I ventured out to fire and ice due to seeing a Facebook post and so far it was tasty. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with recommendations I look forward to returning soon.Honestly Alyssa made this place 100x better y’all better come to this place!

They have the best daiquiris! I went recently and tried the July specialty drinks and they were so good! I also recommend the tipsy cream which is alcohol-infused ice cream. The staff are soo nice and welcoming.

Staff was rude when stated that the drink was watery/melted. They refused to remake it or refund it. Didn’t even give an option for me to get a different daiquiri that was actually frozen. It’s sad they expect you to pay for a product that was not up to par. You’ve lost a very loyal customer. Also get rid of the cheap plastic cups!Manager was also rude and not helpful.

My wife and I drove 45 minutes to try this place out after catching it on the news. Damian is amazing! Extremely accommodating and helpful. He definitely worked his magic on our daiquiris! They were literal perfection! A1 👌🏾 It was definitely worth the trip.

Nice chill vibe on the inside. It has a spacious lounge area and a bar if you want to relax. They also have a drive-thru if you prefer to pick up and go. All the drinks are amazing. I usually go for the sweet ones and they’re all perfect. They’re sweet but they sneak up on you. My new favorite spot 🍹🍹

My first time at Fire n Ice and WOW! I was amazed at the variety of things they have! They have options for DAYS. Not only that, they also offer drinks, ice cream, etc. and a nice little seating area. Honestly one of the best smoke shops/dispensaries I’ve been to and HIGHly recommend paying them a visit. (Pun intended) Their prices are unbeatable!! Can’t go wrong with Fire n Ice!

We came in from out of town and wanted a daiquiri, Izzy was awesome with making my Bob Marley and referring us to the drinks we wanted. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and lets us try ANYTHING we wanted she was super sweet. Thank you ladies so much well be back!

I bought the aqua man daiquiri and Courtney and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful. first timer and didn’t even know what to get @ the Smoke shop + daiquiri and it’s so convenient for those who are looking for both! You are also able to add THC and CBD into your daiquiris for a boost! love this place :)

They wont even honor their own valid coupons and the reward system has gotten that much worse. Cant use if your buying something on sale or use during happy hour etc... show be posted somewhere or in the fine print but it isnt. Whats the point of racking up points if you cant use them when you want to.

Wow where do I begin!? First of all, I LOVE the fact that you can sit down and enjoy a drink as well as shop for the latest products! Zahra and Zunair were so welcoming and kind! They even have ice cream cones for kids and adult ice cream for grown ups! And it was DELICIOUS! The products they offer are great prices and the daiquiris are amazing as well!! A true gem in the Roserich area with modern decor, a chill vibe, and friendly staff. They have a full Daiquiri bar, all smoke/vape, a wide selection of cigars and BOOZY ice cream/milkshakes that can be infused also! Can’t wait to try everything on their menu. HIDDEN GEM IN ROSENBERG!!! The daiquiris aren’t only delicious but they pack a punch! I love the Jell-O shots and the buzz bears!!!! They also serve tipsy cream (ice cream infused with vodka!) and it actually tastes pretty good. I brought my daughter and her friend here and they got to enjoy the ice cream and the jolly rancher slushes (non-alcoholic). Also, they have plenty of vapes and CBD candies and treats!!!!

Normally, I have nothing less than a 5 star experience here. Sadly tonight was honestly not that. My husband brought home my usual, medium pina colada w/ extra rum shot. Well….1) what is with the cheap thin plastic cups now? Because usually it’s styrofoam which is way more sturdy. My cup literally SPLIT IN HALF spilling my daiquiri as I was putting it on the freezer. And why was I putting it in the freezer? Because 2) the daiquiri was way more thin than usual. I frequent this location. And everything is 10/10 every single time. Except tonight! I’m so disappointed. I’m willing to give y’all another try but definitely bring back the sturdy styrofoam cups. Because these clear thin plastic ones are NOT the move.

Worst experience of my life. I had a few Jell-O shots one night and after about an hour I spent on my phone I quietly left. Spent about $100 here, I also left a tip for the staff.When I walked to the gas station to wait for Uber I was confronted by two police officers with a trespass.The staff at this place nor the police could give me a reason as to why I was trespassed. I actually didn’t believe the police at first, I thought they were lying to me or had me mistaken with someone else.This happened about a year ago and I have not forgotten this disgusting experience. SHAME ON YOU!

Love Fire & Ice Shop. I have been driving by this establishment for a few months and decided to stop for a daiquiri on Good Friday. Wow, this place is amazing. The store is very clean, neat and the drinks are delicious. Their staff welcomes everyone when they walk through the front door. I went back twice on Sunday. Once by myself for another daiquiri and the second time I brought my hubby. All in all this is the best place for a casual fun time. You wont be disappointed. I cant wait to go back again this weekend. :)

I paid for the infused ice cream. The lady server stated she needed to make more which I didn’t have time to wait for her to make more, I asked for a refund and she said she didn’t know how to give me a refund which is strange all employees should know how to give a refund !!!! She said to come back later , I came back later and ask could she upsize it for 1 not being able to get a refund and 2 having to come back later to pick it up she said no I’d have to get what I paid for smfh . It’s not my fault she don’t know how to give a refund !!

Came here for some smoke supplies and ended up staying 2 hours because this place is so cool. Chelsea was our bartender. Shes is extremely knowledgeable about the flavors of drinks. Theres 12 flavors but with her knowledge theres an endless amount with her creativity. This is my new favorite place to pregame before heading out for the night. Not to mention, You can take it to-go!!!
