Wow, have been here a few times. Last time was shocked. Mens locker room was a mess. I go to Atlantis and here, I will no longer go here. This mess laying around in mens area for HOURS, not a few mins after people left. Trash in spa area, towels etc.. ICK.. I did see the attendants standing behind their counter chatting and not cleaning. When I commented to one in the spa area, he said he had been busy.. ugh..

I’ve been to the spa here several times but this is the first time I’ve reviewed it. This past week I went solo and just for a massage. It was a hectic, day and I immediately calmed down when I walked into the reception area. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. The facilities are top notch and they use quality products. I had a massage with Kia and she got every knot and ache out of me while still making it super relaxing and pleasant.If you need a day to yourself or want to go with a group, this is your place. There are so many treatment rooms and options and they have a locals discount.

I was there with my daughter for pedicure service. There were multiple reasons to celebrate, including mothers Day, my daughters upcoming birthday, and her college graduation next week. Sara and Julie, the two nail technicians were very professional and kind. My daughter and I had a great time together and have cute nails to show off for a while.

Its always a wonderful experience, and you cant beat their locals discounts! Theyre remodeling some things, and Im excited to see their improvements! I recommend getting a massage too!

Hi Everyone on 07-12-24 my second time visiting this spa i had a facial done it was a wonderful experience. Katalina was so polite and smiling made my experience that much more great. I highly reccommend her a jobe well done. Thank you!

I’ve always have a great experience with all of the massage therapists here but Gray is by far the best! I will only be booking with her from now on :)

What a beautiful and relaxing spa! My friend and I spent the day here and had an amazing time! Very clean, staff were friendly, towels and robes were provided. This place had separate spa areas for men and women. There also was a co-ed pool. The pool area was a little more crowded than I expected. I loved the Himalayan salt wall they had too! Im a local and cant wait to go back! Recommend this place if youre looking for a spa day no matter if youre local or a traveler.

This spa have multiple levels, and many rooms to relax. My friends and I go masages, and facials. We enjoyed 7 hours in this spa! Steam rooms, hot tubs, cold bath, pools, lay out deck, relaxing rooms with calm music, scents, ect. I would recommend 100%.

Toscana is probably the best spa in Reno. (disclaimer, Im not a spa kinda girl so I havent been to to many of them, but thats what my friends say 😉)3 stories of spa: on the bottom floor there are locker rooms with a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers, waterfall showers & restrooms. Coffee, yes, hot chocolate and snacks are available (free).2nd floor is where the treatment rooms are. Massages, facials, etc happen here. I guess theres also a salt room that one never been to.Last floor has the salon, a relaxation room and a pool area with a pool and hot tubs. Here you can order food and drinks ($$$). Food is good but not incredible. The drink I ordered ($18!) was supposed to be some kind of pineapple something but honestly, it was just the most expensive pineapple juice Ive ever had.The facial & the time spent with my friends were great!

Great place to hang out a whole day!! Go to the gym. Get a massage then relax by the pool, go to the steam room hot tub the spa and do a cold plunge, this place has it all!!! The staff is always friendly and upscale. The spa style is Italian with a Tuscan style art and statues.

Definitely more of a gym feel than spa. Everyone is on their devices, and it’s very loud and busy, both in the women’s lounge/locker area and caldarium, even though “soft voices” are encouraged. Even the “relaxation room” had bright light and a slamming door, as well as everyone talking, and communal blankets (they just pick them up off the floor and chairs and put them back on the rack for the next person). The treatment room floor seems to be the only place to relax, and my facial was stellar.So, not the place to go if you’re looking to recharge your batteries in a calm and serene atmosphere. Food also mediocre and expensive.

