Fantastic! Great customer service at the desk. I was able to change my payment date due to an unforeseen expense.My therapist Cameron is so knowledgeable about the body and mind. I always leave feeling better. I highly recommend Message Envy.

The people here are so nice I hate to write this. I am 68 years old and gave and had so many facials. This person was THE WORST EVER. Do not go. She used downward movements, something you never do . The only movements you ever do is up and out. The cream she left on my face was so thick it was sticky. I paid extra for the eye treatment so she put eye cream around my eyes which she glob on and got in my eyes. They are still burning. I paid for an hour and got less than 45 minutes. Their deals are very good if the had someone to do a good job. Oh yes and she kept pushing that she does more facials at home. Its really bad when you look worse when you leave.

Look for any and every way to charge extra. Moved and none around so I canceled, they say never got it! And although I had 11 sessions paid for, my account was frozen because my credit card changed I didn’t know they were still trying to charge. Now to get the 11 sessions transferred to family that could use them I would have to pay the 2 months in arrears! Yup that’s 13 sessions I can’t use, but add on to it since I was transferring 3 sessions each to my 3 sisters I am now getting charged 90.00 additional dollars for the transfer. They were not willing to negotiate any of the fees. Or give me use of the 11 sessions I paid for prior to my canceling my membership. Since “they” didn’t get it. I didn’t take a copy of the form I sent them. So I’m screwed. Just be careful with the memberships they make it so difficult to get out of it!

I am very disappointed. I booked a couples appointment a week ago and specified the day I wanted to come in. I took off of work and drove quit a distance. I arrived to find out they booked me for the wrong month. When booking please amend a follow up txt or email with booking information to make sure customer is aware of the appointment details.

Like other reviewers, I was charged extra without a satisfactory explanation. Ive had a membership for over 5 years with no issues until recently. Ive been to other locations since and unsurprisingly, none of the others have tried to charge me extra. The therapists Ive seen most recently are really good though.

I wont go here anymore. It is impossible to get in for an appointment and every time I do I get charged more money ontop of my membership. There are only a few good therapists so they have no appointments that are ever convenient. It is not relaxing to come out of an appointment to be told I owe more money and for a different reason as to why every time. Ill find another location. Definitely dont fall for the membership, its not worth it!!! I genuinely am just trying to use my packages and be out, but they make that impossible too. This is supposed to be a helpful service for people not stressful and restricting.

Customer service, especially front desk is fantastic! Hang on to those 2 ladies! Estetician is very professional, yet it seems as though this location needs to equip her with more tools in order to provide top notch services.Store could definitely use more products up front to display/sell. Especially lotions and body oils. There are ZERO (that were observable). Not so great for an establishment that specializes in body care. Overall, I would highly recommend all the staff and not so much the products/current services without first equipping staff with more ability to perform their jobs.

I had an appointment to this location at 8am I show up at 7:30 only to be told that my appointment has to be cancelled because the massage therapist had to take off. I just don’t understand why wasn’t I called!!? that’s highly unprofessional to go all the way to the location just to be told that when I should have gotten a call prior to that and all I get is that I need to be rescheduled for two weeks out I will not be back and at all if I could give 0 stars I would

I had a facial with Rika. No one has ever asked me so many questions about my skincare routine. She was very detail oriented in her history, documentation, and treatment. And, she did not try to sell me an expensive skincare line on the way out. I appreciated her expertise and would highly recommend her for facials.

I got the membership in early spring after asking if I could cancel the membership anytime. Finding out later it costs a fee and many hoops to jump through to even consider canceling the membership. I have tryed and tryed again to get it canceled as I cant afford it any more but no one will answer me directly. They keep beating around the bush and talking to me with all this fancy terminology, which I dont understand. Eventually I give up not wanting to get frustrated nor the front desk.Someone please help thoe because my patience is thin with these people.

I’ve been going to Massage envy in Rock Hill for a few years and have always had a positive experience. It starts with the front desk. They are so very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They help me set up the kinds of appointments I need that work for my schedule. The massage therapist are amazing. I’ve had the facials, rapid therapy, total body stretch, and massages and all are so relaxing that I keep my monthly membership up to date. The nicest thing is when I was having health issues and had surgeries, they allowed my monthly credits to accumulate for after my recovery so I didn’t lose out of my membership privileges. The facility is always super clean, relaxing, and peaceful.This membership is a part of my wellness and I couldn’t be without it.

Just left and I’m so happy with my experience! I tagged along with my guy on his business trip and decided to #treatyoself to a massage. I read reviews on this location before I booked and everyone is right - Don is the sweetest! He’s adorable and very knowledgeable/professional. Danielle who Don is training at the desk already seems to be catching on quickly - very nice girl as well. Lauren was my massage therapist and she was everything I needed and then some! Never had to ask for different pressure or anything; she was great. Now I wish I lived here so I can keep coming back!❤️

Wendy was amazing. I have had a sore shoulder for a couple months. She did a deep message. I am not 100%. I do feeluch better. Scheduled another appointment in a couple weeks. I am looking forward to that day. Great staff. Everyone so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend.

