Never going back. Waited for 10 minutes to have someone notice me in the lobby. Overpriced. And, according to the owners, working in retail isnt a service industry job. Only giving two stars because the weed was good quality.

I love this place, has the best weed, Golden Goat, Jack Herr and Alcapulco Gold, this is the kind of weed I grew up smoking. Now, they have all my bussiness, they have my magic formula, Dr Jollys RSO, full spectrum oil that has made my life amazing by having my medicine. Thank you amazing staff, I will see you soon.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I loved that the building was a barn and that the decorations inside followed that theme. There was a very welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable. Also, the product I purchased did not disappoint. My friends and I were so excited to share the joints I bought, which were beautifully rolled and did their job very well! I dont often make to over to this part of town, but when I do, I always stop by Urban Farmacy. They hands down have the best selection, nicest and most knowledgable staff. Tony the manager was warm and welcoming. Joe the budtender was the best budtender I have ever had. He knew the product inside and out and was one of the coolest dudes I have met. If there were the ability to give more stars, I would. If you want the best weed buying experience of your life, check this place out.

I had such an amazing experience here thanks to Tony! My friend and I went in as clueless non-stoners, on a mission to purchase a gift for our friend. Tony responded to our accessibility needs with understanding and care, not weird ableist pity. His use of gender-neutral language made us feel enveloped in a sea of care, and further elevated the respect he was showing for our friend who wasnt even in the room with us. Ive been coming here for >8 years, and I adamantly refuse to shop anywhere else. Really, I live in Vancouver and drive 30 minutes across town just to come here. The people, atmosphere, quality of product, low pricing, etc. etc. -- I could go on for a while, just know this is unquestionably the best dispensary in Portland.

Went in a couple of days ago not knowing what to expect. Sarah was super helpful and sold me two wonderful strains. When Im in Oregon, Im not going anywhere else for my fix.Update : Ive now been here 4 times. Staff has always been prompt, friendly and very helpful. Great place all around. :)

Ive been using this dispensary for the past few weeks and have had a great experience each time. The bud tenders are friendly (especially Krystal) and seem knowledgeable about and willing to share their personal experiences with the strains and products on display.

This place is golden! I go there all the time ounces only for me the B buds are great no stems to speak of. Just got home with one.

Excellent experience. It was a welcoming environment, the waiting room has a TV and a chalkboard with specials to entertain you while waiting. Once inside you have a private experience with a bud tender who can recommend things based on your needs. The product is all local, and while chatting with the owner he mentioned that he has a personal relationship with everyone who grows for the shop.10/10 would visit again

Love this place!! I live by a few dispensaries that are much closer to my place but always go here because the salespeople are awesome and not at all pushy. They help when they can but are also great about quick easy purchases, which is what I look for. If you happen to run into Randa while she’s working she is one of my favorite cause she’s straightforward and not at all pushy, and as someone that has been a casual smoker for a long time it’s very refreshing have someone that just listens and helps to point in the right direction.

Krystal was SO helpful- she hooked me up with literally everything I needed, which was amazing. But more so than that, I had an great time too! I’ve genuinely never had so much fun at a dispensary. TALK TO KRYSTAL!!!!

I keep going back, it’s so close to my house, I keep trying- but I always leave underwhelmed. Prices are strangely high for same exact strains elsewhere. No price breaks until you buy like an ounce. Customer service is mostly good- it’s better when you’re young and hip. IDK- I just always get the feeling they want you to drop your cash and get out... I really want to like it here.

Had a great costumer service experience here. I was short on cash for a flower strand I was interested in. Before I could even look at another cheaper strain. Krystal and Josh (Who was currently working behind the desk.) said they would cover the remaining amount. Something that doesnt happen to much in this industry. (Thanks again you two.) What this shows me is a good relationship between the employee, followed by organization of the work place. Which is more then enough a reason to come back and support the store more. This is definitely a nice place to check out flower(Weed), lots of variety of strains. - Thanks for making my day a bit better.

Rip off! Seriously my least favorite shop in town. About half the employees are rude. They don’t include the 20% tax in their list prices. Worst, they do NOT give you detailed receipts. I’ve been charged probably upwards of $75 for all of the times I didn’t get the advertised discount, because it does NOT come off manually.You have to remind them which discount day it is, and even then they mess it up. Since you don’t have a detailed receipt, you can’t show what you bought or were overcharged. That’s what they’ll tell you later when you do the math, even if you got 10 ft out of the store before realizing it.It was barely knowledged when I came in tonight, waited awhile before anyone behind the window addressed me, found out they had no record of my order, then they refused to honor the price on my receipt sent directly from their email address, and THEN I was accused of lying about being in the service industry.I said that I don’t normally use the service industry discount because I never have my OLCC or food handler’s card on me in my personal time and asked if I needed them. The girl behind the counter said no, if I were “actually” in the food industry, I would always have an OLCC card and food handler‘s card on me. (???) I said it wasn’t a big deal about the discount since I didn’t have proof, but she reminded me again for no reason that I’m apparently not in the food service industry.Funny thing is I have never had a bad experience at any other shop in town. I haven’t been to the store in a year because of so many bad experiences, and then I come back ONE time because they had a particular CBD product I wanted, and it’s worse than I remember.

