I’ve always heard great things about this spa by friends so I decided to give it a try for the first time for my birthday. I got the Bliss massage by Cheryl and it was amazing! She is very nice, welcoming, professional and informative about the process to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I will definitely be returning to this spa for more massages & services.

Staff is always so nice and every service Ive had over the last few years has been excellent. I usually go for signature massage and highly recommend it, cant go wrong. And the old home they are located in is quite unique, definitely worth paying attention to when you visit.

Kayla did a wonderful job on my skin during my facial. She was knowledgeable about the products and was very relaxing as well. The building itself was a surprise. I had never been there before and I didnt know it was in an old house. It was cute and moody for ultimate relaxation. Skin was a dream the next few days after.

I got a deep tissue massage with Amanda and it was wonderful! Super relaxing, I really loved the warming table. She used pressure where I really needed it, and was gentle where I didn’t. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten.The spa is super cute and I really loved the tranquil room to relax in before and after the service. I will definitely be back!

Solomons location, pedicure, Caroline! Enough said. She did an incredible, professional service and left my neglected feet looking and feeling great.

I was charged $75 for a wet cut (no blow dry, no style) on two visits in a row (with fran). The first time I hadnt had a cut in a while, so it seemed reasonable and I liked the cut. The second time was a maintenance trim 6-8 weeks later. She did not spend as much time with my hair, but told the woman at the front desk to charge me the same as the last visit. On my third visit (with Hannah), I teceived an even better cut, and i was charged $45. I asked if it was a different rate for different stylists and was told no, a wet cut started at $45. When I asked about my first two appointments, I was told they would ask my stylist about it. There was no mention of following up with me or offering a refund for the overcharge (or even a credit). No one called or followed up with me, so I assume they are just fine offered different prices for the same services, even if those services are overcharged on occasion.

Today I had a skin replenishing facial by Kayla F. It was my first ever coming to the spa or having a facial in general. The environment was so charming and relaxing. Kayla was sweet, knowledgeable, funny & professional. She really took her time & was very thorough. I 10/10 recommend booking a service with Kayla F!!!

Tori did my first ever Brazilian last February before my wedding. I was SO nervous and scared, but she put me right at ease. Even though I’m a very modest person and don’t like showing my body, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is super sweet and knows what she’s doing! The pain was not bad at all (just keep in mind that everyone has a different pain tolerance, and I took Advil before I went). I asked Tori if she had extra time to add on a leg, stomach and back wax. She did have time and was super accommodating! Tori is AMAZING! The spa is unmatched in service, comfort and accommodation. I highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! If you purchase a certificate for someone that intends to use it for a massage…it could be up to two months for them to be able to receive services.I was given a $200 certificate as a birthday gift because I absolutely adore my me time massages. I called today 4/11/22 to book a session and was advised that it would be in June before they could book me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The owner, Jackie, was not pleasant at all. She stated she could not refund my boyfriend on his card and she will have to mail a check.I will update this if a check is not received.

What an experience! Everyone was welcoming, kind and polite. I thought I was just going in for a reflexology massage but I received so much more! I left so relaxed and refreshed! I will definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful massage with Brittany. This is an adorable little gem in Calvert. plenty of pampering services to pick from and i love that i can sign up online. Staff is very friendly and professional and establishment is clean and calm.

I called at the last minute for a Mani/Pedi and they had an opening. I was greeted right away and the appointment was on time. The business is clean and well run. I highly recommend this spa!

Heaven on earth. My fiancee and I got a couples massage here and it was amazing. We waited in a very nice waiting room and was offered beverages while we waited. I believe I had Shelby and my fiancee had Amanda. They were both amazing and seemed to know exactly how much pressure each of us wanted. Even after the massage there was no rush to get us out of the door like other places that I have been to. When we were done they had a glass of water and a hot pad for our necks waiting and a very nice relaxing room that we could sit in and take our time unwinding in. I highly recommend Jacqueline Morgan and I will most definitely be going back.

