It is always hit or miss on certain products and employees being professional.... I prefer to shop at a location that has employees who.are warm to you everytime you walk through the door vs not... For a while the Raw cyclones in 2 flavors were out of stock for months. I had to travel to a.farther location just to get a standard product...

Went to this location the other day and I have to say Im impressed. I walked in and was immediately greeted by your sales man Levi. He was great with taking my questions and was knowledgeable with Mr.Nice Guys products. He even mentioned discounts on pipes that I wanted, most head-shops just want to make a quick buck and will tell you anything you want to hear but Levi took care of me and I couldnt be any happier!

Came in and they greeted me immediately. Both of the girls were nice. I looked around and they both offered their time to explain anything I had questions about. I then spoke to Alex B. I had asked about a specific product and her knowledge on the product made it easy to make my mind up. Upon checking out, she made me aware of current specials. Based upon my items she pretty much new what I needed. Im gone be honest. I usually never care to offer my feedback... But my experience was awesome. Thank yall.

Alex at the Cherokee Store is AWESOME. She is informative and has wonderful Communication and Customer Service Skills. I will definitely go back and shop with her. Mr. Nice Guy was an unexpectedly great experience. From the location, it may feel like you are going into a store with some products, but maybe not what you want. This is not true AT ALL. Mr. Nice Guy has everything you could ever need and more. The nice touch of a free gift (I got an air freshener) with every purchase is amazing, and keeps me coming back. Their website is very useful too. I was visiting in St. Louis when I went into the shop, I live in New York. Everything is so much cheaper when I order from Mr. Nice Guy online, and it gets to me easily. I trust the product and trust the people selling it. The workers care about their products and know what they are talking about. It is nice to talk to an educated seller, especially when making big purchases. Where I live now, in Ithaca, NY, there are a ton of smoke shops, but I tell all my friends to check out the Mr. Nice Guy website, because I know they will get a better price and their questions will be answered honestly. The store has great ascetics, a welcoming environment where i feel free to ask all my questions. I picked up a grinder last time I was there and I am very happy with it. Mr. Nice Guy has a huge array of products, I will be back next time Im in St. Louis!

I have visited many of the locations and have always been greeted by excellent and knowledgeable staff, but today was different-- better even.Now, when I think of the ideal experience, I will be forced to recall the charms and wisdom of Nina, my local shop expert.Great selection, great service, and of course-- Nina. It might sound creepy to speak so highly of an employee in this way, but once you are greeted in this friendly environment by such a lovely soul, you will understand and will forever want to bring your American dollar to Mr. Nice Guy.

Currently a worker at a different location but this is one of my favorites to shop at :) Mary is amazing and full of honest information and The rest of the crew is always kind and friendly whether they know me or not. I specifically love the array of glass water pipes and funky vibe of this shop. Highly recommended if you want somewhere close to the loop without all the hustle and bustle.

Very clean and well organized! I got a great deal on a piece, unfortunately it had a random factory defect and when I let them know, they gave me a brand new one without any questions! They were so awesome about the small issue I had that I decided to buy a couple extra things from them! I will definitely be back soon and have been recommending this place whenever I can! Awesome staff, accommodating and user friendly. The fuctional 5’ “chandelier” is pretty sweet. Cases are clean, points based reward system, did I mention the staff? Definitely going out of their way to help the community. Definitely on the higher end of 4.20!

Huge selection of just about anything and everything you could possibly want and need. I get CBD oil here for pain and the quality is amazing! They even have clothes. Also fun to look around at the neat things they sell. All around a great place and a good time to browse with a friend.

This business is absolutely fantastic!! I was just passing through and was so glad I did. So many cbd products and they will even help alleviate pain with tons of different kratom strains! I bought a water pipe cleaner suggested by the staff.... Its called Formula 420 all natural cleaner...my water pipe looks like I just bought it and its never been used.... Im very impressed with the staff and there product knowledge... Great price for $9.95.... new customer for life!

Hands down best shop in St. Louis! Dillon helped me at on olive and he called the Delmar location and when I got to Delmar Logan and Alex helped me understand the batteries and what would be best for me. Why would you shop anywhere else?

