Tried calling today to make an appointment. A lady answered and asked me what time I would like. I proceeded to ask what time do you have available. She had said 1030am. That was a bit early so I asked do you have anything in the early afternoon. She asked what time? I asked early afternoon because I do not know what they have available. Then suddenly she hung up. Called back but my call was ended 4 times and then they answered being rude saying what time?! , I still asked what is the earliest time you have in the afternoon, she then said we are busy call back tomorrow and hung up. She was very rude. I will not be doing business with them. Need to learn better manners.

Today I had a 90 minute massage, which was a great experience. The environment was very comfortable, and I will come back to recommended places!

Amazing service from Alice! She fit me in within 20 minutes of calling for a facial and massage on a Holiday! Went above and beyond for a new customer. Efficient and painless full facial w. Light box treatment, and deep tissue hot stone massage. Didn’t upsell me on any product. I’ll be back again!

New ownership as of July 2023. However, Alice and Angela are still there doing 5 star work. Recent visits , one time with each, were very relaxing. Price competitive and I do the VIP 5 massage package and save a few dollars. Professional atmosphere from start to finish. Enjoyable from start to finish, especially when I dont fall asleep lol

A spa day at Oriental spa is a must! The environment is very clean and relaxing. The workers are very friendly and professional. This was my third visit here. I got a 60 minute massage with Angela and she was amazing!! After I got a very thorough H2O facial with Victoria. She was very comforting and knowledgeable of skin care. I left feeling so relaxed ,as usual, and glowing. I can’t wait to go back!!☺️

This place is incredible and will certainly be coming back. I came in for a Oxygen H20 facial with LED light therapy and it has me looking 10 years younger. My face is smooth and glowing right now I feel refreshed. My package also included a massage which was also Amazing and leaves you relaxed. Thank you will be back soon.

Wonderful local spa in Port Chester! Everyone is extremely nice, they always call to confirm the appointment. The bathroom and place is super clean. Prices are great they have many specials and of course the body and foot massage rocks. I have been coming here for months! I love this place! They give you tea and make you feel at home :) thank you ! Great Chinese culture and environment, you have to check it out!

I got a brilliant gold facial here. I was given above and beyond facial. My skin was cleaned, toned, extracted and given a relaxing mask. My acne and blackheads were taken care of and my skin felt smooth. The products that were used were great products and my skin felt like it can breath afterward. Victoria was lovely and gave me advice about skin and made the experience and overall relaxing one. I recommend this place and experience for everyone!

I came here for a coworker girls day trip. We received facials and massage. The customer service is nice. The place is clean. The employees observe the covid safety protocols. They have an air purifier running all day. The price is reasonable. I would recommend a visit.

I got a deep moisture facial and a one hour aromatherapy massage. Both were great! First, I started off with the facial. The specialist was extremely informational and explained each step before she did it. The massage therapist was great at find my knots and kneading them out. Cant wait to go back again!!

I have been coming to Oriental Day Spa for almost 2 years and It is the only Spa I highly recommend. They make sure feel safe by checking your temperature upon your arrival, they ask you to use sanitizer and they bring you directly into your massage table. They are super clean and their masseuse are super sweet and professional!!Also, they have the best price packages in town. I always buy their specials deals and refer anyone I know.

Got my first 60 minute massage here and absolutely LOVED it. Very nice, helpful workers! Always made sure I was comfortable and did not rush the session at all. I will 100 percent be coming back

Unfortunately a very shocking experience at this place for us. No stars if I can. We had purchased tickets through Groupon for the mothers day weekend. I had called the day before and explained that I will buy through Groupon and they said its best to pay cash if I can. But for me it is easier to buy through online. When appointment time comes, someone called and said they can not have 2 person doing the facial at the same time, which means longer waiting time. I said thats ok. It took us 30mins to get there and hoping to try something new for my mom. When I arrived with Groupon tickets, without looking the manager immediately told me that we can accept that for the weekend. She said it is written in Groupon. I asked I dont have cash and since we are here, what can she do. She said we had to leave and come another time.I have travelled around world and honestly have never experienced this type of customer service anywhere in the world. Im posting whats in the Groupon Fine Prints below , just so you know that there is no mentioning of cant be used in weekend. Came here with my sister and mother as their Mother’s Day gift, and it was amazing, we got massages and facials and were completely pampered and left feeling super relaxed and glowing. Everything was clean and the ladies were very gentle and sweet. And right before we left they gave each of us a Mother’s Day gift. Will definitely be coming back!

The best facials anywhere! The facials they give take an hour and a half and will literally make your skin feel brand new. I’ve had facials all over the world and while this place isn’t fancy inside they do an amazing job and the prices are super reasonable for the quality.

Customer experience is pretty bad. My wife scheduled a massage for me and confirmed over email only for me to drive there to say three words, no time, goodbye and come back. Unfortunately, there was no discussion in terms of the appointment as the two employees could not speak English.Needless to say, I was not going to drive back and was very unpleased with the overall handle of the situation. Of course, I cant speak to the to quality of any of the services, but the overall customer experience was very poor.

Spent time looking for a home spa and finally found one. I love it here, great service and convenient location. It is in a store front so you do hear noise at times. Highly suggest you bring headphones and your own spa music station during your service as I always do and you will be just fine! Small space but great service! Easy to get an appointment, very convenient actually

Cheap and good massage. However the experience is sadly what you pay for. First of all, the masseuse did not test the hotness of the hot stones, which BURNED my back. I had burn marks on my back for a week. Additionally, they dont have different rooms-- its basically a large space divided by curtains. I found out about this spa onGroupon and I hated how my friend and I were told that there was a tipping minimum. My friend and I tipped but my friend was called back to increase the tip, which I found offensive (especially because we tipped 15% of the advertised price). If they are not happy about the money received, they should not have listed the massage at the advertised price. It is also hard to communicate with the masseuse because she did not speak English.

My 1st facial ever ! Best experience! I love the fact they give you a facial according to your skin type. My facial technician was amazing she’s very knowledgeable. Definitely come back !

I like the place cuz therapist is really professional. They really know how to make you relax. I got a serious back pain recently and also neck problems. I go there every week and Amy really helps me relieve the pain .And I referred a lot of friends to come here enjoy the service they feel the same way . The price is reasonable as well . 👍

Cozy little local spot here in port Chester. She(the owner) really took her time with my facial and was very informative in every step , explaining what each step would do for my skin. The massage afterwards was the icing on the cake. It was just the right amount of pressure and it’s like she knew exactly what my problem areas were just by touching . Definitely will be back.

My girlfriend and I were there for a Microblading and they offered a massage to my girlfriend when they finish I ask about the microblading and they said that because of covid it was not available at that time so we waste about and hour for just the massage but not the main thing and on top of that the girl at front desk tell us that we have to tip the lady who give the service to my girl...it was a total disappointment never to go back again.
