I had the pleasure of visiting Grays spa yesterday for a first time appointment. They were so inviting and took the time to understand what services i was looking for. The owner Cat and her staff were so friendly. The services I received from Shelby the esthetician and Antonio the massage therapist were great. Give this spa a try, they will definitely treat you right

Best med spa around. I love how customizable the relaxing glo2 facial is to each specific skin type. I’ve also received immune boosting IV infusions that kept me healthy while my husband had covid! Cat and her team are helpful, knowledgeable, and provide a 5 star experience!

I have gone in for two facials so far and plan to have additional services done as well. Lisa, the esthetician, is amazing at her job. I am happy Grays opened in Rock Hill and highly recommend them.

I have been getting massages here for several months now and they are the best. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I bruise easily and have to have a lighter pressure and I always have a great experience. They take the time to speak with you and find out exactly what you are needing. It is nice to have a professional and relaxing medspa to go to where I feel like family when I walk through the door.

You will not be disappointed going to Grays! I love to see Lisa for my facials. Excellent customer service and just a really relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

I had the best experience getting my facial. The spa is so conveniently located while offering a quiet, serene experience. I have had two facials by Kim and left there glowing. She has all the good vibes to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Kim is very knowledgeable about products and what’s best for your skin. She is awesome!

Amazing service! I’ve had a couple of facials from different facilities and this by far was the BEST experience I’ve ever had! Their technician was very attentive and extremely knowledgable. The atmosphere was very relaxing which is a plus in my book! Will definitely be back again for MANY more!!

Do not get injections here! I’ve been getting Botox for years and was excited to try a place closer to home so I gave them a shot. Unfortunately, the technician had no idea what she was doing. It was painful and swelled up immediately. She even said she may have used the wrong sized needle! I had to go home and ice it. A week later I’m so bruised and have lost the ability to smile which will take months to recover from.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was a horrible experience all around. Starting with the fact that my appointment was rescheduled twice very last minute through text. Then when I get there for my appointment they tell me I have to wait 30 mins since they’re running behind. Once pulled back into the room for my first Botox appointment the nurse tried to sell me on 50+ units of Botox…. When researching this online and by asking friends who regularly get Botox the max that was said was 30. Then the nurse struggling to stick me with the needle and complains of how dull it is. She then goes to get another needle and says it’s the wrong size. The whole time she apologized and said this shouldn’t be as painful but because of the wrong needle size she was struggling to get it in my skin. After the appointment when I went to check out I noticed that I had already been charged on my card without being told for 40 units when I only got 20. Then the ladies up front stated the girl that runs the front left and they can’t fix it until she’s back. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all.

I’ve enjoyed massages and a facial here, and I’m booked for more! The team works very hard to be accommodating, and the service and atmosphere are great!

What a gem to open up in Rock Hill! I was pleasantly surprised of with the serene feeling you get when walking into this med spa. I booked a 1 hour facial w/ complimentary skin scope and I was not disappointed. I learned a lot that day about my skin and feel confident in what products to use thanks to an in depth conversation with my esthetician, Ashton. The facial rooms are so warm and inviting. Ashton formulated the best treatment for my skin type and issues I was experiencing. She was great and did a wonderful job on my facial. My skin has been glowing ever since. I truly cant wait to go back. I highly recommend Grays!!!

My facial with Kim was excellent. When I left, my skin felt amazing and was glowing. She’s knowledgeable about what your skin needs. The new space looks great and I felt relaxed immediately when I walked in. I booked another facial and massage on my way out!

I went to Grays Anatomy Med Spa for the first time last week. I went there because Cam is the best esthetician I have ever met. I have been getting facials for over 20 years in the Charlotte metro area. I have gone to so many different spas and met so many different people, but I never felt so comfortable and educated about my skin until I met Cam. Dolce Lusso really messed up by letting her get away! When I found out that she wasnt at that salon anymore I was devastated! I had to tear apart all my desk drawers and do a deep dive into social media in order to find out where she was. I knew I would never find anyone that could compare to her. When I finally got to see her at Grays Anatomy Med Spa, she gave me a tour of the place and talked about all the services they provide. It was great to see other services that I will end up using soon. It sounds like the owner is also a wonderful person and I hope to meet her one day and tell her how lucky she is to have Cam. Had an amazing facial with Kim West! I loved all the extra steps that I’ve not gotten with other facials like the UV damage light, the individualized skincare recommendations (without a hard sell), and even microdermabrasion. I was even more excited when I found out they offer a teacher discount! I can’t wait to go back!

I have a massage and facials. And I have had the best experience than I have anywhere. Cat has always been very friendly and inviting. Takes time to explain everything that offer. This is just a wonderful place.

Hollie was wonderful across the board! She was kind, welcoming, and did a wonderful job describing the tools and products used! She was thorough and getting to know me personally, but also what my skin needs. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s on the fence— this was my first facial & definitely won’t be my last!

I scheduled an appointment for my birthday about a week in advance. I arrive a little early only to be told I am not on the schedule by the very grumpy person at the front. After inconveniencing her to double check, we discovered it was under my maiden name. No big deal. I asked if she was Carolyn ( the massage therapist noted on my email) and she said Carolyn was in the back with someone. It was my appointment time so I asked if she was running late and was told “your appointment time was moved and I sent a text yesterday.” I did not receive a text and moving my appointment 45 minutes was not going to work since I had lunch plans. The phone number on file was also incorrect and was told “it’s not my fault your number is wrong on here.” I explained that it was my birthday and I didn’t need that sort of negative energy and left. My suggestion for a new “spa” is to properly hire/train staff that understands the importance hospitality in this setting. After posting this same review on FB, someone did reply with excuses and again, rudeness. No accountability at all. This isn’t likely to thrive in a competitive market such as spas with the horrible customer service.

Treated myself to a massage! The owner greeted me at the door and made me a delicious beverage. The space is very inviting and relaxing. My massage therapist did a fantastic job!

Love Gray’s and love Kim! The atmosphere is so nice. Clean and relaxing feel. I was well taken care of and felt so comfortable the entire time. I’m already planning my next treatment!
