They have a wide variety of e-liquid, disposable vapes, kratom, concentrate/dry herb vaporizes & 50% off all glass with a rewards account!!! Theyre always happy to help. My favorite King of vape!!! Helpful to post correct hours so your customers don’t drive all the way to your store to waste time and gas for it to be closed. it was also lovely of your workers that just closed the shop apparently, to just watch the crowd of people going to the store and not say anything to them When clearly they just close and left the store themselves. Not sure when the hours changed or if it was just their decision to close early tonight, but I know it would’ve saved at least almost the 10 people that I encountered. They were also confused because they thought that the store was open till eight.

The King of vape has several stores from Bonita to North Port so that is a huge perk for me!! They have everything you can think of. And if they dont they will do their best to get what you need. They also have a point system that adds points with every purchase and after so many points you can get a free product. Ive gotten so many free vape products!! Everyone is so attentive and helpful. This company is a joke, doesn’t accept my UK ID and requires me to bring a passport to buy a vape at the age of 24. If they knew anything about travel and passports , they would know that a passport is not the kind of thing you carry around with you. Maybe get the facilities such as a UV light to check the authenticity of the ID, then you won’t be losing business

This store is selling fake Amanita Muscaria mushroom gummies. The gummies are actually laced with delta 8 CBD basically a THC type of high. Im someone who goes up north to pick these mushrooms, cracker dry them and make teas. Ive also made my own gummies. I came in with my husband and bought some just to see how they are and its completely false advertising there is absolutely no amanita muscaria in these gummies. I tracked the companys website and if you read the reviews everyone is saying how they fail for thc after taking this product.. please take this off your shelf and source a real amanita muscaria product. And yes this is a very big issue especially for those who arnt allowed to have cbd or the thc compounds in their system I went through hell yesterday. Please test your products before selling it to the public.

I have been going here for over a year. I buy a vape and when I go back 1-2 months later needing to purchase coils they don’t sell them anymore. Well I have vapes laying all over my house because they change their inventory constantly and don’t offer coils for anything they don’t sell anymore. I have spent 100s on vapes and have to buy a new one because they don’t continue selling the coils. I would think they would have what their customers need and not forcing people to purchase a new vape every other month. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere.

So, I got charged $18 for a pack of falcon coils, (most shops charge $15) and they were fakes. See photo for reference. Top was from here bottom other shop. The coils burnt out at 400 (compared to 2k+), this sucks.

I love this place. They are always so chill. They always have specials going on, and if you enroll in the rewards program you can save a lot of money. In the few years Ive been frequenting, Ive saved hundreds of dollars no doubt. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and theres almost always at least two people there so you can get multiple opinions. Best vape/etc shop in SW Florida.

These guys are great! Im from out of town (way out of town) and they took the time to help me find a juice and the right coil for my tank. Not only were they super helpful but all three were super chill and fun to hang out with!! I will definitely be back next time Im in the area!

I walked in about 30 min before closing time purchased a glass nail for a water pipe it happened to be the wrong size I went back but they had closed, came back next day when they opened and they said it’s not exchangeable. It was still brand new in the box. This company likes to take your money & not help out a customer on a simple exchange transaction. I would go all the time, now I’ll never go again. Lost a customer and I’ll post this every where so they understand it’s not right. I’ll delete this if they accept my exchange it’s simple as that.

My favorite vape shop! Peter is absolutely the best. Weve had some trouble with tanks, and hes taken them apart and fixed them, changed the seals for us. Went above and beyond to help... Anything to get them to stop leaking.Aside from him, most of the employees we have encountered have been extremely helpful and kind. They have good deals going on, almost always, including a discount bin, where Ive found some hard to find liquids.I go up there about once a week. I never feel rushed when asking about different flavors, or any of the equipment, or any questions in general.In addition, I also enjoy the loyalty program! I hope this store never goes out of business!

Ive gone to this store around 10 times. And I must say they have the best selection of juices in town plus tons of add-ons for any smoking equipment you have. The customer service is really what keeps me coming back. I pass 2 other shops just to see these guys. They are that good. They can answer any questions tell you any flavor. Plus if you want to try a flavor its 10 cents for unlimited tastes. They dont rush you and if they dont have something they can get it normally that day cause they have 2 other shops.