I COME TO PORTLAND FOR THIS STORE. I absolutely love it and they make it for such a fun shopping experience. BUDGET FRIENDLY! As long as you have the 120$ ounces, I will keep coming back. And I have only had very knowledgeable budtenders. I just love coming here. And anytime I come to Portland I come here. This was my fourth time since I moved to the PNW, and it never disappoints. Wish I could personally thank my budtender but unfortunately I didnt catch her name.

I started shopping at Urban Farmacy a few weeks ago and Im impressed. The staff is friendly and welcoming from the second you arrive, are knowledgeable, and have quality products at fair pricing. Clean, super friendly staff, fun environment, and comfortable.Theres a bit of a wait to get into recreational green room and that agreed me first day however, Im very happy now. The long wait is cause by assume service were I am treated as a individual and not just another costumer. The dont make me feel rushed, I feel listened to, staff are informative and helpful. Have been to the UF numerous times and every time have found staff very friendly, welcoming and laid back. I really enjoyed being helped by budtender, Krystal (the kind-hearted)! They offer a good selection of high quality products in the usual various forms at a fair price. That, I think, is their philosophy. Parking is in the back of building or on side streets.

Being from another state and never been in a dispensary but having knowledge about the matter, I walked in and was pleasantly surprised. The ladies that were at the front desk were very upbeat, friendly, and interested in where i was coming from. Once I was allowed into the store area I was greeted by a man that immediately finished helping out another guest and apologized for the wait (maybe 3 seconds) and was very helpful. I didnt try to get up-charged or persuaded to buy something else at all and received new knowledge of what I was buying. Definitely going to be a return customer next time in in portland.

This place is awesome! Not only is this one of the most well-kept, aesthetically pleasing dispensaries in town, but the staff and product selection are absolutely top-notch. Every individual working there is well-versed in their trade, pleasant to talk to and actually want to be there! The moment you walk in the door you can feel the good vibrations. The owner, Margo, especially is a gem. She is highly intelligent, deeply compassionate towards any all all who enter her veritable sanctuary, and can pretty much answer any question you might have in regards to anything to do with green medicine. I highly recommend the Urban Pharmacy for all your medical marijuana needs. You will love your experience here.

When you walk in, the place smells wonderful, with very light odors of marijuana, and a great wood decor that sets off the front room nicely. It was VERY clean; I am a former Marine, I know clean. The customer service was on point, friendly, didnt rush, and felt like I received some individual attention. The atmosphere was inviting, with proper light and inspection lamp to see anything you want in detail. Everything was labeled nicely, and they had a decent selection of oils and other topical ointments.

I hadn’t been here in a few years and although everything was resolved my first visit back was disappointing to say the least. The budtenders need to have maybe a bit more training and experience before handling the sales floor none the less any cannabis product. We all have first days but I don’t think letting this tender fly solo was in your best interest

Visiting from out of town I was initially very impressed with the place and how helpful the employee behind the counter was. There was a mistake selling my friend an incorrect piece of merchandise, that led me to believe I received the wrong product in comparison to hers the next day. I ended up spending more money on rides to and from the place than on the product itself, only to have them not correct the error. Overall helpful people, but do not expect them to satisfactorily correct their mistakes if made.

Came in from out of town Randa i have to say she is truly a passionate and amazing budtender very knowledgeable about everything and extremely personable. I have been to a couple other dispensaries in the area and i must say my experience was unbelievable if you do not shop here your missing out on phenomenal experience both fronts only place i will shop when i return and definite tell all my friends and anyone in coming in the area.

I have been to many different shops and received help to spend my money and sometimes even walked out with a product that was not even close to what I wanted. But when I arrived at urban I was greated with a smile (hidden behind a mask) but also with some knowledge that no other place or budtender has ever said. Bri helped me understand more about what I needed based on the problems I suffer from. She took the time to answer my plethora of questions and did so with the patience of Buddha. Not once did she make me feel like I was an annoyance or that I was just another sale. The concentrate i purchased was top shelf and super affordable. I will be returning for sure and I dont even live near by so that says a lot about them.

The Urban Farmacy is pretty legit. It was absolutely worth the hour and a half drive from Olympia, WA. Quality products and really great customer service. You can’t beat the deals or the free smells. Will definitely be getting more familiar with this place!

