The ambiance is not that of your super upscale spa. That said, the pricing is unbeatable, especially if you get their ticket passes, every masseuse here knows how to do proper lymphatic drainage massage and is highly skilled.

I am a long term customer and have been enjoying the massage for years. I got those tickets during Black Friday before pandemic. However, due to the pandemic, I had skipped for 2 years.In May, the receptionist told me that there would be a new owner. They told me to use then asap or I would have to pay extra starting September. However, I went to there today, and the receptionist told me that under the new management, they no long accept my tickets. So I am total lost on my outstanding 13 tickets. In understand to pay extra from the inflation, but now I am total lost under the new management.New management, but same place, same location, and same employees!!!! The shop has been continued without closure.When the business sold, there is a term called Goodwill. The new owner should negotiate with the outstanding tickets with the selling price. Old customers have the tickets, and the old customers will continue to go there and continue to purchase more tickets. I gave the suggestion for the old ticket owners to pay extra to settle the inflation to exchange new tickets so that we can continue to use it. But apparently they choose to make the old customer being total lost on the existing tickets!!!I feel so sad and disappointed. I dont trust the new owner anymore with the ticket system.I hope at least the buyer is not related to the seller. Or otherwise it will be so wrong.I am so sorry. Danny is so good and keeps me for years. However, I am not going to go back anymore. This total lost is really hurt, and I dont trust the ticket system.Who knows they will sell for another new management.

I scheduled a deep tissue combo for my Mom and I. From the waiting room to the rooms was very clean and quiet. Service was great and I had the best massage by Devin. This place and the masseur will be my go to.

60 minutes wasnt enough. Mr Jake got my back feeling brand new. Ill definitely return and schedule a longer session! 🙌🏿

After the massage, I tipped the massage therapist to which she replied making a grunting sound “that’s it, I never get small tip like this”, [$5 on a $45 massage]. The massage was ok, but the tip shaming makes me not want to return. Do workers at business like this make minimum wage (just curious)?

Best massage in Sacramento so far! Ive been to a few different massage places and only one was really good in the Bay Area, so when I moved to Sacramento I was concerned I had to endure a lot more bad massages to find a good one again. But I got lucky with this one.My masseuse was Judy. She has hands that are firm but soft, just the right mix for a relaxing but invigorating massage. Ill explore more places just in case, but Im confident that this will be my regular massage place.As of the posting of this review, they have a special deal of $250 for 5 massages. Otherwise its a normal rate of $60 per 1-hour massage. You can choose your gender if youre concerned about that, and afterwards schedule directly with the masseuse if you had a good experience. They are very accommodating.

OVERLY AGGRESSIVE ABOUT TIPS! The massage was decent enough but once leaving the men aggressively demanded tips shoving their black fold book at us. They didn’t speak English at all and gave us a hard time until they felt they were fairly tipped. Check your bank statement too, I have a feeling they’ll try to charge you again for tips. Won’t be back.

Friendly staff, they were very accommodating. Cleanliness and proper precautions (COVID) were in place. Massage was ehhh. Intention was a relaxing massage and both of us ended up with muscle soreness in our neck and shoulders for the next two days or so. In hindsight I wish I would have scheduled with my regular/known massage therapist and paid the $15 extra.

Massages at a great price. I tried the back-walk massage, which was pretty good. I did have to wait a little for my appointment though.

I cant say enough nice things about this place. I have searched high and low for a place as good as this in Fresno, where I live, and am unable to find anything like it. I found this place on accident as I had never had a massage before. But once I went to this place I was hooked. And it isnt just me because Ive gotten about 10 other people hooked on them as well.Another great thing about them is that they are very affordable. $20 for an hour massage is a great price. Especially considering I cant recall a single time that I have left disappointed. And I think Ive probably been about a hundred times now.

Some massage therapists here are great, others here are not. I usually buy the 10 pack of coupons for foot massages. I strongly recommend making a reservation because Ive been turned away when I walk in a few times (but sometimes they take a walk-in). Last time I went I walked in and they told me they didnt have anything open until 5pm, I left, called to make a reservation, and they were able to take me 30 minutes later. My guess is they saw that I was going to pay with a prepaid coupon and would rather take customers who were going to pay that day. Either way, I got my massage and it was great.