I never write reviews (especially negative ones) but feel the need to share my disappointment regarding my spa experience given the price I paid and what I received. This was my first weekend trip away from home since having my twins 11 months ago and was staying at the Peppermill and thought it’d be nice to get a massage. I only booked a 25 minute massage because I mostly wanted my shoulders/neck worked on.I arrived prior to the appointment time and received a tour of the spa, all of which looked very nice but I wasn’t comfortable taking advantage of the amenities at the time. I was greeted by my massage therapist at my appointment time and she seemed nice enough. Unfortunately the service left much to be desired as she was obviously sick and spent the entire session clearing her throat, deep breathing, coughing, and yawning. Not the idea of relaxation I would’ve liked. After the service I left the spa and went to check out. I wasn’t asked about my experience otherwise I probably would’ve shared my dissatisfaction at that point but I was just asked if I’d like to leave the 20% gratuity on the card, paid, and left. If I’m visiting Reno or the Peppermill again in the future I probably will opt to not receive spa services.

Spa Toscana truly brings a resort feel! There are a ton of included amenities and a wide variety of experiences to really relax with and feel pampered. Spa access alone is worth it, because there are so many ways to unwind. The spa itself is huge, and even though there were a decent amount of people when we were there, it didnt feel crowded at all. The zero gravity room is especially nice, and the poolside food service is a great luxury touch. Since you cant see any part of the city from the spa, it truly does feel like a getaway even for locals like us. The Greco-Roman decor is tasteful and they really lean into the bathhouse vibe. The employees were friendly and very attentive. My only criticism is that they didnt seem to have cleaned the hot tubs in the caldarium very recently when we were there. There was a decent buildup of grime in the corners where the jets dont reach, probably from oiled up people getting in right after their massage. It was the only thing that seemed off, everything else exceeded expectations! Will definitely be back.

Got my wife 2 different types of massages. The therapist explained alot and did a wonderful job on her. The place is amazing, but a day pass to use amenities is outrageous. They need to reconsider part of it.

This spa is top notch! Great staff, amazing amenities, and its impossible to not leave fully relaxed. I appreciate that they offer a locals discount every day of the week because other casinos in the area dont do that. Would highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting the spa and I really enjoyed myself. The spa is huge, 4 floors! Including a floor just dedicated to treatments, and another floor with indoor pools and a relaxation room (they also have a full service hair and nail salon). I spent 4 hours here before my 2 treatments and really relaxed. The spa is beautifully decorated like a Roman bath. There were a lot of little touches too that made the experience worth while (like plush Robes, towels and complementary drinks and showers 🚿). While its expensive I think its worth every penny! And the staff is super nice and accommodating. Its definitely the nicest day spa ive ever been to! Im not from the area but will definitely be back just to visit the spa.

The retreats and other rooms were nice. The staff is very friendly and my friend and I had a great time.

Nick is amazing! I got a Swedish massage from him and it was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever received, he hands down is 5 ⭐️.Now as far as the spa I gave it 3 ⭐️. The spa is very nice. It’s on 3 floors, but is not big. I love the woman’s section and how they have the massage rooms and relaxation room set up. It’s really quite elegantly styled. (What to expect when you’re at the Peppermill) However, of all the spas I’ve been to, this had a very commercial feel. The feel is they cater to a specific type as we were the ONLY people of color there (there were some Latin staff members). A lot of the clientele I came across gives you unwelcoming vibes. We don’t have to be friends, but there’s a certain energy that spas give off and for the most part they are calm and inviting not dry and stand-offish. I love the indoor pool and the way the woman’s area is set up. You can be comfortable there without feeling insecure. We were asked if we brought our own robe and slides, which is different for us as they are always provided in our lockers with our names attached.The snacks weren’t wonderful at all. They have a nut mix and a pretzel, raisin and banana chip mix, as well as 3 pieces of fruit which I thought were display for the longest (because every part that has this set up seemed to have the same three pieces of fruit). I loved the drink selection- pineapple is one of my favorites and they had them in the personal cans which was nice.I would definitely go again to get Nick as my masseuse. But would probably get the service and leave right after or venture to the sauna. There was no lotion to be found anywhere, but they did offer a nice setup for once you were done with your day there.I would recommend to at least try it out. The spa itself was not my favorite, but it is a nice spa.Reasonably priced for the service I received.

