Vaporamas Salem

Since starting vaping years ago, I have tried many different flavors of nic salts, but have found that the salts made by Pacha, (previously Pacha Mama,) are the only ones I truly enjoy. It has been increasingly harder to find the salts, with the stores I previously frequented carrying less and less flavors, and the product often out of stock. I looked for a new vape store I could try, and saw a previous review with a photo of Pacha salts for Vaporamas. Based on that review, I headed up from Massachusetts, hoping for the best. Not only did they have the flavor I was hoping for, Im pretty sure they had EVERY flavor in both strengths that Pacha makes in stock! I also picked up some pods for my Vaporesso while I was there - and again they had EVERY strength available and in stock. (I didnt even know they had four different kinds!) I am very impressed with their selection, and the gentleman who helped me was easy going and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back!

Vaporamas Salem, has to now be one of the best Vape Shops ive ever been too! From the outside you would have no clue of the Variety, cleanliness, and just whats inside. When i entered the building, I was immediately impressed. Great competitive prices, and Staff. I spoke with Chris, the employee working that day, he went above and beyond what you usually expect! Great person

Kind and knowledgeable staff helped us pick a good beginners vape last year. When that one got lost, they helped us find an updated model with the same features we liked. That model had a manufactures defect (due to no fault of the shop), so they replaced it with no hassle.. Great selection of juice. Open reliably.

Went in here today and the guy working was really friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to get anything which usually happens at some vape stores. I got the vape I wanted and it was fairly priced. I’ll definitely make the trip here for anything I need and recommend them to my friends and family who vape.

This place is awesome! The staff is always very knowledgeable about their products. My boyfriend and I drive up from Mass. Weve been three times now. Each time was a different employee. All were extremely helpful and friendly. I think they have a pretty decent array of juices. Something for everyone, Im sure!

Always has my favorite dispo in stock and thank God cause I come from Mass to get it. They have the best disposables and chargeable here. They are the real deal! You get one on one attention too. A ton of parking and easy to find.

Staff was fairly knowledgeable and friendly. However the atmosphere needs to be a more inviting, when I first walked in I thought they were going out of business.The most positive thing I can say about Vaporamas, they do have a large selection of e-juice. It seems that is where they invest all their money in.Their selection of equipment is surprisingly small for a dedicated vape shop and they were out of stock on a lot of accessories, I ended up going to another shop.

Chris was awesome and is an amazing human being.

Everyone here is super nice and will help you with whatever you need. I have spoken with two different employees and they both were super great with providing info and getting me what I need. Only vape place I go to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for these kinds of products.

I love this place. I’ve only been a few times but they always have the juice flavors I need. And they’re always very helpful and kind. I drive from Boston early morning and they always open on time. That’s a huge plus for me.

I have been to about every Vape shop between Manchester and Saugus and while they arent all bad none of them have near the level of customer service I found here. The prices are always within a dollar or two of what you can find online and you get to walk out of the store with it instead of waiting a week. I encourage anybody who visits to take some time with any of the folks who works here to let them know exactly what youre looking for. Dont just say I like sweet tell them specifically what flavor notes youre looking for and these guys will go the extra mile to find the right juice and the right brand to deliver to you exactly what you were looking for. While you may find at five different brands of eJuice that all deliver a watermelon flavor each one will hit those flavor notes a little bit differently, taking the time to communicate with the people behind the counter will ensure you find exactly what you were looking for. This is not true of every shop but these guys are not just here to punch a clock theyre all very much part of the community and enthusiastic about the product they sell and take a great deal of pride in ensuring everybody who comes through there is a happy customer.Update Oct 16.The shop remains my favorite place to go for any Vape supplies. Ive continued to check out new stores as well as online retailers and in a world of e-commerce really the only reason to go to a brick-and-mortar today its for the customer service. The three gentlemen employed at the Salem location of this store have never let me leave without being happy with my purchase in the moment and for weeks to come. This kind of bespoke white glove service is a rarity in todays businesses so its incredibly nice to find a local shop that still values the customer experience.

Biggest pod flavor selection Ive ever seen! Love this shop! Been going there for awhile now. They always have so much to choose from and the newest stuff.

Don’t waste your time going there. Staff has zero knowledge and could care less about the customer. This place has gone right down the tubes. So many other great vape stores with great customer service in Salem that actually care about the industry and people

Your typical, overpriced Vape store. Not really worth purchasing things from here, as you can get better quality and prices online. But if youre just looking at options or to test things out then its okay.

I used to go to vape shops that I THOUGHT were cool. Then I walked into lineage and its by far the best vapor shop. Its my new go-to place. Great prices, great juices and mods, great people there.
