Today was first time at massage envy and I had such a wonderful experience! Sarah was very friendly and polite and helped get me signed up for a membership. Myra did my massage and it was amazing! I feel great and cant wait for my next appointment! It was a very relaxing experience and very clean facility. I highly recommend if your considering massage envy services, you wont be disappointed!!

Great experience. My massage therapist was Ryan, and he did a great job with the massage, and also gave me some great recommendations for next time. The whole experience is very comfortable and all of the staff are polite professional. I recommend massage envy all the time. It can be a bit harder to schedule in season, but in the summer, you can usually get in pretty quickly.

This was my second time visiting the Port Charlotte Massage Envy and this experience was even better than the first. Both visits have been very positive. The massage therapists are talented, the office is clean and calming. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely be back!

I love this place. I dont go very often but every time I do they know who I am. I had Ryan for the 1st time and I scheduled a bunch of future massages with him. He is my new favorite now!

Yesterday was my first experience having Brenda as my esthetician. She was excellent! She customized the facial to meet my skin care needs. Her knowledge and skill was evident as well as her experience. My skin is still glowing. Her product recommendations were also very helpful. I recommend Brenda, FIVE STARS!!!!!

Jonathan was great! He was very knowledgeable about my specific ailments when I went to get a massage & he did a great job addressing those aches & pains. I felt much better after my appointment. I’ve already set up my next appointment with him.

Trinity is the best! She is very good at what she does as well as being very knowledgeable as to your skincare needs. Her attention to the needs of her customers reflect great credit upon herself and Massage Envy and is a breath of fresh air in a time when customer care is in short supply.

Front desk people were extremely friendly. I was a few minutes late. I called ahead and they were great and accommodating. Had a 90 minute. Therapist listened to what I needed and experience was amazing…. I understand everyone’s experience is unique but this was mine.

I go here regularly. I am a true believer that finding the right massage therapist takes some time. When you find one that uses a good pressure for you, a technique you enjoy or solves your muscle challenges, and a great attitude, you mark down their name and your ask for that person every time.It is hard to rate the ‘place’ because so much of your experience is the who more so than where.As for the place, it is always clean and the folks that work there are all really welcoming and kind. The waiting area is tranquil which I love. I usually go 15 min early and zen out a bit before my massage.And most of all, I have found the person to work with that I like the most.I know, I know, you are asking yourself, “who is it”. It doesn’t matter for the review. I think my person is the best! That said, I know other people who think their therapist at this location is the best. It tells me they are all good, but you have to find the one that matches best with you and what you like or need.

I had a stretch and massage session scheduled for 5:00 pm. However, I got a call at 3:00 pm informing me that the person I was supposed to have the stretch session with, Debbie, wasnt certified for stretching services. Instead, I rescheduled for a 60-minute massage with Debbie. During the massage, I explained my problem areas, but she focused on other areas instead. The service felt rushed and unsatisfactory. Despite my appointment being at 5:00 pm, she didnt start until 5:06 pm and ended at 5:55 pm, resulting in a shorter service than expected. Additionally, the two add-ons I selected also did not meet my expectations. I hope for a better experience in my next appointment, but I will not be booking with Debbie again. If I am paying for a 60-minute massage, I expect to receive the full 60 minutes. I also mentioned my experience to the front desk clerk, and she said she will inform management. I felt that more should have been done to address my poor experience and treatment.

My 1st time at ME was Great, Ryan did a really good job and I already booked my next appt. Looking forward to my next visit. :) UPDATE... Been numerous times now and enjoy my massage every time!

Aubrey was quick to step in and save my appointment when the scheduled masseuse was running late. And what a wonderful experience. His technique is true massage therapy. His bedside manner was excellent and made me feel priority. We discussed my needs, and he focused on the areas in need in a far superior way. I have a torn rotator cuff with lots of scar tissue under the shoulder blade. That injury causes much pain and Tingling into the fingertips. I left with relief and no more tingling in the finger tips. I cannot say enough, how Aubrey is a wonderful addition to the Port Charlote masseuse team! He knows his trade and even said he enjoys it and wants to perfect each experience with each person. Absolutely outstanding! I have been a member since 2017, In that time I have had hundreds of massages. He Massaged his way up to my top three!

