They have a wide selection of juices and accessories, and their prices are very reasonable. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what youre looking for. This was my first experience shopping at Vape Escape. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly and actually special orders vape juices for his customers! Talk about impressive customer service!! This will be my new vape store and its right around the corner from the house.

Second time ever coming to this store, I only came back because the first time I was here they had the exact Vape juice that I wanted and it is hard to find that kind, the guy that waited on me was super rude the first time when I came. the store supposed to open at 10 AM the open sign was lit up and I was there three minutes after,but there was a bathroom break sign on the door and 30 minutes later no one still came to unlock the door or wait on any customers so I ended up leaving, there was another customer also waiting in the store to open. whoever is the owner of this business needs to hire some new workers or make sure the ones they do have working actually does their job and works. I won’t be back!

Best customer service! I wish I would have gotten his name but I came in on 9-23 and the guy that was working was so nice and knowledgeable on everything. I am new to the vape life but he took the time to show me everything I needed to know about it. He showed me what my options were then showed me how to set it up and how to work it! Best customer service and super clean store, I wish I could give you guys more then 5stars.

Great place. I just started vaping(to help quit smoking) and decided to stop in Vape Escape because I wasnt too happy with the vape juice i purchased online. I spoke with Will behind the counter and he was super helpful. He was more than happy to answer the questions I had. He recommended and told me about a variety of juice options. I was very happy with my experience at Vape Escape and I wish I had gone there first rather than shopping online. Ill definitely be a repeat customer. Also to note, I parked across the street by the pizza shop, but you may be able to park right in front of the store.

They are super helpful. Im new to vaping and the women who was working helped me with everything even taught me how to change my coils. She was so attentive to what I was looking for. Theyre super helpful and I recomend anyone to their store. Theyre simply the best. Very honest people.

I usually deal with Dakota or josh but the last time I went in i met Kayla. Everything was fine at first until she got a attitude with me for no reason at all. I got tired of the rudeness so I just walked out and went somewhere else. I do not recommend going in there unless one of the guys are working!

Kayla is absolutely amazing to work with whenever I come in. Shes knowledgeable on the product and gives me tips when I am having vape problems. For such a small store, they have a large selection of e-juices as well! Parking is limited and alongside an avenue which is an inconvenience but there is nothing that can be done about that.

If your not 1000% your going to love your device do not buy it its impossible to return it. They only give instore credit and if there is nothing wrong with it they wont take it back there has to be a manufacture problem. Definitely not buying another mod, but juice selection is alright.

I started vaping 2 years ago and have been to almost every vape location in the immediate area. From Cross Lanes, Barboursville, South Ridge, and even many outside of the state. The crew at Vape Escape are by far the best. Polite, insightful, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They are looking to get what you need. Their only issues come to location and stock; but the inconveniences are worth the quality of their store.

Would highly recommend. I wasn’t sure what I needed when I went in, and Kayla was very helpful & informative about the products. Clean atmosphere. Very affordable. Will definitely be purchasing from the store again.

Just moved into town and when it comes to juice Im Picky, i have been vaping the same kind of juice from the old store I used to go to for years, but moved so had to find a new flavor, well they helped me find my New Favorite! This is my go to store for all my vaping needs, Staff is supernice also!

STELLAR!!! Went to Vape Escape off a referral #1. #2 Called ahead to check on a certain coil. The owner/manager (not sure) not only had a great quality coil for my Smok Alien box, but she held the coils for me to pick up. #3 The lady then showed me some proper coil usage and gave me a long dripper for easy refill. #4 she also gave me a couple rubber safety bands to knock it all off simply because she didnt have a tank small enough. I realize the freebies arent gonna be an often thing, maybe never again. But the atmosphere mixed with the tutorial and the decent prices will definitely have me coming back!!! Vape on

I am disappointed in vape escape..I have had two different bad experiences with vape escape..the first was a conversation over the phone..the woman hung up on me when I was describing the difference between a mesh coil and one that she had in stock Wich was not mesh...the second instance was when I called and informed a man working their that I was coming..it took me an hour and a half to ride my bike their..I arrived and it was about to storm..I called several times and nobody answered..it was around 6 pm..the website says they dont close until 10..very disappointed in the customer service aspect..

No websight to see selection. No salt nic or pod vapes, they only have a select few mods and tanks for sale. Selection of juice looked good if you want freebase juice
