I booked a couples 15 min foot massage and a couples 1 hr body massage for my husband and I for today (Valentine’s Day weekend). We arrived 15 mins early. We received our foot massage. After about 25 mins into the body massage, my massage therapist left the room without saying anything. Tracie continued to massage my husband. I waited about 15 mins while my therapist was talking to a walk-in wanting a massage. I finally had enough, got up and got dressed. I instructed Tracie to continue working on my husband. I then waited in the lobby for my husbands massage to end. I was told it was only these two working. No one was there to watch the front desk. The owner was not there. ANY spa owner knows that Valentine’s Day weekend is one of, if not the busiest weekend of the year. I even heard one of the ladies saying they had four couples massages booked for today. I do not blame them; I blame the owner. I have been to several places for massage in my life and this was by far the worst experience I had. Also, the pricing on the website does not show that you will be charged an extra five dollars for using a credit card instead of paying for cash. My husband was very pleased with his massage which I am glad of, but we will not be returning. The ladies were very apologetic and genuinely seemed upset about the situation themselves. If the owner sees this review, you’re more than welcome to give me a call to discuss what happened, but my suggestion would be to ensure you have full staff on site to serve your customers without disruption.
