Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa for an eye brow tint and lamination. I left unsatisfied with horrendous asymmetrical over processed eyebrows. It was a terrible experience and I was not able to get a refund. The ethestician who did my eyebrows, Jhazmyn supposedly has 7 years of experience but I highly doubt & question that. I honestly do not know how her manager or Jhazmyn could allow one of their client’s to walk out of their spa doors with poor quality asymmetrical over processed eyebrows that do not even look like were laminated. I will NEVER be back for ANY of their services nor will I ever recommend this facility to anybody. I highly encourage other readers to go elsewhere because this place will not give you beautiful brows. I was given the opportunity for them to try to fix the eyebrows but I declined because the health of my eyebrows is important and did not want anymore chemical or processing to be done. With all honesty if you’re looking for an exceptional brow lamination and tint, I have done the research for you and look into: Entirely Esthetics. Cheyanne does IMPECCABLE work and will never let you down. Absolutely DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa- you will be disappointed.

I have been coming here for facials for the past 2 or so years and have never been unsatisfied! I have gotten the Lavender, the chocolate, and the derma plane facials and all have made my face feel clean and smooth. I also love how attentive the staff is and how relaxing the environment feels.

This place still need improvement. It was my first time at this place.Below are the cons:-Massuese did not wipe the oil off me with warm towel after massage session. Most massage place I have been to rubs off the oil with warm cloth as part of the process; the benefit is it helps calm your muscles as they wipe down oil off the customer.-customer service is mediocre. Lady (older) at front talks to you in a transactional tone. She said “hi, how can I help you” but totally has no spirit. Please put someone that makes you want to come back to the place. Massage is supposed to be a place to relax, and part of relaxing process means going to an environment that sends a good energy from the first encounter.-Lavender Falls Face and Body spa is very all about business type of place; your session for massage starts when your appointment is set. For example, if you scheduled for 9:00 a.m. but you had to fill out a form that took a few minutes, it is deducted from your time. So say you finished the form at 9:10, and your massage is for 1 hour then you have only 50 minutes left for your massage. Other places I’ve been to start the massage time when you technically start the massage, not after you fill out a form you did not know about ahead of time. I recommend that anyone that goes to this place show up extra early and see if they follow through with the time.-tipping has 15% as the least option if you pay with credit card. My masseuse did good 99% so i tipped. However, they need to offer a 10% as one of the options. And, most importantly, you as the customer are not required to tip so dont feel bad if you select “none” for tipping. You also have the choice to put the amount you choose and not the % they suggest when paying with card.Do your research before going to any massage so you don’t have any disappointment.

My first and definitely not my last time here for services, the staff was very professional and very helpful to my needs. They made my experience a very pleasant one . Great customer service and painless experience. Ty again to the staff, especially April and Danaand of course Misty , I highly recommend This place for all your beauty needs ty again and see you soon.

Terrible Experience with Microblading at Lavender Falls SpaI had an extremely disappointing experience with Lavender Falls Spa regarding my microblading procedure. Despite my strict adherence to their brow aftercare instructions, none of the ink took as it was supposed to. When I returned for the touch-up appointment, they took no responsibility for the horrible results I had. Instead, they claimed that the ink color they chose was too light and still charged me $365 for the initial session. They then wanted to charge an additional $175 to redo the process again, with no guarantee that the ink would take even with a darker shade.They refused to refund my money and allowed me to leave their establishment upset without offering any resolution, it was very obvious that they didnt care. Lavender Falls Spa essentially stole $365 for the initial procedure and the $40 tip I left for Misty, the technician who performed the microblading. The customer service and professionalism were absolutely horrible.I later went to another spa where the microblading was done perfectly, and there were NO issues with the ink not taking. This spa said they have corrected brows for at least 8-9 customers of Lavender Falls Spa. Please read this review and think twice before choosing Lavender Falls Spa. You may end up with a terrible experience and a significant loss of money that they will not refund.

My first visit to Lavender Falls yesterday was impeccable. After calling around to at least half a dozen places, I was able to schedule an appointment to start in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, given an iPad to complete new patient forms (unlike others with hard copies), once complete Kirstin led me to a room that has arguably the most comfortable surface to lay on that I have ever experienced. I dont sleep well, but I would literally schedule time to just rest on that bed. Kirstin is super friendly and has a great touch being able to dig into knots in my back and legs and cognitively aware to adjust pressure in tender areas. Ill definitely go back. Thanks!!

I have never had a hydrofacial before. I was so happy that I was able to make an appointment online so quickly. I went in for a hydrofacial with extraction with a dermaplane added. I was so impressed. I seen Britton, and I cannot say enough how welcoming and warm she was. I will come back for sure.She did a great job in making me feel beautiful!

Wow, I have been to this place a few times and it was always my absolute favorite place for a facial until I just called and apparently spoke to Dana who was the owner and she was the rudest person I have ever experienced in my life! I will NOT be coming back to this place because of the rude, sassy, and very impolite owner not a way to run a business. Good luck, Dana!

I had a perfect experience. I was immediately greeted at the door, the staff had my paperwork pulled up for me to fill out and sign. I booked a Classic facial and was warmly greeted by Britain. She explained the facial to me and had the most gentle hands. It was very relaxing, my skin is silky smooth, and I could tell that Britain enjoys what she does. After my facial, she escorted me to Taryn for the 60 minute Sports Massage which was the best massage I’ve had in my life ( I’m in my mid 30s)! The pressure and stretching was perfect, and she focused on the areas I had a lot of pain and discomfort. I walked out feeling calm and relaxed… I felt like a million bucks. I wish I had booked a longer session with her! I do plan to go back again in a few weeks for another massage with Taryn. Glad I found my new relaxation location :)

I have been coming here for years for NOVALASH. These girls have years and years of training, and you won’t believe the benefits to NOVALASH compared to what you would get at one of the local chains. Go here, it’s worth it. You won’t regret it!

Kind, knowledgeable staff, able to answer all my questions. Very professional. They wont push their products on you either, unless you ask for recommendations. I love it here!