Treat yourself and plan on at least 4 hours there. The quiet if some rooms and the beauty all around is awesome. My favorite spa I’ve ever been to.

Amazing Spa was in town for work and needed a good spa day, and Toscana was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great massage and would definitely come back for another spa day.

I had a lovely and relaxing day hanging out at the spa waiting for my massage. My massage therapist was Carmen and she had a wonderful touch and great pressure, exactly the massage I needed. The whole day was exactly what I needed.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are excellent and take care of you too tyke fullest. I really enjoy all the different therapy rooms as well as the snacks! Ive only had pedicures here. Both were great and im looking forward to the next!

I got a haircut from Mel today and she was absolutely amazing! she has so much attention to detail, asks you exactly what you want and made sure i was 100% comfortable with everything we were doing 🩷 I look forward to my next haircut with her she’s awesome, give this girl a raise!!!

My experience was great my sister and my mom Took me to the spa for my birthday and got me a facial and a massage. My facial was fabulous . The ladys name was Olga she made me feel so good everything she did to my face was wonderful I recommend anyone who wants a fabulous facial to ask For this lady very great personality too my sister and my mom so good to came out and they had balloons and flowers. For my niece Sarah and I had some sushi my favorite. Everyone was so nice there. This is the second time ive been there and I really enjoyed myself thank you everyone.👍💜🥳

If I could afford it, I would go every day . Only compliant is the quiet area where you wait for your massage is not quiet when people walk through . Staff and customers need to learn what inside voices are. All serves are perfect though

First time at a spa, so take my review lightly. Over all was very nice. Trash and left over stuff was sitting around for a while so it seemed dirty. Staff was very friendly and everything went smoothly. I would go back again.

I did expect a cute little pampering.They do give the option to change into a robe if say you had been in work attire or something not so comfy

I have NEVER had such an amazing experience before. All the staff, from the entrance, the host and the masseuse, were all so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was so beautiful and calming. Ive never felt so relaxed in my life. I left my phone in the locker, so tragically I didnt get any photos, but trust me, it was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

I have always loved this spa and consider it one of the best. I recently had a bad experience with a pedicure. One of the employees was flat-out rude during my entire treatment. I am going back next month for a massage. Hopefully, it will be a better experience

I went to Spa Toscana today . Im a local and the is my favorite spot in town . Today was my first time getting their manicure service and although my technician was very nice, my nails turned out terrible . The technician took her time which was appreciated but by the time she was done I noticiticed that I couldnt stop seeing imprecations . She offered to fix it but I had already been there longer than anticipated and did not have time . After and hour later I had a chip missing in 2 of my nails . I got the merry ice by opi . Im not sure if it was the polish or the technician. I love this spa but I will never be able to justify the price for another nail service here again.

I booked an 80 min massage for my husband and I. We went two hrs early to relax and see what there was. I was told about the relaxation room and I really wanted to see it. Well guess freaking what? There are antigravity chairs to lay back and relax. So I laid down and the chair immediately broke. So there I was just stuck in this giant anti gravity chair and I couldnt get out. For 40 min I was stuck in this chair. No one walked in and the other person in there was dead asleep. I called the spa to ask someone to help and was one hold for 20+ min before finally someone came in. But by that time I was full. Blown panic attack and crying cause I couldnt get out of a chair. F this place. I immediately went and told someone to check it out and they 100% didnt care. So I mentioned it to two ladies at the front desk and neither one of them asked if I was okay. Just, Oh Thanks we will call someone. I the massage therapist was the only person that cared. F them

I am a local and visited the Peppermill Spa for the first time on Tuesday. I utilized the plunge pool and hot tub in the men’s area, and received a massage and a facial.I went to the doctor today due to a cyst that developed two days post-spa and was told I have MRSA. The doctor believes I contracted this from the hot tub based off our extensive discussion and look-back through the week.The hot tub wasn’t even enjoyable, the water wasn’t warm enough, the jets forced out cold water. I spent about 10 minutes in the hot tub.Be cautious using the public areas like the hot tub, this leads me to believe sanitization is not performed either regularly or not up to standard.The massage was just alright, the facial was INCREDIBLE. My first one.

