Nothing against the employees, but the business says on Google that it will be open at 10 am. I got there at 10:47, they were closed. Cool, no problem. I ran back home to get something for my husband, came back and it is 11:08 and the business is still not opened despite saying they open at 10. Update your business hours, it’s not that hard.

I love this place! The staff here is impeccable! Brandon, Kyle, and Anthony are some of the coolest guys I have met at a vape store and do everything they can to set you up with whatever you are looking for.Their House juice line, Prime, is amazing! They offer amazing flavors and can make it them from 50VG/50PG to just 100VG and 0mg to 36mg of nicotine levels.And MadVapes is the ONLY place that offers a guarantee where if you dont like a juice you got or a device that isnt for you, you can go back and they can exchange it, let you grab something else, or give you your money back, no questions! You can not beat that! They will even match other competitors pricing!I am doing all of my business here from now on!

Nothing against the employees this is totally the home office and people who choose what goes into the location but since Kure took over madvapes here the product quality has gone through the floor the juice selection is awful the equipment selection is non existent and the coil selection is quickly getting as bad. Either yall need to listen to your customers when they tell you what they want or youll lose more customers like me who has been coming to this location since 2013 but now I wont be coming back.

We used to go when it was mad vapes and didnt know about the change but was happy we still had somewhere to go to pick up vape supplies. Unfortunately since changing we noticed the customer service also changed and not for the better. We used to feel welcomed when we walked in and now it seems like the guy behind the counter would rather be on his phone and not be bothered with customers. They used to be chatty and welcoming to make sure you left with any info you needed but not now. Ill go back if its a necessity but only if I have nonwhere else to go.

My boyfriend and I AWAYS use this store. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and gives us EXCELLENT customer service every time we come in. He answers all of our questions with a positive attitude and always makes sure we are satisfied. If you have to choose between this store and the Manchester location, do yourself a favor and go to this one.

Prices are marked u[p around 10-20% that of other local shops, both for hardware and liquid. The majority of the liquid they sell is very attractive looking in beautiful bottles, but when used it produces a distinctive foul taste regardless of flavor. Selection is very small, there is a LOT of open space on the shelves. Essentially its a nice looking shop with high prices on subpar products.The only reason Ive ever purchased anything after the first time is because they were the closest and I was in a rush, and only then was it coils.

Great pricing, great stuff, super helpful and nice cashier. The nicest vape shop around town!

I brought my tank in and showed it to the clerk and told him I needed additional coils. He handed me a pack of coils, I purchased these as well as some e-liquid. When I go home and went to change the coil I realized he gave me the wrong coils. The next day I returned to the store to exchange the coils for the correct ones. The clerk refused to exchange the coils. He just kept saying we dont take returns on coils They refused to help remedy the problem that they created. This was a horrifying experience! I have never experienced such poor customer service, it is unfortunate because I have had great experiences at other locations of Madvapes, the owners of this location must endorse this atrocious customer service.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The design and layout and decor of this store is the one of the best I have seen. They dont just have what you need, they have what you want and the prices are the best around. If you are Vaping then you must check this place out!

Great shop, employees very friendly & super helpful. Good selection of products. Only complaint was it was WAY to smokey in there even with the door open, too many people vaping at once. I actually had to leave the store because it was irritating me, & Im not typically a sensitive person at ALL.Otherwise great store & people, just take it easy on the vaping lol kinda funny saying that to a vape shop, but sorry, it was just way too smoggy.

Went in today to madvapes to get my tank fixed from a horrible build I tried to do. And wound up getting a whole new RDA and John was fantastic and built the whole thing for me. Great customer service and such friendlyrics people working there. Definitely buying more stuff here to build mods. Love madvapes.

Incredibly knowledgeable about the products and a very kind staff. I am from out of town and was trying to solve a quick problem. Within minutes they had me sorted. I even had to take a work call, mid-explanation of a product, and they patiently waited while I handled the call. Could not recommend these folks enough!

Its not there fault they cant take some of this stuff back guys its a liability thing and their policy which they will tell you when you buy something. The main thing to do is check your product bf you walk out of the store, after all they are human to so sometime with the hundreds of customers they deal with a mistake or two is bound to happen. I have always had a good experience with this place even though they can be a little pricey sometimes. Just think this is not Walmart this is a small business and they are regulated by the FDA. That puts them in a difficult situation bc of that. I will continue going bc I understand how business works and I cant hold them accountable for that they are just trying to do a job. Keep vaping!!!!

Guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful for picking out a vape. I however bought a device in store and found it significantly less expensive online afterwards. Maybe doing some research before going could have prevented that. Some other vape shops in the area offer rewards or stamp type programs but we were not offered one here.

Horrible. .I went in there needing a tank for my unit.Was told by the employee that the tank I was getting was the one I needed& would work. I screwed it on, it looked like it woulda worked. I get it home, fill it up&what do you know, it doesnt work.So, I go back by there to see if I could try the other one, since there was two choices available that was told would work.But, the ones working today were different than ones yesterday. They tell me I cant try to see if that one would work, then I ask about a refund, no we dont do refunds.I could see if it was my error, but I took his word that it would work.So, now Im still stuck without working unit&out $15 on a tank I cant use.If you go there, its best to know if for sure its going to work or not.

Just found this Mad Vapes here in Rock Hill, where Im new to the surroundings. I explained my situation and lack of finances at the moment. Brandon got everything I needed together at an unbelievable sweet deal to get me thru till payday. This place rocks!!! in Rock Hill !!! Thank you! Ill be back in soon !

This is my only vape store. I get all my supplies here. Ive been using their prime juice for many years now and its by far the best there is!

They dont deserve this location. They didnt even ID my boyfriend as soon as he walked it. Asked how they could help, BEFORE verifying his age. Plus they didnt have anything on the shelves that caught my eye.

There was an issue i had, i will not go into detail, but it was handled very well and I left happy. Thank you so much everyone that was involved. I WILL be returning.

The employee was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. The selection is a little small but they had good brands and juices.

My first time ever going here... Very knowledgeable people. Knew just how I wanted my vapejuice made.

Customer service was great he explained everything very well helping me make a decision and didnt even bother with the more expensive product.

While they may not have a huge stock and selection, they did a good job keeping good products with great prices. They are the only shop that I go to any more
