I want to write a great review of this place. Customer service has been great in my past visits, unfortunately my last purchase wasnt great. I was sold a defective geek bar that auto fires and was told I couldnt get a working replacement and would have to purchase a new disposable. Seems to be a common problem with the geek bars sold at this store.

Love this spot! Ashley is the best! Her customer service skills are out of this world and keep me coming back!

There was this girl summer there, absolute beast with the customer service. She’s really cool had a great time definitely coming back soon.

I recently posted a review about 1 experience I had, of which I am now replacing with this one. As it turns out, it was the employee who did not properly convey what the owner had said, which was what he said below; That he would swap it out and also provide a 20% off of that product if I wanted one. Today, they swapped it out as replied to below. I also am aware that store policy is no refunds on vapes that work when you try them at the store, which is thensame averywhere. I felt this instance was an exception, and the owner agreed. It turns out the product was being replaced with a better one whilenInwas there today. I am happy to say that it was just miscommunication. Ill be back for my next purchase.

“DONT GO HERE” FAKE VAPES! I don’t even wanna give this vape shop a one star, all there vapes are fake, I’ve been buying for months and for the past couple of months they have been tasting funny and dying and making noises hours later, we’ll I decided to look into it and your suppose to be able to scratch the sticker off on the back of the box and there’s a number on that back and you can validate them on the fume website, we’ll come to find out it’s just a sticker and there’s no code underneath! What a joke I’ve been throwing money done the drain!
