The staff here is so friendly, the location is convenient, and the therapists are amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was how the location was placed next to a dog grooming facility. You can hear everything!

I love it here! The front desk team is always so helpful and professional. They call me by name and have even gone above & beyond to call me when my therapist has extra openings! And, my 2 favorite therapists, Cynnea and Minerva are A-MAY- ZING! I appreciate the knowledge they provide when asking questions about my aches and pains. The overall experience is always pleasant and I appreciate the effort!

Hervey has been great for my massages! He always gave the perfect amount of pressure and helped my back pain so much ! I wish i wasn’t moving but if i wasn’t i would continue coming back to get seen by Hervey.

A wonderful experience and more affordable than other luxury spas. I had Emily and my husband had Delilah. They fit us in last minute and Im so glad because we both were having some pains and we left feeling much better! We would recommend them both. They were great.

BE AWARE OF RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION POLICY!!!Called to reschedule/cancel an appt for my boyfriend that he had later that evening as he woke up with a fever.They said they would be charging me if they didn’t get the appointment rescheduled. So basically, I’m supposed to rely on their effort and others availability to get the appointment rescheduled for the same day?It is completely ridiculous that they expect their customers to know ahead of time if they are going to get sick. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone says she is the manager and there was no was else I could speak to, how convenient!Makes absolutely no sense. This policy is putting their own therapists and other customers at risk as people will begin to just come in, regardless if they’re not feeling well as customers cannot even cancel their own appointment if they are not feeling well without the risk of getting charged! I understand that they need to pay their therapists but it’s absurd that they expect customers to predict sickness & are not valuing those who are doing the right thing by not coming in when they have symptoms.I have gone to this location for a little bit now and definitely will not return.

I had Mai for the first time and she was amazing! She targeted every area I asked for and found more that I didnt even know I needed work on. She is an excellent deep pressure therapist and I would totally recommend her for a 90 minute session if you also need lots of work done, especially over time.

My first time at Massage Envy was a great experience. Tyler gave a great massage. I expressed my concern of possible all with the massage gel. He let me read the ingredients on the bottle to confirm that I was okay with them. When it was time to pay I was simply informed of the perks of a membership but I wasnt pressured to sign up for one. There was a small issue with my gift card not showing up in the system but the receptionist did not panic we were able to figure out what the issue was and resolve it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I went here 4/11/15. Made the appointment day before the session, staff was very accommodating about getting me in when it was convenient for me. Quick check in, about a ten minute wait for massage therapist in a quiet clean lobby. The massage itself was fantastic. Diedre was my therapist and she was competent and quiet. Upon paying and leaving I was not pressured at all to join. All in all Id recommend this facility and had a very pleasant experience here.

Staff was friendly. Emileigh did my massage and she was awesome. It was my second time getting a massage and she made sure to talk to me about pressure and what I want or dont want, and I like that she was great to talk to too. I would definitely go back for her again. I was slightly disappointed because there are no facials at this location until possibly in the summer, since I live near this location, but thats okay. I also like being told about perks of membership without the pressure to buy right then, the receptionist was friendly about me wanting to take the brochure home to look at. Thank you.

My sister treated me to a prenatal massage, I’m 36 weeks) from massage envy and I couldn’t be more grateful. It was a very relaxing experience and Yoana was wonderful. She made sure I was always comfortable and I received an amazing massage. Definitely will be back!

I have been a member since 2014 and I love it. The front desk staff (Lisa) are friendly, professional and knowledgable. I have best therapist in the world! Macella! I hate that I have to share her with other clients, but shes that good! The place clean and in a well lit area for those who schedule evening appointment.

This review is for Sacramento Natomas Arena Blvd and Truxel Road Location. It was my moms birthday today so took her in to get a massage. The vibe was not great when we entered to begin with felt awkward. I asked for light to medium pressure for my mom since she is elder. My mom came out after massage looking dissapointed. She said it felt like someone lightly putting lotion or oil on her body. Lotion or oil was not even rubbed in properly, looked like it was slathered on. I had scheduled an appointment for myself for Monday since they did not have 2 appointments together for today told receptionist to cancel it since I did not want it if that is how they massage. Receptionist cut me out while speaking. She did not even care to let me finish telling her why I was canceling not to mention she didnt even ask my mom about her massage experience. What did I expect since she was not friendly when we entered to begin. What a waste of time and feel bad since it was my Moms birthday.

I have been seeing Yoana for close to a year now for prenatal massages, and I love her! I always leave feeling better, and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very comfortable with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great masseuse!