I love visiting this location. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. They ensure that I know about all paperwork and answer all of my questions. Reese was my service provider and she is MY FAVORITE! Her energy is always great and the service is out of this world! The front desk receptionists, Don Won and Shelli were also awesome. Their kindness and warm spirit made me feel right at home!

Hygiene and service was top notch. Average pressure massage was perfect and reduced my arthritic pain by 90 percent. Temps were taken and masks are required by all. Pleasant staff and military discount. Fees vary depending on membership or not. Good check in process and and minimal folks allowed in at one time. Parking is good.

I loved Melissa who did my massage, the entire time there was great until I got to the check out. When I was asked about the monthly membership I told her NO thank you. I understand that is a part of her job checking people out is to sell them a membership, But after the 4th time I had to tell he NO AGAIN.. it had kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been a member for several years but filled out the paperwork to cancel today. I agree with the previous comments that front desk staff are usually friendly but often very confused. And, if you have any issue they really don’t care. I transferred one of my massages to my daughter as a Christmas gift. I paid the extra $10 fee. When I called and made the appointment, I told the girl that my daughter was now 18 and confirmed that I didn’t need to be waiting there. My daughter arrived 10 minutes early and text me 30 minutes after getting there that they were having problems with their computer system recognizing her as being 18. I was pretty upset because I had already confirmed everything was ok when I made the appointment and the fact that this was a Christmas gift. It was meant to be something nice. It turned into a complete nightmare. I called and the girls I talked to could’ve cared less. I asked for confirmation that my daughter could still have her 60 minutes after they resolved the issue. The first girl I talked to wouldn’t confirm but another did. Well, my daughter went in at 1:27pm (got there 12:50pm mind you) and text me to pick her up at 2:07pm. That’s 40 minutes total and I paid $75 for it. It was just such a disappointment. The biggest problem in my opinion though is the fact that none of them really cared. My daughter had to sit there for 30 minutes. There was no apology. They acted as if they wanted me to just cancel and pick her up. Like I was bothering them and had no reason to be upset. Yeah I guess they’d like $75 for 0 minutes work and the next appointment scheduled wouldn’t have been delayed 7 minutes either I guess.Other reasons for cancellation, they have a very high turnover of therapists. I don’t think they are paid or treated well. Also, don’t ever buy a gift card there. Someone with my same name in another city/state used my gift card balance without the card proof nor my permission (obviously). That hassle took me weeks to get fixed. And, I got this same attitude.Anyway, thanks for listening. They don’t care there but I’m glad I can share what happened today with others that do.

Don at the front desk is GREAT! So is the manager, Briana. I was able to speak with her just to let her know what a sweetheart Don was. Had some issues with scheduling at a different massage envy location and got really frustrated and decided to go to this one and he handled everything so efficiently. Very professional and kind hearted young man. Definitely turned a bad situation into a good one, I really appreciated it!

It was ok. The staff was nice and all but as far as the facial it could have been better. For one the facial steamer didnt work so my pores didnt open much. They had to use a hot towel on my face instead. I mean I do that at home already. I was disappointed in that aspect. I didnt feel like I got a full on facial massage to relax me either. Like I said nice place,nice staff but Ive had better facials before. For a starting price of 50 or 55 dollars I expected better. Sorry wont be coming back.

If leave a negative I would do so. Apparently they steal money off gift cards at this location. After rescheduling for over 3 weeks to get a date to match up with my schedule. I have never used my gift card at all or taken out of the wrapped envelope. I give my card to my girlfriend to use. After she gets her massage she goes to pay and the gift card only has $5 on it. She calls me while I am out of town asking what happened to the card. I called Rock Hill ME asked want is background with the card and who put charges on my gift card. After giving the gift card ID number to the employee. She tells me that a massage therapist currently on staff has ran my card and charged money off my card. I have never used this location for their services at all. Scheduling for my appointment was the only time I was physically in the office. I called in advance to cancel my appointment.I will be contacting management & Rock Hills finest to resolve this issue. This totally ridiculous that Massage Envy allows this to happen. It was embarrassing, annoying and frustrating that I have to do this while I am out of town.

1. They charge you for “aroma therapy” which is just some oil on your therapist hands and they stick it under your nose for you to sniff. Which would be totally fine if the room didn’t smell like feet. There was a thick musty smell which was distracting. Definitely wish the aroma therapy would have been throughout the room2. My therapist did a great job but she was playing music in her headphones that I could hear the entire time so it was pretty distracting as well.

Been here twice. Both time the massage that I receive was very good. Only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that after your massage, the checkout representatives push their monthly memberships on you too much. Both times, I said I was not interested, but they continued to try and sell me.

I signed up for the Massage Envy membership will over a year ago, and I do not regret it. The monthly charge is about half of what you would pay for one service, and it is incentive for me to go every month. I have had several different therapists at Georgia and South Carolina locations, I can only think of one time where I wasnt completely satisfied with the masseuse. The staff has always been very friendly, and the consistency of the great customer service is very appreciated. While they do sell skin care products and other items such as essential oils, you are informed of them, but never feel pressured. It can be argued that you could probably get a good massage these days for around the membership price because theyre so many folks now with their own massage/spa businesses. But for me, Massage Envy has earned my loyalty by keeping the quality of the customer service high, and offering the latest trends in facials and massage, the training of which appears to be taken very seriously and shared enthusiastically (without being pushy) by the staff.