I LOVE THEM!!! Highly recommended. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, smiling beautiful faces and always welcoming.Will never go any where else. Miss Sierra is just amazing. Not only did I leave the spa with amazingly looking lashes and beautiful skin after one fantastic facial/microdermabrasion (for my beauty marks) but I left pain free and completely relaxed. I had had a migraine for 4 days. Tried migraine medication, ice packs, heating pads and dark cold room, no relief. But 2 hours with Miss Sierra and all my pain was gone. She has some magical hands and phenomenal skills. Love her.

Jessica was great. My daughter and I had hydro facials. It was our first facial. I was a little nervous ene being a guy and getting a facial but Jessica put me at ease. Highly recommended.

If only I still had the photos of the horror that took place in this establishment. I booked my appt for a micro blading brows here and it was the worst mistake of my life. The older lady who apparently runs the establishment took me to the back and proceeded to do my brows. While I was being numbed she continued to talk about another client which was totally unprofessional seeming she wasn’t exactly speaking anything nice. As she proceeded to do my brows she offered to do Ombré brows for free since I was so nice and I was all for it because hey who wouldn’t. I thought I was in the hands of a professional. I was wrong. After she got done with the first “layer” which was the brow strokes she showed me and it was ok and I told her I didn’t really like them and it wasn’t what I was looking for and nothing like the image I showed her mind you she had a blank slate. She told me she knew she was doing and to trust her so I kept my mouth shut seeming I didn’t want to leave there with half of my brows done…. It gets worse. After she finishes the “ombré effect” she hands me the mirror and says she is done. I told her there was no way that this is how I’m supposed to leave here like this. She told me to trust the process and it was normal. No no it wasn’t. She literally needles in two dark black blocks as my brows. It wasn’t ombré and you definitely did not see any strokes. I cried and Al’s not begged her to fix it and that there was no way I was leaving like this. She yelled at me and told me she was the professional and knew what she was doing and that I was going to love them when they healed. So I left covering my brows as much as I could. I contacted a friend and sent photos of the brows she left me in and she asked me if I was messing around or joking with her. Unfortunately I was not. Not only were they uneven I now had permanent blocks as brows and had to wait several weeks to heal to put make up on them. I tried to contact the owner and each time it was her who would reach back to me and found no resolution. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if considering permanent make up. You may think your getting the work but in reality you are not. I was so bummed that I just spent $500 on brows that looked 100x worse from when I walked in. I should have read more into the reviews before going in and it turned out I wasn’t her first victim. Oh and one more thing, after the brows healed and they were supposed to be just fine I was told to go in for a touch up. Absolutely not. I had to go to someone else and pay double to have fixed what this person totally messed up. Oh and since they will probably respond to this as if I did something wrong, I didn’t. I literally went in to another professional that very next day who specializes in Microblading and Nano brows and was told by several techs it looks like a preschooler did my brows with permanent marker. We all know going into this there is healing phase but that comes shortly after. When I left the establishment I had two dark black Chola brows in the shape of squares this is not a joke. You have been warned . They may have other good professionals who actually do their job right but permanent make up is not one of them. I’m

My husband surprised me with a spa day, and it was amazing!! I didnt take many pictures as I was enjoying the services too much. I started with the relaxation and detox soak. I am 55 and the tub allowed me to be fully submerged and floating a little, lol. Then, I followed up with a hot stone massage with Kiersten. She made me feel completely relaxed and asked questions to determine what would my comfort level would be before and during the massage. I noticed some of the other services they offer and will definitely be back to try them!!

Had a great experience. Treated my sister and I to a couples package, it was both of our very first times doing any self care such as this.Did the body soak and massage treatment. Staff was very kind and accommodating. They offered us separate rooms for both the soak and massage. Environment/rooms were very clean, organized, relaxing. Let us play our music if we wanted, gave us robes, bath sandals. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

I treated myself, yesterday to their HydroFacial, Dermaplane add-on, extractions and eyebrow wax. I booked with Brittan. It was beyond. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and her customer service was 10 stars. I will definitely be back next month. Thank you again, Brittan!!!

Loved the scenery and the staff. They were all very friendly. The person doing my facial, was very nice. It was my first facial and made sure to have small talk to keep me relaxed. I enjoyed it a lot, and I do recommend for people that haven’t gotten a facial and just want a nice place to get one.

Kiersten did an excellent job on my massage today! She was kind, thoughtful, and extremely attentive during my session. Highly recommend this spa and I’ll definitely be back! 🤍

My friend and I went for permanent makeup (eyeliner). Prior to the treatment they applied an excessive amount of cream to our eyes. As the cream secreted in our eyes the pain set in. Our eyes began to swell and burn so bad. As I informed our tech I couldnt open my eyes she proceeded to tell me it was normal. She began the eyeliner application with our swollen eyes. Webhad our appointment on a Wednesday. Neither of us were able to open our eyes( with pain) until Friday evening. We had to call someone to pick us up. I wasnt even able to operate my own phone. One of their employees had to unlock my phone and call for me. We had to leave our vehicles. When we called to reschedule for them to fix our permanent makeup they refused to see us!! We had to apply purchased eyeliner to hide their botched job. Thank goodness we found another location to see us. We did not experience the same horrible experience with our second application with the different location. I dont know how the other services are but dont trust them for permanent makeup.

I had 3 D micro blading done last Saturday. Safia did a great job. It was my first time. I love my brows. I highly recommend Safia at Lavender Falls Spa for your eyebrow needs. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and my brows were mapped out perfectly. I did not have any swelling or pain afterwards. I am highly recommending Lavender Falls to all my friends and family. Don’t hesitate if you have been wanting your brows done. I’m so happy I can apply makeup in less than 10 minutes now that I don’t have to spend 20 minutes on my eyebrows! I will return for any future brow services!Thank you 😊

My husband and I shared a couples massage. Our therapists were polite. Its a cute spa with a great feel. The couples room is small but cozy. The hot stones massage with aromatherapy was wonderful and made me release hindered tension I had no idea I had. I would enjoy going back!

