Devils Point

I come here a lot and overall love the place, but I went there a few weeks ago, and I was in a one-piece tight outfit. I went to the bathroom with no line outside about 3 minutes later. DJ /Dancer Axel was KICKING THE DOOR very aggressively. no knock no are you almost done. I was drunk and basically naked. I was absolutely shocked to come and see an employee had done that, i felt extremely uncomfortable and left soon after. This is one of my favorite clubs, but that made me feel totally uncomfortable will never come while Axel is working. Am I not allowed to use the bathroom without an employee trying to bust down the door after a couple of minutes??

Went 10pm on a Sunday. Turns out that’s Stripper karaoke night. We the audience sing poorly, the dancers perform alongside us. All of the 5 dancers had different performance styles. Great gymnast level stuff on the pole and from the ceiling handholds. Bar prices were competitive. Expect lines, the place was packed. Audience was 60/40 male/female. Great place to go with friends and you can sing along. Honestly a very good time, I went to three clubs with friends to try out night life in Portland and this was the best by far. Clean club throughout, even the ladies bathroom. This is the place and the night of the week to go if you want to have a good time without the usual strip club sleezy vibe.

I usually have enjoyed my times coming in to devils point (beautiful women, good drinks, fun crowd) but last time I was in; I was told by the bartender that she didn’t feel comfortable with me and I needed to leave. This came up because of a video lotto mistake on a prior visit. (Long story short: I won some monies on video poker went to the bar to get another drink and cash my ticket; another gentleman was cashing his at the same time. When I got my change back I was short a significant amount of money; I let the bartender know right away and was completely respectful and understanding, mistakes happen, she tried disagreeing with me but ultimately fixed her mistake. Anyways fast forward a week or so come back in and she accuses me of scamming her; I let her know I was completely honest with her from the start; and never left the bar rack when the mistake happened. She still wasn’t comfortable with me being there and I was asked to leave. Never been back since. Got to love being kicked out of a bar for doing absolutely nothing wrong, and bc of an employee mistake.

I checked the day shift. Only one dancer. Thats it. Management should give up on day shift. At least on weekdays. Bartender said that the most they have on weekdays is 3. Dont waste your time. Update. So the owner says that they have up to six dancers on the night shift. Are you kidding me? Maybe you should sell the place. To many other clubs in the area with more girls. The ladies are the reason for the being open. How do I know. 25+ years in the industry.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome! I turned to my friend and said ‘Wow! I feel like I’m watching America’s Got Talent, but live, and they’re naked!’ We just had a blast! These ladies are showy and HOLY strong! A++ GO!

Came in with my wife and we had an absolute blast. The girls were beautiful, absolutely incredible talent, especially swinging from the ceiling, and the music was perfect for the atmosphere. Slightly edgier the way a good strip joint should be. If youre debating on visiting, dont hesitate this place is a must.

The bartender is kinda rude but otherwise A really awesome experience. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced. The Ladies are gorgeous and super talented. I was surprised when the weren’t dancing they were still between the crowd being super friendly and nice.Will definitely return!!!!

This place rocks! Girls and staff are very pleasant and my favorite was Silver. Can’t wait to come back. Definitely need more girls, I’m use to at least 20 girl rotation, but I think the club can accommodate at least 10 tonight instead of 6. Just my 2 cents, still awesome place to see beautiful women

Best strip club in Portland, hands down. Stripperoke is fantastic, I hear Disney night is awesome, too. The dancers are talented and we always have a blast!And just a note for the other reviewers, if the bartender at [any] strip club cuts you off, its time to just go home. ...or any bar for that matter...

If you dont like this place theres something severely wrong with you. The bartenders are very very sweet. The bouncers are looking out for everyones best interest. The rules arent shoved down your throat as an intimidation tactic..they are laid out for you very generally but very very clear. stripperoke is great..and everyone is very supportive even if u suck. The ladies seem genuine enough to really appreciate the support you give them. They are all very talented dancers and extremely gorgeous. Will definitely be getting a few dances from Vincent the next time Im there. Wish I couldve stayed longer. This place is an absolute gem.

I had an amazing evening thanks to Belle (and the rest of the staff as well, dont let it get to your head)! Congrats again on the recent win from Willamette Week!All the dancers were personable, and had some pretty amazing pole moves...the bartender, the bouncer, and the DJ were all fun to talk to.I had to take the next day off from work due to my poor planning...I had a great time, and cant recommend it enough.

Amazing talented women, the best music and a super fun dive bar. Scarlet always greets in style, slings super awesome drinks and is the main reason I always drop in for day shift. Love her super friendly aura and smile, always lifts my day. Plenty of booze options here and easy access to foster food carts. My go to for drinks and friendly dancers.

