This is my favorite everyday stop! They are amazing, and have everything, that I need anyway. Everyone that works there is very very kind and professional. I recommend anybody go in there for anything you need from vaporizers to water bongs and papers, groceries beer soda coffee whatever. Great place

They are the nicest people! I came in to get juice. Their selection is impressive! I got the Blow Pop Pulse vape. It’s really good. You get a cherry flavor and then it finishes with the taste of bubblegum. Great prices and super friendly assistance! Highly recommend.

Employee was very nice but after I bought a disposable from them could immediately tell i was ripped off. Vape tasted EXTREMELY burnt from the first hit so I broke it open within the next hour just to see that the coil was dark brown. Just don’t spend ur money here definitely not worth it. Friend bought from here and hers tasted burnt as well.

He threatened to attack me because my friend was indecisive about what she wanted. He is insane. Not mentally stable. He needs to learn how to do his job

Paid more than $50 for this thing and I believe its a fake because theres no way theres any delta 9 in this. The box didnt have any seal stickers on it or anything either so its probably some random liquid in that tank. Sketchy. Wont be back

Do not shop at this store ! Im never buying anything at this shop ever again and I have been a regular to this store. They sold me a defective vape that is auto firering and leaking and did not want to exchange it.

The people at this gas station are super friendly and helpful. I got in an accident and they were just super supportive and kind. Through the whole process. Their selection of vape seemed quite impressive as well. If you are looking for snacks, vapes or gas. The people here are absolutely awesome.

If I’m gonna be completely honest, this location is amazing They are the first shop to open up in SLC Especially since I work overnight on top of that it’s a freaking gas station so I can come here and grab my juice, my coils and some snacks for when I get home along with gas all in one stop This is the only place I feel like coming to now and they are 100% better than house of vapes

Best vapeshop in town great prices and customer service

Most recently I stoppeedat this vape shop because I used to live by here and they were really awesome. But by way tonight I rode my bike which currently only has one petal 22 blocks just to be told I could bring my bike inside and purchase their juice . Im a poor bald white man on welfare not to mention a Navy vet.Apparently serving the country they choose to live then apparently its not enough to purchase their juice.

I have always loved this place, but unfortunately because of an employee, my opinion has completely changed and I dont trust going here at all. I went in yesterday morning, and had a horrible experience. The employee was instantly disrespectful and insulted me. Im am legally deaf, and I informed him of this during our initial interaction. My fiancee was across the shop, and unfortunately didnt catch this until after i explained the situation, but while checking out he QUIETLY said this product was $32, Im going to round it up to $35. Then my total was a lot higher than expected, more than the $3 he decided to reward himself for, despite despicable customer serice. When I printed out the receipt to see what was wrong, he instantly started freaking out and said oh I charged you for an extra puff bar (which is $25), Ill just give you an extra one for the mistake. I know he was trying to get a free puff bar out of of me. Im really disappointed with my experience and dont trust this place enough to return.

Most of the staff has always been friendly, even though many don’t seem to have the best knowledge of products. I was sold on a pod system without being told it was new, so this is the only location that sells the pods I came to find out. They then didn’t have the pods in stock for over a month so I had a useless battery I was sold on specifically. Switched pod systems and stores, so I’m not sure if they ever got them back in stock, which was a bummer because the location is close by.

I guess its on me. The name makes it pretty clear this is a smoke shop and not really a gas station. However, they DO sell gas, so I think its fair to expect that the window cleaning reservoirs contain water and a squeegee and that you could buy a tire pressure gauge. Neither of those are true. Air machine works. I suppose thats a plus, but I dont actually know how much air is in my tires, sooooo.

The reviews stopped me from coming into this vape store, from what I can see it is a dirty store with uninformed employees. The hours posted are incorrect, and the employees are often rude. Go to VAPE ON MAIN at 268 s main street for a much friendlier and professional experience

This is like the BESTEST smoke shop in town, they open in the early morning and close until midnight. The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. Is one stop shop for your chill necessities, they have candy, chips and a fridge with drinks and beer. Theres always parking place available and is also a gas station.