Went for my first set of eyelash extensions and I left loving them! Paige did a great job and listened to what I wanted. The salon was peaceful and clean and I felt comfortable throughout the whole 2 hour appointment. It’s been about a week and my eyelashes are still beautiful and I have had no problems. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a massage and it was amazing. We had Taryn and she worked magic on my whole body. Just being a day to day parent comes with the hard work and of course there is our jobs. We have never done this and man we were missing out. This facility is clean and has a positive atmosphere to go along with their services. Had a lovely massage and facial package here for my birthday. Loved that it was one therapist in one room for the whole experience. She really did a great job one my sore back, hands and feet. Im not use to the products they use there for their facials (I use dermalogica at home) so well see how my skin does. But the entire experience was very relaxing.

I have been going to Lavender Falls for facial care and lash extensions for years. Misty is extremely knowledgeable and has turned my skin into a thing of beauty. I have complete trust in her recommendations. Brittan has done my lash extensions and has always done a beautiful job. They take the time necessary to perform excellently. I have referred others to them and know that they are very happy with the service they received. There is no push to sell products you do not need. The new facility is lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

So I came here the other day for my first facial and extraction, I believe my esthetician was Carly. She was very sweet! She asked what concerns I had with my skin and informed me on products to use as well as what my skin care routine should look like. The service was so great I decided to come back the following day to get my first Brazilian wax.Jessica was AMAZING!!! She is so down to earth and knows what she’s doing. Even after I confused my appointment time, she still was able to fit me in her busy schedule. Now that is customer service at its finest! I was nervous at first, but she explained the process before she did anything and even during. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Great first experience! Definitely recommend going here. It’s a little far from where I live, but it’s honestly worth the drive. Thank you Jessica and Carly!!!

I have never been so relaxed in my entire life. As far as I’m concerned this place is Magic. Can’t wait to get another massage eventually. Kiersten was awesome and let me know everything that she was gonna do before hand. Kind people and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Went for the classic facial + swedish massage ($149 total) and it was well worth the price. Jasmine worked really well with my sensitive skin by applying non-irritating products with a gentle hand. She answered all of my skincare questions and gave me advice for the future care of my skin. I was mildly worried that Id look like a tomato after, but I was glowing! And the massage from Amber was one of the most skillful and personalized massages Ive ever had. She seemed really in tune with my body, which I was impressed by. And as an insecure person, I was immediately made comfortable by her in the massage room. The conversation was light and pleasant; it felt like I was there with a friend. Because of these ladies and their care, Ill be back.

Ive been coming to Lavender Falls since 2016. They work really hard to bring results to their clients. I always know what kind of service I will receive when I work through those doors. Its like coming home to visit with family on the holidays!

Carly did an amazing job on my lashes :) After 4 weeks they were getting sparse. She was able to fill in an amazing amount of lashes in a short amount of time. No lashes sticking to my lids and no glue burning my eyes which had happened other places. Overall excellent work. Plus she listened to me and the length of lash I wanted which was really nice :)

Lavender Falls is amazing! Fair and reasonable price, professional and caring for their clients. My husband and I came in for a couples massage with Jennifer and Taryn— WOW! It was a full body massage and they made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable. They asked us where our sore areas are and for the first time ever for me, listened! This was our first time, and won’t be the last.

I booked a couples massage at the beginning of March. I had called around to multiple places in the area, and I wasnt having much luck. Lavender Falls came through in a pinch. Both of our massages were amazing, focusing in with just the right amount of pressure. The staff was efficient yet still welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

I thankfully found Dana who applied the most beautiful set of lashes I have even worn. I have been to two other local salons and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Between poor application of the lashes, lack of appointment times and no skill or artistry in applying lashes, I was so happy to find Lavender Falls. I have been wearing lashes for a little over a year and after one visit with Dana, I was hooked. Her spa is very comfortable, clean and she is so knowledgeable about not only lashes but everything spa oriented. I always look forward to my appointments and feeling pampered.Thank you Dana!

I love this place !!!! My favorite place to get a facial,dermaplaning and micro blading spa in San Antonio Texas. I love Misty she is the best esthetician in town. I have been coming to this place for over two years and they always exceed my expectations. Not only are they professional but also Misty is great ! I started getting my lashes in Japan and got hooked. When i moved to SA I tried so many different eyelash places and have similar results. The glue would irritate my eyes, the lashes were prefabricated and cheap and would use poor technique. This place here uses excellent products, the glue or lashes didn’t irritate my eyes and gave such a natural look even though I went with the mega lashes. I highly recommend Britain 💕

Misty is the best! She’s been working on my face for a about a year and I can really see a big difference! I have acne scars from teen years and she has helped with the texture of my face a lot! I came in nervous but excited to get eyelash extensions. I never had them before. Dana was very professional and extremely informative about the process and what type of lash would work for my lashes. My esthetician Brittan was AMAZING! She made me feel so relaxed and told me each step she was taking so I would feel comfortable, which I did. When she was applying the lashes I absolutely felt nothing! No pain whatsoever. My lashes are short and straight so as soon as she let me see how it turned out, I was ecstatic! I feel beautiful all day now, even when I wake up. No need for mascara (which is such a wonderful feeling and didnt really do much for me). Its such an amazing feeling to wake up and see such beautiful lashes. Your eyes just stand out! The atmosphere in the room is very calm and soothing. You just feel like youre in heaven. I am now totally addicted to eyelash extensions and I cannot wait to come back and get refills! If youre looking for lashes that will enhance your natural lashes or give them a total beautiful makeover, this is the place to get them done at!

