I saw David for an initial 60-minute appointment, with an additional 30-minute follow-up appointment a few days later and I was back to normal. I will definitely be returning in the future.

David tried a few different approaches to identify root cause of my back pain. He helped with the muscle pain but sent me to a chiropractor who saw me on the same day, did X-ray and confirmed Davids hypothesis that the issue lies with the spine. On 4/19/19 I received a massage from David as a new client. He was having some office remodeling done that day and there were many interruptions. The electricity went out, someone knocked on the door, I could hear the electrician working in the next room, during the session he stopped to take a drink multiple times, not to mention too much talking. Why would a therapist schedule a new client or any client during an office renovation..?? Ive had more than 100 massages and this one is ranked the lowest. Not sure how hes received only 5 star reviews..?? He forgot a thigh and was absolutely not thorough in his technique. There is definitely room for improvement. He offered a half hour free at my next appt (no thank you) and gave a discount on this session. Thankfully theres a lot of competition out there and as most people I work hard for my money and dont have a lot of free time to spend another wasted hour of my time for a massage session that added stress instead of relieving it. I cannot recommend David for a therapeutic massage.

Severe Pain Down The Arm, Cervical RadiculopathyFirst my why then the results.I was rear ended by a Tractor Trailer in 1981 causing Neck & Low Back Pain which in present form is Chronic Sporadic Back Pain. Recently for some reason experienced a recurrence affecting my left arm. After Chiropractic Care including Spinal Decompression Therapy I seem to have very tight muscles. I decided to get a massage. I visited David Niyazov at Spacibo Therapeutic Massage and had a 55 minute medical massage. I felt much better afterwards & that feeling & functionality continued into the next day with noticeable improvement. The Pain is much better. It seems tight muscles put pressure on nerves from the spinal cord & cam cause great discomfort.I can hardly wait for the next massage scheduled the day after tomorrow. I look forward to continued improvement to gain full recovery then maintain the results & I feel it is because David Niyazov is a highly skilled massage professional & l highly recommend him to all my neighbors. I had gotten used to always being in pain and was very skeptical about getting any actual relief. My neck and shoulder muscles are very tight and sore all the time, and I have several herniated disks as well as some arthritis in my cervical spine from past injuries. In addition, Ive been waking up in the middle of the night lately with headaches that last all day, so I had to do something. When I read all the good reviews for SpaCibo, I thought it was worth a try. I have had deep massage in the past, but it had never provided relief beyond that one hour, and afterwards it would just hurt more for several days. David told me there would be some initial soreness, but it turned out to be very minimal compared to how much less tight my neck and shoulders have felt for the past few days and I havent had a single headache all weekend, which is amazing. Thats from just my first treatment, so Im looking forward to feeling even better.

He has helped me numerous times to work out tacked down fascia and relieve hard to address areas like tight psoas and hamstring muscles from squats, and tight levator scapula, (the muscle that runs down the back side of the neck and gets tight from computer work, cell phone use, and also with external rotation needed for proper bench pressing form and to protect the rotator cuff from injury when lifting heavy).I highly recommend him for anyone with muscle soreness or tightness, doubly so if you are athletic, a runner, especially if you are advancing in powerlifting or CrossFit. Working out hard makes things tight. Spacibo is the place to go to help keep muscle supple and useful.
