Shanieke was fantastic— she confirmed my preferences and areas of concern before beginning my massage and worked through my muscle tension gently but firmly.

I was a member for several years, service was pretty decent up until the end. I ended up leaving my membership because of their cancellation policy. I had a morning appointment and woke up sick. I called to try and reschedule but no one answered and I left a VM. No one got back to me until the time of appointment and then they ended up charging me $50 or one session credit (which was $70 something, its the monthly payment) for not rescheduling with them however many hours in advance you need to. My advice if you have morning sessions and end up sick, just go because theyll charge you anyway.

Have been seeing Halyna for my facials for sometime now. She is just wonderful. Very professional, always asks if you have any concerns regarding your skin. It’s always a very pleasant experience.

The experience was awesome for my 1st visit. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The therapist Maki have wonderful hands.

Renata has been my massage person for some time now. She is personable, comfortable to work with. She is knowledgeable - and she’s excellent!

Although I was sad to see my Bergen Mall location close down, they were able to have my therapist be transferred to a close location. Ill go anywhere Christine is. Shes been a huge help through my pregnancy with her prenatal massages. Adriana the manager is exceptional and I truly am just overall appreciative of their amazing work. Keep up the good job!

I absolutely love massage envy. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. Christine has been my massage therapist for years and I absolutely love her. She’s friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and always helps me work out the tons of knots I get in my back and shoulders.

Got a prenatal massage and It. Was. AMAZING. Brittany did a fantastic job calming my aching muscles. The massage table and body pillow were very very comfortable.

Renata is the best massage therapist and facialist that I have ever met. I’ve been seeing her since 2009 when I started my membership with Massage Envy. Renata is very friendly, professional and concerned with your needs. Anyone that I have recommended her to loves her also and feels the same.

They allowed people to talk in the hallway and my therapist ran late and did not make up for the time. The receptionist was rude and did not make it any better.

My face needed some drastic hydration. I was able to get a last minute appointment with Halyna. She is excellent. She is very gentle and does a thorough job with your skin. I highly recommend her.

AZ is a truly amazing therapist - the only one in years who has been able to actually get out some of the horrible knots in my shoulders. And he treats like them like his own person challenge. going to go as often as humanly possible

I’ve been going to daisy for a while now and she nails it every time. She is very Intuitive of what I need. She gives the most amazing massages and she is very experienced I always leave feeling wonderful.

Chiropractic adjustments. They have 3 tables which are open to each other. The Doctor did an assessment. He asked what my issues were and spent about 15 minutes doing adjustments. Will see how it goes. I signed up for 8 adjustments over the next 2 months for $89.

Ive been going to ME for many years and have had several masseuses but never as good as Ive experienced for almost a year now with Alicia. She always pinpoints where Im having an issue (without me having to tell her) and comments accordingly and identifies the muscles. I could not pick another therapist thats even a close second to her based on the many, many massages Ive had at ME in the past few years. She is the best!

The place was very clean and smelled nice. The massage was OK but super overpriced for what it was. I added on an extra massage for deep tissue on the muscles and it was not great. They put on bio freeze on my back, which felt nice. I will not return for a massage:

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy. It was a rainy day and have been suffering from stress knots on my neck. The receptionist was very attentive, professional and helpful. My appointment was on a rainy. Thursday I had Robert as a masseuse. I explained my problem area and he really focused on them. He was a wonderful conversationalist, which is a first for me. I hate dead silence when getting a massage, Im more relaxed talking. I felt like I was on Cloud 9 after. Definitely ask for Robert when you make an appointment. Ill be going back soon. I have never been to a Massage Envy location before, but I was given a gift card 2 years ago so decided to finally use it. I had the first appointment slot at 9:30 and I waited 45 min outside in the cold with another client and worker (who didnt have a key). No one came to open the business. I left a voicemail after waiting and they didnt have the decency to return my call. When I finally called again hours later they werent willing to do anything and could only reschedule me 2 weeks later. Receptionist said they would have the owner call me back but its been about 2 weeks and havent heard anything. I will be going to another location. Hopefully that goes better.

Had a 60- minute massage with Lismery yesterday. No complaints at all. Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. Hand sanitizer at front desk. Masks worn by all the whole time. I was allowed to pull my mask down while facing down on the bed which was more comfortable, and then pulled it back up when turned over. Lismery was very personable and addressed all areas where I had pain or knots. Looking forward to going back.

Decided to treat myself to a massage at this location about a week ago. Definitely glad I did. Staff in the front was pleasant, therapist (Shaneike) was great. Instantly felt better afterwards. Looking forward to booking in the future.