What a fabulous experience, a hidden treasure found in Stone Oak! My husband and I are massage connoisseurs and have been everywhere in San Antonio. I was looking for some place different, and I found Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa in the Stone Oak Area. Upon entering the spa, I noticed how clean it was and had beautiful decor. They offer a wide variety of services. I scheduled my husband and I for a couples custom massage with facial package. The services combined were approximately two hours and the time went by so fast. We had Megan and Taryn, they were very professional and knowledgeable. It was amazing! I got the hot stone massage and my husband got the deep tissue massage. It was all included in the custom massage package. We even got to pick our own aromatherapy, that was included in our massage. The couples facials made our skin feel amazing afterward. You can tell this spa uses quality products. We travel and get massages and facials very often, and these two ladies are by far the most professional and skilled therapists that we have ever had. It was so refreshing to go and just relax and enjoy the beautiful spa experience and not be upsold for everything. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Each individual we encountered, gave us a personal experience, this was definitely not your average cookie cutter massage chain. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

So I went in on Friday and told Misty I wanted a rejuvenating facial. Which on their list of services saw that it cost $185. Misty was great however she did say she would do a combination of things in order to give me great results. Never did she mention she was just going to pile on all the charges she could think of including what she called a 4% covid charge lol. Yes you read correctly a covid charge. After paying $405 I looked pretty much the same as when I walked in. What was more upsetting was that she sold me on a product she put under my eyes saying it would take away the dark circles, it didn’t it actually made my skin itch and swell just a bit about an hour later. So I went back to return the unopened product and they refused to accommodate the return. Taryn whom was at the front desk was busier making ugly facial expressions at a black couple sitting in the waiting area as well as speaking to me in a demeaning manner than trying to provide customer service. The owner didn’t care to even give me a call which reflects on what she thinks of her clientele. I have been here several times and used to like this place. Even though the last time after a chemical peel I looked like Hitch for three days at least there were results after the swelling went down. I now see that they just care about their bottom line and clients are not their priority.I will respond to your unprofessional response. You have no INTEGRITY. If a service says it’s $185 you charge just that you don’t just surprise the customer at the register. You need to be loyal to your customers by telling them what they will be paying when your staff chooses to do a “combo to get better results”cheap sales tactic as well as that 4% ridiculous covid charge. You lack best practices and customer service. Just reading your responses to anyone that has had a bad experience shows how low you are as an individual and a business owner. Also so you know I caught Taryn making the faces at the black couple as I approached her to speak about your product causing an allergic reaction. Don’t try to down play the fact that you are racists. I have spoken to many of you there and you definitely are racists. I don’t mind paying high prices for good service, integrity and quality, but that you do not have at your spa. Try reaching out to dissatisfied customers instead of being demeaning and misleading on your responses in these reviews.

Well I love Nova Lash Extensions and it’s an exclusive product that can only a highly trained professional in that product can apply. The eyelashes are very natural no matter what length or how full you wish them to be. The glue used you will never see and it does not break down with water or oil. Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa has a wonderful staff that are highly trained professionals that use this product. I drive over an hour to get my eyelash extensions done by them and I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 great young ladies Britain, Page, and Carly that have all made me look great with their expertise in eyelash extensions. I have alsoHad facials by Britain’s lovely and beautiful grandmother that really doesn’t look like a grandmother. I highly recommend you book your next appointment at Lavendar Falls you will becomeA regular, I promise!

Very nice place and relaxing. Had top and bottom eyeliner done by Brittan, she was knowledgeable of the procedure and did an awesome job.UPDATE: my original post was written a few hours after my appt. Now it is 5 days later and not satisfied with the results. Pigmentation lasted for about 3 days. However, now it is coming off even after following the recommended after care, what remains is only holding on to my lashes.. Disappointed that the look so far is not even close to what I had asked for and i will have to pay for a touch up. You should be given an opportunity to do one touch up with original service to make corrections.

I went today to get a hydra facial. I wasn’t quiet sure what to expect b/c right before I went there I saw all these bad reviews. My experience was fantastic! I was immediately greeted when I entered, the lady was very sweet and attentive, I was offered snacks wine and water.When I was taken to the back to get the procedure done, I never felt the young lady was rushing, she put all the masks carefully extremely detailed and with professionalism. I was VERY happy with the results and the way I was taken care off. I highly recommend this place!!!.

I will be definitely going back! Service was awesome, walked out feeling like a new person. First time for me but definitely not my last!

Wow! Where to start... So I have always worn fake eyelashes for years, but never thought I can have that huge glamours eyelash look since my eyelashes are sooo short. Brittan made that impossible thought go away! I’m over ecstatic about how beautiful my eyelash extensions look. This was my first time ever doing this and she exceeded my expectations. She made me feel so comfortable and the 2 hours flew by! She answered all my questions and was very, very patient with me... which I really appreciated. Even went over the aftercare steps/process that I should do to keep them looking beautiful. Highly suggest you look no place else. Staff is friendly, environment is great, Thank you Brittan for being so amazing! Long time client now for sure.

Went in for a 90 minute massage. massage was finished in an hour, which didnt click with the therapist until a few seconds after my comment during checkout. she then took me back for another half hour. massage itself was not horrible, but not really that good either. there was also a lot of noise/chatter just outside the door which is not something youd ever experience at a massage parlor. the cherry on the cake was when I tried to pay using a gift certificate from my wife that had expired over the pandemic. the gift certificate was not honored despite the owner resending after we had asked (and after it had expired) suggesting it would be honored. so all in I spent $310, double what I was willing to pay, and well over double what Id pay having known the quality of the service beforehand.

Brittan was awesome!! She did a small consultation prior to getting to my hydro facial and listened to all my needs and what i was experiencing! She was gentle and made me feel comfortable! Then she even gave me more advice once everything was over with with what she saw! Amazing service! I will be back!!!

I went in for a brown tint, eyelash lift, and eyelash tint and worked with Jasmine. I have never had this done and I rarely go to a spa because I rarely have the time or money to do so. I was very excited to have these treatments. My brows turned out bad and much darker than what we discussed, almost black. My eyelashes did not curl or hold the tint. At the end they looked just as they did when I went into the salon. I let Jasmine know that I was unhappy with the turnout but she did not offer any help other than the fact that my eye brows would fade and that my eyebrows were not the type to have a tint and lift. It was a huge waste of money and I would deter anyone from going.

Went in for a microdermabrasion, ended up getting waxing (nose) done as well. Rose did both procedures and it was an excellent experience. She was very friendly and made the process comfortable. She did a great job of recommending in house products for my face as well as other treatments. Overall very great place, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Will be coming back without a doubt.

