Extremely over priced and very little selection.THIS IS NOT THE SAME PLACE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FOR. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS BOUGHT ABOIT 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR AGO.Like a half hour before I posted. Over 30$ for some basic 4k puff disposable.I never saw the screen with the total, nor was I offered a receipt. Im guessing she tipped herself. Also, how come all your inventory is always coming the next day? I went here as a last resort because my prior visits were also a disappointment.

The new owner is awesome and very accomodating if she doesnt have it she will find it and do a special order.

The selection is fabulous so many different flavors and I wanted something that would last at least a month but be disposable with amazing flavor and thats what I got. The owner is amazing.

They had exactly what I wanted and it was cheaper than the other stores in town!

I found Jamess shop by chance on my way to a hair appointment and I think hes been putting up with my sh*t for 3-4 years now. I wont go anywhere else.Ive never had a negative experience at Vertical Vapor, he and his staff are knowledgable and helpful always. Products are far above average and he had standards as far as what he sells, THAT is rare. I dont have to deal with kids in suits or be upsold everytime I walk in. His prices are fair and I know what I am getting 100% of the time. The few times I didnt love a flavor he fixed it no questions asked. He stocks my only other vice (Red Bull) and has accommodated my extra-ness far longer than I would have expected. Stop wasting money on junk filled with chemicals and stop in and see James or one of his staff. Youll know as soon as you walk into his shop that its not like the rest!

Very kind, welcoming owner! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was so impressed! Plus hes the only guy in town I could find who stocks replacement tanks for my Aspire PockeX pen :) Hes definitely won my loyalty! If he ever starts carrying my fluid (Dead Presidents brand in Washington, 12mg) hell have myself and my fiance as permanent customers!

They have nice selection but i bought a disposable for 25 dollars witg 5000 puffs and after three days it stopped working. I took it back and they said i cant get a new one but i can have 10% off a brand new one. Definitely wont be going back there. They dont care about their customers

Bought a e cig battery, was not was I was expecting and only had it for an hour before going to return it. They will not except my return. No signs or verbal wording that they did not do returns. Very disappointing. Feel like I wasted my money. Don’t waste your money here.

When the owner is there its always a five. When hes not my juice is always not as flavorful. Last time I went in the coils I bought for some reason fit just fine but my device says atomizer too short.

Owner is always present and a great guy. Will take his making sure you have all the right stuff you need. High quality vaping liquids and customizing them if needed

Great people great selection military discount and all around best vape products and service in the area, tried others when this wasnt open or was in Coeur D Lene and always disappointed so now I always go there no matter how far I have to go.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff combined with a large variety of products makes this a great place to do business. Ive only had one problem and the staff went above and beyond getting it taken care of.

Vertical vapor absolutely has the best vapor in Post Falls and Coeur D Alene. I have a Dovpo Guardian 1.5 and a Smok TFV4 mini tank, the best tank Ive ever had! The best customer service and the owner is very hospitable! Thanks for everything!

Great place to find what you need, liquid is expensive but he lets you taste and try liquids that he makes so its worth the money, but again kind of pricey.
