My husband and I found this place a few months ago and we keep coming back! We love the selection they have, and now that were regular customers, they always make sure to have the flavors we like in stock. The woman who works behind the counter is amazing, shes so sweet and helpful, and she always makes us feel welcome! Shes the best, definitely recommend this place.

This place has always has my back. Since I was younger, I always felt comforted and welcomed in to learn what was best for my ideal experience. Years later, I just walked in with my mom who was looking for something to help her sleep and last longer than what some other stores have provided her with. We were welcomed with such open arms, given everything we needed & the customer service as always was exceptional.It was so good to see the lovely owners again and my whole family will be long time customers! There is no where better in 28 to get what you need 🫶

I always enjoy coming into this store. The woman attending you always has a good attitude and tries her best to give you the info and help you need. As for the products, they have what you would expect from any smoke shop. Mainly focused around vapes and flavors, theres also papers, stash containers, trays, glass items, as well as a few other things. Yet this shop is not overcrowded with product, so you can enjoy/focus on what you came for.

I found this place by its reviews and it’s surrounded by a LOT of competition and I see why it has five stars. The owner is SO nice, SO knowledgeable. Listens very carefully to your needs and finds the perfect product for you. I live in Northshore MA so it’s worth the 40 min drive and I’m is usually in that area anyways so it ends up being about a 20 minutes drive. You’ll drive by a ton of other trash smoke shops on the way, don’t bother - this shop is the best shop I’ve ever been to. Also, when I wanted to try a new brand she let me buy one and try it IN store so I wasn’t stuck with a bunch of products I didn’t like and wasted money. She will explain any features you may be unfamiliar with. SHOP HERE 10/10

Not sure why this place as 5 star rating. $5 more expensive on craves compared to all other vape shops. Sells old shelf life vapes that dont last as long and charges $20 per vape when all other stores sell for $15. Woman is very chatty talks too much cant ever get in and out of store quickly because she talks too much. Throws a sales pitch likes to claim that other stores sell fake craves which is such a lie. Sometimes her vapes dont even work and always run out quickly. Not sure why I kept buying from here. Definitely dont be returning. Be careful shopping here, very expensive compared to other shops and throws a dishonest sales pitch.

This is the best place to get vapes from! The wonderful woman that works here is always so kind and positive, and they insist you test the vape quality in the shop, before you pay for them! I have never gotten a bunk unit from this shop, as they order only premium and authentic vapes. They never burn out or die quickly, and they stay smooth so long and dont crackle (which can be a sign of a not-so-authentic vape). The shop is always very tidy and its honestly just a pleasure to visit. From the moment my fiance and I walked in, the store felt warm and pleasant to be in. We were immediately greeted by Malika who is pleasant and friendly. I was looking for a very specific vape kit in a specific trim and Malika in a snap practically materialized it from nowhere! I left my glasses in the car and she gladly took the time to read EVERY type of nic salt from the vast selection of vape juices....TWICE!She proceeded to assist my fiance with disposables and that competent selection of flavors. And once more read them all to me. And its true that she lets you try them before you buy them to make sure youre satisfied with your choice/s.The thing I appreciated most about my first visit here was that I never felt like I was being sold or under pressure to hurry up and buy stuff. This is a specialty shop that does not boast large banners out front like most places on rt 28.It doesnt look like theyre selling fireworks. I was looking for a particular brand vape juice and happened to see I-Smoke Shop. The moment I walked in the service was great. They had the brand I was looking for but not the mg I wanted, but no worries they ordered what I wanted and few days later they called me to pick up. Shopping there I felt like I knew them for years.