When i went to lavender falls i had a great experience...at first. When i was getting my lashes done the lash tech was very sweet and nice about explaining everything that would happened in the session. She explained that there will be “some” fumes from the glue that might burn a little but not to worry. As she started to do my lashes she got to the inner corner area of my eye & i could feel the glue hit my eye and start to burn, i told her my eye hurt & it burns & she told me “the under eye pad will soak it up, your eyes are just sensitive.” So i left it, tried to see if the pad would soak up & it didn’t my eye was still burning. By the end of the session my eye was all red & still burning. The next day i couldn’t even open my eye it hurt so bad, having to drown it in eye drops i honestly could say it was the worst pain to my eye, i contacted the tech that did my lashes telling her all this, saying i’m not happy with how this turned out & i simply wanted half a refund back not all but half. On the understanding they did labor & used material, but she was NOT at all understanding about my own eye that i couldn’t even open. For a place to be open 9 year you would think they would know common courtesy for a persons eye but better customer service.

I am not the type to sit down and type up a review, especially for a Spa. However, I felt the need to do so simply because I was blown away by my experience here! Being that I am a man, I would normally not share the fact that I went and got a facial. Its just not a very Manly thing to do. As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted with a warm smile, and I immediately felt comfortable with what I was about to have done. Brittan, the young woman that did my facial was incredible! Although I do not have terrible skin, it definitely needed a womans touch and she fixed me right up! Like I said, I do not normally write reviews, however I felt it was necessary. If you want great service with a smile, I definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I went in for a Couples Massage yesterday, and I must say it was FANTASTIC! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile, and a glass of wine. While we waited to be taken back we were also offered some snacks. The therapists were excellent and well trained. I love when they ask you what your concerns are and if their pressure is ok, it’s much more personable. Thank you Lavender Falls! Also my Wife is going in on Friday to get her Lashes done by Brittan who was very informative when my wife was asking questions at the end.

This review is for both lash extensions and facial services - both of which I have been extremely pleased with the customer service and quality. I discovered lavender falls when I was in search for eyelash extensions, after a horrible experience at another place that left me with lashes falling out. I love that they use Novalash, and after over a year of refills my eyelashes were still healthy and not falling out abnormally. I’ve also enjoyed the few facials I’ve had, very relaxing and my face feels great afterwards.I will continue to be a happy customer at this spa!

This place is a joke. As a licensed beauty professional, I keep my promise to my social responsibilities to treat everyone as my equal. In this scenario, I was a paying client. I deserve a fair service. However, the owner treated me poorly and told me I am a complainer and she could talk to me however she likes. This is textbook racial profiling. I suggest this spa to be evaluated immediately. I am here to remind the owner of her social responsibility. Regardless of my small percentage of asian heritage in my blood. That should not matter. I am born and raised in this country missy. I have a right to complain about a service which has hurt my self esteem. I am sure I am not the first customer you mistreated. Being an owner of a small spa does not give you priority or a get out of jail free card. Your problem is you are too cheap to hire a manager to take complaints for you, instead you abuse people.

I booked a couples spa treatment - full body massage and facial package for my boyfriend and I for our one year anniversary. During the booking process they were very accommodating and booked us during a slower volume day. The facial treatment was amazing, the massage was OK. What really upset me was how unprofessional our massage therapist was. When our massage started she made jokes about how we messed up by booking the couples spa package for our anniversary and how we set the bar too high for our future anniversaries. If it had been once I would have brushed it off but once the other specialist came in to do the facial she gave her a play by play of her joke and our responses to it and then made jokes and passed judgements on my boyfriend when I told her I was the one who booked the appointment for us. She even went so far as to tell him he was outnumbered and it was too bad a male therapist wasnt in the room to defend him. I was furious. We will not be going back to this establishment again.

I had a Hydration Facial (because after the consultation that was advised) and woke up the next day with bruises all over my face. I mean people were looking at my face like I got beat up. Dark spots that make-up couldn’t even cover. I wasn’t upset, but decided to call the company to see if they could help. HOWEVER, the lady who answered the phone was so rude and determined to tell me I was wrong about how my face looked (a face she never seen), she didn’t even try to help. As a matter of fact she laughed and told me it would clear up in a couple of days.Now, I’ve had many facials and I paid good money for facials (like this one). This is also not my first time getting this treatment and I promise you this is definitely one of the worse experiences JUST BECAUSE of the customer service.

After 2 couples massages from Megan and Taryn (sorry for butchering your names!), my boyfriend and I can honestly say this is by far the best place to come to for an entertaining and relaxing massage. Both massage therapists have outstanding personalities that meshed well with ours, and they have exemplary knowledge of massage therapy. I highly recommend this hidden gem as they accommodate our busy schedules and the staff are always friendly.

I had my eyelashes tinted yesterday by Misty and they look absolutely PERFECT! Im having Lasik done tomorrow, so I wont be able to wear ANY makeup for 3 weeks. To save me the pain of having to explain to everyone that no, I am not sick, I decided to color them black. Id definitely recommend this service to anyone that wants to save a little extra time in the morning and not have to worry about smudging their mascara =)

I just got face and back microdermabrasion from Jordan and it was excellent! My face feels so smooth and she was very personable. The spa itself is quite small with bright lights but its hardly noticeable while the session is going on. I did enjoy the lavender color scheme. I will absolutely be going back for more treatments!

I went in for a Hydration Facial and felt concerned going in because of some reviews on here but I decided to give it a try mainly because of my $50 deposit. The place is not as clean as a spa should be. The furniture seemed cheap and worn. When I went in to the room- it seemed small and clumped in there. Too much furniture packed in the room. There was paper on the bed and she didn’t really make it relaxing. She made it awkward by not really saying much or preparing me for what was to come. I was not expecting to get pinched or be put in pain while I was there but I was.

Just had a dermaplaning session done by Rose and it was amazing. It was my first time so I wasnt too sure what to expect. Please be sure to arrive early because there is some paperwork (on an ipad) and waivers to sign. There is complementary coconut water and snacks so you wont starve, even though the wait was insanely short.Rose was a joy, very friendly and knowledgeable about her craft. The ambience was perfect and even though I was having a scalpel applied to my face it was very relaxing. I plan on returning for the permanent eyeliner. What a great experience! The pic is my face immediately after. There was a little pinkness, but not as much as I was expecting. There will be another picture in a couple of days to show after redness dissipates. There is already such a difference. Thanks!

