Wow! Just had the most fantastic massage by Utahna. I seriously feel like a new person. She is very gifted. Do not hesitate to visit Zen Massage! Everyone who works here is extremely professional and does an amazing job.

I was looking for a massage sometime in April early May for much needed massage, and came across Zen Massage. I saw all these incredible reviews for Isaiah and booked. It was a month worth waiting. Hands down the best massage I have ever received and I’ve had my share due to a car accident almost 5yrs ago and still in a great deal of pain. I’m speechless I almost don’t have words his technique was bar none the best. I’m so glad I waited the very very best!!! Will definitely be rebooking. Thank you so Much for the experience and reminding to take care of my body!!! If you haven’t tried Zen Massage with Isaiah you are truly missing out!

This is the best massage you will find in Salt Lake. Ive had deep tissue & relaxtion massages, and they are consistently fantastic. Lots of parking. Easy to book an appointment through the app.

I work in the dental field and my neck and shoulders get so overworked and tight. Helga did my massage and it was the perfect amount of pressure and really relaxed all the muscles I asked her to focus on. I would highly recommend her and will go back!

I have probably had close to 1000 massages (have one almost every week through chiropractic care on top of going to some sort of spa on just about every vacation/trip I take) and my wife used to be a massage therapist and spa director. I had a great 90 minute massage with Helga, professional, strong hands, solid technique with no ouch ouch ouch that you sometimes encounter from less gifted massage therapists going over connective tissues. The spa space/location is just perfect as far as my experience goes for a day spa (lighting, sound, cleaniness, decor), the only suggestion I could come up with is just not have any analog clocks, if you get rid of those, then you wont have the tick tick noise that can disturb clients that are trying to just focus on their breath and the treatment. Anyway, looking forward to visiting again the next time I travel to Salt Lake City.

Zen massage is great! I got a massage from Helga and my hubby got a massage from Shar. Days later we are still talking about how they were the best massages we have ever gotten. Friendly and professional staff, clean and relaxing environment, would definitely go back.

You can feel the positive healing energy of this place as soon as you walk in. The owners have taken great care to create a space of tranquility, safety, healing and relaxation. Absolutely amazing massage left me more relaxed and flexible than Ive been in a long time. I had such bad chronic pain in my shoulder, hips, and lower that it was exhausting. I feel 85% better since having one session here, I will definitely be back next time Im in the area. Thank you!!

After an injury to my neck snowboarding Hellen was amazing and fit me in the same day I contacted her. She knows what she is doing and I could feel the unwinding as she worked my neck and shoulders. I enjoyed chatting with her and also just relaxed in silence so I’m sure if you are more comfortable with either she can read your cues to the experience you want. After a few sessions I felt a new person. They offer many packages and I believe everyone deserves to feel amazing like after the massage with her often as they can. I highly recommend getting your massage here with Hellen and you will understand why.

Did a couples massage with my boyfriend and we both had great experiences. We got a combination of deep tissue and target areas. I didn’t catch the ladies names but they both got our requested target areas and did deep tissue where it was needed. We both loved our massage and would definitely go back. We have been to several different places for a massage and each time has been a let down. 10/10 recommend.

Great massage. Each therapist has their own unique style and each one has great strengths in what they do. Helga has worked well for me and seems to understand what pressure I need. She is pretty intuitive on what is needed at the time. I highly recommend this place as a way to de stress and relax. Great environment and people!

I have been going to Zen massage for the last year and Keegan and her colleagues have been amazing. After the first couple of sessions I bought the annual subscription. Its been worth every penny. My heart rate drops as soon as I walk into the space every time. It is just inviting and calming and makes all the stress just disappear. This has done more for my mental health than even my physical health which is saying a lot because the massage services have been phenomenal. The logistics of making appts or changing them has been super easy to do online. I cannot recommend this place enough.

