Stopped in for the first time and the owner Chad and his new employee Henry helped us right away. They were very helpful and definitely made sure to answer any questions we had.They had anything (and everything) you could think of in a smoke shop. So happy we stopped in and will be going back very soon!

Chad the owner is the nicest guy!! The store is well stocked and the only place Ive found in town with chocolate flavored vape juice. Lots of products to choose from. Reward point system. Its worth the 20 minute drive. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks Chad and Amanda!!!!!

Boyfriend and I were in here last week and the lady at the front gave us the worst customer service ive ever had i literally cant even believe that i tried to leave a review and the manager said it wasn’t real? Probably why all the reviews are “positive” fake from their own employees he thinks every review is fake because the positive ones ARE i dont know how ANYONE would have ANYTHING positive to say about this place. The staff , the prices, the selection, EVERYTHING IS TRASH DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HEREUpdate after owners reply: I called 420 smoke shop to let them know that youre actually slandering their business because youre in denial that your workers gave terrible service. I was a customer, i will not be ever again. I dont work at any smoke shop so I literally have know idea where youre poppin out with that? I assume you just cant take accountability and thats also why your staff is rude, rude manager= rude staff

Terrible customer service, the employees would rather sit on their phones and make tik toks than help customers, theres plenty of other vape shops on the same road with WAY better prices that will give you way better customer service!Update: the owner acts like every single bad review is from a disgruntled employee or another shop , i am a real customer, i tried to buy cones and the girl at thw front was so rude , the owner is also rude as hell and will NEVER EVER be coming here again, i was there LAST WEEK so as for his reply “i see you outside” is totally false i do not work at 420 smoke shop or any smoke shop in general?!? Went in for butane for my cigar torch and came out with a huge czn at a reasonable price, not to mention educated on the cannabis industry and how it has changed since the dark days of my youth.Both the VERY informative young lady and the owner of the establishment were incredibly friendly, kind and even patient with my questions and decision-making process.I highly (no pun intended) recommend!!!

Went by to get a STRIO cartbox for my Live Rosin cart.The owner was there chatted a bit nice guy.Great place to go.Had an issue with seahorse device they gave me a new 1 when the 1st one wouldnt hold a charge.They have best hours of any vape shop Ive visited.Till much later than most.Thanks

Anyone that hasnt checked out this under new management vape and many other awesome products retail shop needs to go there next time your supplies are low or you are in the area.The two staff members that assisted me were low key ,professional and very knowledgeable . They did not rush me and were fun.Prices are VERY competitive , there is a massive inventory and the layout is awesome.I highly recommend Nu Vape & Glass!

The owner Chad was extremely shady tried selling me stuff they’re not allowed to put on the shelves. I felt very uncomfortable and they were very racist to my black boyfriend.

McKenzie/Mackenzie, was so helpful and knowledgeable, they really made the store shine 10/10 employee! Definitely will be frequenting this store more often!

While on vacation I went to NVG looking for a new vape to try. The big guy (sorry dude I cant remember names) asked what I was looking for. I told him the flavor profile and he immediately had multiple suggestions. Graham Twist was excellent suggestion. Great shop. Great selection. Great people. Anytime I on vacation here I will go there. I wish they were in my home town! Unbelievable selection of glass and vapes!

Omg this was my first time inj a vape shop and I was so impressed!I! The shop was amazing.., and the gentleman that helped me took time with me answering all my questions and I had alot., Chad did not make me feel one time like I was wasting his time. Finally, a vape store that is fully stocked with every single vape or smoking tools and products. Green plant products variety was the best Ive seen in the area. They even have testers for all the vapes. The owner was there the day I went and I got a free item but what sealed the deal was the best educational customer service Ive experience. They know their stuff. Place is clean and super organized. I am pleased and will be returning customer. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!
