I have been coming here for about 7 months. I sit on my butt all day and was really paying the price. I was stiff and tight all over. My body wasnt working right anymore. Heal Me Massage has healed me! I went consistently for approximately 4 to 5 weeks, and I can’t believe Raquel was able to fix my neck issuesI suffered for approximately three months before seeing her for a massage. I started feeling better after our third session. Now, after my last session, I can say I have the full range of motion back in my neck! I will be back for maintenance and any other issues that may pop up.

4.5 months post wrist tendon surgery. Started coming here 6 weeks ago as I wasn’t getting the mobility back in part due to my physical therapist not having enough hands on time to really dig out the scar tissue. With twice weekly visits the rigid “cracking” I had with many movements is significantly reduced with a lot less pain and my grip strength is now stronger than it even was pre surgery. Very optimistic I can get my full range of motion back with no pain now which seemed impossible 6 weeks ago. In addition Rawan goes above and beyond and often goes over the time limit I paid for when there is no one waiting next. 10/10 service 10/10 value for your money. Would highly recommend for anyone in pompano beach or surrounding areas.

I can absolutely understand why heal me massage has an overall rating of 5 stars. I had an appointment today for a Swedish massage, however, it turned out to be so much more than I expected. Rawan addressed some muscular issues I’ve had for years and really worked on getting the kinks out of my shoulders and neck. She provided me lifestyle advice to reduce these issues, addressed muscular imbalances, and techniques to fix them. I did not know what to expect when I went for my appointment, only seeking relief from very tight neck muscles. Rawan was incredible! This was my first time visiting Heal Me. The outside may not be impressive, but Rawan has done a great job creating a relaxing environment for the session. This review is extremely overdue, I met with Rawan on the 25th of August and She gave me a phenomenal massage (I do not remember the type of massage). Words truly cannot describe my experience. Rawan has the hands of an Angel, firm but also soft. I entered the massage feeling heavy and tense but left feeling light like a feather. During the massage I fell asleep and had a excellent nap as She continued to massage me. I will definitely return for her services n the near future and I do recommend a massage from Her.

I visited Rawan for a series of lymphatic drainage massages, and I can truly say I feel 100% better upon completion. Truly enjoyed my medical massage today by Rawan. I have several issues with bulging discs in my neck, nerve damage in my shoulder from my pacemaker and lower back pain. I came to Rowan a couple months ago and keep forgetting to write a review. She is the best! I came in with so much pain in my neck. I could barely move. After an hour message I was able to turn from side to side with no pain. She suggested a new pillow, showed me better sleep positions for my back and neck and some stretches I could do on my own. I had a BBL and Lipo 360 on February 9 and started my 12 session with thetic drainage massage package on February 12. I chose him a massage after looking through Google because it was local and read a few of the reviews and when I called and spoke to the person they Were very friendly and knowledgeable of my situation and accommodated my date since it was very last minute. Rawna my Massage therapist is the best! She has come to me everyday at my house and really helped my recovery to be easier and less painful. Received a Swedish massage as a gift from a friend. I initially expected it to be a spa type massage. Once I arrived I received a counseltation from Rawan and she explained to me that she specializes in therapeutic massages which identify trouble areas. I was surprised and happy because I have pressure in my back area that comes and goes at times. Rawan addressed those issues with me, made recommendations to help and targeted this areas in the massage. I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually better than I anticipated. I’ve been seeing Rawan for about 6 months now. I came to her with pain for an arthritic hip; she found the pain coming from my psoas muscle & spent 2hrs on it to relieve the pain. She is VERY knowable about the muscles and where they attach. I had the best experience in Heal Me Massage. I really recommend this place. Ive been in pain for two years on my right-hand wrist due to holding my baby with the same posture. After the repetitive position I was using when holding my baby, my wrist and lower part of the arm started to hurt a lot. I was not able to move my hand too fast from one side to the other, I couldnt hold something strong enough because it was painful.I went to many different orthopedic specialists and none of them were able to give me a real solution.Only after the very first session at Heal me Massage I started to feel a huge difference.
