Best smoke shop in Reno without a doubt, employees are smart at keeping in stock what customers like. Clearly they are knowledgeable and they are super friendly, every employee I’ve met were nice & helpful. As a women,I felt safe with them. Great location right in midtown. UI think they have great deals too and they still sell the top quality products. Only smoke shop I come to and they have liquor too. A+

Not helpful when I contacted them looking for one specific thing... I was told prices arent discussed over the phone and that I had to come in and look. I wouldnt mind coming in if I knew they had this item in stock. I asked you guys do have it right? wanting to make sure and I was placed on hold or mute.... Not sure.... I didnt get hung up on??? but it was clear he wasnt going to answer anymore questions or help me. RUDE.

They sell counterfeit vapes and unfortunately I ended up with one! My elf bar didn’t even come in a package inside the box!! Tasted burnt after a day and they wouldn’t let me return it. I will no longer be supporting a shop that’s only about money and not the safety of their customers!!

Just thought I would throw another review up here besides the one the owner left. This is definitely my favorite head shop in Reno. Very big selection at decent prices not far from wholesale prices (including cheapest whippit prices I have seen anywhere). Also one of the largest varieties of glass in Reno for sure. The guy who works the store is very friendly and will not pressure you into making a purchase. Before I look anywhere else for something, I look here.

This was our first time here and we were very much satisfied with the cleanliness of the store, all the different kinds of items & selections to choose from, the excellent customer service, etc. I could go on and on...I will definitely be coming back here!

I bought my current vape there and the guys are nice, little bit shady at night but where isnt, definitely hit them up if you need something late night

Even though he was busy with multiple customers, he took the time to assist me with choosing a new vape flavor or two letting me smell multiple flavors of juice. I think that once he realized that we were spending money in there he started giving us more of a discount. I like that you have a limited ability to haggle the price in the right situation here. Super helpful, I bought my smok gram 25 kit and some blvk juice, great setup, Ive been vaping for years and tried well over 70 different vapes, I wanted something more discreet but I didnt want the pod systems, so he pointed this little guy out, and man hes a chuckin, good flavor and vapor production for a 25 wat mod, if you keep it at 10 wats, the battery is unbeatable. Thanks man 🤘

You wont be able to find prices like this any where else in Reno! A lot of the glass is low quality, but you get what you pay for. They have nice glass too, thats just spendy. I recommend this store to anyone trying to buy a piece to last a bit while saving for a new one, and any small items such as drop-downs, down-stems, bowls, or glass screens. One of the best head shops here in Reno no doubt.

Updating my review!!!! do not go to this place for Kratom!!! unless you want to pay a fortune!! the people that work here dont know anything about kratom they usually have to call to check a price and they dont have a single thing of Kratom less than $25 and thats like a small amount of capsules I dont know about anything else but do not shop here for kratom . also they dont wear masks or speak very good English

The employees are hella dope, friendly and not in a rush to get your money & move on to the next customer. They have a huge selection off glass and quartz both import and high quality American. They also have a wide variety of cigars, blunt wraps and brand of rolling papers.

I called ahead to see if Lavis carried a specific item. I was told they did, but I wasnt convinced the guy understood what I was talking about. I asked again, speaking the brand name very slowly, and was assured they carried the product. I got in the car and drove from South Reno to Lavis. Its a 25-30 minute drive each way. When I arrived and asked for the product, the guy walked over to where they were supposed to be, and said, Oh no. Were out. I couldnt believe it. This is a tiny store. It wouldnt have taken this guy more than ten seconds to verify they had the product in stock when I was on the phone, but he didnt. He said, You called earlier, right? I said, Yes, did you sell out since then? Him, No, I havent sold any. Then the guy held up his fingers and said, Theyre this big, right? I said, No, theyre more like this big, which is a lot smaller than what he was holding up. His response was, Yeah, that big. Yeah, were out. So, Im still not convinced this guy even knows what Im talking about, and he wasted an hour of my day because he wouldnt take ten seconds of his to check that he had a product in stock. Ill never go back to this place.

They always have amazing prices

I used to visit frequently when I still lived in Reno, & it was usually the best price in town for tins of American Spirit tobacco. Unfortunately, in the 6 months that I moved away, they stopped carrying it.. Or perhaps the people covering the store while the manager was away were unsure where it was stored. Disappointing :(

Update: bought a vape and it was dead when opened it. I tried calling but they hung up on me.Wide variety of products but some of the products are old. Sticker prices are inflated. Bought a disposable vape and it died out on me rather quickly.

Place is going down hill... its a head shop but the guy working there doesnt know anything about the items they sale... not to mention the prices change everytime we go in there..

Selling counterfeit products. I’m also pretty sure some of the things they are selling are either expired or have been there so long it absorbed the other smells inside the store. The products are not great and they are all selling bad products that can possibly harm your health.

New glass piece after my last one broke and FINALLY found a place that has unisex pairs of regular black hoop earrings. Ive bought cigarettes from them for many years but finally had a chance to get a little bit more today.

The guy thats always behind the counter hardly speaks a word of english and never knows what youre talking about when you go in there asking for something specific. The only good thing is that hell give you a deal on occasion if you ask for more than one thing.

I got a bunch of crown royal and ciroc from this shop. They always give me the best deals! The people are amazing always treat me well! 👍🏼👍🏼
