Village Grande of Bear Creek

This is a beautiful development. they have a community center, putting green, community garden, a koi pond and several ponds. they also have a fitness trail and its a very nice place to walk for exercise

The security gate at the main entrance has been broken for months. Since the gate has been down, a recent burglary attempt occurred in the development. The solution from the board has been to request we leave our lights on. So in addition to the monthly fees paid, senior citizens on a fixed income are now asked to run up their electricity bill. Additionally, due Covid, all amenities are shut down with the exception of a few hours each afternoon. If you happen to have a daytime job, there are no alternative hours to use the gym or other facilities for which you are still forced to pay. Lastly, the snow and ice removal are inadequate. My sidewalk and much of the driveway is a sheet of ice more than 24 hours post the last snow fall.

If you have daytime job, you can use club house key fab to enter and enjoy all inside facility. There are some activities happened during night, such as Bridge card game.

The clubhouse is CLOSED AGAIN and has been during much of the pandemic. VERY DISAPPOINTED! 99% of the residents are fully vaccinated and wear masks and still we have no access to the facilities that we must continue to pay for monthly.

My grandparents live here and they love it. It has so many friendly people and it has a clubhouse where people can relax or go to a pool. You can bring kids along too.

Love the subdivision. Decent sized houses in a clean and neat setting surrounded by a lot of treed. Well equipped club house with a lot recreation and activities.

Beautifully kept community of over 500 homes on about 6 miles of internal roads, with a very large community center with indoor and outdoor pools, a large gymnasium and many clubrooms.

My mother just moved into this community. Very welcoming.