Last week I had a chemical peel and a facial with Dana at Lavender Falls. She was personable and I felt very welcomed during my first visit. I noticed I really had some clogged pores and getting age spots and deep crevasses in my forehead. I asked her for a deep clean and start to get rid of dead skin layers. I peeled a bit which was expected. My husband who typically doesnt comment about facial appearance surprised me when he complimented me that my skin definitely looked much better. I was so surprised he noticed. Best of all I was delighted by the results and I look forward to continue to see Dana and have her freshen up my skin appearance even more. Dana knows her product!Thank you Dana!

Worst facial experience ever.I paid quite a bit for a relaxing, hydrating facial and I got subpar treatment. I got there before my appointment time and they charged me the 50$ no show fee and then took it off the services which is fine but I was early, very quick to charge no show fee. Then Im taken back 5 mins after my appointment time and is brought back out 10 mins early. They did not use a steamer which made extractions more painful than necessary. Which spa place doesnt use a steamer? A warm towel does 1/4 what a steamer does and for the prices they charge, it seems ridiculous not to have one.But the cherry on top of all of this was that the manager/owner came in TWICE during my treatment. Once to give the lady something and second to retrieve an IPad. Like who does that? Its supposed to be a relaxing experience and she barges in TWICE!!!! INSANE. I have had many facials and they have never been this short and unprofessional.Im used to changing into a robe, a dim room, peaceful music, a shoulder massage while your mask is on and got some cheap, backdoor facial with people barging in.Worst money I have ever spent. Save your money and go somewhere more professional!

This place is very relaxing and customer service was fantastic at first. However, I am rating on the experience of my visit (permanent eye liner top and bottom $250). The numbing medicine they put on my eyes had my eyes sealed shut and everytime I tried to open them it was like I was ripping them open. The pain was intense and unforgettable. She kept putting eye drops in my eyes saying it will go away after several minutes, IT NEVER DID! Once I could get my eyes open my vision was blurry for almost a week and even after that it didnt get better until almost a month. No check up or nothing and she knew of the condition it caused my friend and me. Resulting in a 2 star and would not recommend this place for any permanent make up for the eyes.

Bring my teen daughter here for brow waxing with Jessica!! She is so great with my daughter, very knowledgeable, and skilled! Even brought my nephew to her and she did such a great job on his brows! Did not lose the masculine look at all, just cleaned up nicely! She is my daughters regular brow esthetician!

This is my second visit. I love it so far. The staff is just courteous, friendly and professional. The massage service is great. I will definitely be coming back. And have already booked an appointment for next month. The staff is great, I will be definitely be trying there other services. I want to start by saying the management at the spa, handled an unexpected/ uncomfortable situation with my 1st facial visit with great professionalism. They immediately rebooked my facial with a different tech and it was a much better and more pleasant experience than i expected. Jhazmyn was so calming amd informative. I saw a big difference in my skin and 2 days later my skin looks so good. I am happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Jhazmyn for your next visit!!

I had a great first time experience getting a massage and facial by Taryn, she was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable of all products and provided explanation to make me feel at ease. Would highly recommend and I will be back myself to book my future spa days with them.

Misty is amazingly knowledgeable! I’m African American and have hyperpigmentation scars from a chemical burn and acne scars. Misty made me feel comfortable about my insecurities, she developed a treatment plan for me that has significantly improved the health and appearance of my skin. She explains things in a way that I can now take better care of my skin!! I’m only in town for work but am willing to fly all the way from North Carolina to continue receiving her care!!!

This is officially the ONLY spa I go to. Every experience there has been so amazing. I leave feeling like a new person (sometimes I LOOK like a new person) and every staff member there has always been professional, kind, masters of their crafts, and take extreme pride in what they do! Every time I go, its worth every dollar and more! Love you all!

I had such a HORRIBLE customer service experience at this location with the owner. This woman had the nerve to tell me, I dont care. When I told her about her customer service skills.Id been thinking about getting my fist set of eyelash extensions for a while but did a little research before setting up my appointment at this spa. I spoke with the owner on Dec 12th and was given information about the type of extensions used as well as the pricing. I was sold on them when she said theyre made in the USA so I happily showed up for my appt on Dec 14th and paid the $225 for my new set. I was seen by Alyssa that evening and followed her care instructions after she was done. I noticed I was losing quite a bit of extensions on my left eye about 8 days after they were applied so I called the spa and told the owner about my concern. She dismissed my concern by telling me that I will lose a lot on the 1st set and could be rubbing my eyes in my sleep. She dismissed my concern by saying its normal and the cause was the way Im sleeping. I reluctantly accepted her response because she gave no other options nor did she ask me for photos. Id already scheduled a follow up appt for Jan 6th but was not happy with the substantial loss on my left eye that I moved up my appt to Jan 2nd. I was seen by Cynthia who was only able to correct some of my lashes on the right eye but did acknowledge that Id lost a substantial amount on the left and not sure why. I was rescheduled to see Alyssa but found myself having to call the spa 3 times to have then correct my dates and times because the e mails they were sending were incorrect. I was patient and calm on my prior calls to the spa but became very upset and frustrated with having to call multiple times to have them correct their errors. I spoke with the owner each time and made my reasons for frustration and anger very clear. When I addressed the way she spoke to me each time she informed me that she has thousands of clients. I also proceeded to tell her I would provide feedback and this is where she responded with, I dont care. She also told me she would be cancelling my appointment for TOMORROW. Today is Jan 2nd and I was rescheduled for the 4th not TOMORROW. Not only could she not get my e mailed apts right but she also verbally gave me the wrong day by telling me she would cancel appt for tomorrow. I was not only given a dismissive attitude prior to experiencing this lack of empathy from the owner today but she even had the nerve to now refuse to have me seen to correct my left eye on the 4th because of her lack of service experience and she acknowledged this when she verbally gave me the WRONG follow up appt day, unbelieveable.To the owner: You have no shame replying with such a FALSE response today, 1/22/19, about my being verbally abusive to your staff. At no time whatsoever did I disrespect your employee and I only dealt with her the day I was seen. The only other I had to talk to multiple times was YOU. I did express my frustration to her in having to be pushed out two more days just because she was not the original person who did my extensions. She said all this to me as she was texting on her phone. I was disrespectful to no one and only raised my voice to you directly when you told me you didnt care and had me calling back numerous time to have you correct your scheduling and times because you couldnt even do that right. You gave me absolutely no option to resolve the issue with my left eye. At no time did I ask for or expect my money back. I simply wanted your facility to fix the volume I lost on that one side but turned poout being frustrated at the end due to your lack of empathy and scheduling errors. You are unbelieveable and you are now lying to the public and insulting me and my character. You not only provided such a horrible experience but you insult me further today with your response which you know is a lie simply to make yourself look good and me bad. I feel so sorry for you lady and yes, thankfully I found a great place to fix your mess.