When I tell you this place is heaven on earth, I mean it. I booked an hour massage for me and my friend for my birthday over the phone and they were able to accommodate the day and time that worked best for me.We walked in and was greeted with smiles and hellos. Olga was the one who worked on me. She was so sweet, and had the cutest accent! She had amazing flow. I always can tell in a massage when its just repetitive movements and it doesnt feel customized, but she had such little details with the way she was moving her fingers and it felt very customized to what I was wanting. The heated tables were amazing, and I was honestly contemplating on booking another hour because it was so good.The price was right, and both gals we met were very personable and made it a very good experience! Accommodated me & my mom for a same-day appointment at a reasonable time and was very prompt to help us when I booked it wrong! My mom is picky but said it was one of the best massages she has had. I felt the same way. Highly recommend.

This was my second appointment and both of them have been absolutely amazing. My back is feeling a ton better and I’m in a lot less pain.I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very tranquil setting, clean and nice looking.

The spa itself is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I even liked the scent of the lotion they used which is rare! Unfortunately the massage itself was not great. Safe to say that it may have been the worst massage I have ever received.My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage since we both needed it badly. I had Olga and my husband had Helen. I originally asked for medium pressure but within minutes after she began, I had asked if she could increase her pressure a little. She acknowledged my request but I feel like it didn’t really change. She’s smaller in stature like myself so I just wrote it off as maybe it was difficult for her to do more pressure. This was just the beginning of the massage and I gritted my teeth through the rest of the 90 mins as I didn’t want to interrupt my husbands massage. Now let me point out that part of this is my fault for not speaking up but I was visibly wincing and pulling away from Olga throughout my entire massage and not once did she ask if I was doing okay. She had a dramatic inconsistency in pressure where sometimes I felt like she was just gliding over my skin and not really massaging then other times it felt like she put her full weight onto her forearm over the bonier parts of own body. At one point she was so aggressive on my left calf muscle that she gave my a trolley horse. I lost count of the amount of times she massaged over my bones and nicked them.I would give the massage 0/5 stars but the 2 stars is for everything I did like. Definitely was not worth the money spent.

For Christmas I got me and my husband a couples massage and oh my gosh the therapists Jun and Helga did such an amazing job!! Felt like 1,000 lbs of stress lifted off my body lol

Recently moved to the Salt Lake City area and was on the hunt for a great spa and amazing masseuse - I found both at Zen Massage! The spa is upscale, impeccably clean, well-appointed, with a quiet, calming atmosphere. The team is very qualified, experienced, and talented. Jun is amazing with intuitive hands that find those areas that need body work and attention. Hands-down one of the best massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with - I highly recommend Zen Spa, Jun, and the team!

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. I had Helen. I regularly get massages so I know what I like. Helen listened to what I had to say before we started the massage, and she was awesome. The facilities were very nice and I was really comfortable. I especially like that they wipe your back down with a hot towel, and place a hot towel under your neck. I had a great experience at Zen and I will definitely be coming back.

I have been skeptical of the prices of massages in general but I have had a tweaked back recently so I chose Zen out of proximity to my house and the reviews.TOTALLY worth every penny. This place was incredible and well worth the online hype. The online booking system was fast and efficient. The ambiance of the rooms and waiting areas was fantastic, and the massage was just what my back needed.I had Helen, the owner, and got to know her a bit throughout the massage. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is always so professional and polite. The facility is updated, clean, and quiet (which is surprising since it’s in between a trampoline park and a gym). Heated tables, cool water, hot tea, pleasant music… all the good stuff.Shar does THE BEST work! I’m not sure what it is about how she pinpoints my knots and then maneuvers my muscles around it to release it, but holy cow does it work! I’m never disappointed.I also highly recommend the prenatal massage for pregnant moms. I wasn’t aware that this was a thing, but talk about some relief from my nerve and back pain!Do yourself a favor and come here. Its worth it!

I booked a 90 minute massage. The experience was exactly what you hope it to be. Zen Massage creates an inviting atmosphere. You feel completely taken care of. Honestly, I have had many massages from resorts to schools. Zen massage is what I recommend to my close friends. Enjoy.