My mom loves the massages and I love the lady who wears a skirt. Shes helpful and always offering. Only issue I had was when my dAughter and I went to the quiet area and were told to leave. We were waiting on my mom and it was windy and about to rain and the front office is cold.... I had my kid about to sleep but for the first time out of the 5 times we went back we were told to move. Yea its their job but consideration. Other than that its clean and smells good and the people are super friendly.

Hello my massage was great thanks to Denise, the young lady who answered the phone asked me the same questions 4 times I asked for Deep tissue massage she said that was Denise I made the appointment for 2 then she tells me she has a firm massage lol the young lady brings me in the waiting area I fill out my paper work i cannot believe she did not offer me water or hot tea she was very busy with her cell phone in the office 5 minutes later the dark hair your lady brings back another customer they sit down as normal off of water tea and just seemed like she was way more professional the review is for customers and the owner of your unaware about a problem in the office you cant fix it it might just take a talking with her. im happy I went Denise was great and helped me with my aches and pains I will be back for Deep tissue and I highly recommend Denise she was great, thanks

I was pressured into a package, which I repeatedly said no to. Eventually they talked me into it with free offers, that once I signed the bottom line, they said I didnt qualify for because I didnt buy a big enough package. Once you sign, they wont let you out. My massage wasnt great to begin with. Now Im stuck with six months of massages that I didnt want in the first place. I prefer to leave a massage feeling relaxed, not stressed out because Ive been taken advantage of. Terrible!

Way too much money for a mediocre massage. I signed to be a member for year and never really had a good massage. One time I was actually more sore and had bruises for days after. I even tried different locations and they were pretty much the same across the board. Im so glad I am out of that contract!

Drove 40 minutes ro get here since the one next to me was booked. Wouldnt let my 9 year old daughter sit in the room with me. I dont get to go often on account of my toddler. Finally have a night I can go without the little one and they wont let me. The other location had no problem with it. BS!

Dont wast your time and money!!IF you get lucky and have the right person. Then it might be worth it. Do NOT sign up for anything until reading all the fine print. They dont tell you that once your 6 month plan is up, then it goes month to month. Its a way to scam people! Yeah it may be in the print but shame on me for not reading everything. I trusted what the lady told me. Theres much better places in rock hill that w ont treat you like that. I will be posting on Facebook of other places that dont just wont your money. And give you a much better massage.

I was given a giftcard to this place. Had a facial a couple months ago and a massage a few days ago. Im not sure what it is..but every time I go there I get someone that seems nervous and uncomfortable..and then it makes me feel nervous. I had the massage and while it felt ok..it definitely was not a full body massage. He stayed on my back almost the entire time. I left feeling a lot of pain in my back..and still today I had to take some pain reliever. Ive had massages before so I know there is some amount of discomfort but this was pretty painful. It was also crazy loud during my session. Peoples phones were going off..loud talking in the hallway. I never get alone time so I really wanted to relax..I just couldnt. Not only that but the amount of times the front desk girl asked me if I wanted a membership made me want to pull my hair out. If I say no..I mean no..they reword what they said to say the same thing and then make you feel guilty for not signing up for the membership. Idk this place just isnt for me..I wont be coming back.

Membership has its privileges and it also has its limitations... $10 fee to gift a massage to someone else for example. Some are great and others are only fair. Front desk people are generally polite but often seem confused.

Well I had an appointment booked for 9:00p.m was told to be there at 8:45 got a phone call at 7:30 from this place and was told I didnt show up for my appointment and my credit card would be charged for missing the appointment wth is wrong with people now a days I WROTE DOWN the time I was told to be there on paper and with a PENCILE you guys dropped the ball and will never get a chance to recover in my eyes and p.s my credit card will not be charged because Ive already made a report with them. Once you give them your money it becomes their money weither you receive the service or not. So God forbid you get sick or have an emergency because you are just screwed. Not only do they take the money but they charge you 50% extra because you put them out. By the way you need to train your employees to better serve your clientele because Bianca just lost you a couple of them.

I cancelled my membership in April 2018 along with my boyfriends.Then in Feb.2019 they debited his account for 55.00 claiming they did not get his cancellation.So they credited his account when he went to the Rock Hill location and turned around and debited my account which had been cancelled for 9 months for $130.00.I spoke with Ashley and she said she would have my account credited because of the problems but she only did it for $65.00.Horrible person to deal with if you can get her at all.Dont give them your credit card to keep on file.I got taken for $55.00 and was no longer a member.

I had a membership that I cancelled after a year but I can’t utilize my 6 or so visits that were remaining. When I called to set up an appointment I was told I had to use them within 60 days after cancellation however I wasn’t told this on the many calls after I cancelled so let’s say I lost almost $400 to message envy. I would not recommend this place or their membership.
