Top notch customer service. I ask for a brand I like and if he doesnt have it when I come in next he does. This guy works to make his customers happy. I went in looking for pods for my vape and he didnt have anymore to buy but he had an extra from a box and just gave it to me. Didnt charge me a cent. Great place, usually, but had a horrible experience today.Purchased a vape pen and left. Once I opened it, IN THE PARKING LOT, I realized that it was defective. There was juice leaking out, so much that it was even causing the pen to adhere to the container. I took it back inside, expecting a simple return. I simply mentioned my concern, and was instead nastily greeted by the preoccupied (taking a personal call) employee. After refusing to exchange the pen, she began to tell me that the pen just needed to be wiped down WITH A PAPER TOWEL, and then proceeded to do so. At this point, I became slightly irritated and asked for a refund because all she had to do was give me a replacement. Why try to wipe off WASTED product and push me out the door instead of just giving me what I paid for? She fought the refund and called someone else. This call eventually resulted in her having to give me a replacement anyway. INCREDIBLE and unnecessary waste of a good customers time.

I bought edibles with D8. They didnt have anything in them. They were just the cheap gummies from the grocery store. Im highly sensitive to D8. 10mg will get me very relaxed. I ate half of them because I felt nothing. I did feel nothing that was supposedly 500+ grams. It was the half red and half yellow gummies. Dont buy those gummies sad to say. I also found the same type gummies at the grocery store. $25 gone. 😭The salesman is nice though. I wanted to support local shops but Im skeptical now.

I bought a battery from here and 2 days later it wasnt working. I took it back and he tried to say it was my cartridge. After proving it wasnt, I asked to exchange it and got something cheaper. He said he wouldnt give me the difference back and then called me stupid. Never again