Had a great microdermabrasion facial with Modaveny. I have very sensitive skin and she took great care to explain what the process was going to be. She was very through and left my skin glowing! Will be back in a few weeks for a chemical peel.

I wanted a deep tissue and the therapist told me she dosen’t do deep tissue. However she asked if zI wanted to give her a try! I said yes and being a better experience than I thought

I had a massage with Jonathan and he is awesome!! He definitely knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and focuses on that area. I would definitely recommend. He is the only one I see!! The environment is very clean and soothing. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They know who I am when I come in and I really enjoy going.

I was visiting Port Charlotte on vacation. I regularly get massages and decided to while in Florida. I came across Massage Envy and made an apt. I will say it was absolutely amazing!! My only regret was I was unable to go back. Kim was fantastic, and gave 1 of the best massages Ive ever had!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving two facial peels from Modaveny at this Massage Envy, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Modaveny was professional and made me feel really comfortable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process (including the aftercare) which I really appreciated.After both treatments, my skin felt and looked significantly better. The improvements in my skin’s tone and texture were noticeable, and I’ve received several compliments since then. I will definitely be returning for another facial from her.If you’re considering a facial or chemical peel, I highly recommend booking with Modaveny. She’s a true gem, and I’m grateful to have found such a skilled and caring aesthetician. :)

I spent $260.00 on me and my wife, the enrollment fee is a joke considering the money I just spent. My massage wasnt as good as it should have been for the money. I left dissoppointed. I dont think they care. I dont think the staff was trained. They just had a skit they do with certain things, bit what mattered the most to me was the quality of the massage, it just wasnt there for me.

Morgan has by far given me the best facial l have received. She was very accommodating to my needs due to my port l have for my chemotherapy. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Jonathon is wonderful! He asks about any concerns you have and adjusts the massage accordingly. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to pin-point the areas where special attention is needed.

I travel for work and have been to several Massage Envy Locations, and this one stands out as the absolute best - I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location.I visited here in December seeking a sports massage as I am a touring performer. Joe demonstrated some of the best expertise I have seen in an RMT to date and provided an outstanding service assessing + treating knee pain. He was really listening and understanding, and gave me guidance for how to prevent further pain/injury that works with my current lifestyle. Joe is also wonderfully friendly and consent forward. He is absolutely your man for treating specific muscle pain.After my massage, I got some of the best customer service I have ever had in my LIFE from Madison at the front desk. I did not anticipate becoming a member since Im travelling in the states for just a short while, but she has such a thorough understanding of membership details that she recommended a specific membership plan that worked for me. Like Joe, she was really truly listening to understand my needs, and was uncommonly helpful and personable!Ive called this location a few times to manage my membership, and always have pleasure of speaking to the friendliest, most pleasant, competent folks ever, like Sheana and Lauren at the desk, who have each individually made my day more than once. This location has really got it figured out. I hope everyone there is having a great day today! STELLAR location!!!

He worked wonders with my shoulder. I had broken it about a year ago and it had healed, but was giving me some trouble again. I was very disappointed that I wasnt able to get an appointment after next weekend until November because I guess hes working less hours. He is really excellent though

It has been 3 or more years since I’ve been a member of Massage Envy of Port Charlotte. I walked in on 5/3/2024, and immediately felt like I was back home after a hiatus. I was greeted with smiles and a kind welcome. I signed up for a new membership. I booked a 90-minute facial with Victoria for 5/3/24. I also book a 90-minute massage with James for 5/3/24. God opened the appointments just for me. I leave for a vacation today and I wanted to relax before going. Victoria took care of my skin and James took care of my muscles. Massage Envy has two assets in Victoria and James. I have two dedicated specialists for my services at Massage Envy of Port Charlotte. I am blessed to be in their care.

