I found Unbiased Skincare through TikTok when looking for a place to get my eyebrows done while in town visiting my grandparents. Jazmyn is super friendly, welcoming and makes sure to put you at ease! I usually get my eyebrows threaded but I love how my eyebrows turned out with Jazmyn. She took the time to have a quick consultation with me before even touching my brows. She asked me what I wanted to be done and then gave me a mirror to look at as she talked me through what needed to be done to achieve the look I was asking for. Once we were both on the same page, she got started. I loved this especially being my first visit because it relieved my anxiety and allowed me to truly relax while getting my eyebrows done. I will definitely be visiting while Im in town and need to get my eyebrows done.

I have had average, below average and outright terrible experiences with other waxes in the past. There are a LOT of people out there who claim they’re qualified to give a wax but have no business doing it! It made me timid to book with anyone else. But Jazmyn obviously works hard for her reputation and her service is consistent. Besides being very professional (keeping her work space sparkling clean and tidy, being ready with all her materials in place for you when you first walk in, and always ready to answer any questions you have on your appt or about her other services), she is very fast and keeps the pain to a minimum. Her down to earth, friendly disposition and light conversation take away from the awkwardness or embarrassment that one might feel. You won’t find a better esthetician- so book with Jaz and tip this woman well!

Wow! This was my very first time getting a wax and I went for the Brazilian. I was SUPER nervous, but Jazmyn assured me it would all be fine. Jazmyn was great! She talked with me the entire time like a friend which was really comforting. The waxing was not nearly as painful as I was expecting, and I have a LOW pain threshold. Jazmyn was clean with the process, and her area was so cute and easy to find! The entire process took only about 10 minutes! I couldnt believe it! I will most definitely be returning for more waxes in the future. I recommend Jazmyn for all of your waxing needs, especially if youre a newbie or have had terrible experiences in the past!

I’ve been going to Jazmyn for services for well over a year now and her consistency in talent, knowledge and professionalism is a key marker of her work. I just left a wax and a facial appointment with her and am so pleased with the results. I had booked a Chemical Peel (which would have been my first), but as Jazmyn and I discussed some characteristics/issues I’ve had with my skin, she provided me with a couple other options that would be better suited for my skin care needs starting off, so I wouldn’t rush my skin into something that could potentially cause a couple issues before I begin with a gentler service. She is so honest and respectful with her clients; you never feel pressured to spend more or just dive into a regimen you’re not familiar with- she is informative and helps you find the best service for your skin. There are few estheticians of her caliber that I have ever come across.We decided to begin my skin care appointments with the Express Facial, (which was so cleansing and relaxing!), to be followed by the Dermaplaning Facial and work my way up to an Epionce Chemical Peel. Extremely unprofessional. Was a 1st time customer and didnt know anything about the policy or location. I received a text message less then an hour before my appointment notifying me of the late policy, cancelation, and access information. I arrived to the appointment 5 mins after the appoint franticly trying to find the door to the building (there is 2 parking lots, 4 doors). Once I get up to the correct floor I explained how I didnt know how to get in and that was the reason I was late. I was met with a rude well unfortunately I already canceled your appointment and there will me a 40% fee taking off your card. You can reschedule for another day,I left (on my birthday) feeling upset and played. If you all just wanted the 40% fee you could of just said that.I made an appointment for euro wax vowing to never support this business again even though I wanted to support small business. I felt completely unwanted!
