I have been going to Sophie for massage therapy for 7 years and her skill set, knowledge, and depth of understanding is unmatched! I have worked alongside and received massage from dozens of therapists, and I will always recommend Sophie! She listens carefully to what my needs are and is always caring and supportive in our sessions. Her ability to offer effective healing modalities while also making the session relaxing and comforting is amazing. I am so grateful for her work and support as a therapist.

Sophie is an excellent therapist. I’ve received both table and Thai massage from her and have always left with the comfort and relief I needed. It was an absolute pleasure to receive Thai Massage from Sophie. She is very knowledgeable, and extremely talented. She performs traditional Thai stretching massage with perfect rhythm and pressure. I felt the tension leaving my body, and my posture realigning. Aches and pains that lasted weeks, suddenly gone. I left feeling lighter and taller. My husband also commented my skin tone had more color, undoubtedly from all the fresh oxygenated blood that Sophie’s massage distributed throughout my body. Thank you Sophie!!!!

Sophie did a thorough assessment and we discussed her recommendations and came up with a treatment plan that addressed all my concerns. The massage and her expertise, caring, and professionalism made me feel safe and secure. I recommend Sophie. Prior to each massage we talked about how I was feeling and each session addressed my needs at that time. My experience has been a great one. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Five stars isn’t enough. There arent enough words to describe the sheer amazingness of my first-ever Thai Massage experience with Sophie at True Bleu. She has 11 years of clinical experience, and made me feel so safe and relaxed, walking me through every step of the process. Sophia is great. She’s a really talented massage therapist who is interested in getting to know and help you.I stopped in at her place for a massage this past weekend and left feeling quite a bit lighter and more relaxed. I’ve been getting massage therapy for over 30 years, and Sophie is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever gone to. She truly has a gift for massage. On top of that, she is a creative, intuitive, caring, and generous person, and those qualities come through in her work. In 10 years of regular massage therapy with her, I’ve never had the same massage twice. She has a huge reservoir of knowledge and skills, and she draws from it to address your exact situation on any given day. Portlanders, my advice would be to get on her schedule now because it won’t take long before it’s all filled up!

After moving to the area I needed to find a new massage therapist. As soon as I arrived Sophie welcomed me into the space. She made me feel comfortable and really listened when I talked about how sore and in pain I was. I walked out feeling better than I have felt in months. I am really happy to have found a massage therapist that really listened to what I was hoping to achieve from the session and for future sessions created me a plan to help me accomplish my over all goals.

I received the BEST therapeutic massage from Sophie at True Bleu Healing Arts. She works with such knowledge and intention for the body. Sophie focused on my chronic inner ear/sinus pressure by working various spots on my face and inner jaw muscles. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THIS FOR ME!!! After recieving little support from doctors and medical professionals around this type of pain, I am SO grateful I found Sophie. I cannot recommend her enough!

OMG!! A lifechanging massage. I have had both table and Thai massage from Sophie, and now Ill be comparing all future massages to these experiences. There is no going back, or elsewhere! Sophie has introduced me to a new kind of body therapy through going to her. Im not the type of person to leave reviews, but this is hands down crème of the crop, and I will scream it from mountaintops. You will get 2000% more than what you expected from seeking sessions here!

Great massage. I got two hours of massage with compresses, cupping and scraping. The Thai massage technique included lots of assisted stretching and deep tissue work, it really helped loosen some tightness I’ve been unable to work out on my own. The cupping felt really good while she was doing it but it did leave marks (which I expected and are fading after a couple days) The scraping was new to me, it was really nice on my lower back where I have scar tissue and around my arms and lymph areas. The compress smelled amazing and she used the heat of it to get my muscles to relax. All together a calming and invigorating session. Thanks for working on me

I received a 90 minute Thai massage from Sophie, and am so glad I met her. She has both strong and confident technique as well as a healers manner - gentle, aware, in tune, reassuring, communicative - all in the right measures. I have never had better body work than with Sophie, hands down. She has a magical touch, creates a safe, comfortable space, and genuinely cares about her clients. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy also allows her to provide helpful recommendations for me outside of our sessions. Can’t recommend her enough!

This was my fist massage ever and I was uneasy to start with. Sophie walked me through what she was going to do, making sure I was comfortable before she began. The massage itself was amazing. She worked muscles I didnt even know I had. My back and shoulders havent felt this good in years.

I highly recommend Sophie at True Bleu. Booking an appointment was easy, the space is peaceful, and Sophie is very knowledgeable and approachable. This was my first time receiving Thai massage but I already noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I definitely recommend adding gua sha as well.

Sophie was responsive and thorough. A true professional. She began by finding out the issues that i’ve dealt with and began working them out. She exceeded my expectations.