I really love this place. I go here everyday. I make sure I go in the evenings the blonde bubbly chick works then mostly. The customers love her and the fantastic atmosphere and vibe every time is so inviting.You should also check out the awesome glassware and Vape and entertainment assorted goods in the back. I went to this location to purchase water pipe and was helped by a young lady who at first was extremely helpful. once I picked my piece out we took it to the front to check out where she informed me there was no bubble wrap and to take the piece at my own discretion, instead of wrapping the piece of tightlyleave with another bag she handed it to me loosely where it dropped and shattered. I asked her if there was anything she could do and she said that didn’t look like it was my problem or my fault turned away for me and started helping another customer while I was still talking to her.I walked out of the store without any purchase and $40 down the drain I would not recommend going here if you want a helpful experience

Inventory may be small and need improvement but the store is usually clean. Help is above average and their prices are below average. I never had or seen a problem with their gas pumps. Outside is also clean. I highly recommend this joint.

Okay shop. Open late, nice morning staff and decent prices. They run out of juice often and it takes a long time for the new orders to come in. They rarely have the flavors in the nicotine level I like. Although, I love that they recycle the bottles and give a discount. Would be great if they could stay stocked.

Absolutely love this place! They have the best mods, kits, and tanks selection and they always have the newest stuff in! They carry some of the best juice lines out there in all kinds of sizes anywhere from 15ml to 120ml. They are open every day till Midnight which is so convenient. My favorite thing is the fact that they always have the best prices on all of their stuff! Couldnt recommend them enough!

Awesome, I shop here a bit and they have great costumer service but this last time the service was over the top! The guy helped me get my money of my card when I had tried everything. Could have just not cared but went out of his way.

These guys robbed me! I sometimes like to get gas from here. I got gas for my 10 gallon car the other day and you can do the math… $4.20 a gallon for 10 gallons comes out as about $42.00. I checked my card statement and I got charged for $100!!! These guys stole $50 from me!!! Never coming to this place again.

This smoke shop had everything I needed when I bought my first vape. The name of the woman who assisted me was Julie. Not only was she knowledgeable she was patient with my lack knowing what I wanted. She was very friendly, funny and stayed on top of the heavy flow of customers. She made my experience there the best and I will definitely go back because of her!!

If you havent been to this hole in the wall ... Then you must go in and take a look about. The back inside is a full Vale/ head shop. They are open late AF too. Name your poison and they got you. They have the craziest gal working there now her names Jules go in say Hi and I suggest you find something you like. Sometimes this is the only place open. Id recommend a stab vest. It is, however, a great place to buy drugs, but watch out for the Nitrous addicts, theyre sooooo weird. The crackheads are standard for SLC, just make sure you have your mace and/or a very bright flashlight. They cannot handle light.

I got 86ed from the woman working there Friday night. I just asked for the bathroom key which I never have never been refused before. I had to pee bad, old granny bladder. She said there was no bathroom. I said I hope she had a mop. I was told to leave. I went out of my way on the bus to support that business. Jeanies smoke shop is within walking distance for me. Last time I go there.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is in an old Texaco Gas Station and isnt clean looking at all. Prices are high, $5 more than other places but they are open way late, so youre paying for the time convenience factor.

They wouldnt answer the phone the first 3 times I called to get pricing and selection and didnt seem very happy to provide any information on salt vapes. The pictures they provide on Google make it seem like they have a great selection but thats not what they told me on the phone. They are charging 3-5 dollars more for a 15ml bottle than all places Ive called. Im not even going to bother going in based on attitude, price and reviews. Thumbs down to this place.

Ive always liked this shop, been coming here since 2016 without issues until today. The worker wouldnt accept my ID because the city says weber county. Its been this way since 2016 and theyve accepted it many times until today. I was going to spend almost $100 on products there and got refused because of this. Im almost 31 wth. I called the DLD and they confirmed my drivers license is fine. They def need to train their new worker because they just lost $100 sale.

The hippie younger guy that works there is very knowledgeable however as nice and everything else that the older gentleman was wasnt but acted as though he was because I ended up with items that he said was for certain things and are not. He was very very nice though and spent over a half hour explaining different pieces that he did know alot about but I will have to go back and see what else Ive got options to try. Very reasonably priced and very friendly staffed so 5 stars from me. I would have never guessed looking from the outside however this was also a smoke shop. I figured I had the wrong place being more a gas station with a separate well stocked smoking guru shop. Love it and will be back in the next day or two. Thank you guys you rock!!!

Generally a really good crew that works here, Angel is by far the nicest and friendliest employee there, but some of the guys that work there treat you like your an inconvenience and not cordial at all!

I was surprised when I discovered this Vape shop, they have really nice selection of tanks, coils, mods, kits and huge variety of premium juice! What I love the most about these guys is their prices are the best Ive seen across town! They are cheaper than ALL of the other Vape shops Ive gone to in the past. Definitely worth your while to check it out.