Loved my experience. Great people, comfy, relaxing environment and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my eyelash extensions. And might even go longer and more feathery next time. Great service! I get monthly NovaLash, eyelash extension refills with Carly and constantly receive complements on how natural they look. Some people can’t even tell that they aren’t natural! I have also purchased the dermaplaning facials in the past and was very pleased with the price and results.

I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. I am always self conscious about my unsightly back hair. My girlfriend goes to Lavender falls so she convinced me to get it waxed there while she gets her facial. I was apprehensive at first but all in all I am pleased with the service. I have sensitive skin and they took measures to make sure I would have minimal irritation.

Omg! I am so pleased at the services Brittan provided! She was so gentle and made me so comfortable that I actually caught myself so relaxed I was dozing off lol she explained the difference between services that they provide and helped me chose one that would make me ther happiest. AMAZING place with absolutely the most AMAZING people. I’ve been going to Lavendar Falls for a year & a half- I drive 2 hours (one way) because I can’t imagine anyone else doing my lashes. Paige Seefeldt is the highly skilled aesthetician I see. Recently, she did my microblading & I LOVE the results-they look natural & eliminate the need for any brow makeup.I must add that it’s great to be part of the Lavendar Falls Family-they treat you like family. They know you by name & roll out the red carpet for you. Thank you, Paige, Dana, Misty, Cynthia & Brittain. Y’all are clearly the very best!

The owner is EXTREMELY rude, after a week my lashes looked lifeless and limp and Ive had lashes for years. When I called the owner and told her my concerns she in the rudest way possible told me to go somewhere else and we dont do KARDASHIAN lashes here!! (Thanks lady I just want normal looking lash extensions) would not recommend at all.

I had a wonderful experience while visiting Lavender Falls. The atmosphere was calm and smelled of calming lavender with the soft sound of a water falls. As I waited Misty greeted me , before she knew I had an appointment with her. Then I was called by misty , She examined my skin and recommended a few different treatments. I had not had maintenance on my skin in probably seven months. I had a break out due to a facial oil , I was unaware would clog my pores. Misty informed me on the reasons I should stay away from facial oils and recommended other options. I had taken accutane three years earlier , so my skin breaking out had me worried. Misty recommended the Hydra FacialExplained the Hydra Facial, what shed be doing and the benefits. She started the Hydra Facial and after a while my skin felt truly clean and my skin was happy. During the facial I asked about my texture and recommendations . Misty mentioned the micropeel. I hope Im saying that right. It was a blended jessner peel in conjunction of rejuvapen. I have texture issues from when I had cystic acne. I have scarring , immediately I was like I want that . Misty said she had an appointment after me. The Hydra facial runs about an hr. I really wanted the micropeel I needed it. Misty than to my surprise said come back at six and I can do it. Lavender Falls closes at 7. I asked if she was sure , Misty said absolutely. Even though Lavender Falls closes at 7. She was willing to invite me back and stay to meet my esthetic needs. I showed up at 6 sharp. She called me and we got started she applied numbing cream and after about 20-30 minute we got started. I was comfortable the treatment was painless . She then explained the post op care and the dos and donts . Showed up at 6 left right before 9pm . Misty went out of her way to give me three treatments I needed , while staying late to meet my esthetic needs. Its been one week since Ive had my treatment. YOU GUYS my skin is clear !! My texture had a major improvement, day and night 😇😊🤗😍💙Im getting compliments💗. I recommend Lavender Falls ask for MistyShes absolutely amazing. My skin is so much better. Im shookI will definitely be back.

I had the cellutox ocean spa wrap, facial and vichy shower. Wow! What a relaxing experience. Amber was very nice and explained what the wrap entailed before we started. She made me feel comfortable and appropriately draped during the entire visit. Thank you!

I highly recommend Lavender falls face and body spa. I recently got microblading done and it’s amazing the look I wanted I got. Paige Seefeldt is amazing. I travel 2 hours every 3 weeks along with my bff just to have our Novalash Refill. I feel like a million bucks when I leave there. I also get facials done by Misty she’s amazing as well.

I give this place 2 stars for the atmosphere and the tech Cynthia was nice( but that’s not what I paid for ) I made an appt for Microblading and had it done by Cynthia . Afterwards she stated “I HOPE this takes” 3 weeks later for my scheduled touch up Cynthia says “yea this isn’t working , hopefully the touch up will work or I’ll have to talk to my manager “ I called Cynthia about 2 weeks after my touch up to tell her it still has not worked. She stated i could keep coming back but it would cost me and that there would be no refund. Not even a partial refund .Dear Cynthia and Management I now have my brows done CORRECTLY!! I realize that Cynthia did not use 1/3 of the strokes the new lady used to get the right look. Also the new lady had to correct my CROOKED HALF bladed brows. If you want your brows done CORRECT!!!! Go to DaVinci Nails on 281 by HEB there you find Nancy she’s both a certified tech and a certified instructor . I promise you will not be sorry ( as i was ) and you will save money. Both Cynthia and the Management staff were an EPIC FAIL.

I booked a couples day spa package for my handsome fiancé. We had a great time sipping on some wine, getting facials, and a couples massage. I did not really enjoy the whirlpool tub because I wanted to spend that time with my fiance and we were in separate rooms, but I can understand why they have individual tubs. The staff at lavender falls went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, spoiled, pampered, and made sure we were overall happy with their services. Thank you for bringing us back to life Lavender Falls!

I had Misty give me a hydracian facial and I can’t say how pleased I am. I suffer from acne and she helped get out the most stubborn ones out from my face, and made it feel as painless as possible. She was really informative and educated in what products to use. And I recommend her to everyone.

