When I went to district I had just left another club and didn’t have the best experience, but the security team was so nice and grabbed the owner and they all took care of me and my group. They gave us a table to sit at and we had such a memorable time. The employees at and businesses really can make or break it. We didn’t even know about district. So thankful and happy. I love you guys.

Was charged $17.50 a shot for hornitos (normally $8 anywhere else) and then was accused of stealing a bottle. They checked our bags and then realized we didn’t steal anything. I would not come here again. Horrible horrible club in Portland. Take your business elsewhere!
Went here with my friend to celebrate her birthday. We left in a haste and both left our cards with the bartender. The next morning we both woke up to $700 or fraudulent charges at different establishments on each of our cards. I’m not sure if it was the bar tender who stole our cards or if they sold them to someone else but be careful going to District. Don’t give them your business or at the very least pay in cash.

This is definitely one of the clubs in downtown Portland that we always stop by. They always have a DJ playing really good music & also have some local artists performing. The club itself is not super big but you can still manage to find space to dance 💃🕺👯♀️ there is a VIP lounge upstairs that looks over the club. The drinks are usually pretty good but like all the clubs downtown it is quite spendy. Its always really cool chill vibes🥳 they have an outside area where you can smoke. There are a few strip clubs and another club near by in walking distance so u can check out a few different places while ur there. Voodoo donuts is right there as well. It was popping on a Sunday and definitely on the weekends 🥳🥳 we will definitely be back and recommending to others 🥳🥳

We went here for a bachelorette and had a great time! Huge shout out to the DJ and to Mac! I showed the DJ the brides playlist and he played most if not all her songs! Also bottle service is a great value here (compared to other cities). Hip hop music and atmosphere are great! Very friendly staff.

Plays great music with fun atmosphere. The bartenders were nice. It’s a small place with not much seating but there are some. The only issue is the owner was very rude when the bar closed speaking to patrons aggressively and angrily. Definitely understandable that you’ve got to clear the place. But other than that I did have fun!

We came here as a part of Santacon 2023 and I honestly think it was my favorite bar of the night. The vibe here is just immaculate and the DJ was great. Every single seat was taken and we just barely found room at the bar for the three of us, the only reason we left so soon was because we were literally being pushed from the bar by the incoming crowds. I can’t complain, they were poppin! I stuck with water at this bar because I had been drinking at all the previous bars which was a nice welcome that they just had cups and fresh, cold water available for everyone to drink. My friend ordered a redbull and Tito’s which since the music is kind of loud the bartender misunderstood and literally just handed her a redbull and a shot of Tito’s. She made it work but was a little surprised when it was $17 total, $12 for the shot of Tito’s and $5 for the redbull. It’s not the redbull price that’s high it’s the Tito’s because you can buy a whole bottle at Walmart for $20 and they are selling shots for $12. I did not come to order food so I am not sure if they had a food menu or a kitchen but I know that regardless you will have a blast here.LBGT FRIENDLY//SAFE BATHROOMS//PAID STREET PARKING//EXPENSIVE DRINKS

Man oh man is this place great! From the atmosphere to the nicest bathrooms in downtown this place has it all! The staff is amazing and super hot! Especially the new hirer 😻 drinks are bomb and the music is bumping. If you’re looking for a good time or just a clean bathroom then look no further! 10/10 would use the bathroom here again
District has, and always will be a great home for music of all genres.. The place itself is clean up-to-date and overall a great space. The service has always been top notch the bartenders are funny and Mike the owner is very accommodating and makes you feel like he knows you personally. I myself play music there for a couple years straight and there is music for everyone’s taste!10/10 recommend

Had two shots of Vodka and later saw that I was charged $62. When I approached the them, they said that I would get a call back from their manager who never called. I tried to call them back, text them on their Google listing, but got ghosted everywhere. Me and my friends are never visiting this place again.

We went to District after the 4 O.T. Blazers game and had a great night. The interior is so dope. The drinks were good, and not overly expensive. The service was great, and we liked the coziness of the place. There is an upstairs, which we didnt get to because we were too busy enjoying the music. Their DJ was hella dope. His name is Mikey B, and hes great at what he does. Overall, I loved District. So glad we ended up there.
Where do i even start for this great place that has treated my friends and I very well for the last few years.Every time i come to celebrate a birthday or a just a W (dub) i always have a fantastic time and leave with nothing but great memories. They have one of the smoothes pour around town and without a doubt the best staff. I can’t remember her name but she’s has the most beautiful lips ever.

My friends and I were visiting from Seattle and were looking for a fun night out to celebrate our friends birthday. We were looking for a club that played hip hop and stumbled across District. Hosts, Ryan and Ariel went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 16. They decorated our table and went out of their way to make sure our evening was special - hands down the best service I have ever received at a club! Thanks again Ryan and Ariel!! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone check out this gem!
Pricey. Small bar. The VIP section looked like a joke with plastic glasses. The staff is also rude, throws tables and chairs around with guests still there. I had a table slid over me as i was sitting there as they were cleaning a spill. Youre lucky no patrons were hurt.
I walked in and asked the bartender what her specialty drink was. She told me she didn’t like the way I looked and told me I had to leave.I am in my 50s so no chance I was using a fake ID.I was not intoxicated.I was staying at a local hotel so did not need to worry about driving.I was appropriately dressed wearing a pink cashmere sweater with jeans I had shoes on (boots to be exact).I asked her what it was I had done wrong, she poured me a glass of water and told me I could drink that and then she was going to call security and have me arrested if I didn’t leave.I would have loved to have found out why she was being so discriminatory, But I did not want to take the chance of being dragged out of there and arrested ( though I am not sure what I could have possibly been charged with).So I guess my only experience with this establishment is if they don’t like the way you look they throw you out. But no worries there are plenty more places in the neighborhood with good drinks, music and food who will treat you well.
My favorite place to socialize! The space is intimate, the drinks are well-made, and the staff makes you feel like you’re a long-time friend… There always seems to be celebrities at this bar—lots of athletes and musicians on tour.. very exclusive feel.

I sat around at a tiny yet empty bar for about 5 minutes before someone decided to help me. After that warm welcome, I was served a well vodka and red bull for 10 dollars. Oddly, it seemed to have almost no vodka in it at all. It mustve been an especially smooth shot of unusually high-priced basement quality vodka.And then theres the music. Not just that it kinda sucked, the audio was terrible. All volume. No quality or clarity. You literally cannot order a drink without yelling back and forth with the bartender over Drakes latest record, which I can only assume is being played on an antique megaphone.I have never been happier to walk out of a place with the sole intention of spending my time and money elsewhere.

Bad experience. I went there with a friend and it seemed like a cool place to chill and have a drink. However, me and my friend sat at the bar for 10 minutes and the two bartenders that were working ignored us. We decided to get up and leave. I think they only like to serve certain people with certain looks. I cant believe this happened to us in Portland. Out of all places.

Music was ok if you like deafening, mindless rap music. Cocktails were horrible. I ordered a whiskey sour which included just whiskey and Sprite for 10 dollars. I dont think there were more than two ingredients in any of their cocktails.