My husband and I love this store! We have been coming here for over a year and have been very happy with everything we have gotten from them. Listed a review here over a year ago. Then moved to Virginia and came back. We have Bought expensive glass peices here like their tsunami water pipe. Today we broke the bowl piece and needed to go back and get a new one. Our experience was always very good till today. We got some fat guy with dark hair today while asking around at some different types he just seemed so rude and like he just woke up from a nap and we were bothering him. Kept asking me to bring the peice in. Which I did not want to do.. after awhile we said screw it. Went to smoking knight and was treated much better and given much more options. Even though it was 5 dollars more the customer service was worth it.

As happy as I was with their service at the point of sale on a Vape and gave a great review, I am equally disappointed to find out they dont keep stock of those vapes supporting items like screens only two days later. So I spent $40 more to buy the Vape supporting a local store and now have to go online to purchase a replacement screen. Seems like a one-way street here...

I love to support local shops rather than ordering online and I understand the need for markup at shops, but some of it is too high for me. Especially the price of coils, almost $7 for a single coil when a 4 pack from element vape is $10 makes it hard. I still try to buy juice from shops but I dont think Id buy much else. The staff are nice and knowledgeable of the products and provide good recommendations.

Im traveling from port saint Lucie FL to port Charlotte FL. On my way here my vapor was not working right. Geoff was extremely helpful and educated me on the proper care and use of my new unit. I highly recommend this store and will continue to see then when visiting.

Crooked unfriendly store selling products that dont work. They will steal your money and laugh in your face at this place. The young punk guy is lucky I didnt punch his stupid ass in the face when he tried to not answer my questions directly and instead tried to use some kind of scam explanation to get around being honest with me. He is so unfriendly that you may want to physically harm him.Just so people know I was a retail store manager with 8 years of experience who knows exactly how a customer service issue should and shouldnt be handled. When addressing a customer it is important to be empathetic to their situation and think of a calm resolution to the problem. This kid has a lot to learn and will cost whoever owns this place a lot of money until he is fired, unless of course he is related to the owner. Do yourself a favor and order off the internet or find a place that doesnt have bad reviews or you could be had by a crook like this.

First Id like to say that the store was very clean and the associates made me feel welcome and they are extremely knowledgeable. They suggested natures true cbd gummies and they work wonders. They help get my day started with zero anxiety

The service is good, employees friendly, and selection is better than many other local shops. The store also has an extensive selection of water pipes, which I have no personal use for, and makes the store less welcoming for some, but others may love the one stop shop approach.

Bought a complete setup, guy waiting on me was very nice. He set it up for me and when I went to use it, it was hissing and all the juice went out. Took it in and They said it was dropped. BS...no marks anywhere other than a crack in the clear tank that was obviously a manufacturer problem. No assistance whatsoever. Horrible service. Went somewhere else and they said they had a lot of complaints this past week from king of vape customers with issues on the exact same mod. Would NEVER recommend stepping in there. Total rip-off place

The guys are helpful im a very knowledgeable person. I came in fairly early asked a few important key questions about what i needed the pen for and what its potential was for the product i was going to use it with. I cannot remember his name sorry but he pointed me to a LOKEE battery its garbage.. i go back to explain the situation and i get some attitude so this is why this review is here i would like to be helped with this problem as i currently still have everything for this battery and does not work properly i will not change this review until something is worked out thank you.

I have been vaping for years and I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and passionate staff. Dan, an associate, also provided excellent service with patience and enthusiasm. Went to buy a new mod and was told by the employee that he could not get it from the back of the store because the managers were in a meeting and not to be disturbed. I asked when the meeting would be over so I could wait and the employee said they didn’t know. I left. Called 30 mins later and asked to speak to management, the employee told me the manager was out. I asked when they would be back, and was told about an hour. I’ll never shop their again. I guess they are not in the business of making money. Too much competition around here for this.

Ive been a customer of the store on Tamiami Trl port charlotte for sometime now was there last nite purchased new pods for my Novo 2 and found tow of them to be Defective I returned tonight spoke to the store Manager Pike told him the problem and his Responce was I doubt that in a very rude manner he is very disrespectful toward his customers he even tried to get it tried to get it to work with no luck I told him I dont like being called a liar His responce was JUST LEAVE MY STORE very rude for a store manager if you want good service DONT SHOP THIS STORE

I came to king of vape here in Port Charlotte today and it was one of the best experiences Ive had so far! We walked in and were immediately approached and asked if we needed assistance. This was my first time actually browsing for myself and didnt know much about any of the products. Chris, who was the employee who helped me, was such a sweetheart! He guided me through all my curiosities and answered all my questions. He was SO patient and kind while I took forever being indecisive on my vape juice flavor! Great representation of King of Vape! Thanks Chris! I left the store with a whole new vape kit and juice and Im very satisfied 😁 I absolutely recommend for any of your vape/smoking needs! Ill be going back for sure!