Jun did an incredible job at identifying my tight muscles and trigger points. She provided an impressive deep tissue massage to release the tension and pain I’ve been carrying around, especially in my upper back. I highly recommend. I’ve had massages in various parts of the country and Jun was able to provide an artistic technique which was relaxing and intentional.

Called in on a Saturday morning and thankfully they were able to squeeze me in for a 90 minute massage. The setting was quite nice and peaceful. Keegan Hughes did a great job, it seems she has quite a bit of experience as it was one of the better massages Ive had in the last few years. Ive been coming here for over a year now. Helen IS the massage therapist Ive always hoped I would find. She has helped me with all sorts of my midlife muscle/body issues, giving me advice and information that has helped me to heal faster. Amazing massages! My boyfriend and I did the couples massages. It was perfect. Great atmosphere. Massage therapists listened to us and were very nice. My boyfriend had Keegan and swears shes the best. I also thought my therapist was too notch but I cant remember her name. Definitely recommend!

Helen and the other masseuse (didn’t catch her name) were very kind and good at what they do. I believe we were their only appointment on Labor Day when most people had the day off, they showed up and still gave great service. We really enjoyed our couples massage.

My husband and I had a couples massage at Zen yesterday. Our LMT’s Brice and Shar were both exceptional, truly both are amazing at their craft. The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Zen has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, really a place to shut the world out, and recenter. We will definitely be back.

My neck has been giving me some problems for a few weeks. Ive never had neck problems. Two days ago I woke up and my mobility was so bad that I needed to do something. I had a friend who I knew had bad neck problems and so I asked him what he did fort it and he said I have to see Helen at Zen Massage. I took his advice and Im glad I did! She was awesome! I feel soo much better. She also graduated from medical school, so her advice was awesome on what I need to be doing with my stretching, diet and posture. Shes also in really good shape and has strong hands, which I liked. Shes definitely my massage therapist for life now!

Zen Massage is great. Ive been there three times and was very pleased each time. Ryan, my therapist, does a great job. He is very nice and polite and always asks questions to make sure I am comfortable and that he works on the areas that I feel the most need. They have water and tea for you after your massage is done and a nice area to sit and relax for a few before you are on your way. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went and saw Brice today and he was amazing! It was the best massage I have ever had. He communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable and that pressure was ok often. I felt extremely comfortable and he offered me lots of great advice to help me reduce the tension I keep in my shoulders and upper back.

I personally have never had a massage professionally done, and I am constantly hunched over at my job. I was recommended by my Doctor to see a massage therapist, as I unfortunately have been experiencing painful back spasms and discomfort at night. I’m constantly in pain. I had a thirty minute session with Mrs. Shar.She is a wonderful massage therapist, very kind and understanding, and very good at what she does! She’s dedicated to her work, and very gentle with everything she does!Aside from Mrs. Shar, the atmosphere was very calming, welcoming and over all, wonderful. It’s quiet, peaceful, & this place has a wonderful vibe!This experience influenced me to become a member at Zen, and I am excited to come back for my next massage! First time getting a couples massage here, but certainly not the last. Very relaxing, open atmosphere and the massages by Shar and Helen were amazing. They can really give deep massages for those sore muscles or lighter soothing massage for just relaxing. I would definitely recommend Zen Massage and look forward to coming back.

I have been going to Zen Massage for 2+ years. This has become part of me and my husband’s routine. We have recurring appointments with Helen and Keagen. They are both amazing and knowledgeable Massage Therapists who have worked through our injuries, overworked muscles and built up stress.The Therapists are not only great at their jobs, but also provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I recommend Zen Massage to all of my friends. Regular massages are one of the best things that I have ever decided to do regarding self care.

After my initial experience was not ideal, the owner, Helen, reached out to me and offered to give me a refund or credit me another massage. I took the massage and had a much better experience. Helen handled the customer service very professionally and I appreciated her response once she learned of my experience.