Our associate Tanji was well knowledgeable and very down to earth. I have never used CBD and I had many questions. All were answered, where I could comprehend. She even showed my husband how to use the vape and even went outdoors to make sure we knew exactly what we were doing and how to use the product. The staff at Mr.Niceguys on delmar are exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable about their product and always point me in the right direction, asside that they are always eager to help out and immediatly offer their service in finding products. The shop is also kept very clean which make the place even more inviting. There is one girl in particular whos knowledge, expertise, and personal experience has left me in awe time and again. And thats no exaggeration. I would easily drive an hour to visit this Mr. Niceguys over visiting any local shop in my home area due to these reasons. Highly recomend stopping in.

Please train your associates well. You seems to come across as a rip off retailer.I bought the rolling paper with tips but as soon as I realized that it is priced astonishingly high at 6 dollars I wanted to change my buy but the associate said she is not able to as she already processed my card but that was clearly not the case. I would have to sign on their tab to complete the transaction and I could see a cancel option too. I did not wanna argue so I left it the way.I see that its hard to compete on prices in todays retail environment but at least you could prove to be a little bit transparent in how you wanna do business.Bad experience, I would rather drive an additional mile to shop at Delmar Smoke Emporium rather here. Clearly not standing firm on their name Mr. Nice Guy.

I was served by Ro on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Late hours are very convenient so thank you. Upon entry she greeted us with a big honest smile and told us most items are 3 for 2 excluding papers and some others. Only came in for papers but ended up leaving with some Kratom too as I had been interested previously and Ro was able to eloquently tell me and my bf how it worked and how it has helped her with pain and migraines AND answered ALL our questions. Ro was a great salesperson bc it never felt like she was selling to us.Dog friendly too and gave my pup some cbd treats!Thanks Ro!!! Will be back soon.

Fantastic store with really knowledgeable and friendly employees. The product is very high quality and neatly displayed. You should expect to pay some pretty high prices here with most thing costing in the $100-$300 range.

Bought a vape that didnt work when I got it home. It wouldnt charge or turn on. Even though they have a no return or exchange store policy, you would think if the purchased product was defective, or in this case a $77 POS...they might actually issue a refund. Yet even after trying to exchange it with the same brand and model of vape, which they opened and it also would not charge or turn on, I was only offered the option of being issued a gift card. Why would I want to buy anything else from a store with multiples of defective merchandise? Especially when the employees have the same issue when they opened a wrapped/sealed product with the exact same problem and still wont issue a refund...not so nice Mr. Nice Guy...

What a wonderful experience I had at mr nice guy! I came in Sunday afternoon clueless! I was greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner. I knew absolutely nothing about cbd. A gentleman by the name of South Park Kenny was very informative and knowledgeable. He knew the importance of cbd. I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed about not knowing anything. South Park Kenny helped me with all my questions and more. I will definitely be coming back !

After buying a new Hookah pipe, I needed to purchase some coals and shisha. I googled nearby smoke shops and chose to visit Mr. Nice Guy on Delmar. As far as I can tell, only street parking is available, but it wasnt difficult to find an available parking spot. When I entered the store, I.was quickly helped by the staff. They provided great recommendations on products and maintained great customer service. The Northside is lucky to have this shop available.

WHERE TO BEGIN?!? Im not from the area, Im actually an OTR truck driver and even though I dont indulge In smoking, I do indulge in CBD and Kratom. Both of which are more than available here. I drove 67 miles out of my way today just to make a stop here because the staff is AMAZING!! Everyone seems to be super KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL and educated about everything in the store from Kratom strands and effects down to the freaking stickers they sell!! I love this place and the staff is diverse and beyond friendly! If I lived here Id beg for a job or atleast beg them all to be my friends!! Cant wait to come back!! Thank you guys you always make my trips quick and fun and I wish more places were like you! Open more!!! Lol.

Stay away. This places merchandise is poor quality and bad brands. Ripped me off for my money and sold me alot of stuff that didnt work and wouldnt compromise on exchanging. Bad service, ownership was rude and refused to talk only through employee. There are way better smoke shops on the Loop...keep going closer to the loop stay away from this shady business.

We originally went to the St. Charles location and heard about a product at the Delmar location that we wanted to check out. Ro helped us out and was very pleasent. She helped answer all of our questions and chatted with us which was very refreshing to have the help and kindness.

Guy working the counter, I didnt catch his name, was very knowledgeable about the kratom they carried and was friendly too, considering he had work memorial day. Huge selection of glass and other goodies, and walking distance from the Loop.
