Just another cool local vape shop with good employees who know what theyre talking about and who are very friendly. I keep mixing this vape shop up with one of the other ones, but honestly I accidentally came here the other day thinking that it was my normal vape store and I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that I would also regularly come to this vape store lol. So now when I accidentally mix this one up with the other one I wont be upset about it because this one is just as good. Def coming back.They had a good selection of juices, knowledgeable and helpful employees, they had the accessories that I needed for my vape and they have a little reward system.

So helpful and kind staff. I live pretty much across the street and theyre so nice every time. If something with your vape isnt right dont be afraid to go in and ask them for their input, especially if you recently bought a bottle of fluid and its not tasting right. Theyre there to help and are so sweet and patient. Got what I came for, but not because the guy (taller, Asian, mid thirties) working was friendly or helpful. He was actually quite condescending and had no interest in giving me meaningful assistance once I made it clear that I just wanted a disposable and not an entire refillable kit like he wanted to sell me. I felt like I had to argue with him to buy what I wanted. Selection was great, but the customer service was lacking.

Great shop with friendly staff. Wide variety of e-liquids and coils. Reward stamps are a nice touch too if you’re a repeat visitor.

Im getting away from Juul$. Decided to jump into refillables. Stopped by here on 04.11.23. The guy (Mikael?) that helped me was super friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the different strengths, flavor profiles and types of batteries. I am recommending this place to my friends, really stellar customer service. Im hooked! (Pun intended).

Great shop! Beautiful, comfortable decor and a fantastic selection of juice. The owner helped me pick out the right coils for my mod when another shop (not his) gave me wrong coils that could have made me really sick with the amount of nicotine I was ingesting. Theres a Division Vapor closer to where I live in Milwaukie, but this experience makes me want to drive a little farther just for the positive vibes.

Ill start off by saying the employees here are wonderful. Ive had very nice conversations with them. Theyre always happy to help. They have a pretty good selection of juices. Im pretty picky with juices, but every kind Ive gotten here has always been good. If you like fruity flavors, try the fruit monster mango peach guava. One of my favorites. I only use smok acro pods which most places dont have. So its nice to have somewhere close to me where I can get them. They have lots of plants in there as well if youre a plant fanatic like me. I would highly recommend stopping by if youre in need of a good vape store.

I love this place! They are extremely nice and knowledgeable about their products. They always help me troubleshoot and provide me with all the information and help I need. I honestly won’t ever go to another vape shop. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I got ripped off here. Bought 3 mesh pro coils for about 23 bucks which is already too much but then got home and realized they are counterfeit. The box has an authenticity sticker but the coils themselves have no marking, no resistance rating, no branding. Nothing. If youre gonna sell generic parts, sell them at generic prices. Thanks. Oh and the juice cost too much too.

Super nice and knowledgeable guy running the place. Its important to keep small local spots in business. I have to find a juice I like here, but the mod and tank I bought were great. He gave my pup a cookie and had no problem with him coming inside. Will return.

I went in not exactly sure which pod mod I wanted but the dude working the counter was very helpful in helping me pick a good device for my needs, even explaining all the little quirks and tips so there was no learning curve. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service. Will definitely return. I just wish I didnt live on the other side of the city.

Great place- just wish it was closer in!! But friendly/knowledgeable staff (esp. the owner!) with a decent selection of juice flavors, and a couple device kits to choose from. When I was using a SMOK Nord 2 they didn’t have any SMOK products, but I was able to get those needs met elsewhere so it kept me coming back for my juice needs.

I went in the other day needing a battery kit and the guy working the counter was super helpful and got me taken care of without trying to upsell me stuff he knew I didnt need. I appreciate that kind of service. This was my first time in the shop and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have samples of their different juices so you can try before you buy. How cool is that? I will definitely be back when I run out of my current supply.

Nice shop. Very clean and orderly. A very impressive selection the best Ive seen yet. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I needed some coils for my vaporesso and the place I was going before were out of stock going on more than a week. These guys not only had the coils in stock but they were almost $2 cheaper. This is where Im coming for all my vaping needs from now on.

I can’t speak highly enough about Division Vapor and the staff. The people who work here are incredibly kind and helpful. Any question I’ve ever had has been answered without judgement and I’ve never been let down by a single suggestion. The juice selection is great, but not so abundant that it becomes overwhelming. They’ve also got a lot of nice mods and coils and have always been cool with me calling ahead to confirm inventory. Prices are good and the stamp card is a sweet bonus. Spent about 90 minutes in there yesterday getting set up with my first box vaporizer and rebuildable dripping setup. Staff was really laid back and knowledgeable. Even to the point of steering me from gimmicky hardware and finding a good reliable value for what I wanted. Additionally the flavor selection was very good, with a wide range of companies and mixes as well as a nifty tablet setup for selecting flavors. Finally, it seems like theres a really good company culture of doing right by folks rather than strictly working their bottom line (hello sustainable business practices💪💪). Thanks yall!

The staff there is great. Their selection is fabulous. Their prices are really good.You can try juices before you buy them so you can find out what you like and what you dont, with 0 nicotine juice for the samples - because sometimes something sounds good and smells good, but doesnt have a taste you want to consume as often as a lot of people vape/smoke.I cannot recommend this place enough if you or someone you know vapes, or are considering switching to vaping and want professions to talk to/help you through figuring out what you want/need.