I was completely discriminated against because I brought my 9 year old daughter with me to get a pedicure. We were celebrating with a spa day for a bridal party and my daughter was the flower girl. She stayed with me the whole time and was well behaved. When her pedicure was done, I drove her home and was planning to come back to enjoy the full day access to the spa that came with the minimum purchase of a service. We paid the full amount for her pedicure but we’re treated like we didn’t belong there. I wasn’t given a tour of the spa. Was not shown the amenities I had access to for the day. I was treated differently then the rest of the bridal party. Never coming back to Peppermill spa. Way overpriced and poor quality for the price you pay. My polish on my pedicure chipped in 2 days. Shame on you Peppermill to let your employees discriminate.

Hailey at the Spa went above and beyond to fix a booking error. Had an amazing time at my birthday package massage and pedicure. Tara worked out my tension and was friendly and knew what she was doing. Sarah made my pedicure fun and relaxing. Two fabulous employees that made the whole day perfect. The Spa Toscana is amazing, great venue, great staff and great services! The Spa amenities are great for couples, bridal parties & for moms to be!The food was delicious and prices are reasonable priced, a new menu has been added!They have a local discount or you can use the spa finder gift cards which are awesome to have and use!I highly recommend this place we love this place!

Very nice, but not a easy to find a quiet spot to relax with many guests talking to one another and providers coming in and out to call in guests for services. I prefer the Atlantis spa, even though it is much smaller. The Swedish massage I got was phenomenal, though!

Have been going for years. I absolutely love this spa so I was very sad and disappointed to find the caldarion room fountain will never be fixed. The fountain created an ambiance and its gone now, the side plug in fountain is just horrible replacement. The food has drastically changed and is way overpriced and not good anymore. I ask for an iced tea and got a lemonade. I did not want sugar filed lemonade for $8 so I refused it and the server didnt want to take it back. I ended up having it removed up front.Im hoping some of the other spas check out im going to have to start trying others.

Got an appointment same day for the exceptional hydro facial. Mallory was my aesthetician who I definitely recommend you request her. She was professional, friendly, had great pressure and answered all my questions. The hydro facial she gave me made my skin feel tighter, smoother and hydrated. Thank you Malory for the wonderful facial!

Excellent service including a relaxing pedicure (champagne included!) and a fabulous massage. My massage included a hot rolled towel under my neck- after I flipped over-an adjustable bed and a great foot and scalp massage. The sauna, steam rooms, pool and patio on the upper deck and a lunch were great. Lunch was the only thing not included in the very reasonable price. Highly recommend this spa. Ill be back. Soon.

I am a Tahoe-Reno local and began going to Spa Toscana about five years ago. I go there once a month minimum, and my experiences keep improving. The massage therapists are familiar with relaxation as well as therapeutic techniques, the chairs are comfortable and adjustable, the facilities are clean, and the room service is great. I have a bad spine injury, and the layout is very accessible and comfortable, with restrooms on all floors, hardly any doors, and is very open. Ive been to the Atlantis spa a few times, but the lack of restrooms, along with a very heavy door to the locker room, which has actually counteracted the effects of my massages, deter me. I also prefer to have an option to use an all-womens hot tub, which the Atlantis doesnt provide.

A wonderful place! Heaven on earth. A special shout out to Wen who did my pedicure. She was so nice and friendly yet professional and did a fantastic job on my toes and feet.The Calderium is so relaxing. I highly recommend this spa!