We had alot of fun here! Great ambience and decor, we tried the Tuesday Soul Night , the DJ and Music was great! Bartender and all the staff really friendly and nice! All the girls are really beautiful alot of tattoo art if you like it! We loved Mikey the performer, she is very beautiful, cute and nice! Hope to see you soon!

Devils Point is one of the best clubs I’ve been to. Was there on two different nights and each night the bar was friendly as were the girls. I’m a fairly liberal tipper. I hate to see a girl working and not being paid. The only complaint might be that I was there both nights during the early shift and there really weren’t enough ladies to go around. The three that were there gave great performances each time as they rotated but then they went back to sitting with the guys that were buying drinks. I totally understand that just wish I could have bought a few for them. I wish I got to Portland more often as there is one dancer that was amazing and very attractive. I’d probably be broke by now if I lived any closer. LOL

I was a first time visitor on a Stripparoake night, what a blast! Its great to find a club where the girls dance and the customers appreciate it with tips. I am just so exhausted by the typical club now in the US where girls push push push for lap dances and private but half-heartedly stage dance. Devils Point doesnt book girls who arent top notch entertainers so you wont be disappointed in that regard. Otherwise, every employee was engaging and friendly. Yes, there are rules at the door, the bouncer is just doing his job. Understand there is a little bit of vetting going on at the door to weed out the potential troublemakers, expect it and be patient. The DJ is kool even joining in on Kareroke when there isnt a waitlist, the dancers may sign as well. Lisa is friendly at the bar. Kareroke is what it is, it attracts a variety of people, lots of music that I hadnt heard before and without exception everyone was better than me, literally sing what you want, no restrictions. It was just light-hearted fun Kareroke, not a competition. People were free to do different takes on songs, exagerrate emotion, and be funny. One of the best nights in my life! Only negative is the size of the club, weekend nights it might be hard to get in.

I have mixed feeling about this place. The concept as a whole is entertaining. The dancers and staff are SUPER nice, HOWEVER one bartender in particular is keeping me from giving Devils Point 5 stars: Lisa. She started out super nice and friendly, then she suddenly turned into to drink Nazi. I dont know if she was having a bad day or she was on her period or whatever, but she had a full on power trip just randomly cutting people off from drinking. There were lots of complaints about her at the end of the night with other customers I made friends with at the bar. I was not being belligerent or out of control or anything, she just refused to serve me anymore drinks at some point. This was fine. I was still enjoying myself. I continued to mingle and make new friends and as I did, they offered to buy me a drink. Then she suddenly gave them the 3rd degree asking who they are buying drinks for...🙄🙄🙄At the end of the night she pulled me aside telling me I was being kicked out because other people bought me drinks...Again I was not excessively drunk or being inappropriate or anything. She was just on a power trip. The bouncer that she forced to kick me out felt so badly for me. He also agreed that I was totally good and pleasant and wasnt sure why she asked him to kick me out, but he had to do what she said. Maybe it was racially motivated??? Im not sure. All I know is that I will NOT be returning. As much as I LOVED this place, Lisas attitude and actions toward the end of the night completely ruined it for me. She is not my babysitter and whole experience left me feeling extremely disrespected. Im sure plenty of other Portland bars will be happy to take my money the next time Im there.

Went in here to have a drink after work and was surprised to walk into the best bar in Portland! It’s not your average bar; feels like a neighborhood dive with the sexiest entertainment in the city. On top of that, the bartender, Lisa, is probably the sweetest drink-slinger I’ve come across in this town!

The dancers and vibe was awesome,How ever the bartender totally sucked , would purposely like take a long to serve a drink , then proceeded to make fun of the way I dressed, asking if my mom dresses me

Was charger $17 extra on $60, $10 on $20, and who who knows what on my bar tab. The bartender told me it was $5 extra on each charge which I agreed to.I tipped well on everything and am sad they lied about the charges. Never coming back here.

I am not a regular visitor to strip clubs nor karaoke bars, so I cant say with any authority that Devils Point is the greatest you can get, but I can say that their Stripparaoke night, where karaoke singers perform alongside energetic pole dancers, was the most fun night out that I have had in years!DP right away dashed my hesitance at entering a strip club with their easy-going bar staff, low prices, absence of creepy dudes, and no cover charge. Naturally, the place was soon crowded (with men and women of all types), and it was a little difficult to navigate; I got several elbows to the ribs just trying to pass through the place or to tip the gorgeous yet unpretentious dancers on the stage.But what a night! Even if I didnt get to perform my song choice, I had a blast and wanted to go back immediately. I wish there was something even close to this in San Francisco.