I purchased a Sigelei F Kit for $39.99 and it never worked. I took it back to the store the next day and had them check it out. We tried the spare coil, and it still didnt work. The store employee said that there was something wrong eternally, like it was not registering. It was charged and the power turns out but the coil did not get hot at all. The employee had another kit, and would not exchange it. He said he needed the manager/owners approval. I left my number so they could contact me but they never did.The Employee did tell me that there was a warranty and that I would more likely have to go through the manufacturer directly.

Its been a while since the last time Id been in, but their staff and upkeep have definitely improved. Their vape section of the store has expanded. The girl behind the counter took the time to answer all my questions, explained how to set up my atomizer, and agreed to compete with another shops price in juice.

Personally, this is my #1 go-to for all my vape accessories and supplys. This is hands-down the best vape shop in downtown SLC. You just wont find cheaper prices downtown. The fact that the staff is so helpful and informative is just a bonus. They always seem to give me their full attention and assistance no matter how busy they are. And no, I dont have any ties to the shop, Im just genuinely a satisfied customer.

From My last trip There Things have changed, I guess I would say that All the hype that was going on about the Flavor Bans might have given Them a scar. Their selection has decreased and Isnt as good as It used to be. I actually bought some Juice and It was over a Year old and past the expiration date. The Service was Good as Usual and very friendly. Its kinda hard to recommend This Place now. Theyre Not carrying Their Own line of Juices anymore and dont have the selections as before. Seems like Theyve turned to selling CBD and Cradom products,which is sad.

The guy greeted me as I came I for a receipt as the pump didnt give me one. He was helping someone and took a while because he seemed confused with his register. The moment he seemed free, he skipped me and went over to a guy by the vape products. I was in a hurry and just needed a simple receipt. The pumps are RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. Didnt accept my Wex card either. Not going back.

Had a bad experience. I bought a mod that I was told had an internal battery which ended up not being the case. They didnt know much about the juices they carried, the mods they offer, and didnt care to talk much about any of it. Got more info from a customer in line than I did from the employee. High prices, terrible service. Will not go here again.

Everytime I have gone in there is only one person working. Which running back and forth between the vape store and the front of the actual store would be very hard for one person to run both stores. And makes buying some vape products take alot longer than it should be

Convienent location for Avenue residents but the coil prices arent very competitive. Crown III coils go for $3.99 at other shops but $5.99 here. Juice selection is limited but member rewards and 2fer deals offered here make the prices more reasonable.

Super affordable pricing however not much of a selection. I was told that the item I was looking for was not in stock because it was cheap so they sold out quickly lol.... Go figure

Me and my boyfriend have tried most of the smoke shops in salt lake, and even im surrounding towns, but Vape Avenue is definitely our favorite! its a two minute drive, the employees are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable, we love it here

Based on the reviews I came over here, I didnt find this election to be very great but I did find some undesirables hanging around the outside. He had some nice stuff but the variety wasnt so great I recommend that anybody looking for one should at least try it but it wasnt great for me

By far one of the best Vape shops in Salt Lake totally honest to me it looks like a gas station honestly from the outside but once you walk in to the left as a vast array of Vape products. Main dude that works there is super knowledgeable and super helpful and will set you up there is one other older lady who is a little bit more difficult but the selection and everything else amazing check it out

A gas station/convenience store with a VERY small selection of juice. Might be okay if they have exactly what you need when no one else does and youre in a pinch... but I really doubt it.Definitely not for newer vapers or those new to the state and unfamiliar with state law.

I go here all the time just to get some budweiser after work. This place is hip (for a lack of a better word) I would say considering its mostly younger people working here for the most part. It looks somewhat sketchy from the outside which to me isnt a big deal. LolThey do have a couple Water Pipes, Bongs, E-cigs and juices. Not too bad for a small place but if youre coming here for vape needs, I would honestly go somewhere else unless you specifically want liquid. I understand laws make it hard for us vapors but yeah, not too bad of a place.

So I spent quite a bit of time perusing their selection. They dont have a huge supply, but the options available are good quality.

