I walked in looking for a bong for myself and I’ve been looking around at other places for a bong that was pink or had pink design on it, I love the color pink so wen I walked in they had a pink design bong and it caught my eye right wen I walked in I had to buy it and it wasn’t that bad of a price it was originally $70 plus tax($80) but they had a 10% going on so I only paid $60 and it was worth it came with down-stem and bowl! Great price and great product

The humble exterior of this establishment conceals a stunning display of well organized high-quality products on the interior. The main area consists of pipes, bongs, and other smoking related items, in a wide variety of shapes and styles. In the back is a dedicated environmentally controlled cigar room. It’s jaw dropping. In the center are the featured cigars, some in brightly gleaming gold boxes. On the walls are the main line of cigars, meticulously organized by brand. They had the ones I was looking for.Kevin, the associate on duty, was beyond helpful, and gave me some good suggestions and descriptions of other cigars I might like. He was exceptionally friendly and good at his job.Overall, I can’t think of a better cigar store I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them. It’s simply an outstanding place, and doesn’t get the business it deserves because it isn’t very ostentatious from the outside, and is constrained by government regulations.

One of the best smoke shops ive been to!!! He was so incredibly nice!! So refreshing to go in a smoke shop and have real service...they also had a crazy amount of stuff in there. I bought an awesome rick and morty piece that my man LOVED! Cant wait to go back and get some shirts! Thank you my friend!

If you live in Salem and shop anywhere, but here, youre doing a huge disservice to yourself. The people who work here are super transparent and helpful, and will make sure that you always leave with some thing thats in your budget. The store is also very clean And well kept. Choose this place over city smoke shop downtown any day of the week.

Kevin is awesome he gave great advice on exactly what I was looking for . The store is beautiful and set up so nicely they have everything you need. The incense are amazing they have all kinds to choose from. Great store

Just moved to salem and wanted to find a smoke shop that was closer to my house, read the reviews and decided to come here. They did not disappoint! Will be back

First time coming to the shop was planning on just to look around as i just moved to the area. Came in and Kevin was amazing. I had a unless amount of questions on bowls and rigs and products that most people I’ve asked who work at other shops didn’t have the answer for or just didn’t wanna take the time to explain and have the conversation. Kevin let me look and touch so many bongs and really feel like I was learning more. Walked out spending $300 and I feel like everything was worth it and got way more than I thought I needed. And will definitely be return for future products.

Been going to this place for over a month. This smoke shop has just about anything and everything you need for those who don’t just see smoking just a hobby but a passion and enjoy trying different flavor cigars this shop is for you. And the ladies who don’t have a man but want to have a good time after a night toke. Go see your selections

So everytime I go in the Salem store it smells like incense in the entire store and its very strong to the point it now makes me not wanna shop there .. all of their products stink of it when u purchase something from the bongs to the papers and when u tell worker too let the owner know this is not ok he takes it offensively as if in insulting him .. look in the customer and if the customer is saying hey this is whats going on u may wanna fix the problem I know Im not the only one to have said something .. its so disgusting to purchase a bong and papers having them smell and taste like that .. its not ok and thats a hazard to my health .. so until this is addressed I wont b shopping there no more .. really nice shop to. Prices are good but to have too deal with that is not ok especially when u spend $80 + on an item ..... Excuse u no one has ever once asked them to post anything about a cannabis menu .. Ive asked them about CBD .. and just like the manager showed me his CBD plants so come again ... Ive also talked to them about cannabis absolutely its legal and I have every right to talk about what I want .. u dont like the fact that theres an issue oh well ... Fix the problem a store shouldnt smell like that making its products smell like that little ridiculous...

I break my piece every 2 months it seems, and Jays is my go to. They have high quality, thick glass for a fraction of what others in Salem are charging. You need a reliable piece go to Jays smoke shop for sure.