Misty is a pro and takes pride in what she does. She is very meticulous and always appreciates inputs and personal feedbacks. She did microblading on my eyebrows and they look natural. I am scheduled for another beauty appointment because of Mistys expertise and personalized customer service.

I have never done a microbrasion/peel for my face ever. I signed in skeptical and came out a believer! What a transformation! And Dana was the best, calmed and walked me through procedure. i couldnt have had any better service than I did with Dana. My skin feels and looks better than it has in years! Try it ladies, you wont regret it!

I recently went to this place for eye lash extensions , and I think its called a hydrafacial .. the eye las extensions where quick and lasted longer than I thought ! A young girl named Brittan was my lady , and she made me feel so comfortable . Having really dry skin , I usually feel self conscious, but after my facial It my skin looked beautiful ! This spa really made me feel beautiful . My skin has also not been so dry lately with it , so its helped a lot with eczama! I will for sure be going back here .

Ok, so I was in the market for a new lash technician and stumbled upon this place. I was informed that since Im coming from another place it would probably be a lash correction. Price went from 60 to 115. I just wanted my lashes done so I gave the ok to continue, then was told that there wasnt enough time to complete the job. I ended up leaving and having to pay $25 for the lash prep.....so I left with even less lashes and less money= unsatisfied!!

I got microdermabrasion with dermaplaning and hydration facial yesterday. I had two small spots that were almost healed on my face and the technician said she had something that would clear them up knowing I had a vacation planned 2 days later and didn’t want my face messed up. She put salicylic acid on those two spots and other spots where she “thought I might be getting a bump” fast forward to a few hours later and now I have multiple dark brown spots that I can’t even cover with my normal make up. I will have to buy something for this. Happy with the dermaplaning but not this. I wish I would have never come here.

Dont come here unless you want to send thousands down the drain and possible infections. The older woman with thin white hair that does micropigmentation is completely unprofessional. Touches cables on the floor and doors, leaves the room and comes back with the same gloves that she does the treatment with. Her treatments completely fell out. We were accused of not following the healing process which we did. We were refused an explanation and got kicked out when we brought how unsanitary she was to their attention.

Ill start with the spa. Its beautiful clean and the staff is very friendly and personable. Regarding my eyebrows Im extremely happy with the results of my microblading and brought my mother in to get her thinning brows dolled up!

I came here to have my eyebrows microbladed . The atmosphere was great, the office was very nice and professional .The results however, not so great.... I still have no eyebrows! The color is very faint... You cannot tell much of a difference other than the fact that the left eyebrow looks noticibly darker than the other.

Im hesitant to write a review because I want to keep this little gem to myself, so I can always get in for my fills for mommas eyelash extensions. (INSERT EVIL LAUGH HERE) But hands down this place is heella good and always seems to squeeze me in for a lash fill with a day or twos notice so props must be given.

I was very disappointed with my 1.5 hour facial which actually ended up being only 70 minutes. I thought it would be relaxing but is was the contrary. I was cold, I heard people talking and laughing along w/ phones ringing throughout my facial. Someone actually came into the room 2 or 3 times to get supplies and bumped into me. It was overpriced. It was dirty as well, The vents were full of dust and grime which dont appear to ever get cleaned. I would not recommend this place nor will I return.

Went for a facial. Was told my card didnt go through. Was told it happens all the time. Was asked if Id like to try again I said no. They charged a cancel fee as well so I checked the bank my bank and the service charge went through so they got almost 200 I got absolutely nothing. If I didnt show up or pay I would get it. But I did both of those things.

My friend and I had a couples massage and it was great. Complimentary red and blush wine and our masseuses were accommodating. They charged $20 extra for deep-tissue. Will most likely return.

Ive been to multiple spas and by far Mysty and Dana provided the most effective visit Ive had anywhere. They are far more educated and thorough than anywhere else Ive been. I had dermaplaning and a PCA Peel. The prices are fair and the results are amazing!!

My eyelash extensions look amazing and I would recommend.. I wanted C Curls but went with J curls as Dana my esthetician explained the J Curl lash extensions would work better for my type of lashes and have better hold.

I cant believe you still have Misty working with you. in 2018 her hands were already shaking. she did what she wanted with me. She is very stubborn and I was so innocent. short story, I live hiding my permanent horrible eyeliner.

Ive been twice now to get acid peels, and both times Ive had a great experience. Staff is very nice, rates are reasonable, and its clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage by John is awesome! He is wonderful & really knows his anatomy & physiology! Highly recommend! Have been twice & he really helps with range of motion as I go thru PT with my shoulder!

Drove 2 hours for a facial and didnt even get it. Both their hydra & micro machines didnt work. Waste of time and gas for me.. the esthetician should have made sure those machines were working beforehand. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

The whirlpool soak and hot stone massage were heavenly

Bad experience with the eyelashes. I got allergies to the products that they use. Also the lady that did my eyelashes was texting during the session, very unprofessional. I dont commend it.

Unqualified, and uneducated. Asked about a scalp treatment due to dandruff, she said “sorry we don’t deal with hair” and hung up. Hair doesn’t produce dandruff it’s a scalp issue, hence the reason I’m calling for a scalp treatment.

Great visit very relaxing. Would give a 5 but confusing. Package said massage but when I got there it didnt include. The website could be easily misinterpreted, owner should make changes so customers are not mislead.

By far the best service. Prices are great. Dana have changed my skin completely for the better and my eyelashes have never looked better.

I have had many deep tissue massages and John is by far the best. I will go to John from now on. Misty also provided amazing service and results. Very happy we found this place!

My husband purchased a $100 gift certificate for me, then got transferred so we had to relocate. I called to request a refund and they refused. Not considerate at all, we gave them $100 for nothing.

Terrible, the tech did not wash her hands after smoking then touched my eyes, she removed half my lashes and then tried to tell me they needed completely redone, I am from out of town and just needed a lash fill to get me by until I got back home, she wanted to remove them and start all over and charge $250, insanely expensive and unaccomodating

Really confused why your website says 45 minutes for the classic facial but the service I received today was barely 30 minutes. I was there 10 minutes early too. Not worth the $89 plus tip in my opinion.