Made an appointment for my boyfriend for a late Valentine’s Day gift. he said he liked the massage, however his appointment was at 11:15 and the day before the appointment they even sent him a reminder to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. well he showed up early and the doors were locked. he had to stand out in the rain for 15 minutes. he was very confused and called me to make sure he had the address right. tried to call the spa too, only to find out no one is inside to pick up the call. online it says they opened up at 8, and there was no one there & the doors were locked at 11? anyways finally someone shows up to let him in and even his massage therapist was running late. he didn’t get seen until about 20 minutes after his appointment time. still glad he liked the massage, but it was unprofessional to have had him stand in the rain for that long & that they weren’t prepared for his appointment. :/

Minerva is the best massage therapist I have ever seen!!!!!! Plus, I love the way the studio is set up. The whole vibe is instantly calming.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for years and recently starting going to this location. Ive seen Thomas a handful of times and he is amazing. He makes you very comfortable and finds all of the knots you didnt even know you had.Thomas is the best masseuse Ive had at any Massage Envy. I highly recommend you checking him out.

First time at this location and I have to say it’a the best one. Lisa greeted me on the way in and my therapist Emileigh was nice and comforting. I hurt my back a couple years ago and she was very tentative to making sure the massage went smooth. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great massage.

Id highly recommend him and this location. The membership is totally worth it and they even accept your health savings account from your employer as payment!

When I tried to book an appointment my 2nd question after availability, was the staff fully vaccinated???I was told that was not information that could be provided..what universe are you living in???We just had a lovely message, for 2 at Message Heights. My fiance says the massage was good. The prices werent too ridiculous but theyre bullying tactics to make someone sign up for a membership are unacceptable in my opinion. In addition, when my fiance called, the lady was very rude to her and matter-of-factly. And even on the phone the lady tried to quote her a higher price than what she actually got charged, telling her if she signed up for a membership and gave her a credit card at that instant, over the phone, she could save money, but; once she came in in person they gave her the real price because they didnt know it was the same person from the phone call and were much more polite. well probably still use Massage Envy, but we definitely wont call them, or; maybe we wont use them at all. Shame on you Massage Envy!

Jennifer was UH-MAZING! She really worked out my tense spots and was very professional. I strongly recommend her if you have a lot of knots and tension on your neck, shoulders, and back. I felt like I got a brand new back after my session:)

I love this location and have been getting regular massages from Thomas. I have pretty significant TMJ which causes a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, that he is able to release the tension/knots every time. He is really skilled and knowledgeable at different techniques. I really recommend this location and Thomas!

I had an excellent massage today at Massage Envy Natomas by a talented, knowledgeable, hardworking masseur named Yoana. She was able to skillfully complete a full-body massage, and she also found time to work on my focus areas, as requested.Its a privilege to be Yoanas client. It didnt surprise me when she was recently honored as Employee of the Month. I knew intuitively about five minutes into my first massage with her that she is what Id call a natural at her work. Shes got that magic touch that makes stress, tension, aches, and pains melt away with the magic kneading of her fingers.Massage Envy Natomas is very fortunate to have such a great masseur on its staff. I think anyone would benefit from receiving a massage from Yoana, and I think shed be an asset to any massage establishment, anywhere!

I finally found a masseuse who is insync with my body and needs!! Im in my 3rd trimester with my daughter and my body is calling for pampering needs! Yoana has a natural healing touch to a pregnant mother! I totally recommend her for prenatal massages! Ill be coming back after birth!

I had terrible headaches and neck pain for years. I have been going to Massage Envy and working with Yoana in her stretch session and getting massages from her. My pain is gone. Yoana has done an amazing job! I highly recommend Massage Envy in Natomas and ask for Yoana.

Wonderful! For the best therapeutic massage for aches and pains, ask for Thomas. He knows what he is doing and will work on problem painful areas in a skillful and methodical way. I live in Iowa and have been visiting Sacramento. Unfortunately, I had an accident here and was being treated by a local doctor and physical therapist. They could not help me; Thomas did! Will miss him when I go back!

Great service in a comfortable environment. Given my physically demanding career, I typically schedule Deep Tissue sessions with Thomas who does a great job in alieving tight muscle strain and knots. I would recommend Thomas to anyone looking for relief at any pressure level.

This is the best Massage Envy I have ever been to. Yoana, my masseuse was absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate not being hounded about getting a membership. I will definitely be back.

Thomas was great! I had so many tight muscles that were causing me a lot of discomfort and after 2 hrs with Thomas I feel so much better. I like firm pressure and he got it just right!

Great corporation , well established ! Pricing is a bit higher than less known brand but at least you know what you will get ! Professional workers and clean facilities. Reservation process can be ambiguous but it’s been great so far !

Been going to Thomas for massage and stretch to prep me for my ultra marathon. He focuses on exactly what I need him to. He listens and coached me on how to stretch and take care of my legs. Love him!
