This is the worse place there is or ever has been.They use foul vulgar language at their customers even women!! Sick satanic said he was part owner.Told her to suck ......I hope they close down and never open anything again.

I dont care for this vape shop at all. The few times I did go in there the employee was very rude, talked as if he knew what he was talking about but didnt, & he talks down to u as if u dont know what u r talking about. Once I found out that Vape Jungle was there...thats where I go from now on! Plus they have better prices at Vape Jungle! The appearance that Vape Jungle has is more high end than this place! I visited Vape Jungle yesterday to get my Yocan box & to get a Grav Lab bowl! Was very satisfied with everything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pleasant Vapes.

Excellent service!! If youve ever dealt with the unbelievable arrogance of Kyle or any other employees at Vape Jungle, then I suggest you shop at Pleasant Vapes. I dont personally know people at either shop, bit Steve at Pleasant Vapes is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and doesnt make me feel like an idiot when I ask questions. I cannot say the same for Fake Jungle. I mean Vape Jungle. Prices are second to none, as well.

So, as of now this is by far my favorite Vape store. Fredrick is one of the greatest employees, I have ever met in any business. Fredrick is, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, has great customer service skills and super friendly and approachable. He will in detail tell you everything you need to know about Vapes, flavors, coils, the man has skills. Great vape place cool place to hang out Definitely gets 5 stars. .

This is my local go 2 shop, so my review may be a little biased. Amazing selection of hardware and juice. The best house juice Ive ever had out of the probably 100 different shops Ive been to in last two years. Definitely the best prices youll find around and customer service is on point.

Fav vape shop. Trey the manager is always willing to help when needed. He always makes great suggestions in different juices to try. If you need a great vape shop with someone that knows what theyre doing, this is for you. Treys at Lusby shop there are shops in Dunkirk and Prince Frederick too.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place and wow what an amazing experience we had at this vape store. The customer service was delightful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of their e-juices, devices, and accessories was also superb! This is a great establishment, with great prices and an amazing selection for us vapers.

Great place. Great selection. Even better prices. Good vibe, clean, great customer service. Beat place to go to get a good house juice. Cinna Milk is phenomenal, along with Swedish fish. If you any problems with your vape these people are there to help. They will get you vaping again.

The shop has all you need. Friendly & knowledgable staff which are willing to teach you about vaping so you can make informed decisions. The staff will even assist in putting together new items so you can start vaping before you even walk out the door.The shop has very welcoming culture and setup. A few nice leather couches and a coffee table provide a great surface to hang out with some local patrons talking about your favorite flavors. Maybe you had a rough day and wanna just stop by the shop to check out whats new, pick up an old favorite house blend and lay back on the couch and watch the tv for a few.Lastly, they have products that are good quality and a plethora of juices. They stay current and keep their stock up dated with the latest box mods by the big companies and they work with local sellers to get the latest LiPo boxes, and rdas.Whether Prince Frederick, or Dunkirk, you will be better off having visited Pleasant Vapes.

Did not have a problem the first time I visited this place. Only have been there 3 other times and I was not treated to my standards of quality customer service. The only reason I go here is because it is convenient. Not a friendly environment to hang out, just get what you need an dip

Stopped here on the way fishing. Nice people, nice selection of vapes, and a nice price. The person working eas a great help.

This place is never open, on time. Says they open at 11, it is currently noon and the doors are locked. This is not the first time this has happened either.Must not be too concerned with getting any business.

Great shop! Frederick is super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Prices and menu are the best in town. My opinion = no reason to shop anywhere else.

Love the shop everyone is awesome besides the person incharge of shipping the juice Ive been vaping mostly there house juice for about 2 years best house juice ever and for the most part il live a hour and a half away and for the longest time Id order Friday am and it be to me sat afternoon avoiding the driving but the last 3 times Ive ordered its taken days to get for example Im still waiting for juice I ordered 7am Friday morning.. its now Tuesday ...... please step it up I loved telling everyone that it would be here the next day and I really miss the above and beyond service

Super mellow space with tv and couches, great vibe, met one staff member that was really helpful. Tried the EFFEX - Guava Purp disposable and HIGHLY recommend! Stay lifted!

The place was somewhat hidden, but they had what I needed and I was in and out in less than a few minutes. The guy was helpful to point me in the right direction.
