I came in for a chemical peel treatment and Antoinette was delightful. She was thorough with the check- in questions before the treatment, we had great conversation during the treatment while remaining professional and walked me through each step and product she was using on my face. I will definitely come back and looking forward to be assisted by Antoinette!

I go to Antoinette for facials and she has become my primary esthetician. She is attentive to my skin needs and seems to have extensive knowledge in her area. I loved that she checked up about issues from the previous sessions and followed up about a recommended product. I always look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend her if you’re seeking a facial :)

Debra is one of the best. So glad that we had a 90 minute session. I am recovering from a hamstring injury. Debra is knowledgeable and hard working. She has been a critical factor in my healing..

Massage was good just unfortunate that you have to wait months to get an appointment for Massage when it comes to deep tissue… hence the reason for this three stars… had nothing to do with the actual massage. The masseuse was awesome! She’s the best masseuse that I’ve had since I’ve been going there for over two years and that was my first time having him!

Bought my wife a series of massages. I was told in person and in writing that the massage credits never expire. My wife has a skating accident and broke her back, preventing her from using them for a while. She was also told that there was no problem waiting because the credits dont expire.Today my wife went there and was told that the credits had expired. This play basically stole my money... Hundred of dollars.Do not pay for anything in advance at this place!!!

The therapist focused on my temperomandibular area which was an issueOn both sides he worked on this area about 15 minuetes each side. I could not believe my TMJ clicking disappeared. I was told to. Massage the area but difficult for me to keep up. In one session a great relief

Wow where do I start this location has to be the best message parlor a have been too. From the service to the staff and the customer service that was exhibit while at this location is next level. My massage therapist, Vernon, is a reliable expert who has helped me recover from numerous sport-related injuries (as well as the general aches one develops sitting most of the day). I love Dercis and she gives great service. However, I am disappointed she is not vaccinated. I understand it is her choice but I am not comfortable with her not being vaccinated. I did struggle during the pandemic with being charged every 3 months. I was clear about being uncomfortable coming in until I got vaccinated. I dont think I should of been charged and will be leaving after I am caught up with my services.

Massage Envy Rye Brook earns 2 stars for my last visit because of the operations and not the masseuse. For reasons that did not make sense, my 90 min massage was held in the “facial room“, a large room in which the temperature was cold and the air conditioner blew for more than 20 minutes at a time and at such a volume that I couldn’t hear the music playing. The temperature was so cold that I had to ask for additional blankets and for the mattress pad to be at the highest level. My toes were cold throughout the massage, and the masseuse was extremely apologetic, explaining that work in this room typically were under these subpar, cold conditions. When I explained the experience in response to “how was your visit?”, the woman at the desk told me that she thought to check the air conditioner an hour after opening (60 min into my visit), and at that point turned it down. Checking the temperature of the rooms was not part of her opening business protocol. This review doesn’t stop me from returning to this location, however I made quite clear that if I was in that room again with that temperature I would not continue the appointment and not pay a late cancellation fee, As massage envy was failing and delivering the promised experience.

Facials with Dina have absolutely changed my life. I used to be on acne medication and still couldn’t achieve clear skin. With Dina’s facials each month, I am completely medication free and my skin has never looked better. Thank you, Dina!!!

I had a couples massage scheduled that my husband and I looked forward to for months. We hired a sitter and made it over to our appointment. Mysteriously our sessions were cancelled and the staff had no clue how that happened. We showed the staff members the confirmation emails that we received a few days before from them confirming our appointment date and time, and yet they had no explanation as to how our couples massage was cancelled. We asked to cancel our membership, but they ask that the manager call us to work something out before we terminated our membership. It took the manager Norma two days before we heard from her. She didnt offer anything worth keeping the membership, and we ended the membership with massage envy. Very unprofessional, especially for a reputable company. I would NOT recommend this location for any services.

I’ve been getting massages from Nick for a couple of years now. He always listens carefully to my needs and does necessary checks to ensure pressure is good and adjusts as needed.

Joined in November, therapist Nick was my 3rd try for the perfect treatment. He’s nearly impossible to get an appointment with because he does an incredible job. I have suffered back pain for years, causing numbness and burning in my feet and toes. Thanks to Nick, the numbness and burning has ended. I can go longer stretches of time without back pain as well so thanks Nick! As for the rest of the folks, they are always super nice and helpful.

Great place to get a wonderful massage. I took my entire staff here for a relaxation day after a hard year of work and they were fantastic with accommodating a large party, and hough quality therapists. Vernon was amazing and the anestist that consulted with us while we were waiting for our massages was fantastic.

My safety was never a concern, however I wonder if John is a certified/registered Massage therapist. HIs techniques are poor, and not very effective. The quality of the massage oil is also very substandard. It was all very uninspired, I will no longer use the Ryebrook location for a massage, as I have not experienced any skill. My 2 massages with Massage Envy in Ryebrook, were different,, but equally lacking skill/expertise. I had a stretch, which was better. I will look at other locations in search of a higher skill level re a massage. Ive had many Massages over the years, including at massag schools, and the skill level is far better then what I have experienced at Massage Envy.

Front desk crew have become much better since first opening, they are very accommodating. The masseurs are not the best, I have used about8 different ones here and found 2 to be 4 star. Overall I have only had one bad experience there and it was mostly due to inexperience, but I did complain so I believe they rectified the situation.

Nicholas left my wife black and blue after a reportedly un-thorough massage. She says she told him he was hurting her and he replied you just gotta breath through it and resumed bruising her

My back has been a mess since the lockdown started. Now that I’m vaccinated, I’ll be back every two weeks to see Julissa. She does an amazing job.

EXTREMELY disappointed. I received a gift card for the amount of $100 for my Birthday, and so I went to the Rye location and booked myself a facial. First, let me say that this was not my first time at a spa, and so for that I kind of know how they work and the procedures of facials and let me tell you this is the worst facial Ive ever had. The cosmetologist cleaned my face but never used the steamer, exfoliated or massaged my face, she literally extracted black heads and would not stop extracting in a very harsh way my face even though I told her to stop since I had NO pimples or acne whatsoever. I am so upset it wasnt a relaxing or enjoyable facial at all and to make matters worst it only lasted 40 min when they had told me it was a 60 min facial and they ended up charging me $50 dlls more??? Really??? And not even a facial massage or aromatherapy??? I was so mad that I paid and walked out. Horrible experience PLEASE DONT COME HERE. They left my face SO RED. 😭😭😭

Booking is a nightmare, no real upfront information on the website. When you do go in, you get harassed to become a member. When you specifically say your shoulders are very sensitive and to be soft, but they don’t listen, and then you end up with legitimate, large bruises all over your shoulders. I would not recommend this place.

Unethical practices. I booked two introductory massages for $70 each. I confirmed the price while booking. When arrived the next day they change the prices to $110 each. I would have made a fuss but I had my mother and father in law with me (the massages were for them).I would avoid this location.

The Owner Ellen Is Clueless About Wellness Or Massages And Is Rude And Defensive , Do YOUR SELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPA LOCATION
