Friendly and kind staff, warm welcome. The place was a hidden gem. Very clean and simple decor. The sauna special was delightful combination to allow me to fully relax for 2 hours. Also enjoyed the massage special for an hour. Both experiences were incredible. 10/10 and would highly recommend. Would go back again!

This place is cute! The staff is nice. I loved the foot bath and the tea. There were a few things that weren’t the best. The changing area is small and one of the showers smelled like rotten eggs. The hair conditioner that they provide doesn’t work well as conditioner, which is fine, but I wouldn’t have washed my hair if I knew that beforehand. The lighting is not quite what I would expect in a spa. Part of the space is not lit and seems kind of dingy. I would definitely go here again, but just with different expectations.

I go here every time I am in town. This is a lovely retreat located in middle of the city. Spending 2 hours here rejuvinates me for the rest of the week. It reminds me to be calm and quiet in body and mind. However it is not overly stuffy. I often come here with my sister to catch and relax. The pricing is a good value for what you get. The staff is nice. There are swimsuits for rent if you forget yoursThere are single sex days of you want the option to go âu natural though my bun prefers to be covered. They give you a towel to sit on but the sauna gets hot!

Apparently not making your appointment due to being unconscious in a hospital for two days after an accident on way to said appointment warrants a $115 charge. Its a bit difficult to call and reschedule when youre not awake due to physical injuries and struggling to sort your head trauma, or even know what day it is or where and how you are. Then get hit with a triple digit debit for circumstances beyond control. Im tense. Stressed. Does anyone know a massage shop I can book to help? Maybe one that actually cares about clients?

Great experience! I came here with my mom and sister to celebrate a birthday. They were able to accommodate us to get treatments at the same time, which was nice. We got our treatments and all enjoyed except for one (treatment was too light despite requests for more pressure). My massage and facial were relaxing and well done. My mother said her facial was stellar. The shower and sauna facilities were great, as was the area to relax and grab refreshments. All in all, I’d recommend!

Amazing saunas and hang out area, the cold shower is nice but I think a cold plunge would be better. Either way, I would recommend and probably will come back.

Saunas are good, very hot. The massages are mediocre though, and I’ve tried a couple here. I booked a seasonal massage but only got a basic massage without the add ons (hot towel, toner etc). I booked a massage with aromatherapy but was required to wear a mask during it so couldn’t smell the aromatherapy (so don’t book that add on).

This place and sauna in general have been a support of my facing and partially releasing a harsh, critical inner voice. I went from going to Loyly monthly to weekly to buying my own to use daily at home. After coming to a place that feels much more alive and sane in myself, I am now back to monthly for maintenance sessions.

Luxurious experience at a reasonable price! We enjoyed half-hour massages by skilled practitioners followed by a customized sauna experience. The amenities were lovely and the space was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the lush, green plants in the sauna area. The staff were kind, professional, and accommodating. I loved all the special scented products, the delicious tea, and the exhilarating cold water options (bucket, shower, or mist). I left feeling totally relaxed and pampered. Perfect place to take your loved one!

I went here two days ago for the first time & am still thinking about it! I took my boyfriend for his first sauna experience & he loved it too. There’s a quiet sauna & social sauna during public hours which we appreciated, with a cold shower & mister, and places to sit & relax. It’s calm & quiet throughout & the staff are so nice. The massage rooms look SO tempting. I can’t wait to go back!

I brought my daughter for a much-needed rest and refresh. She’s 24 and it was her first spa visit. From the very beginning, Valerie was so kind and welcoming, even from the confirmation phone call! The whole place is clean, smells amazing, and provides a lovely atmosphere for a quiet sauna and mask. They have so many services, like soaks, scrubs, and massage, I can’t wait to go back!

The absolute best skin care clinic in town. I would never go anywhere else.

I am very disappointed with customer service. I have schedule an appointment for a 30 min massage and get sick night before. I called early in morning trying to cancel and the cancellation feeis full price of appointment. That is outrageous.

Loyly is an amazing place to go to unwind and relax. The facility is beautiful and the rates are extremely reasonable. This location has two different saunas. One is silent and the other is not. They have a cold shower in between the two saunas and a variety of places to sit when you are not in the sauna. I highly recommend!!

Been working 12-17 hour days, burning out, have plantar fasciitis, needed a day to myself to relax and was referred to Loyly. EXACTLY what Ive needed! Facilities are spotless clean and fresh, the amenities are to die for along with the tester skincare products. And just so happens Dram is my favorite CBD soda! Absolutely made my day, Ill be back!

I had a great facial with Amber. She was sweet and my face felt amazing for days afterwards. I had no reaction to the products despite having sensitive, dry skin. I hadn’t had a facial since I was a teenager and after my experience, I will be getting one monthly. I love that loyly offers half hour services, so you can work a massage and a facial in even during those times when the budget is tight. Thank you!

Perfect relaxing day. I do a massage or sauna day. For sauna days make sure to include the tea to help detox better. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, sandals and bathingsuit. They have hair dryers. Parking, like anywhere in Oregon, is neighborhood parking spots.

We had two services, a facial and massage during this most recent visit. Hannah gave me the treatment and she was amazing; she was super sweet and talked me through everything. Would come back in a heartbeat.