First facial since COVID.Would had loved a complimentary 10 extra birthday mins. But the time spent with Victoria was very enjoyable. I will plan a follow up visit.

The massage I received from Wen was wonderful. I have already recommended her to family and will also to friends.

Sabrina was absolutely fantastic. She was very caring she asked me first what areas and muscles were tight and focused on the areas where I have been sore. Joe has 30+ yrs of experience and did an excellent job providing a Deep Tissue Massage toin help me with sciatica pain. He also shared some pointers on what stretches. I highly recommend Joe!

Ryan is a very skilled therapist! I enjoy talking with him as he has a great sense of humor and very pleasant. I appreciate his knowledge of what he does and his suggestions for me to ease my problem areas as a server which often times can involve head to toe! He has a very interesting background and definitely an asset to Massage Envy!

My experience with the massage therapist. Joe, is one of the only reasons for my high rating. He was knowledgeable and really cared about the work he was doing. During my “quiet time” all I could hear were the employees talking about their days, one of the comments in particular, if heard without context, could easily be misconstrued. My boyfriend had a massage following mine and ended up with the employee I was overhearing. If it were not for his subscription and wanting to use the sessions he has already paid for, chances are we would not return. I recommend asking for Joe if you visit this location.

Joe does a wonderful deep tissue and is very talented. Makes me feel very comfortable and is kind as well. Highly recommend him and Massage Envy. Massage Envy is very convenient and money well spent.

Joe is very, very knowledgeable when it comes to the body and stress points. He is also very personable, he remembers his clients and advises on what can help them when at home.He is a 10+ in my book.

I’ve been to Massage Envy many times and I’ve got to say Jordan is one of the best. She was very courteous to my needs and wasn’t afraid to ask me if I was comfortable or not. She made me feel very comfortable and most importantly knows how to give a great deep tissue massage. HIGHLY recommend

Went in for a 60 minute message, Hesper was excellent! She offered boosters for added comfort (highly recommend) and really worked on the areas I needed most! I feel refreshed and Im looking forward to booking with her again!

Clean relaxing atmosphere. Kristina preformed my stretch therapy. This was my first experience with stretch, and I am feeling relief. I recommend this location, the staff is friendly and professional.

Its unbelievable that you cannot secure an appointment with this place. Cancelations on short notice with no back up masseuse then you are offered a facial instead. If I wanted a facial I would not go to massage envy. You need to have a better solution cover sick calls not cancel clients.

I love Victoria!! And her beautiful co worker at the front desk, I’m so mad I am forgetting her name. But they are both so sweet!! Victoria has now done two facials for me and she makes you feel so pampered. I didn’t even know what a facial was until I asked them and they set me up with Victoria! I’m so glad they did. Love the atmosphere and the people that work here. My face is so soft now too

You can’t beat their hours. I love that I can go around my work schedule because they are open early, late and weekends.

Was scheduled for a medium massage with James. I got Wen. When the massage started I explained my troubles areas. She worked on areas that was not mentioned. She did not massage at all shed rubbed her hands across my skin with little pressure. When I asked her to go harder and isolate she replied with my arms are not strong enough to go harderMy appointment was for a 6:15 for a 90 minute massage. I walked into the room at 6:20 and walked out of the room at 7:25. Out the front door after consulting the front counter by 7:35.I have never been so disappointed with a massage. I left the remaining amount on the card for a tip. Because I will not return.I am scheduled for a massage next month and will be canceling that appointment.Would not give a star but this will not let me proceed without clicking a star.

Cary’s is a fantastic aesthetician. I had a 60-minute facial that was so relaxing, I really needed to destress and this was perfect. My skin was glowing! She used these great soft brushes for the masks, swirling them around on my skin - a bonus that took away so much of my stress. Definitely going back.