I went in on 9/12 to purchase a 60 min massage as a gift for my husbands 50th birthday. I was told that considering he hasnt been there in 10 years, he was eligible for a lower price. $60 for a 60 minute massage & $74 for a 90 minute massage. 2 employees helped me & they even confirmed with a manager that they were giving me the correct pricing. So I purchased what I thought was 90 minute massage for $74. He went in on 9/24 (less than 2 weeks later) and only received a 60 min massage. When I called to ask why his massage was cut short, they told me it was because I purchased a gift card, not a 90 minute massage. They said that their introductory rate had just gone up & $74 wouldnt cover a 90 min massage. They also said that he wouldnt have been eligible for the original price the employees gave me on 9/12 anyway because he wasnt a member. Its just bad business not to honor what I was told by 3 different employees less than 2 weeks ago. So please do your homework and know exactly youre getting when walk in there to purchase a massage! BUYERS BEWARE!

Bruce has consistently provided top service. Im hooked on 90min sessions and the concentrated treatment on every muscle and even trigger points. 🖤🖤

I have been going to River Edge Massage Envy for a couple of years after following my therapist of 7 years, Tomarsha, from another location. She does excellent work and I recommend her highly to EVERYONE. I am surprised to see some negative reviews regarding this location because I have never experienced any of these issues. Staff has always been great and Tomarsha is a very skilled therapist. Any question or issues I have had has been dealt with to my satisfaction with Paul and Cynthia.

Krystle is the most dedicated and thoughtful therapist I have experienced in 30 years of getting massages. She pays careful attention to get a detailed history to help her formulate an active therapy plan. I see her exclusively and have sent my nursing staff and patients to her for the same level of care.You cant do better.

Sun is a fantastic massage therapist. I felt so revitalized after an hour with her. Not worn out or sleepy. She used the perfect amount of pressure and helped me work out my sciatica issue in just the right way. So grateful.

Literally worst massage over ever gotten in my life. When I tell you I get massages all the time and this particular massage from two weeks ago made my back, neck, shoulders hurt so much for days I was in pain for about 4 days. To top it off the massage was supposed to be firm and I literally felt barely any firmness at all except for when the masseuse gripped the hell out of both my shoulders for about 10-15 seconds.Receptionists were pretty friendly, other then that I would not recommend.

Bought my wife a gift card with a free coupon for a facial for her birthday. She booked her massage and facial for the afternoon of her birthday because she was so excited. All went well until they couldnt figure out how to use the gift card I bought. To make a long story short a half hour later of time waisted trying to figure it out my wife ended up paying $90 out of pocket for her massage. I could get nowhere with the manager Paul.At the end I ended up getting refund.This was the first and last time I go to Massage Envy. Never again.

Tried Massage Envy for the first time today. The girl who checked me in wasnt very welcoming. Mercedes was my masseuse, and she was friendly. Not much words exchanged to go over my history. I didnt feel a connection with her, which is important for me as a customer. The session was good, cant complain. They did their jobs, but i definitely did not feel relaxed there, I guess, the ambiance was not as spa-like as I thought it would be. Rooms were small and felt very rushed- I booked a 90 min session and they had me down for 60 min. Was kind of disappointed, but its their words against mine. I didnt feel like arguing...I used the extra money to get a car wash! (lol) Customer service definitely can be approved. Ive had my shares of massage places, where they gave you a robe, private locker, great snacks (tea, water with strawberries, oranges, etc) magazines on table...This place did not have any of that. For the price they charge, i definitely would not be a member here. It was more of an ehhhh, Ive had better rating from me.

Ive had some pretty horrible experiences at this location. Several appointments that I had scheduled mysteriously vanished from the system, and I was left without a massage for that week. A massage therapist hurt me by stretching my knee that I told him not to touch because it needs to he operated on. Another massage therapist complained and shamed me for giving him a credit card tip rather than a cash tip. Management does absolutely nothing to make right by the customer on these issues. They act like they dont even care and just make excuses for their mistakes. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location, this is not the way to treat a loyal customer! I cancelled my membership and will never return. Stay clear from here!

I went in yesterday. Clearly stated it was too firm. She continued that way anyway. I get massages to manage my pain. Clearly if am in pain, why press so firm. It’s common sense. Iam in excruciating pain now. So sore, can’t walk. The massage the way it was done clearly made the pain worse. My massage therapist was Diana. Iam angry, and appalled. More then disappointed.