Just had one of the worst massages in my entire at this location. My massage was done by David who kept burping during my entire session. They offered and upgrade to the ginger full body something but all that I recieved was ginger rubbed harshly all over my back. My massage was rushed and I was uncomfortable the whole time. I was so excited when it was over. Now the main problem I have is the woman at the desk. She asked me how my massage was and I informed her of my experience, she just apologized and continued to take my payment. She didnt offer and refund, free massage a do over nothing 😂. despite the fact that I used a Groupon, I am still owed a quality service. To say I left disappointed would be an understatement. I wont be back to this location and I will be writing a review on Groupon as well.

Had my first micro facial and full body message here. LOVED IT... everyone was very professional and sweet. Explained every step and detailed every process. Everyone was very patient with my needs and quict and wonderful. Thank you Tony and Monica. Will definitely be going back

I go here about once per month. The rooms are fresh, quiet and clean. Always professional. Some of the massage staff have limited English.The facials are extraordinary. Book well ahead on facials, her calendar fills fast.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was an awful experience. Went here on my birthday and got a couples massage I asked for it to be more of a deep tissue technique but I did not get that. they were very unprofessional the lobby was dirty there was a hint of a nasty smell then instantly I had a strong smell of mint. As if they were trying to hide something. I was hoping for a calming, relaxing smell didnt get close to that. atleast there was some tea with crackers but no cream no sugar no cookies just really cheap small mint candy. After my massage and I went to pay they demanded for a tip asked my husband twice. terrible service.Definitely wont be comming back.

Terrible PAINFUL massage. My body is horrible pain now. Got a older male for my massage and he spend the majority of the time on my behind other than when hed use his elbow hard on my back at all times. Just put a ton of pressure into your back with his pointed elbows or massages your behind. Hard to communicate with and coughed the entire time then when I walked out he handed me a black checkbook for his tip. Would never go back for a massage. However Monica who did my facial was excellent.

WARNING: Message out to anyone who visits this place, if you are paying with you card check your statement after to see if you are being charge for tips if you didnt put one on there. I was there with my friends and paid my message with my bank card and gave them cash for tip, the next day when I checked my statement the charge on there was more than what I signed for so I went back the next business day and they stated that when closing out they accidentally typed the tip on my card and not the person who paid after me so that tip they took out of my account was actually suppose to be from the other person account not mine. To me it seem suspicious but just a warning to all customers.

Was the massage good... yes. Good priced..... yesBut I paid for a 90 min massage. 45 min upper 45min lower. And from the time I walked in the door sat waited. Went to the room got undressed. Had my massage and walked out it was only 68mins. Thought we paid extra for 90mins but whatever next time we know better to only pay for an hour.

Cindy was amazing! She cared like a mother. She took all the pain from my body and made sure I was comfortable. I kept whispering oh my god like the whole time. It was the perfect pressure.

Massage was less than ideal - I requested a woman but they gave me a man, which made me uncomfortable because when I undressed, there were no disposable panties presented and I was very uncomfortable being totally naked with a strange man. When finished and we were about to leave, the manager pressured us to provide tips. When we did provide some, he pressured for more, even though I complained about how uncomfortable I felt and the lack of disposable panties.

Ive been going here for years and have gifted and referred a lot of people to this place. Can always do a walkin. Great masusists. Great place. Great prices. 👍 i

Good Prices, Decent Massage. Called for same day service and they were able to accomodate us. The massage was okay, but not the best. I recommend for when you need a massage ASAP and your favorite massage spa cannot accomodate you.

I booked my husband his first massage here and he loved it, they made sure he got the note from me, which was nice. Very professional and he definitely recommends this place.

So there’s this guy named Kevin or Kelvin idk. Apparently he’s all about the glutes. No lie... 60% of my massage today was on my behind. I come here a lot and there is a basic prosedure of where to start the massage and the steps are pretty much the same with everyone that has attended me before... but not today! Today I got the special. 😑

My foot massage on 2/2 was typical: moments of brilliance, moments of confusion, moments of what Id cautiously define as deep tissue pain. Id recommend New Happy Day Spa to anyone with a spirit of adventure and in need of a massage. Im a repeat customer.

Forced to pay a tip! The man and lady rushed outside to get a tip. As I was getting in the car, because I had paid upfront, I walked out. But they literally came by my car and asked to tip!!!
