This is a really great place to hang out for a while with some friends. It was fairly busy but still plenty of space, and it didnt feel like we were overhearing other peoples conversations or fighting to talk over the level of noise. The music was good, the hostess was very nice, and they have pretty good deals. We were a group of 4, each additional person was $12 but it came with 3 free drinks, which is not something Ive ever encountered before.Highly recommend this place!
We love this place. We always get good, prompt service with good quality smoke. The person attending always comes by frequently to check on how our hookah is doing, and with a good attitude. This place does not serve food or alcoholic beverages though, so come full.
How is this Hookah Bar rated so high?? I am assuming those who gave high ratings have never been to a proper Hookah Lounge. Ambience and Service was great, I give them that but quality of Hookah was so poor. We could barely taste any of the flavor and the smoke became harsh within 30 minutes. I smoke Hookah almost everyday and have tried most of major brands and I was definitely not impressed. If I had compared this place to the Hookah Lounges in NY/NJ, I would have only given 2 Stars.Also, not that many options for Food or Drinks. They have some packaged Snacks and Botttled Drinks.

Best hookah spot in town. The owner is super personable and treats everyone like they are his family. The vibe is unmatched. There is great snacks, tea, and the music always sets a chill vibe. The hookah is decently priced and the hookah are clean and they keep coals coming. There’s also a pool table This is definitely my go to for hookah in Portland. These guys are awesome I was thirsty and needed some water as I’ve been out all night and everyplace was closed it was like 2:00 -3 am they let me use the restroom as well thanks for showing neighborhood love. I was refreshed and completed my task that night. This was last year so I never forget undeserved kindness. I owe ya one when I come in ill be sure to spend some time playing pool and buy a couple sodas and a round of hookah I’ll be sure to mention that the spot had a great vibe to anyone I refer to visit there. He went out of his way to make sure that my friends and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. I am going to start of by saying. I came to this country at a young age of 18 years old, leaving my country behind and leaving my culture and an atmosphere that i am comfortable with for personal reasons. which was hard of how different it is here in the states. I first walked in looking for a toilet and ended up staying for 5 hours. I was greeted on entrance by an amazing young man named Yousef ( God bless you Yousef ). His hospitality and friendliness struck me it felt like i was a family member who came to visit. Aside from that the hookah and coffee were just perfect. Don’t tell the local cafe in my country but it competes with it. I enjoyed my time and this place is not a place to stop by but rather a place to regularly go to to lay off relax and be in an amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately I don’t live in Portland but i hope yo come again very soon!Thank you for having me and thank you for making me feel at home.
I’ve been to 4 different hookah lounges and so far I have to say that Mr.Hookah has the best hookah in oregon. The customer service is amazing. They have many drink options, tea, sodas, coffee & smoothies. The workers there are really cool people, Abood, Yussef & K. And ofc the owner is awesome and very welcoming. Definitely give Mr a try!

Alone or with a group The linq is the place to pull up if you wanna have a way to wind back after a hard day or even wanna turn up . Atmosphere is a 10/10 and so is the tea. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Especially yusuf 😂😂 the guy knows how to make a sick hookah and gives me the best recommendations for flavors. Honestly the best experience, i came here day time around 2:00pm, i got to finish my homework was so peaceful and quiet, classy jazz playing, hookah lasted for 2 hours was so delicious, i had chicken quesadilla was also great , service was above and beyond thank you , for your hospitality great job.

Negative reviews are several years old and no wonder -Shop played classical music and had conversation until about 6pm, when the evening crowd came in on Friday, which they need to cater to. There is plenty to do, play pool or table tennis, very spacious for the evening crowd.Hookah was expensive to start, but was filled well and well packed. Lasted with flavor for about two hours. Only AL Fakher and Starbuzz, short menu but bowls are well packed.Location is near resturants and clean, coffee was good.Wonderful place for relaxation during the day or weekday evening, good place to party weekend evenings.

I came here for the first time yesterday and it was horrible, I had to pay 10 dollars just to get my friend and I into this place then we paid 22 dollars for a hookah and the guy made my friend give him a tip and signed it for her! Then we sat and wait 15 minutes for our hookah and it was alright, nothing special at all so we where sit and smoke and then a lot of people showed up and we where forced to share our spot with 10 people we didnt know! Also they never gave us a mouth piece for the hookah, how gross! I wont never recommend this place to anyone
This place is NOT clean. Theres a fish tank in the middle of the room which is green and nasty. They have dirty soapy water at each table to blow smoke bubbles. My hookah wasnt even clean. When I walked in the staff member rudely asked for my ID and rushed us in and then the person at the counter was snapchatting while taking my order. Felt sick afterwards. Not going back.

The service offered here is impeccable, and the environment they have created for 18+ in the Portland metro area is not only safe, but positive! The hookah took f...o...r...e...v...e...r to come out. Literally we were waiting at the counter to ask for our money back when it finally came out. The music is UNBEARABLY loud! i would say a majority of the people in there were friends of the staff. The very young and un attentive staff was far more concerned with the friends than thier job. (or the staff could be found standing outside, most likely to be somewhere they didnt feel assaulted by the music). And there is a door fee $$ as well as a drink minimum.... (What kind of sense does that make. Were here to smoke so obviously were going to spend money)Oh side note. The soap they put out to blow bubbles does not work. You cant even blow a normal bubble with it. Trying it with smoke was a joke.
