I was helped by Michael at this location. He was friendly and helpful, and knew a ton about all the products in the store. Great service. The store was organized, clean, and had a good array of products.

I been to other CBD locations and the one on Cherokee outshines the rest. Matt was on it and def knows his stuff. He took care of me and did a fantastic job! This is now my go-to store. Love the vibe and his recommendations were spot on!

The folks at this store provide excellent service!! They are so kind and they make an effort to get to know their customers personally. Kim is a great addition to the team there, I always look forward to going in and seeing her!

My experience with CBD Kratom these past 2 years, has led me to believe that, in its entirety, CBD Kratom demonstrates a lack of professionalism and disregard for both its employees and customers. I sincerely hope the companys leadership recognizes the detrimental impact of their decisions.As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

If this rating was just for the staff it was be 5/5 but Mr. Nice Guy, the company, has been in decline for 3-4 yrs since they decided to put their money and emphasis on “kratom”.The MNG on Cherokee St remodeled the store and there is a very mall section of the store dedicated to smokers. Limited on papers and other accessories. The pushed all the smoking stuff to the very back of the store.Their rewards program caters only to those who enjoy kratom. It used to be robust for both kinds of customer but no more. The corporate powers that be DO NOT care about loyal customers who don’t partake in Kratom.For last 2 yrs I’ve made it a point to tell management at the Cherokee location that they need to make the customers who aren’t interested in Kratom feel wanted. For the last two years that request has fallen on deaf ears.It’s sad. Unless I see a shift back to what made them popular, great customer service and providing top quality smoking accessories, this will be my last time patronizing MNG.Their packaging lets you know all you need to know about Mr. Nice Guys…they no longer exist and CBD Kratom, whatever that is, has taken over.

Last night (03/4/23) was my hubby and Is first time at any of the Mr. Nice Guys establishments, and we had a blast. We were impressed, the store was clean, stocked, and a huge selection of accessories - no matter what you are looking for!We both enjoyed Ariels assistance, knowledge, and patience throughout our visit. We both had tons of questions about everything, even though we arrived ~20mins before closing, Ariel answered all of our questions, gave recommendations, and never once made us feel rushed.Excellent customer service from Ariel! We will absolutely be back in as soon as we can to explore more of the cool gadgets and more unique smokers accessories.

The maple pecan brittle bath bomb is the most amazing bath bomb Ive ever used, it had such a good fizz and made my skin feel soft! The calm shot tasted so good and worked so well! Deon, Nick, and Ariel are always so helpful! Highly recommend!!

Huge, huge shoutout to the Swade dispensary on Cherokee for recommending this place. You don’t need to go more than literally a block from them to get all the smoking supplies you need. It was my first time going to this shop and let me just say.. I will never go elsewhere for any of my smoking needs! Neil was the main guy helping me out and he was absolutely awesome. They have an exceptional variety of CBD products to fit your needs as well as great customer service. Gwen is very knowledgeable of the products and has helped me on multiple occasions, they recommend the Raw Black products (which I wasnt familiar with). Ive been hooked ever since! I always get the Classic... the burn is super slow (like 20+ minutes) and I never experience runs. Highly recommended.

I went to the location on Cherokee St. looking for a list of items. Rudie and Lucas were both incredibly helpful as I looked for the things I needed. I really appreciated Rudie especially, as they gave me great advice about the products I was comparing. Idk if Mr. Nice Guy pays their employees a proper $15/hr, but these folks deserve more than even that for all the products they sell so efficiently, knowledgeably, and pleasantly. Hopefully Mr. Nice Guy recognizes that its these great workers who keep the store functioning and who are the real reason I would choose this place over, perhaps, any other head shop. Mr. Nice Guy is a Fine Enough Head Shop, Nothing Really Extra Special about it -- it gets the job done. The real appeal is the customer service & the dependability that the basic products you need will probably be there.

Thursday evening I came in and bought a Vape, a brand have purchased a few times here. I have a rewards membership and make sure my purchases go towards it. Friday my Partner used the vape I bought her and it taste like metal, it burned, it was so bad. I called this morning (Saturday) to see if I can get another because this one is bad, and lady there said, Why didnt you bring it back sooner? Most ppl would have brought it back immediately. Its been a few days I cant refund without a receipt I politely said okay. She wasnt rude but I wanted to get a replacement, I got a bad product, and the reward membership is a record of my purchase. Its been less than 48 hrs, which is not a few days. I live on the opposite side of town so coming back sooner was not an option. Not how you keep repeat customers.

Jay was awesome in helping us find everything we came in looking for, and didn’t push us to buy more expensive stuff which is always nice. He was friendly and professional and very informative from the get go, we left with everything on our list and within our budget and there were still so many options in our price point. Always happy when visiting this place - would highly recommend for all your CBD and smoking needs.

Came in to buy a replacement piece for a water pipe Id had for four years that had gotten cracked. Not only did I leave with a new piece but its even nicer than my old one. The staff was very knowledgeable about glassware and Nick in particular was not only helpful but excited to get me a quality replacement for my old piece.

