The women running these vape stores are so disrespectful and treat their employees terribly. They dont know what they are doing and have run multiple stores to the ground , then take it out on their staff ( the ones keeping the stores running ) They have no regard for other people and dont care at all about their staff. No wonder its going out of business. Do not give these terrible people your money

I love this place! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.In particular, Jonathan went above and beyond and I was very impressed with his attention to detail.I always leave this place happy. I Highly recommend shopping here.

Everytime I go here, Candy/Kandice is insanely cool and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and beyond great at her job. Always goes above and beyond to help with my problems! She is hands down my favourite employee Ive ever met at a vape shop!

Had an issue with something i bought from them. Tim was incredible went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Sending any and all business I can to them just because of Tim’s service.

I went in here and the juice tasted like soap. I went back one hour later and the employee accused me of trying to return old juice, and claimed he had never seen me before. The other employees are ok. The juice is overpriced but a good deal if buying more than one, and I like that you can stack coupons.

I have been a customer of St Louis vapor for well over a year in Brentwood. I have been smoking vapor for at least 4 years before it be came very popular so Im very familiar with all the facets of Vapor. I bought two batteries in your location, one 31 days ago and the other two months ago and they are both defective I am amazed of your 15 day return policy. As a business owner we have 30 day policy but if I sell someone a defective product I dont care if its a year later if its not normal wear and tear and its defective, I take it back and I find a way to make it right. Your company on the other hand does not and I will make sure that everyone knows that I wasted $80 on batteries in the past 2 months that I cannot use. Vapor shops are a diamond a dozen I will take my business elsewhere.

So, I was on Google trying to see who in town has a Smok IPX 80 in stock because I would rather support local then get the same mod online for half the price, downfall is you have to wait two three weeks for these low-priced mods. I called around to about 15 to 20 local vape shops, only one other shop other than STL vapor offered me even comparable products. Everybody else was short if not even rude to me on the phone. Apparently knowing what IPX rating is is not commonplace for vape shop training. As someone who enjoys the gardening, hiking, animals and anything outdoors and cooking.there are many reasons why ipx rating is beneficial for me. Zach that was working at the ofallon location today and is the one that answered the phone spending almost 10 minutes with me on the phone to make sure that that was actually what I wanted. He is very extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. At the Brentwood location I deal with Fox he is also extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable and also mixes my custom flavor perfect and is willing to take critique to make the next one even better which Im pretty sure weve got it about down pat but still he is so patient and you can tell actually cares and isnt just trying to make a buck. There is a reason why everybody loves stl vapor and there are many throughout the St Louis region, its because they Rock and they actually care and it feels to me like they actually do an efficient interview to make sure the employees know more than just about juuls and coils. Some people work at vape shops to help smokers vape and some people work at vape shops because its chill and an easy paycheck, when youre on the phone or in the shops you can tell they actually care and actually vape outside of the store. Go to these people, they may be not a single mom and pop shop but if youre trying to find someone that is knowledgeable and most importantly to me polite go to STL vapor. End of story.

In stock items and variety are nice when i can make it by there but website is antiquated also no one ever answers the phone or returns calls and they have some prerecorded message on their Facebook messenger and never reply to questions there so useless also. Anyway my gripe is if I am looking for something in particular I cant find out if they have it without going in not very 2020s. Guess i will have to start getting kits and pods off ebay

These people dont know the first thing about customer service... They were not willing to help me fix the situation at all. Everything is extremely overpriced, even the juice. Ive been a loyal customer but I dont think I will be shopping here in the future.

Victoria is the best employee . ive had a few of your other employees and she is by far the best aways polite . gets the job done and makes the best juice.. That is the reason i continue to come back to this location .

Great systems ! Victoria is always very helpful and always so polite . If anything is wrong even if she didn’t cause the problem she is there to help fix the solution no problem.

Ive been going St. Louis Vapor for years. They recently went out of there way to respond to a small complaint I had to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their shops.

Got there 10 minutes to close and the worker was SO bothered! We were in and out in 3 minutes, so he should be prepared for customers.

The one behind the cash register had a bit of an attitude gave me something totally different than what I paid for it because I had to go back in and get the right thing and then she gave me a whole nother thing for my vape .. Needless to say I didnt get what I paid for it that I had first and I never went back .. Totally may not have been her fault but none the less she should have known how to do her job instead of swapping my stuff out behind the door I couldnt see her ..

Everyone here is so helpful. Ive gotten great help picking out a new mod and setting it up. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and their juice smokes smooth and long.

Amazing place like a little slice of heaven, havent met the owner but the staff is incredible and nice! Great shop
