Cool store, terrible sales people. I went in last night and there were two nice ladies working at the counter, however their sales tactics were terrible. We asked the price on things as we were looking and instead of just telling us, they said they could change the price for everything we picked out so “don’t worry”. First it was only one lady helping us, then the second one came and started talking over the other one making the same suggestions we already heard. They both were making a thousand suggestions at the same time, it was extremely uncomfortable.They were too pushy about suggesting certain things and I felt I had no time to just browse on my own. It was my first time there. It felt scammy. Then at checkout, the math didn’t add up and we had to recount everything and ended up coming to a lower balance than what she originally told us. I don’t know…the ladies were kind, but they don’t understand how sales works. Checkout took forever. From my experience last night, I don’t feel enthused to come back.

Nazim give me the best experience with his immense knowledge about the products, and shrooms, and Nano infused THC drinks. He made me feel at home. They hooked me up with their THC Drinks and they worked in like 10 min. What an exceptional customer service. I have never seen this variety in any smoke shop. This smoke shop is Stellar in comparison to others. It felt as though I had entered the realms of heaven. Gorgeous shop, meticulously organized all at the hands of Rooster who is nothing short of generous and kind. He is the manager of heaven (the shop) and will guide you and explain each product with confidence and pride. And then once you do bag a purchase he offers free beverages AND little extras to head home happy with!! He will be only working a day a week at this location as he is managing other locations but meeting him is part of the experience. I highly recommend all smokersCheck this place out. I found my new shop. Rooster works every Wednesday and Friday as of now. Today, I went back into Bahama mamas and had the honor of meeting Lucy. Not only was this person kind and professional but VERY well knowledgeable of all the produces sold in store. They helped me fixture out exactly what would work for me and educated me on what is was that I was buying. To make the experience even better, they had a buy one GET ONE FREE special with all products during the month of august. If you haven’t already, please go visit Lucy. There is nothing like southern hospitality. Lastly, I didn’t just get the product I bought, and my free item but also a water/extra goodies.