My boyfriend and i went in for a couples massage. Sophia and Keegan were are therapists and they were nothing short of amazing! They made us feel so comfortable& relaxed we were almost asleep by half way through the massage! Keegan did a personalized massage to fit my boyfriends lower back needs/ problems and she did everything absolutely perfect! There prices are the best we found and the service was definitely worth it.. Also. Keegan helped us check out and pay and we over paid by 20 dollars and she went out of her way to run to the parking lot to catch us before we left! She very well could have been dishonest and kept it. But she wasnt and we appreciate that so much!! Thank you ladies. No doubt that will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic. The staff has been here a long time, and its evident they care about their craft and their clients. Ive always been able to book thr same day or very nearly, and the facilities are always clean and comfortable. Keegan is great! I always leave sessions with her feeling so much better. I have received massages from both Helen and Aundrea. My needs are for restorative, deep tissue work and I highly recommend both of these ladies for doing exactly that type of work. As a software developer, I spend many hours each work working intensely at a desk job and I regularly experience all the attendant neck pain and lower back pain associated with sitting many consecutive hours in a chair working on complex technical issues.It has taken a long series of two hour appointments for Aundrea to essentially beat my muscles into submission, but she definitely understands what structural muscle manipulation is all about and the complex ways my muscles tend to bunch together because of my work. We are mostly in a maintenance mode now and Aundreas deep tissue work continues to keep me mostly pain free and relaxed, even when I work through stressful weeks at work.

I have known Helen for some time. She always gives a superior, thorough massage. My wife and I did a couples massage. I Helen worked on my wife and Katlin worked on me. Katlin also gave a superior massage. The environment is luxurious with all the amenities of a professional massage studio.

I visited from Boston on a ski trip - dropping in on day 5 for some help with ski muscles. I also have TOS from a lifetime of desk sitting. I asked for attention to certain spots and the therapist planned a massage to do exactly that. And it was done very well with great sensitivity. In addition the whole experience (ambience, music, cleanliness) is superb.

This is my 4th time here, the place is always clean, calm, appropriately decorated, with relaxing background music. The therapist are experienced, professional and well trained. For this visit my therapist was Shar, she did an amazing job, I left refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the weekend!

First off, I called at the last minute (due to some down time) and both Helen L. and Sophie P. agreed to fit my wife and I in for a 90 minute couples massage; despite the fact that Sophia was suppose to be off at the time we arrived. We made an appointment the day of for a couples massage, not only did they have time but took GREAT care of us and invested time in each of our individual problem areas, even recommended stretches to help in our day to day. Wonderful massage. I like my pressure to almost hurt and my therapist got it just right. When I was explaining my pressure preferences, she says, so you would like me to turn you into a pretzel? And boy, did she.10/10, would pretzel again.

Dallin has developed excellent massage techniques that stand out from other therapists.He knows how to prep your muscles and give them time to warm up before going into any deeper sort of massage.The massage is very effective while also very relaxing and I recommend him highly.The prices are very reasonable, but book well in advance because he has many clients.

I get there for a couples massage and I find the place void of anyone other than 1 massage therapist and the secretary. We get checked in and are lead to our room. When the massage begins I see the secretary is going to my “massage therapist” for the next hour. The moment she started I could tell she had no experience in massage. I specifically asked to have my lower back worked on since I have arthritis along with other back problems. She started on my back, but only spends about 5 minutes on it and proceeded to give me a full body massage which I didnt ask for. At one point while on my back, she held my arms over my head and was massaging my upper pecks, I felt like I was getting a breast examination. Im thinking to myself this massage couldnt get any worse when suddenly she started massaging my ear lobes. This massage had gone from terrible to ridiculous. I found myself looking for a clock on the wall to see how much more of this I had left to endure. I didnt stop her because I wanted the person I was with to get their massage. By the time this joke of massage had ended, by back was killing me since she didn’t do as I had asked. Clearly she didnt listen and didnt have the experience, and I dont feel that I should have to bark orders to her the entire time. Second worse massage Ive ever had. One should seriously consider going here. They lack experience, and obviously actual massage therapist.