The BEST spa in Reno hands down! Luxurious, welcoming, comfortable, and contemporary, this Spa is the only one I will go to in Reno (plus the locals discount is nice! Bring your ID and players club card, get 10% off at checkout).I recommend all of the services, but hot stone massage and facial are my favorites! Trust me, go check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Used my gift certificates at Spa Toscana for a Wine Down massage by Marina and so glad I did. Very relaxing. It was a girls day at the Spa with my daughter and granddaughter which was so much fun and would recommend!

My daughter and I did a 50 minute massage. I expected more for the money. My daughter indicated the robes are not as luxurious as they used to be and the service not as personal and pampering. The place was kind of a mess with paper cups everywhere and hair and personal items left in the shower. Yuck! It was to the point that we were picking up cups and gave the Aire of a cafeteria.My deep tissue massage was amazing. I would highly recommend her and the wine oil she used. She was very informative, personable and would be the only reason I would consider going back.My daughter had a swedish massage. She was asked if she wanted aroma therapy and the therapist put oil on his hands and waved them in front of her nose. Strange....to say the least.During our tour many of the sections were closed. The employee cited the noise from the nightclub next door as the reason why. So this is a multimillion dollar resort and they cant soundproof a few walls? I think that sums it up, they cut too many corners and for the $260 it cost (with a locals discount) better deals can be found.One final thing, after your relaxing time, you can look forward to waiting in line to pay your bill. Too bad they cannot implement an Express checkout. It was the perfect ending to a not so fabulous time

Nice massage I felt royal while I was thereI almost fell asleep. The spa is really nice but massage was okayI feel like we paid too much because the massage didnt meet my expectations. The place definitely did!!!! The customer service is really nice.

Day 1 I got an hour Swedish massage by a lady who was amazing Day 2 went back for an hour and a half deep tissue with Rule...the offer still stands buddy, you can fit in my suitcase I promise! Lol jk. My shoulders are so insanely tight and he gave me some advice on things I can do at home to help and it does! Next time 2 hours...no doubt. Everyone was very sweet and professional. Always friendly and everything was very clean. Love it here & Peppermill in general is pretty great👍🧖‍♀️💗🎰🎲

Great Spa. As long as you do a 30 min massage you can use the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge for as long as you want in 1 day. Unlike Las Vegas where you only get like 3 hours.

I recently had a pedicure at this spa and was very unhappy with the service I received. The technician was really nice but she wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. She was very rough on my feet and hurt me several times. She cut some of my toenails too short and they were crooked. One of my toenails was only painted on half of it and the nail polish was old so it looks lumpy. When I called to complain I was told a manager would call me back. He did so a few days later and offered to give me back 20% of what I paid. Gee, thanks. It was a huge rip off and I expected a much better result for the price they charge. I also think its inappropriate to add an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill. It should be up to the customer to leave a tip. It was poor service overall and I definitely would not go back or recommend this place to anyone else.

An amazing spa experience. Check out their spa menu, there are very reasonably priced specials! I got the birthday special (can go any day during your birthday month with a valid ID)which included a 50 minute massage, a pedicure, a giant cupcake, and access to the spa for the whole day for only $150. I was very impressed with the service and amenities.

Just a great facility, friendly staff, awesome skin and body treatments. I had the scrub and massage with Julie as my massage therapist. It was amazing. If you get any service, you get access to the spa with hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and Caldarium all day.

My massage was incredible and helped relax some truly tight and upset muscles. The spa, cold tub, sauna, and steam room in the lockers were also incredible and rejuvenating.

Best place for relaxation. Co-ed amenities. So many different things to do. Spent the whole day here & it was fabulous. When ordering food & drinks it does take awhile to get them.

