Bought a new disposable vape and by the next day it was drawing on its own. Took it back and they wouldn’t replace it. It’s still had over 70% of the juice left in it. They only offer 35% off the next one. Gave a BS reason as to being scammed. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. IF IT BREAKS THEY WILL JUST MAKE YOU BUY A NEW ONE. THE ONLY VAPE STORE IVE EVER FOUND WHO WONT STAND UP FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.Save your money and go to a better store!!

Great service!!! I was that guy that walked in 5 minutes before closing. Clerk was very helpful. 1st time I bought a vape he gave me his option on which product was best... not the most expensive what met my needs. Customer service still alive!!

I LOVE this store!!! I have always had great service. The people are soooo friendly! They don’t try and rush you out the door. They will spend all time you need to teach you about different vapes or juices. I have actually learned a lot from them. There has only been one lady that was a little snooty to me recently that I’ve never seen there before. Not bad though. But other than that, this will always be my go-to vape store!! If you are ever not sure on what to get, they will patiently teach you to help you figure it out! I really appreciate all that they have taught me! :)

My favorite vape shop in town! The staff is sooo friendly here! I do stop in about once a week and they know me by name! There prices are decent too!

Been shopping here for years and now they close before posted hours then the girl talks $H1T on the phone looking at you through the door and won’t just let you purchase products. She says she’s been slow all day so instead of make a sale and unlock the door she just wants to go home a whopping 5 minutes early.

The shop has a comfortable atmosphere with super friendly folks. I love going in there. They always have what I need. Including Vaporesso products.

The Post Falls store is hands down my fav vape store in all of Kootenai County. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great selections throughout!!!

I purchased.2 disposable vapes yesterday (8/22/22). The esco bar died the same day and wouldnt charge. I tried to exchange it and the girl refused! I am a very loyal buyer (2-3 disposables per week), but the disrespect from the young girl in that store is such a turnoff, I will find a new vape store to spend my money. As a business owner myself, I would love to talk to the owner and let them know she doesnt seem to like working there. The last time she helped me she was so irritated when I asked her about the different flavors. Why? I have no idea other than she acts like she hates get job.I would want to know if one of my employees treated our customers like that! There are vapes stores on every corner in our area, competition is big! But theyve lost a loyal customer, unfortunately! I just thought the owner should know. I will be trying cloud vaper up the street.

I am so bad with names, but you have 2 of the most amazing ladies that work for you. Every time I have come in I hope they are working. Both of them have gone above and beyond what my expectations are. I called tonight to see if the hours were right and she was willing to stay late just so I could come grab coils. Coils, nothing special not spending lots of money like I do, just coils. These ladies are the reason I keep coming back. You have an amazing team, dont let them go.

Well, they offer a 35% in store credit for defective products… that’s a start. If you buy from them better research first. They won’t take returns and as above you get only 35% of purchase price back even if it’s defective… they’ve got enough stores and revenue to not be the small minded business they are. I hope they learn

I have been going to this store for years because of the great products and chill atmosphere. As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcome. Every employee is very respectful and helpful no matter how many dumb questions I ask. I honestly can not believe that someone could say a bad thing about this store... since I started shopping here they have had all the same great employees. I have bad anxiety and hate shopping because Im so paranoid about peoples opinions (stupid, I know) this is the one store that I know I dont have to worry about. I never write reviews but after reading one your reviews I felt I needed to share my opinion about your store.... some people just jump to conclusions over any little thing.

Love this place! Have been going here for years and always a pleasure to visit with the owners and staff. They know what they are talking about and are quick to help you find exactly what you want and are looking for. Has a chill environment and is definitely a great place to find a new setup, get some good juices, or even just to hang out for a bit. Thanks Paul and James, this is my Vale shop home!