Not sure why my experience was so different from all of the glowing ones....budtender was short with us, didnt know anything about the product, just seem like they wanted to rush us out with no line behind us. Gave them another chance a different day, it was packed so tight we couldnt even get in.... Waiting room is full of people but were they all customers? Were literally told to wait outside...ok....waited seven minutes and no one came out the door ... Just walked to the next dispensary down because it doesnt seem like customer service is the primary at this place. Its the same flower you can get everywhere, and a lot of its brown :(

I think their flower prices are fair. The customer service experience is variable from visit to visit, and that has a lot to do with how busy they are. Cant say I expect perfect customer service or a plethora of product knowledge when theres a wait line out the door, but when they arent insanely busy, Ive always been able to ask questions.Only thing I cant say I appreciate is that they dont always keep their online order system updated with product stock or current prices, and a lot of that can change in-store. More over, if calling with questions, their phone lines go directly to a full voicemail box and nobody answers.I feel Urban Farmacys fair product prices outweigh the small chance of a less than optimal customer service experience. Ive had far worse interactions at far more expensive dispensaries that literally dont care about their customers even when business is slow. Thats not true at UF; Ive had several great interactions with staff when theyve have the time to interact.The one thing I really appreciate about Urban Farmacy is their varied flower selection. I care more about flavor than effect and often blend multiple strains into salads. Previously, that meant doing a ton of strain research and visiting multiple dispensaries, but Urban Farmacy is really decent about keeping several strains of varied flavor profiles across sativas, indicas, and hybrids. I usually leave with everything I need to make a proper salad without the inconvenience of shopping all over town.The overall experience isnt perfect, but perfect isnt realistic. Their prices and selection are both great, and thats good enough for me.

I usually always go to this place it’s got good prices and good quality I always do their online option since it’s convenient and easy I always come in and out in less than 5 mins.Today however was a bit frustrating I came in after receiving my order ready for pick up text .I came inside and stated to the budtender that I was here for an online order and gave my name she asks me to sit after about a few mins someone came out and she instructed me to come inside which I have never done for an online order confused I asked if I still had to go in for an online order she started that if she would have known it was an online order she wouldn’t have me waitWhich I had stated in the beginning , this may seem a bit much to be upset over and I’m usually super patient but today I wasn’t feeling well due to an underlining condition so waiting there was really harder then it seems.I will be returning because I love this place but just was really bothered by not being listened to in the beginning I feel like she was distracted because I did state it .

Its really hard for me to rate anything 5 stars, but Urban Farmacy meets that criteria! Friendly & knowledgeable staff, even when theyre busy they answer all the questions you may have! Theyll treat you like their most important patient every time you go in.If that wasnt enough, how about a CRAZY huge selection and good prices? Urban Farmacy on 420 NE 60th Ave...Just look for the big ass barn!

I have been trying to find a decent chocolate selection since I moved here a week ago and I randomly found it at Urban Farmacy! Everyone working was so nice, they made me feel like we were friends. I will be a repeat offender here for sure. 😁

Tony was a very helpful budtender after a bad and unprofessional experience at Americana, highly recommend coming here as the service given was amazing and was given lots of help when choosing what to try. Will definitely come again when visiting portland!

Very nice people. Subpar product :( Rosin suggested was very old, smelled bad and tasted worse. Flower buds were tiny damp and 6 months old so not really worth it. If they were budget buys, maybe, but this was mid priced for today’s market.

Very friendly! The art is so fun around the office. They have menus available for while you’re waiting which saves quite a bit of time. Very clean and helpful!

Do not pass by this House 420! Here you will find many interesting things on shelves. I come here from the other end of the city, and every time with pleasure. I was satisfied of / well located / range of choice / the price suits me.However, there is little light inside, there is no possibility to see the goods under shopfront light. This inconvenience is compensated by the helpers consultation, which is enough to make a choice.My wish: move the shelves closer to view.

Seeds! Went there based off the great reviews. Purchase three strains based off recommendations. The first one she recommended me has seeds in it! (Update: Found immature seeds in 2 of 3 strains purchased.)Response to response:Youre sorry Im bummed out. Now theres a heart-felt response. THIS IS MY MEDICINE! Hence the term medicinal. Imagine if I picked up a pill prescription and 10 percent of the medicine had been replaced with salt. Thats a fairly similar comparison.Now to address your solution... first, its a little hard to germinate a seed after you have inadvertently smoked it. Secondly, I didnt spend money on flower hoping for seeds (as though it were some sort of bonus item). This is because its not a desired quality when smoking flower. Finally, I am aware of the factors that produce seeds. But the root cause is incompetence. Its not difficult to identify a male plant, or even a hermaphroditic one. I find it difficult to believe I was the first person to discover seeds. So that tells me someone was more interested in cutting their losses, than delivering a quality product. But thanks for the apathy.

These guys are actually the best, and no Im not just saying that so theyll give me freebies.I was on the east coast when the new recreational cannabis laws passed in Oregon, so as somebody who was formerly an OMMP cardholder, it still surprises me when I see how significantly those legal changes have manifested throughout Portland. As such, I tend to avoid a lot of recreational-style spots because I dont often use cannabis for the same reasons they do, and as such, its not uncommon for me to walk out of those places feeling like an alien as a result. Thankfully, the staff at Urban Farmacy have done a truly excellent job of maintaining that respectful dispensary atmosphere even after officially opening their doors to recreational customers, and they consistently back that up with some of the most knowledgeable and polite folks Ive ever worked with in this industry. I will be moving to SE Portland soon, but I will still be making occasional the trip here when I can, even if just for the quality of service.