After having an awful experience at a store down the street, my girlfriend and I were greeted by Malika with a nice bright smile. She was very friendly and quite helpful in showing us what our options were. Her husband came outside after a few minutes and we talked with them for a few minutes after our purchase. They have a ton of choices and products and varieties. Not only do they have great prices But they’re very kind people. I drove an hour to get there and what I needed and it’s safe to say I will always be going there from now on. Always greeted warmly by the person running the register, I just went in at first to see if they had an old flavor I used, and they did, but now its really the only place I get my vape products. It was nice they ordered the pods for my vape when I asked if they had them and didnt, definitely earned my continued business. They also sell a great selection of glassware for reasonable prices

I have to preface by saying I don’t leave reviews on any establishment, ever, but I need to for this place. Just moved up North from the Deep South a month ago and needed a new spot to get my goodies. First off, this place is CLEAN - not that cleanliness matters in a smoke shop (to me at least), but I feel like I need to take off my shoes when I get here lol. Second, they have everything! I was worried about not being able to find delta-8 being next to a legal state and all, but they have it. They even have a niche vape product I use that I’ve had to order online previously - same with my preferred juice. THEY HAVE IT. Malika (the owner) is so kind and friendly. She destroyed the stigma that Northerners are terrible people. Always has a smile on her face and working hard to run the shop by herself (for now, her hubby is by her side but cannot work at the moment). Anyway, recommend this place 10/10.

Last week was my first time at this smoke shop and I had a phenomenal experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the owners. They were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, suggesting various vape devices and providing lots of helpful information regarding authenticity and quality. The staff at this shop are SO friendly! My boyfriend and I did some research before stopping here to get PuffBars as he had previously purchased fake ones from several of their competitors and this place sells REAL PuffBars (and other brands) every time! Each one can be verified online and she even let him try in the store before we left to prove the quality. We’d recommend!

I broke the glass cylinder on my vape while we were out shopping, being miles away from the store I typically go to, I searched for vape shops in the area. After stopping at a handful of other places, all of which were extremely unhelpful and disappointing, I was about to just wait a few days so I could go to my regular store. Saw this place on my the way to the highway and figured it was worth a shot. The lady working was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, found a cylinder that fit perfectly (even though its designed for a different pen), they carry my favorite brand of juice (I didnt think it was even sold in NH anymore). They have a gorgeous glass selection as well as vape products but the quality customer service is why Ill continue going there everytime Im in the area.

When you live in Mass, and have to travel to NH for your smoke/vape shop needs, you really want a one-stop-shop that you can depend on. From the very first time I walked into I-Smoke, and met the owner Malika, I knew that this was going to be the only smoke shop I would need from now on. Not only is the store sparkling clean, but what really impressed me was how organized and how well-stocked, and fair-priced the store is. Not only that, but Malika literally forces you to try out your purchases before you leave the store to ensure that you are 100% happy with the product. (I mean really!) They are open 7 days a week, rain, snow or shine, and I am usually in there for at least a half an hour chatting with Malika about our families, her son, and her family back at home in India. She is literally the sweetest woman! She makes the 45+ minute ride up from Boston worth it, and I have referred a lot of my friends up her way as well, and I wouldnt send my friends to drive up to NH to just any random vape shop! There are counterfeit vape shops on every corner in NH, but I will pay for QUALITY, consistency, and fantastic customer service any day!

Went in looking for dokha tobacco after driving around forever. They had 2 different types and the man and woman working there were so nice! It looked like there was a large selection of high quality glass and I would definitely go back when I’m looking for investing in a new piece. Since it was my first purchase or something (I’m assuming) they gave me a small pipe for free! Awesome place, 5 stars. One of the better smoke shops in the area with a wide variety of products for those who vape, smoke etc.

When I first quit cigarettes 5 years ago I came here to check out vaping. The owners here are just awesome people, they help you in every way and Ive never been treated any better anywhere else. Drove an hour by recommendation from a co-worker, was running late so I called ahead. Malika answered the phone and told me not to rush and drive safe! Ive never had a vape before, however Malika and Dilen were very descriptive and patient helping me through the process. The store was beautiful and full of all smoke products, I bought full vape setup and was stunned at the price. This small business is now my one and only smoke shop!
