I bought a few vape pens, Which were clearly marked with a certain price. When I was rang up, I was charged three extra dollars for each one! When I looked at the receipt I said this does not match the tag on the items. Please refund me. Tried to say that I was looking at the wrong item...it was literally a sticker on each item itself. Wouldnt refund it and continued to say I didnt know. Scammer.

I have been shopping here for years until I moved out of the area. I usually have a very pleasant experience here and never have any complaints. I stopped here for a breeze dispo because I was in the area and was out. I bought my usual Anejo which is usually tart and sweet. Mine today tasted stale and had a horrible chemical/plastic taste. So I returned into the store immediately and wanted to let them know it could be old or a bad batch. I wasn’t looking to get anything for free. The older gentleman said how does he know I didn’t just walk out and walk back in with an old one. Good point, you don’t. I said I was just letting you know in case the rest taste bad and that he could throw the one I just purchased away because I didn’t even want it at that point. He gave me another unopened one which I never asked for and I asked if I could open it and hit it in front of him. He literally told me “I don’t care. You can call the company and take it up with them and see if they will send you a new one.” I never once asked for a new one, but wanted to let them know it was either old or a bad batch. I guess customer feed back isn’t appreciated here. Oh and the 2nd one given to me tasted horrible too. I know the dad did the best he could to replace something that didn’t have a warranty or refund. But next time listen to your long time customer who truly isn’t trying to get anything for free.

They have a good variety of wraps papers grinders and other smoking essentials. Prices for those are not bad and they have a good variety of brands.Owner or manager is ehh never had a good experience there been their 5 times maybe in the past 3 years. Prices of glass pieces are crazy and most of it is chineese glass that they get for 20$ and sell for 200$. I worked for a vape shop for years and I know pricing and order alot of the same products of glass that were in his showcase and his prices and unwillingness to negotiate were disgraceful.Told the owner or operator that I was looking at their vapes (disposables) and he didnt have anything new but I asked if he wanted to give me a deal because my friend owns a smoke shop down the street and I get 3 for 20 on breeze devices and I was heading there b4 I stopped at his business. He said yes n then tried to charge me full price anyways 3 for 38$.. He charged 13 to 15$ for 1 where everywhere else was 9.99$ to 12.99$ I said no thanks and then he pretty much called me a liar and said I couldnt get them for that cheap and it was under what he paid. To that I said if you go to the local wholesaler you can get them for 8$ea not even buying in bulk so hes lying. He would have made 6$ off me but chose to not make a sale because of ego or w.e his situation..GREED is the only word i have for this place and most smoke shops. I wasnt upset because he is trying to make money I was upset that he was disrespectful and said Ill give you a deal and then proceeded to trick me with his full price for the product.Id recommend smokers alley they have 4 locations 3 in roseville and 1 in Warren if you need anything. Great staff there. And will beat prices if anyone.

My spot for breeze, they have the best prices in the area. The guy that works there is always helpful and has good recommendations! They also have a nice walk in humidor with lots of good cigars.

I have been to this store a handful of times, but each time I have had a pleasant visit. I buy the incense from this place which I absolutely love. I am going back to get an incense holder. They seem reasonably priced but I dont visit other smoke shops. Good job guys!

Have had very good experience in this store. Employees and owners have always been very nice. I smoke JUUL and have purchased many packs from them. Unfortunately there are fake pods floating around on the market. Personally I have done a lot of research to ensure I am not smoking pods made in China.I WAS SOLD FAKE JUUL PODS AT THIS STORE. I did not realize it until I got home and and took a hit. Very easy to tell the difference. I enjoy supporting local businesses so I tried to return the pods so they could correct their mistake. Unfortunately the owner was not there and the employee was in complete denial.I believe if the owner was there the situation would have been handled correctly, and I think this was an unfortunate mistake. But because of this mistake, and how it was handled this smoke shop has lost my business for life.JUUL smokers, do your research, buy from reputable sources, the chemicals in the fake pods can be very toxic. That’s why they are cheep.I am upset with how the situation was handled, and the fact they seem to be selling fake pods. Hopefully with this review and the loss of a costumer they will be more diligent on the products they are selling.

BEWARE----I recently bought a torch lighter and premium refill butane and when I go ft home after using it a few times the lighter nearly took off half of my mustache, the next day after buying it I went to take it back, and punk kid who works there tells me that they DONT warranty the products and wouldnt give a refund.....what a joke.....now thats good business......NOT

The selections here are abysmal. Was not impressed especially with there vaping products and accessories. There are many other smoke and vape shops in this area that are way better . Only thing I liked about the place is their name .