The young lady that did my facial had hands that reeked of nicotine. I dont know if she washed her hands..... her breath also smelled. She obviously smoked right before giving me a facial. I also broke out badly the next few days. $100+ spent to more break outs and acne scars!! My fault for not reading reviews first.

No one is ever available for any times to book a session and customer service is super unhelpful! Canceling my membership because I’m paying for a service I can’t even use if they never have therapists available and they always cancel on you!!

They’re tag line is “How can I help you to feel your best today?!” I would say resolving an issue that is ongoing for 5 months would be a great start --> eliminating aggravation caused by the same place that would like to help me feel my best….. It’d be a huge understatement to say that there is an immense disconnect here!I visited the Fair Lawn location back in April of 2016 and after a great massage paired with excellent customer service, I was quick to become a member and became one before leaving. I have continued my membership but started booking appointments at the River Edge location (simply due to scheduling and convenience).Just like Fair Lawn, your always greeted with a big warm hello and a smile, their quick to check you in and even after booking appointments with various therapists- Ive always left satisfied and anxious for my next visit.I was a happy and returning client until August of LAST year when a discrepancy arose. I was zapped for a 90 min massage that I didnt receive but was counted as a missed appointment... After a few phone calls, I was told that as a one-time courtesy, I would be credited back and not to worry about it.After I received my monthly voicemail in October - {the routine call that lets you know your membership payment has gone through and if you have any services banked in your account, they let you know how many and ask if you’d like to book your next appointment} - I knew that the number of services stated in my voicemail didn’t reflect the account adjustment.Since then, I have spoken to numerous members of their staff, all quite pleasant, but always seem to provide the same generic answer that goes something like, “you’ll have to speak to a manager.”Well that would be awesome if I could do just that! I have called countless times trying to get a manager on the phone. No matter what time of day or which day I call, there is NEVER a manager available, if one is even there at all….November 1st I reluctantly went there for an appointment (ONLY) because my girlfriend, who is also a member, booked it for the both of us….Initially, I was going to cancel and then figured if I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I might have better luck going there. You guessed it- NO MANAGER! The woman that checked me in and out was only able to book my next appointment but ASSURED me she would leave a note for the 2 managers that would be in the next day- I watched her write a note and proceeded to leave more aggravated than I was before I arrived.It is now January of 2019 and I received the infamous monthly courtesy voicemail.I figured it’s Friday, let me give this one last ditch effort- I contacted Massage Envy of River Edge requesting to speak to a manager regarding an unresolved issue. READY FOR IT…. NO MANAGER! However, she could leave a message for a manager to get back to me.At this point it’s humorous to receive that response. I explained I’ve tried that countless times and requested a number to contact someone from Corporate. After a few failed attempts to reach someone, I wasn’t confident in leaving a message….The moral of the story is, it has now been FIVE MONTHS and I’m still waiting for one of those managers to get back to me, still waiting on my 1 and ½ appointments to be credited back to my account AND furthermore- forget the 1 and ½ appointments that are still “in question,” NOW it’s an issue of customer service *OR THE LACK THERE OF.*Convenient that after a “missed” appointment, there is system in place to make sure your account is deducted IMMEDIATELY. Convenient that there is a system in place to contact clients IMMEDIATELY after their monthly payments have gone through, attempting to book more appointments. BUT try to get 1 and ½ measly appointments credited back to your account, which by the way- were already promised MONTHS prior… IMPOSSIBLE! Try to connect with a manager regarding any and/or all the above…. MORE IMPOSSIBLE!But yes, please help me feel my best today by rectifying this simple issue that has become beyond ridiculous!

My Massage Therapist Crystal stole my watch, she took it off during my massage she didnt put it with my clothes she put it where she had her warm towels, oils etc. at the end of my massage I got dress and totally forget she took off the watch, when I remembered and called massage envy the watch was nowhere to be found. the Manager Paul said theres nothing they can do, that watch was a gift and meant everything to me. Its hard to believe crystal didnt see my watch when cleaning the room for your next client.

I know that I signed a contract, however I tried to cancel it because Im having extreme money issues. its bad I lost my job and I cannot afford it and the =y wont cancel my membership, so i will tell everyone dont go here.. sad that this place is more focused on money then caring about people.

I work for ME here in Colorado my family got a membership they live in Nj and my sister had a terrible experience with the front desk staff her name is Ericka , she was a little late for her appt she got treated very rudely they deleted her appt they didnt even apologize , I called that location and I was treated the same way and it was the same person .
