Wesley was the best salesman ever! Was so patient and really cared about answering our questions correctly. I feel he enjoyed his job 100 percent, and got our business...

First time going there, was 5 min before closing and just went in for a battery for mod, the guy working there was very nice and i didnt have any trouble getting my battery it was a good experience

Today (12/21/19) was my 3rd visit to the store in Post Falls. Wesley was awesome. He was friendly, yet professional. I still love the prices and the vast inventory. I also love that every time I have gone, there was a different employee, yet they all are awesome and know what they are doing. I am defiantly a customer for life!!Excellent prices. Excellent variety. Excellent service. Definitely going back!! Chase and Lydia definitely know what they are doing. I have to come from Spokane to get juice. I am definitely going back. When the ban is lifted here, I will most likely continue coming to Vape.

Was denied sale by employee who does not know how state i.ds work. Went 10 mins up the street and bought my vape from someone who acutally knows what theyre doing.Educate your workers about how different state i.d,s work if you dont wanna lose business!

Stephen was so amazing! Went above and beyond with assisting me so I received exactly the tasty flavor I wanted! Turned me on to a vape I hadn’t tried, as well as a new cartridge! Patient, professional, courteous and nice! Give this man a raise!!! Represents your company fabulously!

This is my favorite shop. All of the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There was one time that I was double charged by accident and didnt even notice. The store manager at that time called me the next day and let me know that she noticed the double charge and that she wanted to make it right. Most places would just not say a thing!

They sold me the wrong items, refused to fix it, and laughed about it...I left my number and asked for a call back from a never present manager...Still waiting for a call back... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sign says open 10am. Went to shop there as Ive never been in. Door was locked, but I went back and the guy was super nice, prices were good and dude had good advice. Pleasant experience.

After a visit that was subpar, I posted a review and was contacted within 24 hours by the owner. They really do care for their clientele. It can happen in any service based industry to have a bad experience, but if that happens with VAPE please dont judge the business by this because the service and support they give to each person is unique. If more of this was practiced today, the world would be a happier place. Thank you Kyle for all your help. Look forward to doing business with you guys in the future.

You can’t even judge the customer service on a ⭐️ chart!!!! I have had the MOST AMAZING service one can get!!!! It was an experience for sure!!! I drove from Spokane to come here both times and this is the last place I ever go for any device!!!!! Get the Savage line and brands (Ripe and Cream) of juices and I’ll never go anywhere else for ANYTHING!!!! Special thanks to Coot and Megan for making it great!!!!!!!!!

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. wesley hall is a very amazing worker, every time i come in he is always energetic and eager to help assist me in what i am looking for. he is very knowledgeable in the vape world. he is by far the best employee i have encountered in any vape shop. he is the definition of a great employee that most business strive to find. not to mention he is very friendly and sweet and cares about all his customers. he is very good at welcoming everyone who walks into the shop, you never go unnoticed when he is working. always puts a smile on my face:)

They have a huge selection of choices. The girl who helped us had great recommendations and seemed to know about them all. Seems impossible to remember differences but she was spot on. I am happy with all my new stuff.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable on their products. I have switched from my normal vape shop to this one!! Great deals throughout the week and having a rewards program is a total bonus !! My hat goes off to these guys, THANK YOU for everything Vape !!

Went last night, he was friendly. But didn’t realize we paid $43!!! For a juice and a pack of three coils!! The juice retails for $13 online and the coils for $15 online. Unless he accidentally scanned something twice, which we wouldn’t know because we were never given a receipt, I would not recommend this place.

Very clean and beautifully organized store. They have so much more than just vape supplies too, I get my cbd there for an AMAZING price and they have drug tests and all kinds of things! This should be your go-to place!!

This is my favorite vape shop in town. Good prices, crazy deals of the week, and great customer service! Multiple juices to pick from. And they know what they are talking about. Very clean profeshional shop. Highly recommend.

Ive always been able to go in with my 3 year old. Today I was asked to leave because of it. Im not one to leave my kids in the car so Ill have to take my money elsewhere.

Good workers there cool but management sucks bought a vape self heating rig it was broken ben waiting for 3 weeks they still havent ordered me a new one and wont refund a broke product they sold me

Just got done in there and the service was amazing, she was very helpful and even offered to clean my mod. She makes me want to come in more often

Convenient location, however this shopping center is always very crowded and full of homeless people. (Obviously not the stores fault)

1/28/20 Went in there pretty late (thanks for being open so late) and was met with a great smile from a very gorgeous & down to earth woman who provided me awesome customer service who was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I needed.

Staff was super friendly and they have a nice selection, pretty chill spot :)
