Awesome atmosphere! Very friendly and makes you feel right at home the second you walk in the door! Informative and knows their stuff. Plus a huge amount of products! CBD, Vape Juice, Glass Pieces, and more! Plus convenient hours. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone 21+!

There are 2 major reasons why this is the best vape shop in Portland. 1 - Their prompt and informative customer service, and 2 - The shop itself. Its giant, stocked, and straight up beautiful. Even if this isnt your usual place, you NEED to check it out. Definitely worth it.

Always amazing customer service and nice people. Their homemade Cowboy blend is my go-to nic salt. Also the owner Graham is the most down to earth and helpful dude Ive ever met. Even during the pandemic he was responding to questions I had. They have a customer for life!

Mike the manager has been so amazing at helping me learn how to use my mod. When I had a problem with one, without questions they swapped it out for a brand new one. The juices are delicious and the specials are a great deal. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike the manager today and my experience was rather enjoyable. He was knowledgable and informative and hooked me up with a nice little inexpensive rig making the transition away from tobacco seamless. The shop is well-kept, the atmosphere chillaxed, and the shelves sufficiently stocked. Its a great little one-stop shop right there by Monument Sq. and I cant foresee a need to go elsewhere. You made a repeat customer out of me, Mike- cheers!

Awesome customer service! Bought a Maine-made dab rig here! It was affordable and beautiful! Had a small issue but employee helped me out and corrected it instantly without question so for that reason alone they make my list to check in to see what they got new!

I am visiting Portland, and I walked in on a whim. The interior is spacious and very welcoming. I met Mike, the manager, who was very pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He worked with me to find something that fit my budget and was honest with the products they carried. All in all i wpuld definatly come back and shop here for my needs.

Compared to the other vape shops in the area, Id say this place is the best. Customer service is always great, and any issues Ive had were addressed immediately. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and never pushy.

Always a good experience, I go every 2 weeks and when they dont have what I need in stock, they give me good recommendations and let me know when theyll have what I need. Vaping can be confusing! These people make it easy :)

I LOVE this shop! Just started the road to stop smoking cigarettes. Mike and DJ have done nothing more than educate me and help me find the perfect vaits at! The knowledge and care to get a product you like it by far there top priority. I see no reason to hit up any other shop! Empire vape is where at!

Im currently on a tight budget that Im trying to maintain, Mike managed to make a great deal to me that was a little below $100 that saved me $50. This is the type of vape shop I would strongly recommend to do business with and hang out in, they know their stuff!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. I go in here at least once a week. Cool set up and vibe. I started vaping to quit smoking and they are always patient with my lack of knowledge and helpful.

This place Is awesome, well worth the trip into portland for. The prices are the best around and store is amazing, but the best part was talking with Michael and being made to feel more like a friend than just a customer.