My experience here was lovely. Went with a group of friends and we rented it out for a Private sauna experience. Extremely relaxing and purifying.I opted for to add on Aromatic foot soak which I highly recommend. Dont forget.to utilize the cold plunge shower. Very invigorating!

My first time to a spa and had the best experience. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant, my massage was amazing she asked about my pain and job and I felt so much better leaving. I highly recommend the sauna, foot soak, and body scrub. The facilities are clean and inviting a really great place to relax especially for people who don’t know how to lol. Also I bought the scrub and conditioner and when you run out they refill it for $6! Perfect price and zero waste. I’ll definitely be back!

Ive gotten a number of massages here and theyve all been great! Would like to give a special shoutout to Cassie, shes an extremely skilled practitioner who is able to tailer her work to help ease various aches and pains.

Typically I love loyly! Today, I unfortunately had a less than ideal customer service situation. I stood for almost 10 min waiting to be assisted IN PERSON for a scheduled appointment while I waited to be checked in while the desk person helped someone on the phone. You should always help your in person customer first. It won’t stop me from returning but feedback for the future.

I had a gift certificate. It was quite different massage, as it felt like there was no pressure.and quite honestly even with light rubbing. I do not feel like I had a massage. I am just glad I had a gift certificate. I would not go back.

This place is wonderful. The people who work here are considerate, kind, and are amazing practitioners of their craft. I always feel amazing after getting a massage here. Id highly recommend checking them out. If you have the time, the sauna is also killer.

This place is a true urban oasis. Friendly and competent staff. Great, natural products. Professional, clean and relaxing. Small, but not crowded. Ive been several times now and constantly tell people that Loyly is the best spa Ive found in Oregon. (Favorite service is a facial, but Ive done virtually everything on the menu.)

As a Finn I felt duty-bound to check out this public sauna while in Portland. Nice and quiet on a weekday. I had the whole sauna to myself for a while and I was able to throw some proper löyly in there. Total brain & body reset. Will come again.

What a great way to detoxify and relax at the same time. This is a great (and popular, so call first) Spa with reasonable pricing for a 2 hour sauna. They have a welcoming and accommodating staff, always helpful. If you don’t leave your 2 hour relaxation experience feeling terrific, something is not right. I think the Fins have something here!

This place is completely hidden from the public. I only came across this place when doing a Google search for a place that offers a sauna. You can order your services/products online. This place is super clean, well designed, and very relaxing. They have done a fantastic job configuring and building out an old building. You cab couple massages, facials, soaking feet with a sauna visit or there self-care experiences.

I love this place. I always feel rejuvenated after a facial/massage and hanging out in the sauna area. I’ve been on both men/women days and women only. I recommend the women only because I felt more relaxed. Men/women day was fine, men were in couples I just personally prefer the mellow vibes on women’s days. If you want to pamper yourself come to loyly. You will not regret it. Love everything about this place. There are add ons too if you decided you want to pamper yourself more. Water is available and some tea for an additional cost. They give you robes, towels, a cup, a locker and flip flops for your use in the sauna. The membership is a great deal if you need some self love. Other than that prices can be a bit high but there is specials and cheaper options to get a taste of what loyly has to offer. Treat ya self!!!!

If you’re getting a massage I highly recommend Mason. He is an incredible massage therapist! I have tension in my shoulders and back (who doesn’t?) and plantar fasciitis in both feet. He picked up on what muscles to focus on and even had a couple new techniques that really helped with some nerve stuff in my fingers. 45 minutes wasn’t enough :) I left floating on a cloud.

Holy heaven on earth. This is my favorite spa/sauna Ive ever been to. The atmosphere here is so good, and the prices are really reasonable for the five star service you get. This is one of my happy places, where I go when I need to be mindful and grateful. So glad this place exists.

I felt like I was floating on a cloud after using the saunas then getting a great myofacial massage from Katie. This is a great place to treat yourself to a spa day that didnt break the bank. Its Scandinavian simple decor, sort of industrial. Everything is super clean and smells slightly of delicious aromatherapy (they use Dr hauschka and Evan Healy products). I did the April special and got an hour massage, 2 hours use of the sauna, a foot soak (they bring the water to you), DIY face mask (Dr hauschka), and diy salt scrub to use in the shower for $109. The staff is friendly, the place is peaceful, and I always leave refreshed. The three friends package is also fun ($39 for sauna, mask, foot soak, salt rub) to do with friends.

Love the energy the owners have created here. What a great place to escape to for some quiet solitude and a deep reset for the body mind and soul.

Heard great things about Autumn so I checked out NE. It was ok, the robe a little dingy, and the area a little used. The massage was awesome. I left at closing, a little less than the hour after my massage as promised. But I was hungry so I didn’t care.Upon leaving, a man started yelling at me from across the street at the gas station. Visibly high. Then a couple cornered me and told me they needed money to get home. They said I’d be fine if I handed them my cash. I was terrified. I gave them 20 dollars, all the cash I had, and ran to my car. Chill vibes GONE.Loyly, there are so many cases about this sort of stuff. If I was advising you, I would suggest talking to lawyer on how to ameliorate your liability in such situations. Considering the propensity of crimes in this area, your business’s clientele and the lack of safety for clients entering/exiting your business you can be held liable.Even though Autumn is awesome, I won’t be returning.
