The people who work here are awesome and so patient if you choose to purchase something behind the glass knives, ect. Everything is always stocked and I really enjoy stopping in.

Show up on Saturday at 5 till 11 with open sign still lit, only to try to open a locked door and receive blank stares. Another customer pulled up beside me and was as well, denied service. Now I have to go to Mav and pay double for smokes because some entitled millennial cant be bothered to fulfill her duties. Pathetic.

Most of my interactions here are great but today 12/15/23 415pm guy was very rude and antagonistic huffed and puffed about ringing out a 2 zyn and a monster he had to open a new roll and was so frustrated the ripped it out of the package and a couple flew across the floor and the one he gave me was damaged because of it just very unpleasant and unprofessional when moments before he was outside chatting up with his friend but I guess my business irritated him having to ring out a few items. Do better to whoever the guy is with facial studs everyone else I have had the pleasure of meeting that works there are kind

The lady working here on July 3rd was kind of rude to us. We would ask her questions and she just answered really quickly and tried to brush us off as if we were irritating her. Well ... sorry for disturbing you maam. I thought you worked here for the customer. I thought you were supposed to provide a customer service to us and be decent and nice to us. We wont be going back here because of how rude she was to us. I only give the 2 stars instead of one, because the store has decent prices and a good supply of stuff. They really need to work on their customer service aspect though. That is, if they really want to compete with other shops out there - who actually make their customers feel as though they are appreciated.

That young girl that works there with the tattoos on her hands and the piercings on her face is so rude and for no reason. You dont even have to talk to her and she is rude right off of the bat. I cant wait until she is removed of her duties. It will be so much better then.

We were able to get clove cigarettes which my sister finds hard to get. The clerk was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Lots of accessories are available as well

Absolutely horrible service! Rude and disrespectful barb raised her voice at me when I called and asked if they had flum vapes to make sure they had them before making the drive, she raised her voice and said she couldn’t because she had a line so I said there was no need to raise her voice and she yelled saying I’m not raising my voice! I asked if she could give me a call back about the vapes and she said she would call me in 10 minutes and she never did. The woman needs to be polite at least for the 2 minutes she is on the phone. Never go here if you want to be treated with decent respect or patience there isn’t any

The gal working the morning shift here is so awesome! Super friendly and very knowledgeable & helpful! I will definitely bring all my business here from now on.Great selection of tobacco enthusiast products, smoke away scents,candles etc.. really fun clean store!

Time online says closes at 11pm got there at 9:30 and their closed on a Saturday night. 3rd time this has happened by the way so don’t go here if you’re looking for a consistent spot to stop for smokes you never know what their hours really are.

Very nice cashiers. Very helpful and if they dont have your favorite they will check to see if that is available to them for you. Definitely make you feel welcome as a new customer and a returning one. Definitely recommend Big Smoke for all your tobacco, CBD and adult beverage stop!

I have been to this business may times since C-virus mask mandate began. No one has asked me to leave or put on a mask until today. The shop is spacious enough to stay 6ft apart no mask should be required. I left went to gas station 1 mile away, no mask required no space for social distance No mask required. I will no longer do my business with Big Smoke and tell everyone I know to stop giving them their business!!!!

Most overpriced smoke shop I’ve ever been in and the people in there are supremely unprofessional it was actually cheaper and a way better experience to just go to my local grocery store for what I needed definitely not worth stopping in save your time and money

I walked in to an empty store. It was late around 9:30pm. The guy at the counter was busy on his phone and seemed irritated to help me find what I wanted. No eye contact. Seems the norm in 2022, which is really sad.

All the employees that work at this establishment are amazing! They make it a point to get to know you which is why this smoke shop is my favorite to buy from. Wonderful Customer Service and amazing prices! I would recommend this place to anyone I know. 😊

They have a great selection of all your tobacco needs. Also sell lighters, cases, ash trays, and a small selection of vaping products. If you can answer the daily question correctly, you win a lighter! Great store!

Rude comments from employees. Often out of product. When I inquired when more would be in I was told the day and an employee told me to quit smoking. I felt an employee of a tobacco store should not be telling me to not buy their product.