I recently bought the Aegis Solo Kit on Sunday, and I absolutely adore it. They have such incredible prices and fantastic customer service. The following Tuesday - I dropped it and shattered the glass on my tank, and accidentally threw the entire top away removing the glass - I was super embarrassed. I called and Conner immediately told me it was okay, and that he would even discount a new tank because I bought the kit so recently. He stayed past closing (since I work in North Spokane) just to help me, as well as hook my boyfriend up with an Aegis Solo of his very own. Connor’s customer service is absolutely fantastic and what every person customer service should strive to be like. I’ve worked retail for years, so I understand how annoying it can be to stay late for customers - but he did it anyway. Absolutely love my experience here and I will be coming here for all my vaping needs! Thank you, Connor & Vape-It!

Awesome group of guys here. They are always keeping me up to date with the latest and greatest. It is always a pleasure to step in here. I hate going into any other vape shop. I do however wish you guys opened a hour or 2 earlier. Keep up the great work and personalities!

Always super nice and helpful. Ive been to a lot of different vape shops in the area, Ive noticed some shops will sell you nock off brands of juices or coils, and other shops arent helpful when it comes to finding new products. But Ive never once had a bad experience with Vape-it. They treat you like friends are willing to help with any thing you need vape wise.

Great selection, prices, and the staff are knowledgeable on all the products. If youre in Post Falls and need ejuice, coils, or anything vape related, this is the shop. The floors were just recently remodelled and makes the inside look really clean and professional.

The young man today had the best knowledge of the 6 stores I had been to from, Hayden, CDA and PF area ( I wish I had caught his name) I recently quit smoking cigarettes after 43 years and have turned to vapeing CBD which has been super successful! I wanted a vape in a unit other than a pen and he suggested the product he has been trying to get for a long time and finally did. He uses it and it has great battery life. The Rokin Dial $30. Of all the stores I went to that tried to sell me $100 units, he said none of them would have worked for just CBD. This little unit is my best friend now after just a few hours of using it lol! Perfect cloud perfect draw, no buttons necessary! No more cravings! I am sorry I did not catch your name but thank you so much, you really made this gal happy!!👍😃

Came in looking for a high VG juice, the teenage employees made a recommendation that I turned down due to my PG allergy. They both took offense to me declining their recommendation and presumed to be hostile in a passive aggressive manner.I walked out without buying a thing, which is a shame cause I LOVE supporting local businesses... unless your employees are elitist and passive aggressive.My personal opinion, its worth driving the extra distance to Hot Rod Vaporz in the Spokane Valley. They have a great selection of liquids, mods, and advice. They know how to listen, and treat people with respect; versus having a temper tantrum when you have opposing opinions on something as stupid as e-juice.

I purchased a salt nic specific device, Aspire AVP, from Vape-It in Post Falls under the impression that the various types of replacement pods would be available for purchase. I was mistaken. The salesperson did not tell me that only the sub-ohm mesh pods would be available for purchase once the pods that came with the device went bad. Unfortunately, the sub-ohm mesh pods are not suitable for salt nic juices as the nicotine levels in each hit can be extremely high and dangerous. I have called the shop and gone in several times to try to work out the problem. This shop is unwilling to bring in the pods that work for salt nic or refund the money for a device I can’t use. Even a single hit from the mesh pod filled with salt nic juice leaves you gasping for air as your lungs try to handle the amount of nicotine just inhaled. I have been a customer of the shop for several years, but I cant recommend a shop unwilling to rectify a situation in which a salesperson mislead a customer for a sale.

Where to begin I love the store and the staff is amazing they are very knowledgeable about everything and super friendly but thats not the best part about it this is a true mom and pops store in a way meaning that they will give you the shirt off their back something you really dont see now a days this is hands down the best vape store I have ever been to its not because of their products but because of the people that Own and run it but their products are amazing to they carry the best E juice in town

Ive Vaped for a while now and its refreshing to go into a shop and have a person talk to you (not at you), and not try to sell you a lemon, or make you feel stupid. Great prices, great variety. Thoroughly pleased.

This store seems to keep the most consistent stock of what my ball and chain and I require for our nic fix.
