They take good care of their clients and always explain in detail the process and what to expect during and after each treatment. Had a great experience at the spa. Juan was a great help, I hadn’t shaved before coming in & he stepped out to purchase me a razor and shave gel. The location was easy to find and very clean. This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Rosa was my masseuse and she really took the time to listen to me and curate my deep tissue back massage to my needs. I’ve had a pinched muscle in my back for months now and she smoothed it out in one session. Whole staff was very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Rose did my makeup ❤️She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. She made sure I was happy with the final results and was open to change the makeup to match my preferences. This was my first time visiting Sandra, and also my first time getting PRP microneedling done. She was very informative and very calm about the procedure. The receptionist there was very helpful as well. I didnt get his name but very friendly and great environment. I hope my results in three days comes out perfect!

First and foremost I love how clean and well put together the whole establishment is. Especially with the whole covid guidelines . I worked with Sandra and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Her input on a lot of the session was so helpful it felt like I was talking to a friend and she was speaking on behalf of my best interest. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I had PDO threads done here (specifically on cheeks/jaw) and my experience was smooth and quick, which is priority for me since I get nervous with procedures like this one! All of the employees here are funny and sweet, but make you feel very comfortable as well! I felt like the PDO threads took 5 minutes and my follow up appointment/facial went even better since everything’s healing just fine! Definitely going back!

I am so grateful for Sandra! I suffered from severe acne marks & Sandra helped lighten/clear up my marks without using rough treatments/peels. Her ability to work on my skin without resorting to intense treatments showed me that she is not only extremely knowledgeable, versatile & knows what she is doing, but also that she cares about my overall skin health and what best suits my skin. She also informed me about supplements that I can take to aid my skin. I have had a few appts with Sandra and she truly takes her time to ensure that she is doing the best job she can on my skin while also informing me in the process. I also love that she is Columbian, so a lot of her knowledge stems from her ethnic background! I am Forever thankful for Sandras services and her knowledge!

Everything they offer at this spa is TOP NOTCH. I’ve had several services done at this location. Wood therapy. Lymph Therapy. Facials and more are all done by the BEST professionals within the 30-mile radius of Westchester with pristine work wthics. Their prices are reasonable; however, the results are spot on. When it comes to my rejuvenation routine, this is my go-to place. The girls are well trained from South America, and I LOVE IT ALL! I feel great at 56 years young going to Senses because their energy is POSITIVE!

I went in for my second Morpheus8 treatment and it went AMAZING! While I was numbing i asked Sandra to do laser hair removal on me and it was so fast and easy! Very friendly people and its family owned and operated!

This place was unique to say the least. My husband walked out.This place does not give the medical spa vibes , more of a back ally massageThe oil they used took 3 showers to wash the smell off .

I had an appointment at this place in the morning. Unfortunately, I was waiting for over an hour and it was closed! Juan called me and said he will call me back, but I didn’t get a call. I was waiting like crazy outside + you have to pay for your own parking here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are very UNPROFESSIONAL! Go some where else!!