I haven’t been to this location since 2022. I’m going back to get a facial for my wedding. I haven’t even went in yet and they called to let me know that the online advertised price that I booked at will not be honored. It’s going to be $50 more! The only reason I’m even going there is because I have a gift card to use. There are plenty of salons around that provide the same services at a competitive price and don’t have to charge your card every month.

It wasnt what I expected but Win was great. I didnt need more than a deep tissue and it was my fault that I didnt put the legs on forgotten one is what reason. Today I feel much better and I can only thank her for that but I need someone stronger.

This was my first time in 65 years that I had a micro abrasion. I absolutely loved it and my face feels cleaner and looks great! Madaveny was so professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Im looking forward to returning for a facial and an hour of relaxation next month!

I go to massage envy Port Charlotte, and Ive been through many therapists until I found Kimberly. She is awesome! She does trigger points to help with problem areas in my neck/ shoulder. She is very friendly and I feel completely comfortable with her. Kimberly is a great asset to the already friendly staff at port Charlotte location.

Christine did an Amazing deep tissue massage and gave me invaluable information to help with knots and trouble spots. Her advanced training and technique was exactly what I needed after a very busy Christmas season decorating events. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to my next visit with her!

Absolutely the most beneficial & relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Jacqueline was great!! The only thing I was disappointed in was my 60 minute massage was at 8am. They unlocked the door at 7:58am. I was taken back at 8:05 am and my session had ended and I was dressed, paid my bill out the door and sitting in my car at 8:55am. Every time I have had a massage here it starts a bit after and ends earlier than appointment time. Good massage tho!

Weve had 2 memberships to ME since 2018. Started in Davenport, IA., and transferred our accounts down here in 2023. After paying on this for 7 years, we made the decision to cancel our memberships. My wife had one massage left. Called in today to use up the last appointment and was told it expired! When we canceled, they said, Sign here, and we did. NOT ONE PERSON said, Now, youve only got 60 days to use that last appointment. But by God, miss paying one of your monthly membership fees and you get phone call after text after phone call to make sure you get caught up! Then, when you ask to speak to the manger, she says, I understand your frustration, but youll have to take that up with your original home Massage Envy, which is only 1,400 miles away from Port Charlotte!Save your money and go anywhere else than ME Port Charlotte!

Jonathan is excellent. He takes extra time dealing with the issues that are bothering me and makes his session plan meeting all my individual needs. He’s great with form pressure and consistent with his approach. I would recommend him to anyone because he is able to be flexible and has a true desire to make the massage experience the best it can be.

I had the best facial that I have ever experienced from Carys! She is so thorough and takes the time to give you advice and then allows you to fully relax and enjoy the service. Kandace is the best. She listens to key areas that you explain are your target areas and tries different forms of massage techniques to benefit the client. She also massages your lower. Most therapist seem to be fearful of massaging your lower back. Thats where the majority of my back pain is so its a little discouraging when that happens.

Hesper is incredible! She is a fountain of knowledge. Her massages are fantastic and I highly recommend getting the aromatherapy. It made a huge difference in my massage.

My massage was wonderful! She listened to my needs and focused on my problem areas during our time. I will gladly return to her agian for services. Note: Our room was closely adjacent to another therapist and client whom I could hear conversation. I used my bluetooth headphones and played white noise to combat the sound. Perhaps earplugs or headphones could be offered when these two rooms are in use?

If you like firm massages, you know it’s hard to find someone who can get into the deep knots without poking and leaving bruises. Saul is your guy! I won’t schedule with anyone else. Definitely recommend.

Savion gave me an excellent massage. Very relaxing. I dont normally allow for a male masseuse to give me a massage, as I thought they would be too deep tissue and thats not what I want. Savion, however was great. Just the right amount of pressure and very relaxing. I loved the hot towels he used before massaging my back and legs.

Tenitra is awesome. I always feel good and refreshed after leaving session.