My provider was almost 10 minutes late for my appointment which irked me as I was 10 minutes early. She was thorough but must have been in a hurry as she was very fast.( I’m sure I had the full time with the LED mask). When it was over I had just got my bra back on when she was back again to clean up. She wasn’t gone for 5 minutes. Downstairs I put the samples in my bag when the young lady behind the register asked to scan them. I thought they wanted to keep track electronically of the products they recommended but NO! She thought I stole them!! So yikes! Needless to say I’m not leaving feeling relaxed.

This place is truly amazing. I had the pleasure of coming here as an anniversary gift. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly by the staff and quickly got checked in. I received my itinerary for my luxurious SPA adventure, complete with a breakdown of where and who would be completing these services, got a tour of the beautiful building and basked in the calm, relaxing ambiance throughout the establishment. Every treatment I received was amazing and done beautifully by perfectly trained professionals. This is the perfect place to get pampered like royalty. Definitely a gem worth finding.

I have been going here for years and had services from massages, mani/pedis, and facials. This staff is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, personable, professional, and have great attention to detail. You may think the prices are a bit high, but once you experience it for yourself, you will never want to go anywhere else.

I have had two facials at Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa with Donna. I cannot express enough how impressed and satisfied I was with my facials. My skin looks great, feels 100% better and her professional recommendations are right on target. The overall sense of relaxation was a total bonus! I recommend every working woman treat yourself to a facial with Donna, you wont be disappointed.

Im glad to see all of the five star ratings prior to this one. I have been going to Jacqueline Morgan for about 10 years. It is always been consistent. I am writing this review specifically for J who does massage there. She is absolutely amazing. I have had massages around the world and she is the best!

Went for couples massages last weekend for a early Valentine gift to my boyfriend. We both felt rushed by the staff. Neither of us were pleased with our service. I paid 190$ for them to basically just rub lotion on us. Never addressed our areas of concern. Only did our neck/upper back area. To top it off we didn’t even get a whole hour. Very disappointed in our experience and will never return.

Great place, friendly staff, and my hairdresser. Beth is fantastic. The prices are a little high, but nowadays what isnt.

I get a pedicure there every six weeks. It makes you feel good once you walk through the door. Everyone gets to know you and are so sweet and friendly to you. It is a very peaceful place to go. I love looking at all the cute and wonderful items for sale. they have in the area where you walk in.

Love this place. Havent been since before the pandemic but I need to go back. Always super clean. Relaxing. Love the ambiance. Its in a historic house which I love. Staff is great. Massages are amazing. Highly recommend.

I would say I’ve had my fair share of massages and this one was probably the worst. If I wanted someone to just rub lotion on me, I’d have my husband do it. I left with more knots then I came in with. Too much money for the service I received.

Prepare to be pampered... This spa is a delight of the senses! Wonderfully decorated, nicely appointed rooms, and even an added touch of infused refreshments await you as you endulge in their wide offering of luxury services.

The facial was okay but overpriced for the experience. I was kind of put off when the first employee originally stated that they would not extend my gift card even though they were closed most of the year. But the manager step in and fixed that problem. I just did not feel that the staff are the most helpful people.

Went there for the first time with my wife for a couples massage. The staff was very friendly and the spa was very clean. Definitely worth going to get a massage and any other treatment!

They clearly prioritize regulars, have INSANE prices for their very lazy and poor services. Go anywhere else for a haircut or massage. I would have gotten a better massage and haircut by setting my money on fire.

Whats not to like? Its a spa with great relaxing services and friendly staff. Its always welcoming with a serene, calm atmosphere. Its the best place to unwind and pamper yourself and loved ones.

Yes, they are nice, but their booking girls have no idea what the treatments are and everything is overpriced and overpraised. My mom and I were very disappointed by the treatments we had.

The services here are numerous and priced reasonable for the quality. I would recommend to anyone wanting anything from a hair cut to a deep tissue massage.

I had the best massage with Jai today. I really wish shes not leaving JM day spa though.