The staff was excellent and they have a decent selection of.. stuff.. however I do feel like a lot of accessories, hardware, and brands are left out but theyre a small store so its no big deal. Physical purchases are usually the best price around, but like every other vape shop, juice is very pricey.

Very helpful, I bought an OMH that wasnt working properly after about a week after purchasing. Normally, they would try to figure out if it was something you did to break it but they looked at it and seen it was a rare defect in the product and replaced it (with receipt) and sent me on my way happy. Affordable liquids and vapes, good assortment of choices.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE THEY SELL YOU EXPIRED E-CIG FLUID AND BROKEN COILS... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

This vape shop has the best juice selection in town. All the craft juices that are worth it they have. Always good deals and the people are always friendly. I dont know about these bad reviews but theres always going to be faulty equipment were ever you go. Hopefully they give this place another try. Dont let one bad experience detour you from their awesome selection.

I have been going to this store since right before they moved to their new location for coils. My current vape shop was not carrying my coils so I had to go to another location to get them which is when I found king of vape. I never had any issues with them at the old location and shortly after they moved to the new location I didn’t have any issues. I actually purchased a new mod from them which I love and continued buying from them. My husbands batteries were old and needed to be replaced and he happened to stop by there on his way home from work and told the ladies they were standard batteries for the Regis mod. She gave him the batteries and he immediately told her they were too big for his mod she proceeded to tell him he was wrong and they were the correct ones finally he got sick of arguing and went home to get his mod... his mod has a band that goes around the battery if you choose to use a smaller battery which is what the lady told him he thought maybe he was wrong so he went home within 30 minutes he returned to the store with his mod and the battery she gave him 30 minutes prior. He showed her it didn’t fit and even gave her the mod to try to fit the battery and guess what... didn’t fit then she told him she couldn’t exchange it for the correct battery. Went full blown attitude when he asked why and she kept refusing the exchange it 30 MINUTES from the time he took the battery till the time he went back to the store finally she gave up and exchanged it. The sales people have major attitudes! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The refuse to exchange something when clearly they were in the wrong and a lot of people have said the same thing about this place! I’m sticking to my usual vape store and they are specially ordering my coils so I never have to go back to this place.

Bought a vape and had a lot of trouble shutting the battery case, brought it in the next day and they wouldnt let me return it. I dont know what they expected as a malfunction for return policy, but go somewhere more reliable for your big purchases.

Buyer beware! We have been going here for over 2 years. Sold us a device we did not like at all. I dont know why they reccomend what they did when we had been buying pod systems. Bought the device at close and went the very next morning to return or exchange and they wouldnt do anything. We go to a vape store instead of buying online because we trust their recommendation. Even an Im sorry or a discount on a new device would have been enough to make us continue doing business but they were so rude about it. Wont be returning again.

Great customer service, friendly employees but the fact that u cant sample the e-juices stinks. My boyfriend went in for e-juice that was comparable to Marlboro Reds and the sales person sold him a $18 bottle of Tobacco e-juice of Cuban Blend that tastes like a cigar. YUCK! So now we are stuck with a bottle of e-juice that will never be used or go in the garbage!!!!

So I buy I nectar collector from here and on the day of purchase first use it cracks. When I take it back the next day I get told all sales on glass are final but theyll give me a 50% discount on a new one although I wouldve rathered a different product since this one is clearly not quality.Seeing as that is better than nothing I take the upgraded version for another 32.99 after spending 39.99 on the one yesterday. We look it over for cracks and it looks fine though there wasnt any cracks yesterday either. I leave put it on my seat and get home. I put it together and put the glass nail in. I clip it together which I assume must be done since it comes with it and wont stay in otherwise. After clipping it which went on fairly smooth I flip it over the the perc inside falls off where the mouthpiece connects. Tell me that ones my fault to since there is still no cracks and it wasnt even used to yet literally just took out of the box and put together. Id go right back but I dont feel like spending another 40 dollars on something that clearly is poorly made or getting told its my fault again when all my other glass pieces are not broken so I think Id be a little careful especially after basically buying a second one just to have it.Id post a picture but this wont let me. Staff was helpful and polite other than that no going back.