This place is amazing!!! The drinks are great, the ladies are lovely, and the staff are all about making sure you have a fantastic time every time you visit. I moved to Portland last September, and Devils Point has become my number one place to hangout and have a good time. Furthermore, its a great spot to meet people at! Ive had so many amazing conversations, not just with other patrons, but with the the dancers, bartenders, bouncers, and DJs. Id also like to give a special shoutout to Nicholette, Peachie, Iris, Tristen, Belle, Salem, Fogues, and Lisa yall are amazing at what you do and Im so happy to consider each and every one of you my friends. Stay awesome Devils Point, I will be back soon, and for anyone reading this who hasnt had the pleasure of going there definitely stop by... you wont regret it!!!

This place is amazing. Ive never had such a good time at a strip club. Everyone is really nice and the dancers are friendly. They play the best of the 90s and 80s. Getting a lap dance to Chumba Wumba is priceless. Drinks are cheap and dances are 30 each or two for 50.

Incredibly talented dancers. Solid hard working staff. Stripperoke on Sundays is the best, it’s so playful and fun. They have themes on other nights soul night on Tuesday, 80’s night on Wednesday, 90’s on Friday. The energy is great. I highly recommend this place to anyone

My absolute fav strip bar ever. Ive loved it since the first time I went here 17 years ago. Ill go years between visits (i rarely live in portland) and each time i return its the same place I fell in love with.The girls always have great talent and great music selection and every time i leave, Im as relaxed as if Id just spent a few hours in a hot tub.The Devils Point will forever be my happy place. :)

What a fun experience on Karaoke night (Sundays). Highly recommend you check this one out. Get there early though as seating is limited and you dont want to stand all night. But still, probably the best spot in town.

Place was awesome. Super friendly staff, dj was cool. 80s and 90s nights were incredible. Seven and Brandi were the best. Seven was absolutely incredible on stage, and for a newer dancer Brandi has a lot of talent, and is already a spectacular dancer.

I was standing outside, chatting with a friend before going back inside (I was the DD for my friends birthday outing), and a couple of bikers rolled up and were yelling at people to get off the sidewalk. There was plenty of space for them to park elsewhere, even just a few feet away, but when I didnt move for the confederate-flag-wearing hog riders, the bouncer grabbed me by both arms and threw me off the and pushed me against the side of a van, then kept pushing me until I left.Later, when I went back to get my purse, the bouncer threatened to kill me if I approached the door. Thankfully, my friend grabbed my things, so I didnt lose anything except my evening.The dancers were *really* nice and very talented, and the food and drinks were okay. They were out of pulled pork that night tho.

Best strip club Ive been to in my life! Thats comparing to Vegas and anywhere else in the world. No other place comes close when you put Portlands finest women here. Not only are they all extremely friendly gorgeous here but the acrobatics they do are out of this world. Almost like the Cirque du Soleil of stripping, the girls here will perform all kinds of upside down and whirlwind kind of exotic dances on the pole and stage. Fire dancers are also here a lot, which is just amazing to watch, especially up close. This place also does themes night all the time and every Sunday they have Stripperoke, which involves both singing and dancing talent. Look out for regulars Brodie, Piper, April, Molly, Rocket, and many more!

Bartender was not pleasant to interact with seemingly frustrated or bored, and poored weak and overpriced drinks. Ordered a tall, tasted like soda. After politely asking to top off with a bit more alcohol he proceeded to charge me an extra five dollars, which only made it a normal cocktail comparatively to other places. Making my well cocktail a whopping eleven dollars after tipping five dollars for a single drink. Will not return.

Wonderful time! Everyone was super nice& friendly!! My boyfriend and I were allowed to get a private dance together from our favorite one (; of course we paid extra, it was a time very well spent together ❤

This club requires girls to go online to fill out an application before they can be auditioned, and their reasoning for this practice is “our schedule is kinda full right now”. When I asked the phone girl what she meant by that, she responded that girls are given or choose scheduled shifts to work.Choosing a schedule is NOT adhering to independent contractor laws, and NOT legal!I wonder if their dancers are aware their Independent contractor rights are being violated ?!

This rating from 3 collective visits. not once have a received a bartender that was nice and cordial. drinks were entirely water. might as well have spent 8$ on Vass water. at least then I get both class, and something that actually tastes right.

The name says its all!!! Going to a strip club on a Friday afternoon was very entertaining! The fact that the stripped was in her costume outside smoking a cigarette with patrons and then dancing was the highlight! The drinks are super cheap and tasty!

Best Strip Club in Portland! I often celebrate my nightcaps here since its nearby my house. I got lucky to have such a kitsche little strip club nearby with such beautiful tattooed women. Dont forget to tip when you sit up front and definitely sit up front for the dear Brodey Grodey!

Singing, dancing, great drinks. Theres a lot of places in Portland that deserve a skeevy reputation but this place is absolutely the gold standard for clubs. Be sure to come on Sunday for Stripperaoke.
