Wouldnt call this place friendly...we were ghosted from the moment we walked in. Neither bar tender would even acknowledge us...stood waiting to order at the bar while they filled the lemons. Finally walked out after 10 minutes as they continued to ignore us. Too bad, wanted to try it out.

Visited in the middle of the week. This is a local bar. The tap beer is cheap. A good place to have a couple of drinks and conversate with people who know the area and can point you to the select locations to emerse you in culture of the area. Bartender was attentive which good tipping will only improve your service and experience here. A stop on your beach tour down the west Florida coast line that wont disappoint your toe dipping!

We had a couple of drinks and some beers and our bill was so cheap. Also made friends with the locals.

The best a smokey dive bar can get. Bartender banter will keep you coming back. Darts, Golden Tee, and Pinball.

The first time I went to this place, they welcomed me like family. Great neighborhood bar. Friendly, welcoming staff. Drinks will not disappoint so please make sure you tip the staff well because they deserve it. They really take care of their customers at this place.

Love this place! Best dive bar ever! Diverse crowd, and somehow everyone gets along really well. Bikers, doctors, lawyers, and service industry. Every kind of music on the jukebox, it goes from country to pop to classic rock to Motown back to back. If in the area I highly recommend. Drinks are cheap and you can smoke (other similar bars are no longer smoking)

One of the best self proclaimed dive bars Ive ever been to. Bartender was awesome, great atmosphere. As a visitor from central PA I will always come back when in the area.

This is such a fun dive bar - one of the best Ive been to. Its somewhat hidden in this weird strip mall building-thingy, but its right next to Island Grille and Billys (the old people bar).I had probably the best margarita Ive ever had here. Make that 6 or 7 of the best margaritas Ive ever had. The bartender, who I think her name was Shawna, (but again, 6 or 7 margaritas) made them perfectly. With some weird tequila Ive never heard of. And the tap beer is clean, too, which is rare for a dive bar.The crowd is very friendly, and the jukebox is very loud. The great thing is that its a Touchtunes jukebox. Awesome crowd on the weekend too!Go here. Youll thank me.

Great bar, great prices, strong drinks, incredible staff (ask for Bru or Anna!). Smokers welcome! Open til 3am every night! This is a bar and package store, not a liquor store, so dont expect discount liquor store prices on bottles to go. Small place with MANY big screen TVs, jukebox, darts, and golf games. Stop in to have a good time, and youll end up having a great time! Also conveniently located to multiple great take-out restaurants, and its the closest bar/package store to the historic world-renowned state park Fort DeSoto!

Met lots of fun people while I was visiting! Feels like one of my favorite bars from home. Cant wait to be back....say Hi to Miranda or Anthony when you go! Ask about the Koozies too!

This spot is basically described as where the locals go, afer hours hang out for most service industry people on and around the island. Good drink prices, the only downside in my opinion (because it is probably a plus to some) is that there is smoking allowed inside.

The bar seemed like it might be a fun place, but even my friends who are smokers wanted to leave right away because the smoke was disgustingly thick. We were only there 20 minutes, and I could feel my lungs aching the next morning. Shame on Smugglers for expecting people to breath that polluted air.

Please make smokers go outside. It would be better if they didnt allow smoking indoors. I absolutely smelled terrible leaving there and smelled like I was a heavy smoker

Found this place by accident while in town for work. Had a blast the first time in. Every time Im in the area I make sure to visit again. Ive never seen any bad service in there to anyone. If I had to guess Id say the people that received bad service probably deserved it. Just my opinion.

A great neighborhood bar that Ive been frequenting for several years now. Staff is friendly, drinks are cheap and all the customers have become like a second family. A must try if in Tierra Verde

Great time there. They had a dj (Jason) Bartenders were very friendly and so were the other patrons. Only flaw is smoking.

Very unfriendly rude bartender. Very smokey. As soon as we walked in we felt we werent welcome because we werent local regulars. Would never go there again.
