Andrea is my HERO. I am about halfway through my pregnancy and in quite a bit of lower back and shoulder discomfort leading to declining sleep and overall just frustration. My husband did research and found this place online and boy I’m glad he did and I will be coming back multiple more times before my due date.The comfort they put you in is unmatched, and the 60-minute massage somehow feels like a flash and like you get to relish it forever. Perfect points of relief from pain but also just general comfort, I just simply can’t recommend enough!It is the end of the day and my silly self booked a golf excursion and some beach time and I still feel the effects of Andrea’s work. 10/10.

If you’re are pregnant do yourself a DAMN FAVOR and get your prenatal massages by Stephanie Crosby. I walk in there feeling like a walking bowling ball and walk out feeling like a pregnant angel. Amazing amazing. She knows her stuff, and many of the techniques she uses are preparing my body for labor which I SO appreciate as I plan to do an unmedicated home birth.

My massage with Andrea C was amazing. I’m three weeks out from an ectopic pregnancy loss and surgery and she helped me to feel comfortable, safe, and seen. My massage was incredible, she moves the limbs while massaging the joints to get in deeper- amazing. Could not recommend more.

Thank You Mama is truly such a gem of a place! The staff is so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. They helped me so much through acupuncture, massage, and custom herbal tea blends depending on what I was needing at the time. Whatever I was going through, they were able to address it with ease, compassion, and professionalism. They provided me with so much relief which increased my quality of life. I am so grateful that a place like this exists.

This self care day at Thank You Mama was the best thing for this pregnant lady!! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and had a massage and acupuncture. My massage by Jenn was so relaxing and helped loosen up my back and hips! The acupuncture also worked on loosening my hips and helping the mild sciatica I have developed. I’m so thankful that I found a holistic practice that makes the pregnant woman the center of their care. 10/10 recommend to any woman that wants to get pregnant, any woman that is pregnant, or any woman that already gave birth. They are knowledgeable and experienced and personalize their treatment. Thanks so much for the great experience. Ps-the tea that Amy made is really good (third trimester blend). Ive been looking at coming here for help with infertility for over a year...so glad I finally made an appointment. The care I recieve from the compassionate healers who work here has done so much good for my inner world. I feel so much more ready in my body and mind for restarting clinical fertility treatments and Ive felt more hope than I have in a long time. So grateful for everyone here.

Absolutely love this gem of a wellness center in St. Pete! I started coming here last year during my third trimester of pregnancy for prenatal massages and acupuncture which absolutely helped prepare my body for labor + birth. While I dont get in as often as Id like to these days... Whenever I do I am reminded of the fondest pregnancy memories & warmest sense of nostalgia. Absolutely love when I get to spoil myself with a 90 minute massage and acupuncture from time to time. Love you guys so much!

Thank You Mama is the absolute best place. For years I’ve struggled with migraines, neck pain, and a myriad of other issues. Nothing has made a more significant impact on how I feel! My cousin told me about Thank You Mama years ago and I only wish I had started going sooner!

This place has the best massage therapists. I’ve had a massage from both Jenn and Belinda and both are top massages I’ve ever had. I love going to spas but their massage therapists have nothing on Thank U Mama! I will continue to go here through my pregnancy and after!

I’ve been seeing Amy V for about 2 years now. I originally started seeing her because I pulled a muscle in my neck but I continue to see her to help with aches/pains, to prevent migraines and to help promote overall balance. She has helped me tremendously in both my physical & emotional healing journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable & very well educated. She is extremely gentle & a great communicator. She truly goes above & beyond for her clients. This is her calling, she is a natural healer. I’m so thankful I found her! Also, Belinda is a wonderful massage therapist! She has a very healing/loving touch. I will always recommend Thank You Mama!

I’m so glad a place like this exists! I’ve been here for every part of my pregnancy- before, on the day I went into labor, and after! I’ve had massages, acupuncture, cupping and the mothers warming massage, all with different therapists. All of the therapists there are amazing, as are the ladies at the front desk, everyone is so sweet and lovely. The best massage place I’ve found in St.Petersburg. Very knowledgeable and excellent with their hands. I can’t recommend this place enough for expectant mothers or anyone really. Great for baby registry or gift ideas! They also have all kinds of herbal remedies for babies and mothers, that you might not be able to find anywhere else, and offer classes and other relevant workshops.

Providers and staff are incredible. However, the parking situation is completely UNACCEPTABLE. The landlord sold all their parking spots to the new urgent care next door, so now there is only one parking spot designated to their Thank You Mama clinic. Apparently, that one parking spot is also used by the tenant above their clinic.Therefore today at 39 weeks pregnant, I spent ten minutes walking around on my lunch break prior to my acupuncture appointment asking local businesses nearby if I could park in their parking spots for fear of getting towed. Absolutely ridiculous.The parking issue needs to be addressed. This clinic’s clientele are primarily pregnant and injured, therefore parking should be easily available.