I had just the most wonderful experience at CBD Kratom. Shannon, Brandon, Rudie, and Gwen were working and I was just shocked by how knowledgeable they were about the wide range of products. I never really expect much when Im just going into a shop for five minutes but wow was I surprised at the impeccable customer service. One of them even said that they were just being trained that day. I could hardly believe it! Each one of them seemed like an expert whether it was CBD, Delta 8, or incense. I bought way more than I planned to AND Im happy about each thing I got. Definitely coming back to this spot when I run out. Thanks guys :)

I frequent this location on Cherokee and I have always had an inviting experience until about a month ago (maybe longer- my timeline isnt ace) when the (then) manager Logan made me feel extremely uncomfortable- he had made some comments to another customer that made me think did he really just say that?! And trust me I am not an easily disturbed or sensitive person but Logans comments were way out of line. This evening I was near the area and decided to stop by- before I walked in I thought to myself I hope he isnt working- he wasnt- and to my surprise he is no longer working for Mr. Nice guy- I met Matthew tonight and he gladly helped with everything I needed and when I brought up the issue I had with Logan is when Matthew let me know in a very professional way that Logan is no longer with mr. Nice Guy- what a relief- this was my first encounter with Matthew and he happily attended to my every need- I even came in extremely late about 10 minutes until closing- which is never cool- but they didnt let on at all like they minded! Thank you to Matthew for being so pleasant and helpful- and thank you to the other employee working this evening- I have seen him several times and he has also always greeted me with a smile and been happy to help. Im glad I came by tonight and thanks to the great employees working this evening on 06/19 I will be back a lot more often!

I came into the shop today and was amazed at the customer service that I was given by Kiera. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease ! I was given a tour and introduced to many products that would accommodate my needs. I am very excited about all the goodies I left with. I felt welcomed in the store and will definitely be returning !

Logan has a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. Hes extremely knowledgeable, and he will answer any questions promptly(I always have a lot). The store can get pretty busy, but Logan remains cool, calm, and collected. I hope I get hired. Hes certainly someone that I would be honored to work for. Went last night because of the almost perfect review. Bought 1 product for the night. It was either defected or wasnt constructed properly. Went back for possible return or some solution, turns out all sales are final, which is understandable. But, at least make sure all the products work properly first. The store clerk told me to use a pipe cleaner on a brand new pipe. Was in st Louis for a couple of days and wanted me to go home and clean it. Waste of time and money. I thew the pipe and broke it in front of the store. Might be able to scoop it up and sell it again to someone else.

I normally go to the Delmar location but since it was closed I stopped in at the Cherokee location. Just browsing around I found a few pipes that caught my eyes, I’m picky but find blown glass sooo fascinating! Sammie was the lady that helped me pick out some good ones, she rocks. Very friendly staff, who truly do go above & beyond to help their employees...I’ll definitely be back again to purchase more. Sammie deserves a raise for her great work!!

This is my first and probably only review of any business.. Why? because Weston is rad. Every time I have come in the store he has been extremely helpful and personable. When I walk-in I dont feel like he is someone just trying to sell me something and thats it. He really takes the time to educate and share his knowledge/experience with the stores products. The store is awesome but Weston has made the experience great!

I went to the Cherokee store and was helped by an amazing young person named Adriana. She was knowledgeable and very quick. Adriana was quick to Suss out what my desires were and tell me all the secrets of how to use my new purchases. Any business who has a person like Adriana as a salesperson will surely be successful. Only a few blocks from my house and my partner is a smoker so I went in to get him a quick present, it was a super simple $5.99 purchase, but Jeremy treated me and the transaction like I was buying a $1,000 item. He took the time to actually explain to me all the different varieties of things that could help with my pain even though he knew I wanted to consult with my Dr first which means again, no money for him or the store YET, but as someone that used to hire people in the car industry, etc. I would have offered Jeremy a job on the spot, he didn’t rush, answered all of my questions, left me in a position that I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy these products to try and help with chronic pain because his service was absolutely incredible. As a business owner myself, I can say absolutely any business would be lucky to have him. I was helped by CiCi they’ve been there a while, so I wasn’t really a stranger to the hospitality. Everyone else there follows the same vibe and are super easy to talk to. The shop has great selections and THEY ALSO HAVE THESE MYSTERY BOXES AND YOU NEED TO BUY ONE.I got the $50 I got a bubbler, a pipe (in its own case) months worth of papers, cbd goodies and muuuuuuch more.

I had so many issues, from not knowing anything about the tops and batteries, to being confused about voltage and use of pre packaged items, Noah took so much time communicating with me via phone until he was sure I was at complete satisfaction, honestly I expected this guy to ignore me, but he didnt, over a 3 day period he did everything he could to make sure I didnt feel like I wasted any money even tho I already didnt!! He was fantastic I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible customer service.

They were both so helpful when I asked where to find the grinders and Mack helped my indecisive self find the perfect new grinder. I can’t say I’ve ever been more satisfied with customer service!

Bristan & Aiden hands down if I can give them more than five stars I would. Soon as I walked in they gave me the best S.E.E factors which stands for smile, eye contact and enthusiasm. Horrible/cheap products. Bad store policies. My battery vape pen broke within a week of me purchasing it and they wouldnt let me return it. My last vape pen was half the price and lasted me four years. Dont shop here if you want to get quality products. Employee also lied about there being a warranty on the device I bought - UPDATE to the comment below. I emailed as you said and never received a reply! that tracks with the horrible customer service