I had scheduled an appointment for a couples massage based upon the fact that they told us there would be plenty of things for us to do together. When we got there we found out the only thing we could do as a couple while we waited was sit in the pool area. Dont get me wrong it was Ok, but the relaxation chairs they have set up for you to enjoy only adjust the way you are sitting. They dont massage in the least and the music they give you to listen to is selected for you. You cant look anything up. When you order drinks there they add an automatic 18% gratuity charge for your waiter. I feel it should be up to me to tip how I see fit. Needless to say, our first round of drinks were the only round we bought. When it finally came time for our massages my boyfriend was the first to go in. I waited for mine and instead of taking me to my room they took me to a waiting room where I spoke with management and security about a cut on my toe the size of a pin Needle, that I received from swimming in their pool. In most cases where they would offer you a bandage and proceed with the massage only avoiding that small area, they decided that I wouldnt be receiving mine that day. It was a huge let down considering I have never had the pleasure of being able to do something like this only to have my first experience ruined because of the smallest of cuts. do what you want to but my opinion is that its not worth the price in the least bit. I wont be coming back.

Have always come here and spent lots of money gambling eating and having spa treatment but not longer PEPPERMILL Im sorry. I have enjoyed everything you have provided over the years but your spa toscana has ruined it for me and my wife. They no longer let me wait in their hot tub area while my wife get her 200 dollar spa treatment done like they always have. I do not like having spa treatment and have always waited for her in their area hence being invited by their staff in the beginning and always following it. She gets her treatment and I wait for her in the area shes coming out to and has access to. I even order drinks and have some ready when she comes out. They told me I need to now buy a spa treatment to access this area now. My wifes knows also I do not do that. She didnt even want to have the treatment done after not letting me in. I love you PEPPERMILL but Toscana has ruined it for us. Im not going to wait in the pool area while shes up there. This is why we come.

This place is so professional and amazing! Every time we go it gets better. They just got a new director, and we noticed they have already remedied the locker locks, and the way snacks are dispensed. Thank you new director!

While staying at the Peppermill, I had the chance to get a gentlemen’s pedicure. My technician did a great job of smoothing out my heels and other rough parts of my skin, and ensure my feet were tip-top. I loved the massage and paraffin wax at the end. I was also given some wine and use of the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Overall, it was a really nice relaxing service.

I love love LOVE this place! I have never had a bad massage and everything is so clean. Its a huge perk that, with a service, you get to use the spa area and that locals get a discount on services. I think that its 20% off which is great because thats what I tip my service provider. They have a coed area that has really cool showers too. The showers have a hand held fauset, waterfall fauset and 4 jets on the sides. Lol. Its like being in a carwash.

Went to Atlantis to inquire about packages and was treated like garbage...Decided to check out Peppermill on the recommendation of my husband’s boss...All i can say is WOW! Amanda greeted us as we walked in and answered all of our questions and got us scheduled with no issues! We went from being treated like garbage at Atlantis to feeling like royalty! I am a local and will definitely make Tuscany my only choice for spa needs! Thank you to Amanda for treating us like people!

Excellent treatments (I had a manicure and a facial) with skilled aestheticians. However the NOISY ENVIRONMENT OF THE SPA RUINED IT. So the 2 instead of 1 stars is because the treatments were good.In my photo you’ll see the jacuzzi but to the left of the jacuzzi is a clothes spinner that a noisy client comes over and places a swim suit in every 1 to 3 min. The thing sounds like the beginning of an earthquake. So look at that photo and think of the start of an earthquake every 1 to 3 min and you’ll get an idea of the environment I’m talking about here. Sure “looks” relaxing though.Another issue is that the hair dryers / vanity room is adjacent to the relaxation area where the jacuzzi is... so essentially the only relaxation time is during your treatment. Because in the jacuzzi / relaxation area there are hair dryers and then the every 1-3 min earthquake as mentioned above.There are no quiet areas in the spa. It is also a zoo like the hotel itself. When I booked the appt the staff told me there WOULD be areas for quiet... however this was NOT this case. So I was upset :( esp given the treatments are fairly pricey.I was pretty much waiting for a client to take a dump in the jacuzzi - that’s about how classy and relaxing the environment was. Don’t let the photos fool you ;)

My girlfriend and I both love this place. We have been here 2 times and will definitely keep coming back. Good facilities, very friendly staff, good treatments and all for a reasonableprice compared to other spas I have been to.