I used to really love coming to the place because it’s right by my house and I loved the girl that used to work here. She no longer works here and I will no longer buy from here.. I bought a G-Priv 2 kit from here about 3 months ago and literally 2 weeks after having it, it had a “manufacturer error and was broken and unusable.. so I took it in and had to buy an entire new one because the owner wouldn’t give me a new one even with proof that SMOK emailed me telling me I need to get a new one and they would comp it and send the shop a new one on the next order. They wouldn’t do that for me so the girl that worked there just gave me a new one. Shortly after I got my new one the exact same thing happened. Took it into a few other shops and all the shops told me that chances are it’s not real SMOK... and I believe it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They get all their vapes fake!!!! They’re very cheaply made and I will never come here again... not at all happy with this place.

The absolute worst vape shop in the valley. Awful prices and NEVER had my coil in stock. I even bought a new tank from them and they stopped carrying coil replacements for it a week later. This place is complete trash

This place is amazing. I wandered in expecting a rinky-dink gas station selection, but this is a full-blown vape shop. They are much cheaper and carry exclusively high-end vape products--nothing that is going to break down. Their juice selection is really overwhelming, also. Offered to order things for me as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Being from Nevada, I live 200 miles from any vape shop. i have a place i go to in Pahrump Nv, that makes its own juice.. i was in SLC over the weekend and had forgotten to bring extra with me... My son found VA for me.. Very nice staff! i explained i didnt care for all those premade Brands and he showed me their own brand, It compares highly to my Vape shop here in NV! I love the retro gas station vape shop next time i am in SLC i will go again! thank you for being so Patient and kind!

Like the only smoke shop open late so everything is crazy over priced, but other than that good customer service clean shop. They need to open dither location on the west side of salt lake city though!!

Not only can you fill up gas here, but also they have an excellent beer selection as well as cigs, cigars, cigarillos, and a more than a decent selection when it comes to vape juice and vape mods. This is a very convenient place to shop and its all in one spot!

They have what you need, if at slightly higher prices than you could get online. This used to be just a gas station, but theyve added quite a selection of vape gear. The guy I talked to the first time was pretty knowledgeable, the next guy, not so much. They cant build for you (a as you know if you know the laws) but theyll walk you through some stuff (I saw it myself.) Overall, you can get what you need in a section of the city that is lacking in this area. And theyll sell you a soda and some gas and a CBD doggie treat too.

My brother from out of town came here to get a new atomizer for my e-cig and the person working the vape section sold him the wrong one at $6 dollars. I went back a week later to get a refund or a trade for my atomizer and they didn’t do the trade because it wasn’t the same brand. Frustrating experience, won’t be coming back.

I recieved a text a couple of months ago stating that they were opening a store in Syracuse, but now I cannot find any information about it online i.e. address or phone number. So I called the Salt Lake one just now to ask for the phone number. The dude told me to GOOGLE IT when I said that I had already tried that, he told me, okay well I have your number on the phone and hung up on me. What kind of people are you hiring that dont even know whether or not you have other stores?!

Called ahead and made sure theyd be open came over at 0740 when its posted that youre open and doors are locked. Came from across town because you were friendly on the phone but to not be open when you claim is bad for business.

Came for the adult money machines, won a little bit of money was able tjo get the torch and smoke buddy that Ive been wanting. Staff are hit or miss but the smoke shop is where its at at this location

I was charged $8 for crutches and papers. Enough said. Girl working was rude, overcharged me, and didnt even know what crutches were for lol.

This place is terrible. Credit card reader is NEVER working and Im pretty sure all their disposable vapes are fake or something, theyre just not good.

Just a gas station. Seems like they try a new name every 6 months. Was focused on other things now it is vaping. I guess frozen yogurt didnt do well for them.

Bought a smok tech mod here and Ive never dropped it yet the top opens and the whole thing disconnects from the base. After more investigation I found out they sell cloned garbage not real smok products.

One of my top 3 shops anywhere. And they are open late night with great people and awesome prices. Highly recommend this vape shop!

Best bong shop slc hands down.

Ive called 4 times and no answer, a lady at the counter told me the manager is there for 7 till 8! An hour! Thats crazy you only have an hour to get the manager.

I had a 5 star review for this company until recently I had bought a disposable e cig they charged me twice for two different amounts and wont do anything about it. Obviously they have shady employees now

Its a gas station and convenience store, with a section for vape mods and juice. The selection is small and WAY over priced. Some of the juice prices are in-line with others.

Awful customer service. Owner and management does not know how to keep customers happy. Dont support this business.

Abraxas juice by vape avenue is my absolute favorite juice! You can only get it at vape ave stores, so Im a regular.

Awkward. If your in there to buy food or gas you have to wait 20 minutes while the clerk is doing vape stuff. They should really have a gas attendant and a smoke shop attendant