Very helpful and friendly. I had told them that I wasnt buying anything that day, but needed a lot of questions answered so that I could decide what I would eventually want. Anthony patiently spent 40 mins answering all my questions without my feeling like he was trying to sell me anything. That customer service is very rare in this day. Would recommend to everyone!

Bad. Ass. Shop!!!!!The shop was clean, professional looking, and the staff were all above and beyond helpful. I went in looking to switch from cigarettes (2 packs a day) to a vaporizer rig and I was not disappointed. Matt walked me through a ton of different flavors and rigs. I felt no pressure to purchase and the employees made sure I found a flavor I liked, no bad feelings about being super picky and spending almost an hour sampling different flavors.I didnt walk away that day with a vaporizer, just because I was so skeptical of making the investment and not using what I purchased, but I lit up a cigarette after driving away from their shop and knew I should have pulled the trigger on a rig.I went back the next day and changed that. So far its been 3 days without a cigarette. Not very long, but I did try a smoke a day after making the switch (I was curious) and immediately regretted it.Great great great shop.

I was in Portland on a business trip with my wife and while she was working, I visited several local vape shops.This was by far the cleanest and nicest overall and impressed this veteran vaper.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.I spoke most in depth with Anthony (Im terrible with names and hope Im correct), and hit it off, pun intended.With him I sampled several house juices and he sampled one of my DIY.He was so knowledgeable, he knew the flavoring manufacturer and basic recipe.Thoroughly impressed!If you need a new device or liquid, this is the place...harkens the best shops Ive visited nationwide.

Ive been going here ever since they were actually ON Division for my first Kangertech evod tank and istick 10w way back in the day and Ive never had a good reason to go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they carry a wide range of liquids and mods, and their loyalty program is awesome (do yourself a favor and go in on Sundays to re-up your liquid).

A great place for your vaping needs. Also if you happen to use a JUUL, great news, lets say you happen to leave your charger plugged into your computer at work, they actually sell just the chargers so you will not need to purchase a new starter pack just to charge the battery. 👍👍

This store has some cool guys working there and stereotypical vape gods straight out of the satirical show Portlandia who wear scarfs and beanies with shorts and pride themselves on lack of customer service skills. Also the prices are outrageous. If your out of juice or wire in a pinch this place has juice and wire. But if you buy a mod or piece if gear from them you deserve to get ripped off.

This is one of the very few companies thats doing it right. In my experience, most of the vape shops I have visited are pretty much a combination of shady / unknowledgeable staff, the place looks like its about to go out of business and has been open for years, subpar selection, etc... I can keep going on, but Im sure you know what Im talking about.Division Vapor is the exact opposite. Everyone working there knows their stuff, the selection has gotta be one of the best, and I feel like Im walking into a legitimate store, not some warehouse space with 2 dingbat Cloud-Brahs playing Foozball in the back corner that know jack S$#% about what theyre carrying.Not only that, but their line of juice, OR33, is top notch.I should also mention that I am NOT affiliated with them in any way. They just do a fantastic job in such a sub-par market. The biggest thing for me is that they send you home with the right stuff. I cant tell you how many times I went to other stores when I started vaping and was given wrong parts, atomizers, glass, etc... Its a PITA to have to go back and forth for that kind of stuff. Not the case here.Highly recommended

Great knowledgeable service, friendly staff, reasonably priced products. I have visited 6 local vape shops looking for products and someone who knows what they are talking about. Out of 6 locations, I found that most staff know very little about the products they sell, are high priced and are more interested in making a sale rather than making sure you getting what you need. Division vape, was a breath of fresh air, friendly professional staff, they were interested in what I was looking for, although they offer a limited range of vape mods, the sell quality product and understand what they are selling. I have shopped Division vape twice now and have had the same experience each time. A little bit of a drive for me, but this is my go to vape shop.

Hi there, I just wanted to let everyone know how super the customer service at Division Vapor is :)Ive been cigarette free for nine days and bought my Istick 20 there. But to my dismay this morning when I went to charge it the USB port jarred loose and my unit got stuck at 5 watts and would not operate properly!!! :(So I stopped in and explained my situation to Paul and Ben and they happily upgraded me to an I stick 30!!!! YEY!!! I am very happy with the quality of professionalism in this store and its employees. Ive got to say, if youre looking for a brick and mortar store that will treat you right its Division Vapor.On another note I must also comment on the awesome taste bar they offer. They use good quality Kanger EVOD Glass cartomizers for their tasting samples not the cheap old C4s a lot of shops carry. This helps establish a true sense of the wonderful variety of complex tastes they carry. They also use sanitized glass tips which are better for the environment than those silicone covers at other shops. Alice in Vapeland juices are absolutely delicious!Thank you Division Vapor for helping me kick a nasty habit and introducing me to my new healthy hobby and helping me in my need. VAPE ON!!!

They fixed my vape, and now I have no troubles at all. They even took their time, to compare prices, and flavors. I got to taste, and smell preferred flavors. 💕

I highly recommend that you go to a different vape shop if you’re ever considering coming here. The staff are very rude and really have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to vaping. They won’t even help you to find out how to fix your own vape that you bought from them! They just say get a new one. Please stay away from this store and especially don’t give them your money.