She is very professional and makes you feel at ease. She is VERY good ! I would highly recommend her.

He listens to my concerns and acts on them. Most masseuse just rub wherever. Not him, he takes each individual with their individual needs and helps them. Unfortunately, this review is bittersweet sweet because since Ive done one before for him...I cant get an appointment with him anymore. Hes booked out a couple of months. Good for him...not so good for me 😆. My body does feel so much better leaving there because of John (Johnathan).

I visited the Port Charlotte Massage Envy for a 90 minute session. I was welcomed the minute I walked through the door from the front desk. I was walked to the tranquility room and waited for my Therapist. Savion met me in the tranquility room and introduced himself to me as my Therapist where we then proceeded to the treatment room where he gave me a wonderful 90 minute massage. Working on all of the areas I specifically pointed out to him that needed the most attention. I will be visiting again.

Been here a few times and Tenitra is beyond amazing. I leave feeling relaxed and pain free. Can’t say enough good things about her. Her professionalism is top notch. Her training and knack for her craft really shows. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10!

I did not enjoy this massage. Light was left on heater didn’t work on the bed. You could hear the staff outside the door during the massage. Massage was OK but definitely not worth the price that we pay for our massages.

Chris was very mindful of checking in with me to ensure the pressure was tolerable for me. I’m literally standing straighter since the moment I walked out. I’m a touch sore but considering I’m walking shoulders back/down and chin up again a little tenderness is totally worth it to me. In my mind she did magic in 90 minutes. I’m pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this massage.

Great rates and a variety of massage therapists to give you the right pressure and massage for you. Can be difficult to schedule appointments at short notice (within 2-3 weeks), and the app is HORRIBLE for scheduling, especially if you’re looking for a specific firmness. I just saw a new guy last night - Jonathan - one of the top 3 therapists I’ve ever had in my 20+ years of getting massages (for firm/deep).

They make it incredibly difficult to cancel your membership, I don’t live where I signed up which is exactly what I told the person that signed me up originally. They never mentioned coming in if I wanted to cancel until I called nor that I was signed up for 6 months.I actually asked at the appointment if I was able to cancel at anytime and was told yes I’d just have to call. So now I’m stuck with a membership I can’t use.

I’m Not happy with the Service ! My boyfriend was a member gave me one of his massages paid $10 to gift me one plus paid for an extra 30mins so we had 1.5 hours total couple massage paid over $100 if you count what he already paid for. It was the worst couples room. You don’t see your partner like other places I’ve been to and the Rooms are bla . I got a guy who just rubbed on me for a massage . I told him when we stared I like deep tissue. He said ok. I asked him many times to go deeper ! He ignored me on going deeper! When I complained after the session to the front desk. I was told he doesn’t do deep tissue. I said then why did he massage me and why did you put me with him? They said they didn’t have anyone else. I asked for another 90 mins free by someone else they wouldn’t refund me or give me another person to massage me! I rather pay more elsewhere and go to a place that doesn’t have beginners and who has a qualified Masseuse and an upscale look. I even had to ask for a cup of water after my session was done. In the past at other places the Massage therapist offered me tea or water ! I don’t recommend this place ! They also make it difficult to cancel you membership. They find ways to keep what you paid for and not let you get your $ worth!

Christine has such an education on human anatomy that she can pinpoint issues almost instantly. I have a very high stress job and make it a point to see her every two weeks. She makes me feel comfortable and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed!

Beatrice is the best! I have tried a few other team members and no one else compares to her. She listens to your problem areas and really works on them. She is also trained to use the rapid tension relief unit which is a life saver at getting a lot of my knots and releasing alot of tightness. She is so kind and welcoming.

Tell the truth it is at a fair price and from the 2 places I went to prior I actually had some pain relief. I’ve been on heavy medication due to my back injury but I haven’t taken any of my pills that the doctor prescribed to me on that day and I usually have to take it 3 to 4 times a day.. The masseuse did a very great job from myself and my wife.