Why have a waited this long to treat myself!? Had the Himalayan Salt massage. I believe my therapists name was Karen. So sorry that I forgot. Massage was amazing and precisely what my body needed. Loved having the full use of the facilities other amenities, i.e., the pool, hot tubs, food & drink service. Great way to pamper yourself and take a break from reality. I recommend leaving your phone in your locker and fully escaping the day-to-day.

Im not usually much for spas and massages, but at the insistence of my wife, she booked me a deep tissue massage and insisted on taking me there early.I must say that now I can see why she enjoys going, and I havent felt this relaxed for as long as I can remember.

Booked a spa day for my daughter and her grandma. No one on the phone mentioned that it was clothing optional and under 18 are not allowed. The bar took 45 minutes to bring drinks. Staff was unaware of the information on the website or even the signs at the pool.

Beautiful spa. Had a lovely time. Missing some amenities that are standard at other spas, such as access to outdoor pool, and having toiletries accessible in the vanity area.

Hands down one of the nicest spas ive ever been to, my wife and I travel to highly recommended spas all over and this is in my top three for sure, the facilities are breath taking, the massages are truly wonderful and at a better price than many other spas which offer far less. I highly recommend if you need a day of relaxation!

Place is always kept nice and clean. The restaurants are always good. We like to have breakfast at Island buffet. Especially the lady that makes the most AWESOME omelets!!!

I wish they had mentioned that its 18 or older only. My SIL booked the services for our group and specifically checked that our 15 y.o. could come too. At no point did staff mention that the spa was clothing optional, and therefore adults only. I dont take issue with the policy, I take issue with the fact that no one mentioned this information. Its also not listed on the website. After booking, arranging multiple services for multiple people and driving there, I was disappointed and frustrated.

Awesome place, I had a couples massage for myself and my wife for our anniversary. Spent the whole day lounging around. Super friendly staff, not too crowded even for fourth of July weekend!

I was So disappointing the last time I was there! There is a group of Lauder women drinking and totally ruining the relaxing experience! Why did the staff not do anything? This place is very expensive and to have it totally ruined by something that is so preventable was very upsetting.

Wow I read a book called Personal War, Williams Triumph and this place was in the book, called out by name for discrimination against a customer. So much so he ended up putting them in his book. Sounds like the staff needs to be trained not to judge someone by appearance, race, gender or the cloths they wear. I would be mad too if I went there and staff asked me Are you sure you belong here? are you old enough to even be here?

Best spa in the west - and I MEAN that. Services are pricey but worth every penny. The service in the spa has gone from wow-level to good, though. How you do anything is how you do everything, Peppermill - make sure your people are coming to work happy to make someones day special. I know, for me, Peppermill Spa is a special occasion, so when I spend that kind of money, I just want to feel pampered with kindness and pleasantry.Plan to buy a service but stay in the spa lounging all day - it does a body good!

Nicole was outstanding! Everyone was super helpful and nice. I missed out on my birthday cupcake because of a miscommunication, but other than that, my first visit was AMAZING!

If you want a new back you must have a massage here. The staff is very friendly. They have lockers if you have valuables. Youre given a robe and slippers. The massage rooms are cozy and will have you at peace!

Spa Toscana is a Tuscan-themed spa on three levels inside the Peppermill. You check-in on level 2, and will be escorted to mens or womens locker rooms which have showers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and a cold water dip. The showers are a treat, with sugar scrubs and oils on hand. On level 3 is the Himalayan salt room and the spa therapy rooms. On level 4 is a coed area with a pool, Room service. Definitely try the relaxation room around the back. Overall, a delightful spa experience...beautiful spa and exceptional staff all around.

I feel fortunate that I am a local and get to experience this place whenever I get the urge. This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. If youre visiting the area, take the day to enjoy the amenities!

I got a pedicure and a massage on Christmas Eve. With the pedicures they offered us complimentary mimosas. We got so relaxed! Love spending the day here.