Go see Belinda for massage therapy. I have been seeing her since the birth of my first child. You don’t need to be pregnant or even a mama to visit this facility. It is a welcoming, all female staff so you can relax and feel comfortable. Take some time for some self care! Online booking is easy too but books up fast so plan ahead!

I’m am so grateful for the amazing women at Thank You Mama. I’ve been struggling with infertility for 4 years. With their expertise and instructions I became pregnant naturally. Making the decision to seek their help was the best decision I have ever made. Truly life-changing.

Great practitioners here. Everything from Herbs, massage, to acupuncture. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here. I credit them to helping me achieve my miracle baby/pregnancy after trying unassisted for 6 years.

Thank You Mama helped me through my entire IVF journey from massages to acupuncture. The support continued with the whirlwind that was my postpartum journey. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during every phase. Extremely happy with Jen Poll. After a massage, my body feels completely at peace, which says a lot as Im 31 weeks pregnant and otherwise sore, swollen and achy everywhere, all the time. The whole vibe at Thank You Mama helps me check out for awhile and really relax. I would be there every day if I could.

Placenta Encapsulation- This was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I have had dealing with anything pregnancy or birth related. The first person I spoke to, Ruby, gave me little to no information about the process and the information she gave was conflicting, all while she repeatedly asked for my payment over the phone. I told her I was not comfortable paying for the service until we were given information about the process and what was included. She said that once I paid she would send me the contract and again, I told her no, I would like to review the contract first with my spouse and then decide if we wanted to move forward and make a payment. I felt very rushed and pressured to begin with when Ruby couldnt even tell me if Amy was going to be available to pick up at the hospital Im delivering at. Her saying Im new and I dont really know is NO EXCUSE. Then for her to still push me for our payment without even verifying if Amy would even be in town is ABSURD! This isnt a prenatal massage or a class this is a one time only thing that needs to be planned for and the staff has made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then I received a call a week later from Ariel telling me that Amy wasn’t going to be in town and she had to give me a refund- she was also extremely pushy and every time I asked if she could talk to Amy about keeping our deposit to see if it would work out because due dates are just estimates and I’m already 1 cm dilated so anticipating going into labor early (we were also going to make a deposit with another company- but TYM WAS our first choice) Ariel continued to cut me off to tell me that Amy just wanted to give us a refund. I finally got frustrated and said is the answer yes or no about talking to Amy first before giving us our refund?? to which she said Ive already told you I will but she wants me to give you a refund. The customer service here was despicable and the staff is ignorant. I had planned to do weekly prenatal massages here leading up to labor this last month as well as acupuncture- however that will NOT be happening. Now I’m running around trying to find someone last minute to do my placenta encapsulation- again I asked if they would KEEP MY MONEY and hold my place just in case I went into labor before the week of my due date when Amy would be out of town. I received an email saying no to that. Do not trust the little girls at their reception desk with anything important you need scheduled during your pregnancy!

This is a true healing place. The practitioners feel like family and really take time to listen and help. The acupuncture I received was the best I have ever had, and I have searched around a long time. I will be going there until I am an old lady. Thankyou so much for all of your ancient wisdom!

I knew that I was in great hands since they specialize in womens health (whether it be overall health and well being or prenatal care). I am so glad that I found this place!

They are extremely knowledgable! Ive learned so much from their thorough explanations, detailing how the treatment and herbs will help with my condition. My overall health has improved as a result and I can avoid the recommended hysterectomy! I cant say enough about this place!

I am not exaggerating to say that this place has changed my life. I started getting acupuncture here back in 2015 at the referral of a friend. I was struggling with migraines, fatigue, digestive problems and in general, lots of pain. They provided me with valuable pain management while helping me try to figure out what was going on with me. When multiple primary care physicians told me I was fine, the staff encouraged me that I wasnt crazy but instead should keep searching for answers because something was indeed off. I eventually found a doctor who was able to diagnose me and help treat my autoimmune disease. But if it hadnt been for the staff of Thank You Mama constantly, encouraging me, assuring me I wasnt insane for feeling pain, and helping me deal with that pain, I wouldnt be where I am today. Getting acupuncture at Thank You Mama is still part of my regular health routine and I will go here as long as I live here!

Amy did a great job with the cosmetic acupuncture.After 4 sessions, forehead lines are less deeper and nasal line are softer! I am super happy and I can only recommend Thank you mamma and Amy !

Best place in Tampa Bay Area for advice on raising kids naturally. Since we started seeing the wonderful TCM Physicians there (primarily Jennifer Carey-Prescott) we havent had any kids on antibiotics. So much great advice and so many helpful products. From probiotics to natural and organic cold/fever remedies, those ladies know all about it. Love them.

I cant recommend Thank You Mama enough if youre suffering from endocrine issues that are mystifying standard medicine or are just treated by masking the issues through prescription drugs, which also have their unwanted side effects.
